I am currently living in a share apartment with a small courtyard and am wanting to move somewhere with a big fenced backyard (with a pool if possible) so that my dog Baxter can have a happier life being able to run around outside. So looking for somewhere that is happy to have a dog to play with. My current lease doesn't end until February 2017 so if a great option comes up then will look at breaking the lease or replacing me however if not I will not be ready to move until 23 Feb 2017. Also interested in teaming up to find a new place. Baxter is only 10 months but the sweetest natured dog I have ever met. Great with adults, children and other animals. He is medium/large and a Cattle Dog x German Short Haired Pointer x Border Collie x Kelpie. He is currently an inside pet but will be converting him to an outside dog mainly but want a place that is happy to have him inside still for cuddles, to sleep a few night a week and when it is bad weather. I have my own creative and consulting business and work mainly from home so looking for a place with a largish room that I can also use as my workspace. I am hopefully enrolling in part-time study next year to do biomedical science at UQ so I will most likely have my nose in books or my computer working a fair chunk of the time. I'm not really a party-goer but like an environment that has a homely vibe where everyone can have a laugh and get along but also happy to have their own time too. I love hiking, travel, being outside, exploring/trying new things. Also regularly take Baxter to the Nudgee dog beach so trying to find a place close to the river to go for walks or hikes at Mt Coot-tha or close to a dog friendly park. Needs to above the river as most my commitments are there and I want to avoid paying tolls or long travel time daily.
