Hi All, I'm a single professional lady, looking for a unfurnished room in a share house in the inner west area with easy access to public transport to the city - a place I can call home and settle for a longer term. I'm a non-smoker, down to earth and easy to get on with, tidy and respectful of others. I'm 39 but ageless in mind so can easily blend in anywhere. I'm sociable, love a good laugh and enjoy chatting, but not a party animal. I'm a mad keen gardener and currently looking after a number of plants, so I'm hoping you have a backyard?!? I'm fit and into martial arts, tai chi, swimming and run occasionally. I'm interested in natural health, love to cook and generally rest up with a good movie, music or a book. I work full time in the city and have a fairly busy schedule in evenings and weekends so I'm out a fair bit. I have a couple of bits of furniture , a queen bed, a comfy sofa-bed and coffee table, and decent kitchen accessories so looking for and unfurnished room and a place with some spare space if possible. I also have appliances including a fridge and washer, but can just as easily put these in storage or sell. I'm happy to meet up and have a chat if you think I'd fit in with your share home or I’m happy to team up for a new household. Hope to hear from you soon!
We are a Portuguese couple looking for a room in July!! We are tidy, easy going and we like meeting new people. Ohhhh and Our lasanha is the best in the world!!! :) Ahah
I'm an open, easy going person who likes a clean and tidy bedroom. I like the simple life. I'm an engineer, mostly vegetarian (though not strict). Very easy to get along with. I like listening to different attitudes and life stories of others. I enjoy having soft gentle music on in the background while I do house chores. Completely house trained and social, sometimes introverted. I love long hikes, having just come back from doing the overland track and plan to do the great north walk next.
Hi, I'm Nicola. Currently studying - Diploma of Costume at Ultimo TAFE, i'm creative and fairly social, happy to have a glass of wine or a G&T and a chat, yet i definitely like my own downtime, and am happy in my own company. Not a big tv watcher so there'll never be a tussle over the remote! (although if you've a good movie up your sleeve, happy to keep you company!) I pretty much like all types of music except country and western but don't make a habit of turning the volume up, preferring to read a good book (SciFi is my go to - i have Asimov books i have been lugging around with me for the last 20 odd years, to get rid of them would be tandamount to sacrilege) or do a spot of painting/sewing/other creative stuff. I'm a clean up after myself as i go in the kitchen and tend to keep my stuff out of common areas (unless you like books, then i'm happy to add to the bookcase!). Easy going, open minded and like a good laugh. Ideally a room with either a mostly north west or west aspect is what i'm after, for the light - it's all about the light! Even a mostly north with bit of east will make me happy, as long as there's loads of light for my artistic pursuits. High ceilings would be great but not a "must have", prefer an unfurnished room but i can also work with furnished. If you like to have the odd impromptu party - not crazy kinda party (although i DO love a good costume party!), more the dinner party kinda thing, or mates over, that's fine by me - i may join in, invite a friend or two of my own along, or leave you all to it, either way, i have no problem with that sort of stuff if that's what you like to do. I don't have a pet, but if you have one that'd be awesome! Dog/Cat cuddles are the best!

Have lots of hobbies that do not include being on an electronic device. Originally from California and have been here close to hitting the 5 year mark. Know Sydney well enough but definitely do not know all the nooks and crannys as I'd like. Thanks!

It is a two-store house in a residential area of Canterbury. It is located near the 428 bus stop and within walk distance to Canterbury, Hurlstone Park, and Ashfield train stations, and also to Dulwich Hill light rail station. It is an air-conditioned house, which keeps it cool during our hot summers. It has a fireplace and heater for our cold winters. There is a very lush green backyard, a chook yard, an outside cat and a fish pond. It is spacious and quiet, which is suitable for university students. There is also a nice BBQ area in the back. We are more interested in renting out a room that is for two students who wish to share. The weekly rent includes also breakfast and dinner which we cook and all householders are welcome to join in.
Lovely feeling sun filled home with massive back yard! Big living room and big kitchen. Across the road from a park and short walk to several other parks. Street parking available. 2min walk to shops and 5min walk to train station or bus. Only 15mins to the city via train. The room available is a huge 3.3x5.5m with a bay window that produces plenty of sunshine. It can be furnished if need be.
Semi-furnished beautiful room in a semi-detached house in Ashfield. The house is located in a beautiful, quiet and leafy street. We are 5 minutes walk to the mall and restaurants and less than 10 minutes walk from Ashfield station and buses. The room is semi-furnished with a king-single bed, bedside table, a huge built-in, high ceilings and plenty of natural light. The house is fully furnished and has big open areas and nice gardens. We are not in a hurry to find a flatmate, we are rather looking for the right fit to the household. We prefer students or reliable young adults, we are also gay friendly. Rent includes bills: wi-fi, electricity and water. Bathroom is shared. You will be sharing with a friendly and respectable family (2 adults). We are very clean and offer a safe, friendly and pacific environment. Long term accommodation for the right person. Non-smoker is a requirement. The room is available now. If you have a car, there is plenty of parking on the street. You will love living here, we hope to hear from you.
I am Ashish. Currently trying to juggle a job and an MBA. Searching for a place to call home. I could make your rent/utilities cheaper, partake in groceries acquisition, and successfully execute household chores. I am pretty easy going with most things. Love football, stand up comedy, beer & pizza, not necessarily in that order. While I am down for chit-chat almost any time, I also respect boundaries. Looking for tidy and responsible people who would appreciate untimely, yet wholeheartedly high fives. If you think you might enjoy having a healthy dose of energy around then do give me a shout. Please and thanks! :)

Hi ! I'm a generally chill person that enjoys relaxing around. I love cooking and will always generally clean the place up! I work full time and long hours but enjoy eating out and food and drinking in general!
I'm very adaptable to my surroundings. Makes me pretty easy going. Drama free is my goal. I work a lot, but in my free time I looooove me movies and hanging out with me best mate (my son) Other hobbies are most definitely reading, gardening, cooking, baking... To just name a few... I've been living in a sharehouse in the city for 2 years and just recently have attained 2 new jobs out at Olympic park and now am wanting to move closer. Let me know if I sound like a person you could live with :-D
I'm really easy-going. I like being an introvert but I'm always up for hanging out too for movie nights or something! Basically I'm a sociable hermit, who enjoys socializing but also enjoys being holed up at home :) I just moved to Sydney last year from New Zealand so I'm still settling in. I currently work at Priceline North Sydney and in my spare time I like to do illustration, as well as play my Playstation 4 or go out exploring a bit more of Sydney. My PS4 does come with Netflix too 😆 I also know how to clean, I'm a pretty good cook but I'd say I'm a better baker. I make a really good banoffee pie...just saying. I'm good at chores as well, my Mum taught me well! Hope to meet my new future flatmates soon :D P.S: I'm definitely not looking to share a room with anyone so please don't message me about a shared room you have available. Also I have no problems living with smokers, as long as the actual smoke is never inside the house. Boundaries folks!
I am a full-time teacher working in Five Dock. I am easy-going and clean. I love cooking and I am an animal lover (Even I don't have now). I don't smoke and not a party animal. I am looking for a room and hoping the housemate would be similar to me: Clean and not making big noise during midnight. The Ideal room would be a double room with wardrobe and no need to share the bathroom with too many people.I will need a good kitchen to use too.Thank you

Hi there! I'm looking for a single room in a shared house. I have been living in Sydney for over a year and I am easy going person, clean and organized. I study and work during weekdays and enjoy going out or watching movies during the weekend. I do not smoke. I have an open mind and I enjoy a drink or two but I will prefer not a party house. I am open to different cultures and love traveling.
I'm currently studying a post graduate degree in Psychology and work part time in fashion retail. I enjoy cooking and am naturally a neat and clean person. I do a bit of art in my spare time and also do taekwondo as one of my hobbies 🙂 I love animals and would prefer a household that has/allows pets. I'm not a smoker but I am 420 friendly. I'm pretty easy going and great to get along with
I lived in Japan for two years and have recently come back home to Australia. Not too sure what to expect on this site but I am hoping to team up with someone who is clean and sociable. (punctual with payments would be a big plus!) Look forward to meeting you all.
Tea-aholic who loves animals, discovering new bars, live music, interior design, whisky tastings, travel adventures and hiking. Extroverted, friendly and relatively clean but respectful of boundaries. Happy to make you a cuppa tea every morning. If you put up with my sugar addiction I promise I'll share! I study at uni and work three jobs so I'm one busy gal. I do have a lovely 10yr old Pomeranian called Marley. Ideally, she moves in with me :)
**Needs a dog-friendly home** My dog (Chrissy - 11 year old Kelpie X) and I are seeking a calm and pet-loving household to share a home with. We have moved from Darwin to Sydney for work. I'm a full time health professional (Mon - Fri, 0700 - 1700), Chrissy is my shadow and a professional snoozer. Chrissy is an inside/outside dog, very well-behaved, and gets along with other dogs (but not felines). I am from Singapore, and have been in Australia for 11 years. In my free time, I go for walks with Chrissy and do yoga. I have a partner who lives on the far South coast; he'll visit one weekend per month, and I'll be away from one other weekend per month. I am clean and tidy, and take pride in keeping a clean and tidy home. I also have great references from my past housemates who I've found on this flatmates website. Please contact me if you're interested in housesharing with my lovable dog and I! We would prefer to have another dog in the house, so that Chrissy gets doggy company whilst I'm at work.
i am full time worker, i'm also a student here in Australia. my background is Chilean, i'm friendly. i spend most of my time outside the house. the reason why i want to move is because i live to far away from work and school. :)
Fairly wide range of interests, broad sense of humour, pretty chilled and a bit creative, and I love the outdoors: nature, camping, hiking, beach. Am up for drinks but won't make it till the AM anymore. I'm very independent, balance a busy, healthy lifestyle with needed downtime, and respect other people's space so am looking for the same. Ideally I would move into a 2-bedder minimum (pref with female who's pretty clean but not OCD) where I can bring my furniture, and a place that's easy to commute into the city for work (I've got the sofa, dining, etc). My max rent listed is only for rent (no bills included). Only need two week notice to move so give me a bell if you'd like to share a place.
