Hii everyone. I will be moving to brisbane from Melbourne in a few weeks and I'm looking for a room in a shared house. I have a full time role in CBD, therefore, will prefer a place which is well connected via public transport and also not far away from city. I will prefer if the room has an attached bathroom but that is negotiable. On the personal side, I'm from India and just finished my masters. I'm a big movie buff and can give company if you have plans to binge watch. ADDED BONUS I love to cook . I can prepare some great Indian food and would love to share them with others.
I like my own space, but like to have a chat when others available. Looking for a clean, quiet house. A room with an A/C possibly. Maximum of 3 people or less including me would be ideal. Need 2x off-street parking spots for my car and the trailer. Not looking a party house. Working full time in Brisbane airport. Happy to pay upto $260 for a good accommodation. Would consider all options, even renting two small rooms, so I can use the second room for study, TV and to store some of my boxes if its ok with you.
Hi. I am friendly, clean and a quiet housemate. I love eating and cooking and I enjoy my own time. I also like to be social too with eating and enjoying a glass of red. I like to read and watch some TV. I also like to go to standup comedy live act or watch it on TV. I enjoy the outdoors with walking, riding and swimming.
Nice breezey unit in a small quiet block of units located near doomben station in ascot. Bus stop is just outside the complex on the street, and about a 30 minute ride into Queen Street. Also a short 5 minute walk to Doomben station. The room itself is furnished with a king single bed, a desk and a built in wardrobe.
Hey! I'm a Brazilian student who's about to arrive in Brisbane on April 11 to attend English classes in the City area. I'm excited to get to know the city and make some friends.
We are a Scottish female couple emigrating from Edinburgh to start anew life in Aus. Therefore it is imperative our interactions with people who are liberal and pro LGBTQI :) We both own property in Scotland and are honest and reliable tenants. We both work full time in healthcare and the arts. We will be happy to pay rental money in advance for the right property and of course a secured bond. MUST BE A WHOLE HOUSE WITH A SECURE GARDEN on a main transport route. Must be clean, safe and preferably gas cooking facilities. (NOT A SHARE HOUSE/ROOM) We are both registered landlords if that helps appease people’s minds :) We are low key and non party people who have a small, quiet whippet :) We are into kayaking, cooking and growing our own veggies/herbs. RENTAL NEEDED FOR MID JUNE.
Hi there! Looking for a great place I can call home for awhile in any of the places I've listed. I'm respectful of personal space, clean and tidy as well as being easy to get along with. Look forward to hearing from you, Cheers
Hello, my name is Arthur. I am an international student who will be commencing studies at Aviation Australia in July 2018. I am currently a full time employee and will be coming over to Brisbane to do a 2 year course as part of my training and employment requirement. I keep myself neat and tidy and am always respectful of others space. I am very approachable and in control of everything bills wise and like to be organised always. You will find me busy during weekdays with studies and all but should have a little free time during the weekends to chill. I prefer bills and internet to be included in the rent. En-suite is preferred. Looking for accommodation that will be available by June 2018. Message me if you need more information. (Note that my mobile number is not functioning at this time so if you need to contact me, get in touch through the message system. I will update here if my number is back online). Thank you.
I have a small, inoffesive dog that would love to be your surrogate fur-child (ie. must love dogs). I am clean and can cook. Enjoy a beer/wine in the evening and happy to chat or sit in silence (in a non-awkward way). Chill, meat-eating, occasional yogi with a green thumb. I have a house full of stuff so roomie would only need a bed.

I work alot, gym, socialise, and travel so I’m always out and about. Message me if you want to know anymore or have an offer that would suit :)

I am an absolute people person, so im easy to get along with and i also consider myself as a respectful gal!! I am an intern at Hope Centre, and I take care of youth kids on Friday nights. I loveeee sharing my food, cooking for others or even giving lifts to whoever i live with, i hold a very loving culture. I am currently living in Sydney and looking for the room from 20th March onwards. I am IT professional and will be working at Bank of Queensland at Brisbane. I'm friendly and easy going, very respectful of others privacy. I'm a quiet, clean and organised person, I've been sharing house for eight months, so I understand the usual rules of that. Hi future housemate/s we are a young married couple who both work away. I travel a lot for work & most weeks am only home on average 3-4 days out of the week. My husband also works away & is a FIFO worker doing 2weeks on 2 weeks off. We are not orginally from Brisbane so we do not know to many people although we do love to socialise. We both are pretty active people & love to be out & about. We are looking for any like minded people who are trustworthy, clean, respectful, down to earth & enjoy a drink a laugh. We are not party animals but we do enjoy a bbq & a drink. We are only looking for a 4-6month lease at this stage as we are inbetween selling and buying again. We would like to have our own bathroom and a room that is big enough to have a tv. Our own balcony or outdoor space would be ideal. We don't have much preference for area to live in as long as we are within close proximity of the city. Our budget is $300 with bills included. We would love to be near a train station but it is not a deal breaker. We are also interested in teamups with person/couple that work fulltime. We love animals but not inside. Anyhow feel free to message. We need to find somewhere to go by the end of March as our house has just gone into a contract. Look forward to meeting :)
Hi all, Im currently a 21 year old accountant looking to move out of home! Outgoing, respectful and friendly are but a few traits that would hopefully make me a good housemate. Working 8-4:30 Mon-Fri would mean I'm out of the house most of the week & wont be making much noise. I'm quiet on the weekdays and love to have fun/relax on the weekends. WIll never say no to a beer.
Hey I'm Ian ☺Who's got a back yard and would like to make some extra money? I'm looking for somewhere to park my camper van as I would sleep in it and have access to shower and toilet elsewhere. So just looking for somewhere to park up really. I'm easy going, clean, flexible and reliable. I work in Albion during the week and I'm mostly down in Tweed on weekends, I also go on 1 and 2 week work trips both interstate and overseas at times. I like to keep fit with morning boxing sessions at the gym and I do like an occasional frothy amber beverage.
This is a welcoming, friendly place where you can really feel at home. Cheap bills don’t hurt either! (About $20/week) Bright and airy apartment in a quiet, relaxed neighbourhood just a 15 min drive or 20min bus to the heart of the city/valley (cheap uber’s too). Woolworths literally at the end of the street (yay! Easy shopping!) plus a bunch of cafes. And if you love a more vintage vibe, then you’ll like the older style tiles in kitchen and bathroom. LARGE (really, it’s huge!) bedroom with stacks of built in closet space with shelves. Bathroom has a tub. Separate toilet. On street parking (which is easy enough). Room is unfurnished - but there’s everything you’d need in the rest of the place. There may be room for some of your furniture - just ask :) Some storage in the lockup garage downstairs. Private laundry in garage. Oh and there’s a balcony with a few pot plants.
I'm Brissy born and raised. 33, though often mistaken for being about 5 years younger? Possibly due to my easy going nature and love for being social. I work full time in Furniture and homewares sales. Have completed study in floristry and interior design. Would love to make where I live feel like a home. I'm all sorted for my bedroom furniture (queen size room needed or more). I have the following items to contribute to the common areas: 3 seat sofa - tan leather; Fridge small/medium sized; Small buffet; 4 dining chairs; Some kitchen everyday basics and counter appliances. I'd be able to purchase other furniture pieces through my work if needed. Finding just one or 2 others to live with is most likely but I'm open to a household of 4... as long as I have my own bathroom and there is plenty of living space. A nice outlook from my room and the living area is important to me. As is a large wardrobe and an off street car park. Ideally... Aircon, ceiling fans and security screens through out. (that's not asking for too much is it?! hahaha... yes) Budget: $200 - $250 plus bills General Area: Brisbane's Inner North. No further out than Stafford/Kedron/Nundah Move Date: Flexible - March/April Pets: I don't have any :'( I love dogs, of all sizes. NO CATS PLEASE... yes they're cute but unfortunately I'm allergic to them.
Hi! My name is Quinty, 22 years old and from the Netherlands. Somewhere between April-June I am going to start a study in Brisbane. I have been living in Australia already for almost 2 years now and I am loving it! I am looking for a nice, clean, tidy and not aged place to live, with fun flatmate(s). I am tidy, clean, fun, friendly and down to earth. I love cooking, beachdays, animals, healthy food (and lots of times unhealthy to), being active, having fun, having a good chat ect. Besides my study I will work lots, so I won't be home that much. I am not a big party animal, but love to have a good chat, have diner together or a drink! I'm not really good at typing a whole story about myself ect, so if you have any questions, would like to meet please send me a message!
