My lease in Northgate is ending and my current flattie is heading to WA. I'm respectful, tidy and friendly.Having shared houses with other's and owned my own, I'm respectful of other's property and privacy. I enjoy me time but also happy to chat. I have friends from various age groups& walks of life. :) I'm young at heart with an old soul. :D I'll be busy at work (Bris Airport ) or out brunching with friends or hiking so mainly looking for a home base. I do night shifts, so a quiet street or access to off street parking is preferable. (Will pay extra ;)) I don't have pets but I love dogs especially oodles. *Minimum 3 months* +

I'm a 22 year old male working full time. 1-2 week a month I will be away travelling for work. I'm a very calm and easy going person. Usually too tired from work to make any noise. Not a party person and won't have people over to all hours of the night. I'll always pay my bills on time and am a believer of "You make the mess, you clean the mess".
I compliment an easy-going housemate dynamic. for the past 18 months I've shared a great home with 2 amazing guys but it's time to look ahead and find someplace new. I am quite content with my own company and have interests from social dancing to cooking fresh food, to binging on movies and occasionally getting out & reconnecting with nature in the great outdoors. I love having people's company but I also enjoy just chilling out and keeping it pretty low-key. I value respectful co-living habits but pretty much get along by being relaxed, funny (occasionally) and being open-minded. I should add that my preference would be living in a non smoking household.
Hi, I'm an easy going , down to earth, laid back guy who works hard and long hours. I have a very secure job and am based all over the north side of Brisbane. Through my work, what I see everyday makes me appreciate that I am very clean living. I like to cook. I have built my own houses, divorced twice, raised 8 children and now just looking for somewhere to call home. I would ideally prefer a granny flat - furnished or not with an outdoor area. If a house, then would share if the other person was clean.
Hi potential housemates 🙋🏼 I'm an extremely friendly 22 year old female! I enjoy reading and drawing as well as frequent excercise, I'm not much of a partier but do enjoy dinner and a night out every so often. I'm clean and respectful of privacy as I do appreciate my own but love living in an environment where we can share a conversation at the end of the day and even the occasional drink! I'm extremely busy as I work full time and study full time as well as living an active lifestyle so I'm rarely home. I do often work night shifts so I can arrive home at late hours of the morning so hope that's not an inconvienience. Feel free to message me if you have any questions or concerns! Ashleigh

Just moved here from Europe, I'm still in a settling phase lol. I started my lectures on 10/4, I hope to find a place as quickly as possible so that I have a point for reference to get around and get to know the city. I'm a gay guy, vegetarian. Just keen on living the Aussie life I always wanted. I can go out and party but I'm a hermit at times, all depends on the mood and the people. I am a huge fan of social media and my list of favourite TV shows is never ending. Ideal Friday night is just a bottle of wine and good company. Trying to cut down/quit smoking but that's as bad as I get really. Main interests are animals, anything Aussie, cute boys haha, fashion, photography, just diversity as far as people go and yoga! I really want to get into it so if you're up for being my yoga buddy I love you already! I would just love a diverse household I could call a home, not just a temporary stay, someone that would explore this city and experience all it has to offer, wether you're a foreigner or a native!
I am a clean, social guy who is quite comfortable to interact with. I respect other cultures and value people's privacy. I am mindful of house rules and usually have quite friendly approach with house mates. I have good communication skills and studied masters from The Australian National University. I have recently moved to Brisbane for a project and is looking for accommodation near Hamilton, Hendra or Ascot.
Note: Rent is only $100 if you can move in for three months! This property is located just off Racecourse Road in Hamilton, nearby cafes and restaurants, Coles, Eagle Farm markets, public transport and more. We have one private bedroom available in a 3 bedroom townhouse. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other female. One semi-covered carport will be available to share with one other. The ferry to QUT and UQ is 10 minutes walk away and the bus to the city is only a few minutes walk.
I'm a young professional who works in admin and also does freelance content writing for a major marketing company. I enjoy good food and wine, eating out, live music, and getting out and about in nature. I'm clean, tidy and quiet, but I do enjoy hanging out and socialising. * Move-in date is flexible*
I'm a tidy and respectable person (I have mess sometimes when I have busy weeks but it's always confined to my room!). I enjoy the odd social outing with my housemates. Current lease is up in July and I really want to get a pug. So I'm just having a look to see what's around. If you may be interested, let me know! :) Items I own but would be shared: - TV - Washing machine 9kg - Dining table x4 chairs - Fridge (ideal for about 2-3 people although we are stretching it to 5/6 at the moment!) I work Mon-Fri in IT which keeps me pretty busy. I really enjoy my work. I want to take on some study sometime this year to help me advance in my career. I spend most of my weekends visiting friends and family, but also try to make time for myself to just do nothing every once in a while.
