Residing in the prestigious suburb of Ascot, close to many cafes and restaurants and also only 7km to the CBD with great transport. Please note, I am looking for a single person only, no couples. Apartment is quite large and airy - 113sqm internal and balcony is 25sqm. Bedroom available is a little over 3x3m plus a large built in wardrobe. The unit is roughly 2 years old, very modern and clean. Apartment is also fully furnished. Roommate has unfortunately had to rapidly take off overseas for a new job, which has left me a little shorthanded. Room has a brand new black leather upholstered bedframe and mattress (2 months old), side tables and a lamp is available for sale or you can bring your own furniture. Room will be $230 per week. Other bills include internet, water and power (which are all very reasonable). Bond is 4 weeks rent. You will be sharing the unit with James. James is a young professional who works in Newstead and is 26 years old. He is clean, tidy and respectful and looking for housemates who is the same. Staying fairly quiet during the week, pretty active and fit. On the weekends I tend to go away, otherwise I am in Brisbane socialising with friends at local bars and restaurants.
Hi potential housemates! I’m a flight attendant looking for a place closer to the airport, naturally I work shift hours and am usually away 2-4 nights a week. Im respectful of your space while I’m in town, but I’m also pretty friendly and more than happy to join in with a couple of drinks or a Netflix marathon! I’m relatively new to Brisbane so have only listed suburbs I’m familiar with but I’m flexible to check out other areas and my move date is also flexible :) Preferences where possible: -Air conditioning -Built in wardrobe -off street parking

I'm pretty easy-going, I enjoy keeping busy and socialising but appreciate my own time and space and allow others theirs. I work full time and enjoy being active and creative in my spare time. I'm clean and tidy, and reliable so paying rent on time wouldn't be an issue. I'm hoping to live with people keen to get to know one another and create more of a home rather than just share a house :)
Hey there! My name is Chelsea. I'm a part-time uni student in the Health faculty at QUT and am about to start placement. My current housemates are moving interstate for job opportunities after our lease ends in November - all good things must come to an end - which leaves me essentially homeless. My hobbies include basketball, gaming and finding new dishes to add to my 'dishes to cook' list but never really getting around to them. I enjoy having a chat but generally like chilling out at home and having privacy as I respect other's space. I am tidy and clean up after myself. I enjoy having a few drinks once in a blue moon or hosting a gatho when it's called for, but I normally enjoy a quiet night at home. I have a bunch of house furniture available for use so if you need some, I'm your gal! If not, no stress, I'll just bring my bedroom furniture. Hope to talk soon!
I work full-time in freight forwarding and work a casual job on Saturday, im a bubbly and relaxed person that just cant be assed with drama. Looking for some chilled people too room with also
Hey guys, I'm 23 years old and work in Administration. When I'm not at work I try and get to the gym, catch up with friends and go out for drinks. I'm a big fan of reading/baking/ board games and the occasional netflix binge. I am after a roomie who is willing to have a drink or two after a long day and someone who can be respectful of other's space.
A friendly and cheerful couple relocated from Melbourne. We work full time and prefer to live near Ascot. Looking for flatmates/housemates to share a rental place, and we always enjoy to know more people. Cheers
Hi, I'm Jack and I'm currently studying a degree in Construction Management whilst working full-time in the industry. Looking for a place to move into, or to team up with others once my current lease runs out in November (flexible on dates). A tidy house with a good backyard or an apartment would be ideal. I'm a down to earth, sociable person who is also clean and tidy. I have two solid references from previous rentals and would make a great flatmate.
Hey whoever is reading this!! So just to clarify I am the blonde one in my profile picture, and yes I do do blonde things a lot of the time but my current housemates find it very entertaining. A little bit about me... I work in Real Estate, I have been for over 2 years now and I work for an agency in Paddington. I love the vibe. At the moment I currently travel 40 mins to an hour to get to work so I am wanting to cut that down, the max I will be willing to travel is 30 mins. Although I work in real estate as soon as I get home I switch off work mode, so there is no need to worry about being being all picky and agent like around everyone. When I am at home I like to chill out, I do enjoy my own space as I am around people all day but I also love to socialise. Whether that's over dinner or drinks or even just watching a movie and/ or chilling out together. I feel that I contribute a lot to a household, I can cook and clean and I keep my area tidy and presentable. I think I am easy to get along with, I enjoy having a good time whether that's going out or staying in. I don't like drama, I steer away from it. But if I do have an issue I like to knock it on the head so that we can just resolve the issue and move on. I like things out in the open. At the moment I am open to being on a lease or not being on a lease I'm not really fussed, if im not on the lease I still would give 2 weeks notice or would like the required notice from my housemates as well. I have furnishing for my room and a few living and kitchen items but that is about it. Oh- I can come with a dryer if need be haha No issues with pets (except snakes and birds, but I don't have an issue with them being at the house I just won't be around when they are out of their cage. I have a massive phobia) No issue with smokers, I don't smoke unless its like out at a bar and socially with my friends and I have had a bit to drink. I have a car so if there is no car space ideally I would want to make sure there is street parking close by. Hopefully we become housemates :)
Hi, I’m Lily!! I work full-time, but during my spare time and on the weekends, I like to chill at home, go to the gym, go to the markets or shopping. I do enjoy the occasional glass of wine with good company, as well as looking after my many plants. I am looking for a girl to find an apartment with. Preferably with similar interests and hobbies but can also respect boundaries and alone time. I have a one-year old cat (her name is Zelda) that will be coming along too. I have a few pieces of furniture, kitchen supplies and decorative pieces too. I’m looking to move in around November 23rd, as my lease ends on the 28th of November. Please feel free to message me 😊
I'm Leanne. I work full time as a Chef. I'm looking for a room around and between Ascot and Nundah. I would prefer my own bathroom, but not a necessity. I don't mind if it's street parking. Price range $180 to $250. I start work very early in the morning and am in bed early. I'm very neat, clean and tidy (but not obsessive). I'm pretty quiet as a flatmate, unless we click and I can be quite sociable. I'm a very caring individual. I love to cook, so I hope you like to eat :)! I would prefer to live with a female, but open to certain males - mature, clean and definitely only to share a place, nothing more. I rarely drink, enjoy the odd glass of wine and extremely occasional big night out. I certainly don't do drugs. I tend to get along well with most people, though I do like quite a bit of time alone. I love to go to gym, but have a lot of injuries at the moment, so haven't been training. I like to eat healthy food and create delicious healthy meals. I don't have pets, though if you do I am absolutely an animal lover and particularly dogs. I look forward to chatting with you :)
