This is a brand new set of apartments situated in the quiet suburb of Ascot. * 3 Minute walk to Doomben Railway Station and Doomben Raceway * 10min drive from the airport * 5min drive to central Ascot where there's a wide range of restaurants and cafe's. * NBN Fibre to the premesis is installed (soon to be activated). * There is only 1 car space but there's plenty of street-parking. I would consider giving up the car space depending on agreed rent arrangements. * Most living room and kitchen furnishings I've already provided. You just need to arrange your bedroom. * The bedroom on offer is pretty spacious at a bit over 3x3m. * Bedroom has its own small outdoor courtyard.

I am a 23-yr old, working professional who recently graduated from UQ. I was residing in St Lucia but want to move closer to work (which is at Wynnum). I am flexible with move-in dates (beginning of July is the earliest) and am happy to team up with others to start a new share-house. About me- From India, Masters in Marketing, Work for a start-up, have a consulting-gig on the side, non-smoker. I play and watch a few sports, have recently gotten into fitness and am very active. My interests include sports, technology and the future, TV shows and podcasts, good food etc. Happy to grab a coffee/drink on a weekend with potential future housemates :)
I'm relatively new to Brisbane.I'm 32, originally from the Philippines. I came to WA last year but have to move to Brisbane for work. I work full time from M-F 8-5 in Albion (IT). I'm easy to get along with, respectful and independent. Happy to cook, share and clean up. I'm up for a chat, happy to socialize but also need alone time to recharge. Looking preferably near train station and would prefer dogs over cats.
Hey I'm Em :) Looking for a place from early July. I work full time in the city and study part time as well. During the week I'm not home very much as if I'm not at work I'll be at the gym or uni. I'm generally not too into partying but dont mind a few social drinks either. I'm super chilled to live with and am also pretty tidy. Please let me live with you.
I am looking to move out with someone at the end of July. I am looking to rent a new two bedroom, two bathroom and have the master room with ensuite :) I would like to meet the right roommate so coffee to make sure we get along would be awesome! I work as an event manager and I am often away for 5 days at a time. I would love to live with someone who is respectful of my furnishings as I have mostly everything for the humble abode and all I would need to buy is a new fridge. Most of my furniture is industrial sheek :) I am tidy and always clean up after myself. PLEASE do not message me with your room offerings I am looking for a person to move into a new house with.
Health professional working at RBWH and various hospitals around Brisbane. Easy going and enjoy meeting new people. My week days consist predominatly of gym and fitness, work and discovering new places eat. I enjoy getting out on the weekends, but also just enjoy having some down time chilling with a movie and a night in.
Urgent need of a place to move into! Very flexible with area and housemate. I'm always up for some adventures or just spending a night socialising with a beer or two. I'm pretty relaxed living with, previously lived in a sharehouse and enjoy being able to hang out. I'm a Swedish backpacker who's currently working at Kangaroo point, so if you have a spare room somewhat close to the city send me a message and I might have a look at it.

I am a social and physically active person who enjoys sport and physical fitness. I am also a private and polite person that will not impose on your personal or private living space. I am a very tidy, clean and well organised person. I'm shifting from interstate and looking to initially settle for 6 months with the view of settling for a longer period. I'm looking for a fully furnished apartment/premises with off street parking parking (ideally close to transport, restaurants and shopping)
It is in Ascot, 15 mins from practically everywhere. The flat has a pool and aircon. On a quiet street 2mins to the train that takes you directly to the Valley and City. Private bedroom and private bathroom (except for when guests come over). Non-smoker is a must. Built in wardrobe for storage. Double bed available for use if needed. Hi I'm Jesse, 30 y/o male, working full time in Eagle Farm, looking for a suitable place to live close by. Have previous experience in sharehouses and have been sole leaseholder for last 4 years, clean record. Quiet, courteous, enjoy reading, live music, cooking, languages and motoring. Live a healthy lifestyle, well travelled former professional athlete. My young son Xavier lives with me 3 days a week, he is well behaved and we spend most of our time together out and about.
We are chill girls who enjoy life and love to laugh! We are looking for 2 bedrooms with nice people of our age to live with. If you like to hang out and are tidy people, we are looking forward to meeting you! Elie: I am an Australian, just finished my Bachelor's degree in Biology and now coming to Brisbane to find work and hopefully pursue further studies! I like walking and hiking and camping and all kind of outdoorsy activities. I've been living in Germany for the past two months and can now speak A LITTLE German. Would really enjoy living with a group of people who like cooking together. Claudie and I met in Italy 3 years ago and have been friends since. Claudie: Hello! I'm Canadian and currently on a Working Holiday Visa. The best words to describe me would be: happy, social and energetic!
I'm a tidy and respectable person (I have mess sometimes when I have busy weeks but it's always confined to my room!). I enjoy the odd social outing with my housemates. Current lease is up in July and I really want to get a pug. So I'm just having a look to see what's around. If you may be interested, let me know! :) Items I own but would be shared: - TV - Washing machine 9kg - Dining table x4 chairs - Fridge (ideal for about 2-3 people although we are stretching it to 5/6 at the moment!) Ideally I am looking for a place that: - Has A/C (just for those hot summer nights!) - Dishwasher - Garage for my car - Also open to the idea of having the house professionally cleaned weekly/fortnightly I work Mon-Fri in IT which keeps me pretty busy. Some weeks I am away for work. I want to take on some study sometime this year to help me advance in my career. I spend most of my weekends visiting friends and family, but also try to make time for myself to just do nothing every once in a while.
Note- I am not looking to move until Saturday the 1st of July. I am an environmental professional moving to Brisbane from Adelaide to work with a large mining company. I will be predominantly 9-5pm working in the city centre although, will also be required to work away from time to time. My initial contract is for two years, so if the flat share thing works out, I'm happy to continue for that time. I do not know many people in Brisbane so I figured accommodation sharing might be a good way to meet some people. I enjoy a chat and a few beers/wines, but I also enjoy my own space and downtime. I am clean and tidy, and extremely respectful of other peoples personal space. Also Keen to join a gym nearby, if you know of any? Ideally I will share with only one other person and have a private bathroom. However if the house is large and we aren't all cramped in, and there is at least two bathrooms, I will consider living with more than one person. I will also have some of my own furniture, so can either add this to the household or store it. All good either way.
Myself and Cassie are both bubbly, outgoing, reliable, and considerate. We have lived together for close to a year and six months so far, and have not had any issues, and would like someone like minded to move onto a new place with us. We both have very busy schedules with work and socialising. Cassie works as a part-time aged care nurse, and I work full time in administration. I have 1 cat, who has a bit of a sassy personality, she's generally a pretty chilled, and self-sufficient cat. I'll think of more later, but if you wish to ask any specific questions, we are both pretty open.
Hi my name is Hayden and I am currently completing a traineeship in international logistics in Banyo. I am sociable and very easy to get along with and I imagine I would be quite easy to live with. I enjoy cooking, gym and watching a fair few sports. Enjoy having a clean and tidy house. Pretty flexible about my accomodation but need a furnished room. Would be happy to move in with any gender around the ages of 18-30!
I'm tidy and I don't throw crazy parties because I'm not cool enough. I'm a casual wine drinker and I'm not sure what else to write besides I'll pay my rent on time and do my best not to be a nightmare to live with. Flexible about move date and duration of stay.
