Hi! I'm Anthony, 23, from Hong Kong. Right now I'm taking the JD programme in USYD, so I'm looking for a place that's close to the campus, for a minimum of 4 months, starting from 18/19 March. Private room is preferred, though sharing a room with a tidy, clean person is also fine with me. I'm an easy-going, clean and quiet guy. Not a party person particularly. Don't smoke. The workload of my course is pretty intense, but I’m totally up for socialising with housemates at weekends. I'm really looking forward to moving into an awesome place with nice housemate!
Alexis - Love to live in a clean space, I clean up after myself and respect privacy with flatmates, easy to get a long with. Callum - Tidy, respectable, fitness fanatic -loves going to the gym and a disciplined eater - prepares his meals for the week, he would happily help anyone wanting some help in the gym!
I'm moving from interstate for my job and need a place to stay. I would prefer to live in a quiet household with another male of female. I do not drink or smoke and live a healthy lifestyle. Will hardly ever be home because I will be busy at my job even on weekends. Also, i am very tidy and organised and always have bills paid in advance. I will be heading to Sydney this week and able to inspect any potential rooms. I also have good communication with people who i live with and very friendly, if you think that we would make good housemates that i hope to hear from you soon :)
I'm an Italian PhD student (neuroscience) staying in Sydney for an exchange, and I'll be staying for 6 months from the end of April to the end of October, 2017. I'm a very calm person and I enjoy people company but I also like to have some privacy moments after a day of work. I'm a smoker but I don't mind being in a no-smoke house. Maybe can be the final drive to make me stop! :) I'm a rather easy person and I usually adjust to any situation.
I was a nurse and when I decided to change my career and do what I love to do I have to move here in Sydney to study. I am a full-time student and working full-time... And if I'm not working on weekends I'm home testing recipe or back home with my family in Queensland... I will be here in Sydney for another 18months. My partner lives in Queensland and he visit me every 6weeks when my schedule are tight that restricts me from flying back home. He will be expected to stay with me for a Maximum of 3nights during his visit that usually falls on weekends. I am a very quiet person, with a great passion for cooking and good food. If I'm not working on weekends it's Either I'm in Queensland, driving outside NSW or testing my new recipe.

Besides bed rooms, it also has big living room, kitchen, sun room and other public spaces which can guarantee you will feel really comfy. The location is in walking distance to Ashfield station and really close to bus station. It's also surrounded by school, park and greenfield. And it offers plenty of parking spots which is good for commuters.
Two furnished rooms are available where rent includes all bills. All applicants will be considered, including friends and couples. This house is large and grand. It offers a spacious and green backyard with pool, perfect for enjoying your weekends or inviting your friends over to spend time. I'm an outgoing, happy go lucky, professional female who is looking for a long term stay/lease. I am currently locked into a rental agreement and would not be able to move in until 2nd week of June, however on the plus side I do intend to stay for at least a year or longer. I am very reliable and trustworthy and am respectful of others and their belongings. I enjoy my sports, music, movies, tv series, outdoors, traveling, reading and socialising. Looking for a room and own bathroom preferrably, as I am a little ocd with my cleaning, and the home needs to be very close to public transport as I commute to and from work. I do have 2 pet rabbits and ideally would love to bring them with me however if this is not possible I do have someone who will take care of them for me. Do not have any furniture to bring with me but I do have a cherry tomato tree (in pot plant), camping gear/trunk and medium storage containers/bags with some belongings inside which I would need to store. The largest item I have to store is a washing machine. If you think you have a great place for me I would love to hear from you and arrange to come see the place and meet.
Centralised, convenient and modern living with beautiful suburbian views. Penthouse level Unit is located 2-3 mins from Ashfield train station and adjacent to Ashfield Mall. Room itself is a single bed room and unfurnished (I do have available chest of drawers if wanted) that has a functional large skylight with centralized air conditioning. Parking spot available with shared storage space also. Rent may be negotiated.
Laid back professional photographer who enjoys quiet nights in as well as socialising with friends at various bars, cafes, diners, live music venues, art events, gym, outdoors when not working. My week various - I'm a freelancer who is either working from home or out shooting on location most of the time. I've lived in Sydney all my life but spent the past 12 months abroad volunteering in Nepal then working in Bangkok so I have minimal furniture but plan to purchase whatever is necessary (so ok with a furnished / unfurnished room). I return back to Sydney this Thursday (27th April) and can view and move in straight away. I clean up after myself, is social enough to hold a conversation with you and your guests when we see each other around the house but know when to respect your privacy. I'm housetrained :) and is happy to share the chores / bills for common household items. I LOVE animals though have no pets of my own but if you do I'd be more than happy to help with walking or feeding said furry creature when you are too busy etc. If there is space for gardening I'd love to maintain / contribute so we can always have fresh herbs and veggies. In regards to rent / bills, after the initial bond and 1 month rent, I am willing (indeed would prefer) to pay monthly in advance. In terms of contract, I am hoping to settle into my new home for more than 12 months if we are all a good fit. Ideally, it would be great to get along with my flatmates outside of the share housing situation. In the past I've had flatmates who became friends / regularly gone out together in social situations.
Hi, My name is Jonathan, I'm a 22 y/o male studying engineering. I'm tidy, respectful and friendly, more than happy to have a chat and a bev, but am aware of peoples personal space and enjoy time alone. I spend a lot of free time on my computer programming and playing games, but like to get out with friends, and spend time in the sun. I'd love to hear from you so shoot a message over :) Jonathan.
Hey :) I'm looking for a place in the inner West. I have roughly a decade of house sharing experience so I'm well trained! I grew up in the country, I've lived all over, and I've recently started a new position with the NSW government. I'm looking for a place with: -no pets -no smoking -no noise late at night I'm polite and respectful, and pretty quiet. My schedule is I finish work, come home, cook dinner, and then read a book. Weekends I'm normally out exploring. I'm interested in people and I'm normally up for some conversation and sharing the odd meal too. Cheers :)

An automotive engineer for VW in Germany, I quit my job to travel the world. I'm the kind of person who's fun to hang out and trade stories with over a beer. Always clean and considerate. Interested in foreign cultures and an all-round enjoyable company. Most importantly, I always pay the rent in time. Money is no issue.
The room is queen size (comes with a queen bed, but this can be flexible), has high ceilings and is very spacious, no other furniture is provided in the room. The bathroom is well equipped and is new as can be :-) House features are a newly renovated kitchen and 2 bathrooms, the lounge and dining area are seperate. The house is very spacious, is fully furnished, and the back yard is huge and great for BBQ's and lounging about in. We are about a 10 min walk away from the station and only 15 mins to city via car or train. There is an express train to the city from Ashfield station during weekdays. There are 2 bus stops right around the corner, if you prefer the bus instead. The shopping mall has all the main attractions, (Woolies, Coles, Aldi, Kmart, Priceline, postoffice, fruit and veg shops, food hall and loads more). Ashfield has some of the best dumplings in town. So if you are foodie this will go down well. There are loads of parks around and if you fancy yourself a stroll or a bit of an exercise junkie, The Bay walk is only a short drive away. We have all the usual house stuff, internet, Freeview, Apple TV, Netflix - all watchable on a big flatscreen TV. Bills are divided equally between the 3 of us (electricity, gas, internet/TV, Netflix and water). We do a Costco shop for all the common house hold items (toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning products, etc) this last us 3-4 months and is split evenly between 3 of us. A cleaner is provided fortnightly and the garden mowing is taken care of.
Looking for either an individual or couple to take the apartment's larger room. For an individual the rent is $350 for a couple it's $400. The utilities are included in the rent ($25 a week), the wifi isn't but it ends up being about $10 per week more. The place is in an EXCELLENT location, super quiet and only 150 meters walk to Ashfield station. There are cafes and restaurants everywhere. Thai Number 1 is a personal favourite, but you can take your pick of food. Ashfield Mall is about a 4 minute walk and has an Aldi, Coles, Kmart AND Woolworths. There is a 480 and 483 bus that goes straight down Parramatta Road to USYD and UTS which ends up being about a 20 minute commute or there are express trains which go straight to central from Ashfield which is a 15 minute commute to the city. The Physiotherapy practice downstairs has rights to the parking but we are able to use it outside their business hours. The room is very generously proportioned about 4x3.5. We have our own (again very large) laundry downstairs, I've got a washing machine and dryer already installed. If you cycle, surf or just need storage there's plenty of room in the Laundry to keep things. I don't own a big TV though there is room for one in the living room if you have one and he couch folds out to a double bed so guests are always welcome to stay.
