Hello potential housemates! :) My name is Catherine and I am looking for a furnished room to rent on the Gold Coast. I'm a 23 year old speech pathologist from Brisbane and I am working full time at Gold Coast University Hospital. I'm a friendly and social girl who loves the beach, going out for food and drinks with family and friends, and exploring new places. I am also a clean, organised, but chilled person. I would love to live with a group of people who I could become friends with and hang out with during my spare time. If I sound like your potential housemate, feel free to send me a message! I'm also very open to doing a team up, so if you are also looking for a place to rent, feel free to message me!! I hope to hear from and meet some of you soon!! Catherine 😊
I'm a full time scaffolder. Usually out the door by 5:30am and finish 2:30pm unless it's raining. I like to cook and am very clean and tidy. I do smoke, but only outside. Don't mind a beer after work but prefer to spend my time at the beach or skating.
Hello! I'm Ellie :) I'm from New Zealand and I am moving from Brisbane to the Gold Coast to work for the Commonwealth Games. I love socialising, exercising, being in the sun, having a relaxing drink and exploring :) I'm also very easy going and tidy. I'm looking to move somewhere ASAP.
Im open minded and chill. I'm looking to stay in the Brisbane area, but am open to moving down to the GC to be closer to work. Fairly clean and quite. Looking to move into an established share house or start a new one with some fun and laid back characters. absolute max rent I can afford is $180 per week plus bills. Wouldn't mind a place close to the beach. I'll mostly be at work or uni during the week. I'm not looking for just house mates but also mates too, who would be open to hanging out on weekends. I'm a student and contractor in the profession I study. I also have a casual catering job. Please get in contact if you have any questions or queries.
21 year old international student from Hawaii but I've been in Australia for 3 years. I'm a friendly, considerate, and tidy roommate and am looking to live with similar people. I enjoy playing in the waves at the beach, hiking, and also chilling and having a few drinks at home. I tend to keep pretty busy with work and Uni but can always find time for a friendly chat or something fun each day. Feel free to message me if you have a room available on the Gold Coast.
$200.00 a week - available now. This is a new large bedroom (approx. 3m x 4.2m). Has a wardrobe with mirror and storage, desk and ceiling fan. You will need your own bed - can easily fit a double or queen bed. Rent includes internet (for occupants only) gas, water and electricity. Great for a shift worker or a studious university student. The property is located in close proximity to Griffith University, the Gold Coast University Hospital, TAFE, schools, two shopping centres, parks, and bus stops. All facilities are within walking distance. It is not a party house and all housemates must be friendly, responsible, considerate of others, and be able to keep your bedroom, main bathroom/toilet areas and common areas clean at all times. You will share the main bathroom with two other people only. You must be a non-smoker. No couples/partners. There is also a friendly dog.
Looking for a chick to team up and get a rental with. Must love dogs as I have chihuahuas. Need to find somewhere before June so asap would be awesome!
Hi. I'm sociable, happy, responsible, and clean. I have lived along well with both guys and girls while I've moved throughout Queensland a few times over the last 5 years as required by my current work. I've just returned to a Gold Coast position for a minimum 3 yrs (likely forever), working full time for a Qld Government organisation. I'm looking for two other like minded people to team up with and move into a house. I'm able to afford up to $260 for rent. Ideally I'd like to move into a modern 3 or 4 bedroom house, with 2 or 3 bathrooms, and a moderate yard in a decent area. I'm not after a party house, but a social afternoon BBQ or drinks once a month would be great. I have a perfect rental history, no late payments, no breaches. I've always received full return of bond. I keep common areas tidy and am respectful of others, but I'm not OCD with it or how you live. I have furniture for my bedroom plus one living space, a medium fridge, and kitchenware. I also have a lovely, affectionate, 10 year old female blue heeler, she has lived happily outdoors with other dogs previously, is well behaved and never destructive, and she loves people. I don't smoke, don't have kids, don't do drugs, and only drink out for occasions. I'm keen on sharing Internet/wifi, and Foxtel, if others are too. I am flexible with moving dates, +/- 2 weeks. I look forward to hearing from you :)
I am relaxed, clean, friendly and respectful of flatmates own space. I work full time and am really busy during the week. I love being active on the weekends and enjoying a good night out occasionally. Looking to live with people of a similar age. Would prefer a pet free place
$210-*$230max all incl, read all. Hi! I'm Lynda, I need unfurn bedrm with w/robe, mid-May. I'm easy-going, considerate, trustworthy, quiet and clean, how about you? (Seb is only a nick-name I'm using for this). I am actually Lynda and I'm looking for 1 bedroom for myself. I am humble, so the ad intro is how my home-mates of past have repeatedly described me. I am a lady in my 50's who is 😊 happy! and young-at-heart. I have great! references from rentals, some of 4+years each. I have always prioritised paying my rent on time and am always economical with my use of any utilities, that's just the way I roll ;) therefore I prefer all utilities to be included in the rent price, please. I am independant and always clean up after myself and contribute fairly to home chores. To be honest with you, due to an incapacity to work in my usual field of past 40yrs, I am for now receiving Newstart Allowance, so I must declare all rental details to Centrelink.**(see below). I hope to again be in paid employment sometime in the latter half of this year and I can't wait for that to happen 😊 I would like to be able to awaken well-rested by sun-up, so that I may hop onto my elliptical (stationery exercise bike) for a quick blitz to get ready for my planned productive day. Is your home peaceful most mid-week late nights? If so, we're off to a good start 😊 Not necessary, but only if you can spare *large storage area aside from the bedroom, I am willing to pay maximum $230/wk rent all inclusive, thanks! I am seeking understanding, friendly and considerate home-mate/s 😊 that, like me, know how to respect each other's privacy, personal space/times and share communal spaces amicably, compromise and be fair for all to get along. I have no pets of my own, yet I love being around them as much as they love being around me. In the past I have been a private home and dog-sitter. More about me: I am only ever a light social-drinker who can still have fun! I am passionate about animal/human welfare, good health and my photography. At home, I am happy to quietly keep to myself. That said, I am caring and friendly 😊 so I also want to interact with you and feel included, at mutually agreed times, when home. So that's me, I would like to find out about you 😊 If you think you are interested in me as a long-term (absolutely a minimum of 12 months share) home-mate, you just need to message me, Lynda, and I'll reply asap. **So if you are the homeowner and there will be no negative impact on you in relation to the ATO/taxation, from having me rent with you, I want to hear from you please! If you've read down to here, please don't hesitate to message me with any queries, thanks! Lynda 😊

My partner and I are looking to move to the Gold Coast sometime in late November this year, as I have been accepted into a Bachelor of Science at Griffith University (2018). We are currently situated in a sharehouse in Townsville, and therefore are more than familiar with the expectations of living respectfully with others. In our spare time we love spending time outdoors, exploring new places and meeting new people! Feel free to contact me if you have any further questions as I am more than happy to answer them!

I am a retired RN, young for my age despite the greying hairs! I spent many years nursing and traveling so have heaps of interesting experiences in my life. Now Retired from the noble profession and enjoying retirement but need to find a place to settle and call home and need to put down some long term roots. I enjoy company as well as being very comfortable having my own space. So am not a person to be in your face, or inappropriate with your time or space. I am not a party person but enjoy a few drinks socially, going out for a meal and having a chat from time to time. I am tidy and clean but not a perfectionist. Happy to help with what ever chores are needed. I enjoy being closer to the beach, but also enjoy city life. Beside Nursing I have worked with Children in a Children's Centre in Africa for a time and was also in the US for about 9 years on and off doing voluntary work with a church and have made some great friends over the years. I am from a big family which means I am used to social interaction and love a good laugh! Basically I'm laid back and don't sweat the small stuff! :) Would enjoy being in my own place but with social contact as well, so sharing in a place, but where I have my own space would be my ideal.
