Hey! I'm a fifth year journalism student at UTS, originally from Newcastle. I also work in retail to pay those pesky bills. I've lived in share accommodation for 4 years now, so I have plenty of experience being clean, respectful and sociable with my flatmates. I would say Im half introvert, half extrovert. I like to be sociable, have a fun chat and have a few drinks, but I also like to spend time reading, writing and netflixing. Please don't ask me about my starsign, because I was born between starsigns and I get very confused and stressed when questioned about it. You might also find me teaching myself new recipes, as I am an experimental vego, or exercising when I can be bothered. I enjoy trips to beaches, bars, brunch and hiking spots. Looking forward to finding new housemates, and hopefully new friends as well.
I'm a very happy person, i like meeting new people and learning different things about others. i enjoy other peoples company, i love cooking and eating, i like singing and being social.. i also, enjoy working out and keeping healthy. My goal in life right now is to find myself, and grow into the person i know i can be. I clean up after myself on the regular and am a trustworthy and respectful room mate :)

G’day you might be thinking to yourselves that this is just your normal post looking for housemates and if I’m honest you’re not wrong. You couldn’t be more right. We are looking for a housemate, a certain someone to complete this trio of humans. A trio of humans that will become the best pals that ever did co-live in a communal space together. If this sounds like your cup of tea/tequila or cold glass of pear cider, and you’re willing to stay for 6 months. Let us know. This little townhouse is available from the 12th of March and is located a short skip and walk to the bus (4 minutes to be precise) that will kindly take you on your way to either Ashfield or Burwood station to continue your journey to whatever occupies your days and nights. This three bedroom abode has an internal laundry and even a little courtyard that will make you feel like you're standing in the middle of your own tropical rainforest. With the bedrooms upstairs and the living spaces downstairs, this townhouse sure has a appeal that can only be chalked up too good design and well placed windows creating a brightly lit and airy space, fit for any growing sunflower. But enough about this dreamboat of a place and more about the occupants of this space.

I will install the room devider very soon for room share. The house is also airy and cool 😎. All bills included in rent. The owner are supportive and will response wo what you need ^^. Hope you will have a very nice stay at my place!
Your room is a quiet oasis in Sydney (blissfully thick walls). 2.4 x 3.8m. It isn't huge, but would easily fit a double bed. A great big window fills the wall with plenty of light streaming in. The apartment has laundry and 1.5 bathrooms. It is close to Ashfield station (15 mins walk) and shops (10 mins walk). Enjoy the delights of local cafes, restaurants and old faithful Woolies, Aldi and Coles, just a short, tree lined stroll from home. We are very clean people and hope you would be too. We are looking for someone who can take care of themselves and is able to communicate whenever problems arise. We also have a pretty sweet projector for movie nights.

This is a sun filled apartment in a very quiet area (end of a Cul de sac) very close to the Cooks River. There's a lovely shared garden at the back and there's only 10 units in the building. There's a brand new day-bed in the bedroom, which was originally set up as a study. The bed can be turned into a double. If used as single, I can provide linen. I'm open to get rid of the desk and make more space for a long term stay. The unit has an internal laundry and a balcony. The bathroom has a bath tab and separate shower. Ideal for someone 'travelling light' as the apartment if fully equiped. There are a few things stored in the wardrobe which I need to keep there, but there's sufficient storage space nonetheless.
Room available in a fantastic 2-storey duplex in Hurlstone Park. Our house has it all: • 3 bedrooms • 2 bathrooms • 1 separate toilet • modern kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher • indoor laundry • large living and dining room • huge storage upstairs and downstairs • build-in wardrobes in each room • carpet in rooms and floor boards throughout the rest of the house • reverse cycle air conditioning • backyard with lawn, garden beds and clothes line • garage with automatic door (1 car space inside, 2 outside) • Close to station (10 minute walk) and bus stop across the road (428, 445 etc.) that leads you straight to Broadway via Newtown or Ashfield or the other way towards Campsie • Anytime Fitness Gym (24hrs) is located within 3 mins walking distance • Canterbury Hurlstone Park RSL just up the road • Woolworths and Aldi are within 10 mins walking distance • Whiskey the well-travelled dog (born in WA, travelled across Australia, lived in NT and now resides in Sydney) We are looking for a person who is employed and able to provide references on request. Someone who is respectful, keeps the house clean (that includes all shared spaces as well as your own space) and likes dogs. If you are not prepared to clean regularly, buy general necessities such as dish wash liquid now and then and clean up after yourself - please do not apply! The master bedroom with ensuite is up for grabs. The room has lots of natural light, a balcony and a huge build-in wardrobe. The room is suitable for couples or a single person who likes a lot of space for themselves. It unfurnished but has a great build-in wardrobe and ample storage space. The rest of the house is fully furnished with dining table, sofa etc. and the kitchen is fully equipped. I have live at the property for almost 2 years now and enjoy the space and location very much. The house is only about 5 years old and therefore is clean, free of any pests and that seems to be hard to find in Sydney at the moment.
Hi all, I’m looking for preferably an unfurnished 1 bedroom granny flat within the greater Sydney region preferably on the north shore/northern beaches. I’ve lived in my current property for 9 years without any issue paying rent on time. I work for the Australian Public Service in a 9-5pm role and really enjoy what I do. In my downtime I either like to go out to restaurants/cafes, movies or discovering new things around Sydney.
Hi! My name is Talvi and I'm looking for a room for myself, for a long term stay of 6 months or more. I'm 32 and I work for a small business making custom curtains and blinds. Currently I'm living in Homebush West, where I've been renting for about 1.5 years now with a lovely couple who are sadly moving overseas in a few months time. A quiet and relaxed household is what I'm seeking, without constant parties etc - but I like to have a friend over for dinner occasionally on weekends. I'm a pretty friendly, gentle and chatty person, happy to hang out with housemates, or do my own thing. I like to keep my living space clean and tidy, and always help to keep shared areas in the same condition. I'm not a smoker, and don't have any pets. I'm a bit of a geek and enjoy computers and gaming, and love my sci-fi TV shows - but I'm quiet and always enjoy these with headphones! On work nights I'm pretty chilled, on weekends I'm usually out with friends - I'm also open to sharing a meal and a drink with housemates too. For inspections I can make evenings from Monday to Thursday after I finish work, or anytime of the day or evening on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. If we met for an inspection and found things agreeable I'm also prepared to immediately transfer a bond or security payment, and advance rent as required. My maximum budget including bills is $250 pw.
I'm 19 from Katoomba in the Blue Mountains and currently about to commence my second year of a Bachelor of economic, political and social science and Usyd. I work part time at Coles and have lived out of home for a year now and never missed a rent payment. I am hoping to get closer to uni as 4 and a half hours of travel really gets to you after a while. I love a good political debate and enjoy sewing and baking so am always happy to whip up a batch of baked goods. I make a mean cup of tea and clean as I go so mess isn't an issue. I do have a gorgeous kitten named Posy who is very well trained and used to being in a small room so if needed can stay confined to one bedroom. Happy to keep to myself but would ideally find housemates who are willing to have the occasional drinks and good conversations.Hoping for a nice relaxed environment with interesting people. Very interested in teamups so if anyone is interested hit me up :)
Super easy going and adaptable. More than happy to keep to myself and do my own thing or to engage with and be sociable with my fellow flatmates.
Quiet, respectful, keep myself to myself but like to have a chat and a laugh as well, I work six days a week as a builder, I'm looking for a single room, within 30-40 mins to the city by train,so need to be near a station I'm very respectful to people and the property I live in, I clean up after myself and like other people to do the same. I'm in Sydney long term, working full-time,but my wife and kids live in wa, so as I have to pay 2 rents, I am only looking at 1 week bond and 1 week rent to move in, I pay my rent on time all of the time , but please don't get in touch if the place has druggies or trouble makers or a party house ,as it will be wasting mine and your time
Hi. I am looking for a single room and is MAXIMUM 3 MIN WALK to station or bus stop. My budget is MAXIMUM $200 per week including all bills. Thanks.
Hi guys, Just a quick bit about me, I'm moving over from the UK and setting up an Aussie office for my current job in July so looking to settle over here. In the months leading up to that I'll be hopefully getting a feel for the lay of the land and exploring a bit and I'm looking for a house share with some friendly people that don't mind grabbing a few beers and shooting the breeze every now and again. The long and the short of it is I'm a pretty chilled out guy who likes getting out and socialising. I'll be flying in mid march. Cheers, Jack
I'm a friendly, easy going guy who works full time in an office role. I like to relax at home on weeknights and go out on weekends. I am a clean, courteous and relaxed guy to live with.
