Hello all, I am an Indian girl who has completed her masters from UTS and currently working full-time. It's been more than 2 years I have been living in Sydney. I am looking someone with whom I can share the lease. For sharing the lease, you must have full-time work or Permanent part-time contract. If anyone interested please let me know.
Hi, My name is David. Im 28, I was born in Chile but have lived in Sydney for most of my life. I work in HR Full time (travel a-lot interstate)and work weekends in promotions sampling a range of different products. I don't drink or smoke but I do love hitting the beach and socialising with friends on weekends. I'm clean, down to earth and always happy to cook dinner and have a good chat :)
Hi all! Due to the owner of the apartment I’m currently in taking back the property, I’m looking for an unfurnished room/granny flat/studio, or for someone wanting to start a new place with me and my parrot! I’m an engineer in my early 30’s, easygoing, social, clean (without being a neat freak), who pays bills and rent on time and always down for a sneaky beer! I’m looking for an unfurnished room or someone wanting to start a new place. As mentioned I do come with a parrot who’s very friendly and (mostly) well behaved, so a place with a cat would not be suitable for obvious reasons! I also have a car so would be looking for somewhere with easy parking. If you think I might be a good match for a spare room or you’re interested in getting a new crib, just send me a message! Cheers, Stew

Coffee fanatic living in the Inner West currently, but working in Western Sydney. I currently work for Western Sydney Local Health District, and am doing my masters. Im clean and enjoy my privacy, but I'm always up for brunch. I enjoy cooking and trying new food. Since I work a 9-5 job and do uni,I'm quiet and wouldn't have time for partying. I travel to Canberra one or two weekends a month, so you'll always have a weekend to yourself. I don't have a lot of furniture, but I'm willing to invest for a team-up. Send me a message if you'd like to grab a coffee and see if we'd make good roomies!
Hey! Casey and I are close friends looking for an amazing household to make a home! Ideally, we'd like to move into an established household (separate bedrooms please!). We are friendly, easy going, creative and respectful of others. Our ideal home is a place where everyone gets along and hangs out at times, whilst also respecting each other's space and privacy. We also love wine. Look forward to hearing from you, potential new fellow nesters ;) xox Andrew and Casey
I am a clean, tidy and quiet non-smoker. I am very respectful of other’s space and privacy. I have just returned from teaching English as a Foreign Language in Spain. I love to travel and have seen quite a bit which is always great for conversation. My native language is English (I was born here), I also speak Spanish and elementary French. Currently I am studying a Masters in English Language Teaching. The key reason I am looking to share is to save money. I look forward to hearing from you.

Hi there, I am an animal lover, who is responsible, I love to clean and have a tidy place, and preferably live with like minded individuals. I love to cook and I'm generous when it comes to sharing. I'd prefer to live with females who like to have a chat and can also teach me a thing or two about healthier lifestyles and possibly taking on a friend as well as flatmate.
Hey everyone, I'm a west-coast Canadian that will be arriving in Sydney as of May 3rd. I'm clean, clutter-free, and hoping to find a roommate/s that like to live a similar lifestyle! A bit about me if anyone is interested; I enjoy being active and consider fitness a hobby, and I'm really looking forward to swimming in water that isn't frigid cold. But by any means, I don't require similar interests from people I live with. Back home I enjoy collecting vinyl, hiking, photography and going to music events. I have a few friends that live in Sydney full-time, and I intend to stick around for around 4mo at least to hang out with them (potentially longer but I don’t want to overestimate), incase anyone is apprehensive of my living situation. I realize I'm a bit early with this posting as I'm not in-country as of yet, but I'd love to build as many contacts as possible to make this an easy transition. Cheers!

Happy positive responsible respectful and very clean. Very young at heart though the responsibility of a mature woman! Have friends between 30 and 45yrs old that are lovely all my previous housemates say im very lucky to have beautiful network. Been living in share accommodation since 18 yrs old so very house proud and house trained. Almost OCD with pride! I am definitely not into big house party's though bbqs and dinner party's with close friends are fabulous with communication with other housemates . Im a social person and enjoy meeting new friends and always say hello to the neighbours! Prefer not to share bathroom with more than 1 person and maximum 3 people in home. Preferably quieter street with room to park a car. Low road traffic noise inc bus noise though have been in places where near main road though once inside the home its quiet. Im a light sleeper. Though still like to be walking distance to bus stop cafes restaurants. Would love a courtyard or backyard. Like a home feeling property not just a room to rent. I enjoy the outdoors and beach. My field of career as a Health Professional /my days include coaching nutrition, counseling, caring for post operative patients. Im also in mid completion of two health courses. Preferably not more than 2 flights of stairs into home. Im often away 2.5 days per week staying with family . Prefer not to live with students thats are always home or have 20 yr old youngsters over! Love the beach yoga art weekends away Understand housemates can require both privacy and social time. Respectful and great communication between housemates. Bills paid always on time. I love to cook so happy to make meals for my time poor housemate! Also great at assistance with health and well-being. Enjoy organic markets on weekends / new cafes/like pets/social though do enjoy quiet times. Own bathroom preferred thank you. Though ok if not available. Budget is $320 though if its perfect property room to pay more😊
Hi Everyone, One room for rent in shared house, decent size room approx. 3 x 4 metres with built in bookshelves on one wall. The house is a little older, Victorian farm cottage style, lovely backyard, extremely convenient for transport being between 2 railway stations and very close to buses on Liverpool Road. Room is furnished and faces South, so little on the dull side, but that doesn't matter if you're out working during the day, and the living area is lovely and bright and sunny all year round. With the large backyard this place is a little oasis in the middle of busy Ashfield. House is on the older side so don't expect all the mod cons. All utilities are included in price as well as unlimited internet and household Netflix subscription. Plus a cleaner once a fortnight to do the shared areas (Kitchen, Bathroom etc.). Please no drugs and no smoking.
The townhouse is close to transport and easy to get into the city or to other innerwest suburbs. It is a quiet complex and has a pool. There is a private courtyard at the back of the unit, kitchen, laundry, lounge, dining, single bedroom and 2 toilets. The room is furnished, but that can be negotiable.
