Hi, I'm Alexa! I'm looking to study my masters for 2 years at UTS, and am looking for a place to stay during that time. I'm neat, clean and easy-going. Feel free to message me if you think you have something that would suit! :)
Hi, I'm Nicola. Please read before contacting me regarding a listing you may have. 1: I'm not looking for a share room. 2: My chosen suburbs are the limit of where i'm looking. 3: Take note of budget listed. Right, on to the other stuff about me: Currently studying - Diploma of Costume at Ultimo TAFE, i'm creative and fairly social, happy to have a glass of wine or a G&T and a chat, yet i definitely like my own downtime, and am happy in my own company. Not a big tv watcher so there'll never be a tussle over the remote! (although if you've a good movie up your sleeve, happy to keep you company!) I pretty much like all types of music except country and western but don't make a habit of turning the volume up, preferring to read a good book (SciFi is my go to - i have Asimov books i have been lugging around with me for the last 20 odd years, to get rid of them would be tantamount to sacrilege!) or do a spot of painting/sewing/other creative stuff. I'm a clean up after myself as i go in the kitchen and tend to keep my stuff out of common areas (unless you like books, then i'm happy to add to the bookcase!). Easy going, open minded and like a good laugh. Ideally a room with either a mostly north west or west aspect is what i'm after, for the light - it's all about the light! Even a mostly north with bit of east will make me happy, as long as there's loads of light for my artistic pursuits. High ceilings would be great but not a "must have", prefer an unfurnished room but i can also work with furnished. If you like to have the odd impromptu party - not crazy kinda party (although i DO love a good costume party!), more the dinner party kinda thing, or mates over, that's fine by me - i may join in, invite a friend or two of my own along, or leave you all to it, either way, i have no problem with that sort of stuff if that's what you like to do. I don't have a pet, but if you have one that'd be awesome! Dog/Cat cuddles are the best! Still figuring out what my superpower is.
I'm originally from Canada but have been calling Australia home for the last 2.5 years whilst studying a Masters degree at UQ in Brisbane. I am relocating to Sydney for a new job and am looking for a new place to call home! I enjoy cooking, having a glass of wine after a long day, hanging out with friends (and housemates) and having a bit of time to myself. I love the outdoors- beach, mountains, you name it, I'm there. I like to keep an active lifestyle and eat healthy but also enjoy socialising over good food and drinks. I'm looking for a house with people that share some of the same values, and am hoping to move into a house around the 15/16 of January.
We are a professional couple with 2 girls under 10. Hi! I'm moving to Sydney for work and looking for a place to live. Ideally I'd like to live with a couple of easy going people that like to be social but also don't mind a night in to just chill. I'm very easy going and get along with pretty much anyone.
This beautiful flat is located on a picturesque family friendly street. There is a large park at the end of the road, and a bus stop out the front with buses that run into the city, and to Ashfield Station. The room comfortably fits a double bed, and has a mirrored built in wardrobe and ceiling fan. The apartment is on the top floor, it gets a great breeze and plenty of light. The nearest shopping centre is around a 10-15 minute walk away (depending how long your legs are). And the train station is only a couple of minutes further! The flat is fully furnished, except for the bedroom. Bond is 4 weeks rent Rent is $242.50 a week Unlimited Internet is $11.25 a week Electricity seems to be about $200 per quarter The lease ends on 27/03/2018 however, we can continue living there until the landlord tells us otherwise. My real estate has confirmed that if they did want the flat back after the lease ends, we would get 3 months notice!
Room available now in a 2 bedroom 1960's era flat in Ashfield. Leafy outlooks from each window, timber floors, freshly painted. The shared spaces are furnished / stocked (ie. no room for extra couches etc) however if you have stuff to store there is a lock-up garage that is rarely used. The bedroom can fit a double bed. I have a few pieces of furniture you can use if needed but the room can also be rented unfurnished. The flat is a 12 minute walk from Ashfield Station, 25 minute walk to lightrail, 413 bus to city leaves from front of building, 418 bus to Marrickville closeby, 20 minutes walk to Summer Hill. Close to cafes, shops and parks. About me: I'm 37y and work FT- am into cooking, music, film, cello, making stuff, pottering in the garden, swimming in Gordon's bay & negronis. Ideally looking for someone similarly in mid-thirties, FT employed etc. Hoping to find a kind flatmate who is friendly and easy going. Ability to discriminate between recyclables and other rubbish is a bonus. I'm all for communal meals (when schedules align) and a drink / chat on the patio after work. If 4-hours of reality TV each night are your thing, this DEFINITELY is not the right home for you. If you come home, listen to community radio or music, and start making your own cheese, it just may well be the right home for you. Sorry, no pets. No backpackers. No sharing the room. Looking for one person only. Please message me if interested. $220 pw + bills (electricity bills vary + internet is $25/month). Thanks.

Your room is a quiet oasis in Sydney (blissfully thick walls). 2.4 x 3.8m. It isn't huge, but would easily fit a double. A great big window fills the wall with plenty of light streaming in. Hi all, I’m looking for preferably an unfurnished 1 bedroom granny flat within the greater Sydney region preferably on the north shore/northern beaches. I’ve lived in my current property for 9 years without any issue paying rent on time. I work for the Australian Public Service in a 9-5pm role and really enjoy what I do. In my downtime I either like to go out to restaurants/cafes, movies or discovering new things around Sydney.
Moving from Canberra to Sydney this year to undertake a Masters course at the University of Sydney. I’m an easy going guy that likes to keep active. I am always up for some banter and a laugh. Id be great to live with as I’m happy to help clean up around the house and always clean up after myself. What do I do for fun? I love to surf (well try to anyway), I enjoy going to see movies every now and then, I play sports regularly and I like to catch up with friends over a drink or two.
I am Ashish. Currently trying to juggle a job and an MBA. Searching for a place to call home. I could make your rent/utilities cheaper, partake in groceries acquisition, successfully execute household chores, and make mean Indian curries suitable for varying levels of spice tolerance. I am pretty easy going with most things. Love football, stand up comedy, dogs, puns, beer and pizza, not necessarily in that order. While I am down for chit-chat almost any time, I also respect boundaries. Looking for tidy and responsible people who would appreciate untimely, yet wholeheartedly high fives. If you think you might enjoy having a healthy dose of energy around then do give me a shout. Please and thanks! :)
Hi my name is Ned and I'm looking at moving back to Sydney from Orange NSW. I love to be social and share a meal and something cold at the end a long day but also sometimes curl up with a book and stay in for the night.
