Quiet, decent sized private room, gets plenty of natural light. Foxtel and Netflix is available in the living area. Air conditioning downstairs, ceiling fans upstairs at this stage. Third bedroom I use for storage. It will be just me as a roommate and sometimes I may not be home, so preferably someone who is comfortable living alone aswell. Kitchen is new and bbq is great in summer. Short 10 min walk to a sports club that has good meals and some entertainment. Grocery shopping is also a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive.
