Hi there, I’m looking for a male or female to share a tidy, newly renovated 2 bedroom unit. The house is close to public transport with a few minutes walk to buses and it’s a 12 minute walk to Ashfield station with trains express to the city and nearby shops. The room is furnished and includes a double bed and wardrobe although you’re more than welcome to bring any furniture or appliances along. There is a balcony in the living room and a renovated kitchen with a new electric oven. The unit also has cable internet, Foxtel, Netflix and PS4 if you’re keen to stay indoors. There is usually plenty of street parking and a lock up garage as well that you can use for storage. Looking for someone clean and tidy who's easygoing, pays rent on time and friendly :) The rent is $300 including expenses (electricity, internet and water). Move in costs will be two weeks bond.

I'll keep a tidy house and respect your privacy and lifestyle. I am very easy going and flexible so i don't mind adapting to your way of life. I enjoy tv and movies, music and catching up with friends. I also keep quiet and study often.
I am unemployed due to having two knee replacements for the past 10 months. Im still recovering with rehab for maybe one month more. I'm a single layed back easy kind of guy to get on with, with a sense of humour. Im very clean and tidy. I would prefer to be around positive mature happy people of similar age. Age group between 30 and 60 but not essential. I used to be a chicken farmer in Victoria and move to Sydney 7 months ago because I had to give up my job due to my physical health. Im currently on Centrelink New Start allowance. I'm currently looking for the right employment opportunities. Look forward to hearing for you.
Urgently Looking for short term accommodation to move in immediately. approximately 4-5 months as my partner will be going back to China for two months. Quiet couple. I'm a defence member. Partner and I are working and we are mostly out on weekends. Both non smokers and drug free. Prefer off street parking if available
I'm a young professional who is easy going and loves going out, eating at restaurants and having a good time. I work in customer service for a global financial company which is situated in the city so a place near the city would be great!
I'm a Filipino-Swede, born in Queensland, grew up in the Philippines, and now living in Sydney. Taking in great new views, listening to music that can actually tickle my brain, riding a bike around places, training in jiu jitsu, and experiencing new things are what I consider fun. I like learning new things and collecting interesting experiences (working on an alpaca farm, hitchhiking, going to medieval faires, parkour), and sometimes I try and get creative by writing letters and doodling. Just got back from 3 months of traveling around Europe for the second time, and now back to working and saving up (for even grander adventures). I've couchsurfed a few times in Europe and my hosts have described me as thoughtful, reliable, fun, easy to hang out with, and respectful. I like to cook and feed people, keep things tidy and clean, and respect others' / have my own privacy from time to time. But I do enjoy socializing when I can, especially with similar-minded folks. I love hearing other people's fascinating life stories.
From different countries and are bonded by the love towards this beautiful country we are looking for a place to call our own. I work for the Commonwealth Bank and my girlfriend is working towards her second year visa. We love the outdoors, adventures and travelling. We like to interact with people and are respectful towards everyone. Thank you.
Hi Everyone 👋🏻 We are 3 international students ( two Canadians and one American) studying veterinary medicine at the University of Sydney. We are hoping to find a 3 bedroom house, preferably furnished to live in starting December 1st for the 2017 school year. We are hoping to spend no more than $300/each for a room. If the house is not fully furnished we are at least hoping for it to have a fully functioning stove, oven, fridge, washing machine and dryer. Ideally the closer to the university the better as we would like to be able to walk to school. In our free time we like to watch Netflix, hang out with friends, and explore Australia. If you think you have the place for us shoot me a msg :)
Friendly, funny down to earth aussie guy. Doing an apprenticeship, so working/studying to a full time load. Love exercise, the beach, cooking healthy with the occasional epic desert. Not exactly a neat freak but close to it haha. Definitely want to live with people that can be my house mates and my friends! Im not a party-person but do enjoy a social drink when out.
Easy going, sharing, caring and we do like to socialise. Love to joke around, watch standup comedy and go to live gigs I work in IT ( mainly contracting between roles) an Amanda works in hospitality.
