Hi! I'm a 19 year old student at Griffith University studying the Queensland Conservatorium's Bachelor of Popular Music. I enjoy reading, writing, art, baking, jogging and dancing. I'm quiet, tidy, and easy going. I play violin, guitar and sing; so prepare for your life to become a musical! I don't drink, smoke or party. (unless by party you mean watching Doctor Who)
Hi. I'm sociable, happy, responsible, and clean. I have lived along well with both guys and girls while I've moved throughout Queensland a few times over the last 5 years as required by my current work. I've just returned to a Gold Coast position for a minimum 3 yrs (likely forever), working full time for a Qld Government organisation. I'm looking for two other like minded people to team up with and move into a house. I'm able to afford up to $260 for rent. Ideally I'd like to move into a modern 3 or 4 bedroom house, with 2 or 3 bathrooms, and a moderate yard in a decent area. I'm not after a party house, but a social afternoon BBQ or drinks once a month would be great. I have a perfect rental history, no late payments, no breaches. I've always received full return of bond. I keep common areas tidy and am respectful of others, but I'm not OCD with it or how you live. I have furniture for my bedroom plus one living space, a medium fridge, and kitchenware. I also have a lovely, affectionate, 10 year old female blue heeler, she has lived happily outdoors with other dogs previously, is well behaved and never destructive, and she loves people. I don't smoke, don't have kids, don't do drugs, and only drink out for occasions. I'm keen on sharing Internet/wifi, and Foxtel, if others are too. I am flexible with moving dates, +/- 2 weeks. I look forward to hearing from you :)
Hey I'm Dannielle, I have lived on the goldcoast my whole life, however my parents are looking at moving to brisbane, so I am now looking for accomidation as I am im my first year of Social work at Griffith Univeristy in southport and would love to stay in the area. I do have a cat that would have to come with me, he is kitty litter trained and very friendly. I am very socialbale but am not very big on parties, so a reasonably quiet house would be preferred but I wouldn't mind being able to bring a friend over once a week to stay. Thankyou so much
A large 4 bedroom home in Arundel. 2 unfinished room is available to rent, all rooms have fans and all have double mirrored wardrobes. You will share the main bathroom with one other girl. There are currently myself and one other girl that lives here, who are both easy going and always keen for a chat :) but do respect each other privacy. We have a one year old puppy so unfortunately no other pets sorry. All the bills are split evenly between everyone when they come in. Unlimited Internet is included in the rent. There is off street parking. Also a very short drive to the Gold Coast uni, Gold Coast hospital and only 10 minute drive to Surfers Paradise
Me and this cutie in the picture come as a package deal. He's a super chilled out 4 year old husky x kelpie and is very friendly, gets along with other dogs and there is a cat at my current place he is good with. About me? I'm a single 27 year old guy working full time in the travel industry, non smoker, social drinker. I don't spend a great deal of time at home, when I'm not working I'm usually playing soccer or taking my dog for a walk. Ideally looking to share a place with just one other person but open to whatever really. I need a place by the end of June but could be ready in less than a week if the right place/person came up.
Work full time, clean, polite, very respectful and keep to myself. Down to earth very friendly guy.

Hello beautiful people, I'm looking for a happy place with friendly people. I'm down to earth, calm, friendly and live simply. Have respect and a good moral approach to life. I enjoy intelligent conversation and good laughs. Enjoy listening to indie folk and australian country music, bush walking, camping, playing board games or cards. I am also interested in Buddhism philosophy. Not into mainstream tv but will watch a movie or doco if someone puts one on. Have just started to learn the spanish language and ukelele and even trying out meditation. Happy to share a home with children and or dogs as i love them both. Im a Non smoker, non drug user and seldom drink alcohol (don't mind if you enjoy a couple). Mostly eat healthy but don't often cook. Being a very clean, tidy house proud individual i would like to share with others who are also clean and tidy. I even do house work and gardening, lol I am a qualified security guard and aviation screening officer now searching for work after have been 3yrs full time carer to my mother. I have a 9yro female border collie who is gentle as ever and very good around children. She's definitly not a yapper and does not bark at passers by or random noises over the fence. She's intelligent, quiet, well behaved and obedient. She's a sweetie and mostly goes with me when i go out. I clean up after her daily. I have police clearance and great checkable references for Misty and I. Can pay bond and rent upfront. Max $180 pw. Shared bathroom ok. 3 months plus stay. I am a very reliable and honest person. Ready to move now and have my own bedroom furniture if need be. Prefer non smoking environment. Thanks for taking the time to read. Cheers all, hope to hear from you. 😆
Extremely tidy and respectful of mine and others belongings. Non-smoker but I do enjoy a social drink. I enjoy nothing better than to stay in my room and watch TV, in fact if I'm not at work that's my favourite thing to do. I have an incredible relationship with a fantastic guy, but we both enjoy our own company, and find it essential to have our own caves to retreat to. I will be spending a fair amount of time at his place. Quite frankly I'd love to live with someone like myself, someone who hides in their room and goes to their partners place a lot, sounds perfect to me, it's like a ghost who pays rent. Did I mention I'm a bloody good cook as well.
- Duplex is located close to Griffith University (10 mins walk or 2 mins drive) - Bus stop down the road, and walking distance to Southport Sharks, Caltex and Red Rooster - Close proximity and central location to Harbour Town, Arundel Plaza, Chirn Park and Crestwood Plaza - Only minutes away from the highway - Electricity, water and internet are not included in rent. Water is subsidized by the Agency that manage the Duplex. Bills are to be split 50/50. - Bedroom has a built-in wardrobe, fan and air-con. - Rest of the house is fully furnished; including appliances. Feel free to bring your own. Always room for more. The only thing missing at the moment is a TV. - The duplex also has a spacious garage for you to use. There is plenty parking on the street, or parking on the property if you wish to use the garage for storage instead. - It is a minimum 6 months as the prospective tenant is required to sign a 6 month lease and include a bond (4 weeks rent) with the agency. However, if you need to leave earlier then you simply need to find a person to takeover your lease. If you wish to arrange a time for an inspection and to meet myself, please contact me via text or message me on the site. Looking for a tenant asap :)
Hi potential roomies! My name is Maddi and I A a very bright and bubbly individual. I have a big voice and am constantly caught singing in the shower/cleaning/brushing my teeth/tying my shoes.. you get the idea. I am a tidy social butterfly so would like to live with someone who wants to get to know me and be happy to chill out on the weekends. I am currently working in a pub so I'm in and out at some shocking times but I have been doing this for a year and have mastered the art of tiptoeing also I hope this to be changing very soon. I would love someone who either has or would be open to getting a small fur baby in the future (have a slight puppy problem). If I sound like someone you think you could handle I would love to grab a coffee and chat. Look forward to meeting you x
Hi there, Single mum with 2 kids - shared custody. (6 & 8 years old, and they are so awesome they'll steal your heart!) I study at Griffith full time and work casually as well. I am looking to move by July, and hoping to find either 1 or 2 flatmates to start up a share house hopefully close to Griffith Uni. I am relaxed and down to earth, very clean and reliable (as are the kids). I'm a very friendly gal and have a dry sense of humour so I'm always having a laugh.
19, From the UK. (Dual Citizen) Currently employed part time and looking for a place to live. I'm easy going, I've lived in Australia for six years, I know the Gold Coast area well so I know my way around. I studied Information Technology at a college back in England, and I'm currently looking to move on to new opportunities here on the Gold Coast. I'm good with computers and general electronics, I'm always tinkering with my laptop and phone, so if there was ever a need for maintenance or repair I'll be more than obliged to help. I enjoy spending time with mates, whether that's going out drinking or just a casual night out I'm always down when I'm available.
Hard working, trustworthy and fit chick looking for accommodation with my furball (dog). He's a social and friendly boy, loves humands and other animals. I am working and studying, go to the gym and kickbox myself through the ring and life :) I am a considerate flatmate who is happy to socialize a little as well as keeping to myself. No party animal, quiet and clean.
I'm a quiet guy. Mostly keep to myself. I have stable income from a centrelink disability pension, but am currently looking for a full-time job, having passed my driving test recently. While I'm at home I spend most of my time just chatting to friends online. I have a cat who will want to come with me. The lease on my current place with my father ends in July and I'll want to have a place to live lined up after that.
