I'm in and out of the house all day so I'm like free security. I'm considerate, friendly, co-operative and adaptable. While i hate cleaning i do it religiously cos it saves back beeakin work in the long run. I like qiuet times at night cos i have some trouble getting to sleep. For this reason i need air con in my room.I'd probably get along with shift workers. It's no problem for me to be quiet like a mouse when others are resting, sleeping, coming down or ill. I like to cook so maybe i could do Friday night dinners if someone else wants to wash up after. Ive lived in a lot of sharehouses and everthing runs smoothly if everyone helps out with the cleaning.
Hi! I am looking for a 1-2 people to move into a house with me. I am very clean and tidy. I am organised and make sure bills and rent are either in early or on time. I love having a good time with friends and people that I live with. I have a beautiful chocolate Labrador who loves to play and cuddle and is such a great companion to have and is an outside dog, and we come as a pair so if you aren't happy living with a dog don't bother messaging me. I am studying externally and working part-time and looking for somewhere for myself and my dog. I like hanging out just watching movies and don't mind going for a cheeky bevvie every now and then.
30 yo chef working full time for Emirates, I am a very clean and tidy person to live with, so that is definitely an aspect I am looking for in a household to move in to. On my days off, I like to cook a great meal with a good wine. I like to catch up with friends and play football or going out for a salsa night. I also love to chill out and Netflix binge. If you would like to know more about me or meet up for a coffee and chat, let me know
Hi, Myself and my small, very well behaved cat Luna are looking for a nice place to live, preferably close to Hamilton, where I work full time as a jeweller. I'd love to find a house with air-conditioning, good internet, and hopefully a bit of extra space to set up a small jewellery bench for making pieces in my spare time. I've been living in Brisbane for about a year, and I'm a very friendly, quiet, tidy and considerate housemate.
Located amongst cafes, restaurants, public transport and convenient to coles and woolworths. This unit is in a great location. It is fully furnished, except for the bedroom and am without a washing machine at the moment (laundromat 100 metres away). There is plenty of off street parking, but for small transport vehicles there is a single lock up garage to store bikes and personal items (currently used as storage space). There is wifi, but it will be an additional cost. Better photos will be uploaded on the 19th July.
Two friends sophie and Mad, one puppy cavoodle looking for one or two others to move into a house or townhouse that has a backyard for my pup. Prefer a modern or newish house
Ascot is 15mins from everywhere, the property has aircon and a pool. You will have a private room and bathroom; the bathroom is a shared laundry but the lease holder has their own ensuite. Quite street. Fully furnished. Unlimited internet access available for an extra $40 per month. Non-smoker is a must. No bond required but a tenancy agreement will be signed to cover for any damage. Apartment is less than 10 years old and clean.
Master bedroom and off street parking in super convenient Ascot apartment! Move date flexible. If you're looking for a warm, friendly, welcoming home in a quiet central neighbourhood - this is the one for you! Super convenient location with Racecourse Rd down the end of the street, where there are two supermarkets, heaps of cafes and restaurants, a couple bottle-o's, chemist, doctor, dentist and more. There's a bus 5mins walk away that goes straight to the valley, city and cultural centre. Train at ascot station is probably 10-15 minute's walk realistically. Airport and DFO and a 24 hour woolworths is about 15 minutes drive away. The first floor apartment is up one flight of stairs, full of light, big open living room, balcony, large master bedroom with heaps of built in storage, and a carpark. Laundry in the garage. It's definitely got a fun retro vibe going on in the kitchen and bathroom, but the bath comes equipped with a tub (who doesn't love a good soak?) and toilet is separate. The apartment already has everything necessary, but can probably rejig things/store some of your or my stuff in the covered, lockable garage if nec! Bedroom is not furnished. Bills to be split. Internet about $8/wk, electricity about $11/week.
Hi, I'm looking for someone to take over my room as soon as possible until the 25th November 2017. If you like the place, my roommate will be moving out when the lease ends, and you should be able to extend it from then. The apartment is fully furnished. The room is unfurnished except for the bed. The apartment is in a perfect location; Doomben station is just a walk down the street, as is Doomben racecourse. Eagle Farm racecourse is a 3 minute drive down the road and there are plenty of shops (including Coles) down Racecourse road which is also a 2-3 minute drive down the road. There are the Eagle Farm markets on every Sunday from 7.00am-12.30pm. They have now relocated to Doomben racecourse so it's literally down the street now! We are looking for someone who works full time and is clean and friendly to join my roommate. The bond will be submitted to the RTA and we are looking for someone to take over my name on the lease. I should be free after 6.30 weeknights to inspect the place, so please feel free to text or call me if you have any questions.
We're a very relaxed, easy going couple looking for a share house. We are pretty social and like the idea of meeting new people in a share house but also will tend to do our own thing most of the time. We both work full time, we love to cook, love animals, we spend most weekends up the coast and are generally looking for a laid back household with good vibes!
We are looking for a house mate before moving into a house. We are a very quiet, clean and respectful couple. Happy to have a chat, but respectful of personal space. We work mostly from home. We are non smokers, and non drinkers. We don't like to party. We like pets, and plants. I have a small fish, which I can keep safe from cats. I have a hearing problem which means that TV in public spaces will be difficult for me, especially since I will be working mostly from home. Looking for own bathroom.
Looking to move in closer to the city, currently live about an hour out of the city. Work in Radiology full time in Brisbane. Rarely will be home during the day on week days due to busy work schedule. Very easy going and easy to get along with. Like to keep my house tidy and respectable.

However I also appreciate my own time as well! Looking for a great bunch of people to live with and help me to get to know Brisbane!
Hi, Emily and I are both Registered Nurses who work full-time in Brisbane. We are also studying to advance our careers. We have recently moved to Brisbane for work. We like a chat at the end of the day, and are quiet and clean in the house, we aren't party-goers but enjoy a drink on the weekend. We lead a healthy, active lifestyle and volunteer on time off. We are interested in Mountain Biking, Rugby, AFL, Travel, Art and Basketball. William is allergic to Cats, but okay with Dogs as long as they are kept outside.
Hi! I'm Maddison. I'm 23 years old and work full time. I'm currently living in Albion, and my lease isn't up until the 6th of October. I'm looking for a room to rent with my own bathroom and car space. I'm super easy to get along with, my personality is very laid back. I'm tidy, trustworthy, and respectful. I moved to Brisbane by myself just over 5 years ago, so I'm quite independent and enjoy my own space, but am also very sociable and love a good chat. I also own all my own furniture and other household essentials which I am happy to use if the home is empty or sell if need be.
I'm 26, working shift work so nights, weekends and long days. Wont be around much when i work and crash pretty early after shifts. I love to cook and clean. Happy to have a chat but also have my own space and time to myself

I am a 30 year old professional who works in Marketing. I am a reliable and clean person who respects who I live with. I am also really into the gym and have competed in a bodybuilding competition in the past. When I am at home I generally keep to myself and very quiet around the house. However, I am also a very social person. If I am not at home I am at the gym or hanging with friends. I am not the partying type and prefer to keep home as relaxed as possible.
