I’ve spent the last decade competing professionally in CrossFit, and last year finished studying counselling and psychotherapy. Between training and competing I work with clients (mostly online) and am also currently writing a book. The balance of mental and physical aspects of my work keeps me busy and means I love my downtime. However I also absolutely love a good chat, a movie / TV series night, with a glass of wine (or two) and would love a housemate I could share a conversation or meal with, whilst also appreciating those times either / both of us need to just come home be mute and antisocial. I’m by no means a party animal but also have no issues with the odd social gathering or afternoon / evening out at a good bar, pub or restaurant.
