Looking for a place before 14 March 2017 - get in touch!!! I came to Australia as a backpacker over 7 years ago now and I am originally from Germany. In the meantime, I have lived in WA, NT and have become an Australian citizen. I work full-time in hospitality and study Holistic Nutrition at Nature Care College at the moment. I am interested in anything food and nutrition, have recently become a vegetarian (my flatmates can eat whatever they like though... :-) ) and try to live a rather balanced life. I visit the gym in my free time, love to go for walks and do yoga and meditation at home. I am social but not after living in a party house. I respect other people's space and go with the flow. If you are a full on introvert I will totally respect that. If you like to chat, I am up for it. I have a 4 year old medium-sized puppy who likes cuddles and playtime. He likes other dogs but - same as with us humans - not everyone, so if there would be another dog they have to meet each other first... He requires a yard and some decent outdoor space for himself. Otherwise he is very easy going and not much trouble. I actually would love to find a place with another dog so that he has a mate again since he grew up with other dogs and misses them very much. I would like to find an existing share-house anywhere near Ashfield (I work there) or along the train line towards Ashfield. I don't have a car and walk/ride to work or take public transport. If all of this sounds appealing to you, don't wait and get in contact with me!
About the Granny Flat: - Newly renovated - Self contained with 1 bedroom, your own separate kitchen, and your own separate bathroom - Own direct access to the granny flat (as well as through the house) - Access to communal alfresco area with air conditioning, and backyard - Available from Monday 27 February! About the area: - Leafy suburban area - Wide streets with plenty of free parking - Safe neighbourhood with friendly neighbours - 20 mins to the city - Less than 5 mins to Canterbury Station - 5 - 10 mins to surrounding inner west suburbs (Dulwich Hill, Marrickville etc) - About the housemates: You'll be living with a group of friends, x2 girls and x2 guys, in their mid 20's to 30's. We live in the house that the granny flat is semi attached to. We all have our own busy schedule, but we all like to hang out together when we can. Hoping to find a like-minded housemate within the same age bracket to occupy our granny flat. Ideally it'd be good to have someone whose lived in sharehouses before, is happy to contribute to the up keep of the communal areas of the house, and is some what social. For any interests, please send through a message with a little info about yourself :)
You're typical laid back, fun-loving Aussie bloke. Recently finished a 7 month trip through Europe, South America and the USA. I work in the city full-time, but on the weekends you'll often find me at the beach or out with friends. My talents include; cooking a mean pad thai, well tuned shower singing and I'm well toilet trained. I'm also tidy and always down to hang out and have a laugh. Also looking for people interested in joining my basketball team (not required for house lol).
I've recently moved back to Australia after a stint working overseas, I'm now working full time and looking for a place to share in Sydney. I haven't lived in Sydney for about six years, so i'm keen to join a reasonably social household and meet some new people.

The house is an older style but in great condition. The room is a massive 4.2 x 3.4 m. There is a huge backyard with entertainment/BBQ area. The house is a semi but we have the whole yard to ourselves, the tenant next door is rarely seen. We do have the responsibility of mowing the yard, but there is a lawn mower available for that. The street is lovely and quiet, very close to Pratten Park, walk to Ashfield Mall and the train station and buses. I do have 2 cats here so no other pets can reside here, sorry. The room will be available in about 2 weeks, the bedroom pics are not the one available, just shown for size. The rooms are identical, the windows are just different.

Hi, I’m Graham. Originally from Scotland, I've been in Australia for nearly nine years now and love it. I'm in my mid-30s, enjoy lots of yoga, cooking, the gym and getting outdoors – I like to keep healthy but not fanatical about it. Otherwise you will typically find me catching up with friends at a movie, the theatre or over a G&T. Currently I work full-time in retail and am a marketing professional by trade. I’m clean, tidy, considerate of others and always do my share of chores around the house. I enjoy a good conversation, whilst also being perceptive enough to know when a flatmate just wants their own space. I'm seeking similarly friendly and easy going guys or girls.
I am Ashish. Currently trying to juggle a job and an MBA. Searching for a place to call home. I could make your rent/utilities cheaper, partake in groceries acquisition, and successfully execute household chores. I am pretty easy going with most things. Love football, stand up comedy, beer & pizza, not necessarily in that order. While I am down for chit-chat almost any time, I also respect boundaries. Looking for tidy and responsible people who would appreciate untimely, yet wholeheartedly high fives. If you think you might enjoy having a healthy dose of energy around then do give me a shout. Please and thanks! :)

I'm really easy-going. I like being an introvert but I'm always up for hanging out too for movie nights or something! I just moved to Sydney last year from New Zealand so I'm still settling in :P I currently work at Priceline North Sydney and in my spare time I like to do illustration, as well as play my Playstation 4 or go out exploring a bit more of Sydney. I also know how to clean, I'm a pretty good cook but I'd say I'm a better baker. I make a really good banoffee pie...just saying. Hope to meet my new future flatmates soon!
Another flatmate (also from this website) and I are looking for a third person to team-up with us in finding a place in Strathfield or surrounding suburbs. Looking to find a place soon and moving in early March If you are interested, please send me a message if you can
I'm 22, working a receptionist for Google and IBM. I'm responsible, kind, clean and always pay my bills on time. Definitely queer and veg friendly, also love animals. I'm a creative personality, I love movement, dance, singing (not at 3 in the morning I promise), yoga and pilates. I've been in Sydney 2 years and I'm looking for a long term place with people I would in time be able to call friends. If you have any questions don't hesitate to contact me and let me know if you want to meet so I can see your place.

An Aussie Permanent resident to add to credentials ( if only that helps you to make decision) Other than that, not a great cook, but would not let that bother you and if I eat what u make, trust me will learn and cook for u. Expect awesome music and Bollywood and salsa dance
Moving to Sydney in February from Melbourne and starting work in finance. I like sport (AFL coming from Melbourne but keen to learn about this rugby thing) and outdoor activities (hiking, camping or whatever). I'm not a big party person but always down for a few social beers! Looking for a fun house with other young professionals who like to spend time together and not locked away in their room. I've lived out of home since I was 18 so know how to be clean and respectful in a shared house.

My partner Andrew and I have just moved to Sydney. He is Australian and I'm on a working holiday visa from Canada. We are both friendly and outgoing. We are tidy but laid back. We are exited to explore the city and it's beaches! I am working in administration for a construction company in Rosebery and Andrew is a chef. We are looking forward to sharing a flat with fun and outgoing people, who like to have a good time on the weekend, but who are more quiet during the week. We are thinking about spending the winter at Thredbo, so for now, we are only looking for a room up until June, or anything shorter.
I'm quiet, tidy and mostly keep to myself. I like to cook and if there is a garden I'm likely to be found in it. I'm studying teaching. My friend is a student of engineering, plays classical music on his keyboard mostly and is fairly sociable. Both of us are people of colour and into left wing politics.
I am a friendly person but will not intrude in anyone's space. Like to have a few beers on the weekends, would love to spend time with people i am living with. I am not a smoker. I like cleanliness around the house and would prefer to live with people who like to keep things clean. I would love to team up to start a new lease if anyone is interested, please contact me.
