Hi all! I have bought a place in Ashmore and am looking for someone to share with. It's a two bedroom, one bath and it's just me and my dog, Jupiter - so you must like dogs. I work full-time and always aim to lead an active and social lifestyle when I'm not too caught up with work. Room comes furnished but can be cleared out if need be. Also can consider a couple for more $$. Happy to give up the bigger room for a couple. Shoot me a message if you're interested and I'll send through some photos. Thanks Jess and Jupe.
Hey! My name is Sarah and I’m a first year uni student. I’m hoping to find a group of people (preferably 2-3) to live with. I’m a friendly, quite person but l’m always up for a chat! I’m very considerate of others and will try my best to make living with me as easy as possible. I’m also a clean person and don’t mind helping out with cleaning. I spend most of my time at uni, work or gym but in my spare time I love to cook, party, or go exploring! Although I can be quiet I love to socialise and meet new people as well!
Hi, I’m Britt! I’m 27 and moved to the Gold Coast 3 years ago. I am employed full time Monday-Friday, I enjoy the gym, eating healthy and am a morning person (I get up early to go to the gym before work). I am quiet, clean and respectful and am hoping to find other like minded people to live with as well as make some new friends! :)
This is a nice, clean property. Fortnightly process house cleaning is included in the rent amount. The home has a pool, NBN connection and is in a nice area of Ashmore fairly close to University with good access to busses and the motorway.
I am currently living in Ormeau with my daughter, her partner and five children, it is a very small four bedroom home I am relatively private. I am a natural therapies person, enjoy yoga, walking, I like socialising and having a good laugh. I have spent two and a half years in NZ, I am a pensioner but would like to work a couple of days if possible. I am looking forward to finding a suitable place with a couple or two persons that are reasonably open minded and enjoy a good laugh. Judy
Quiet location, lovely small estate that backs onto Nerang River. Bush surroundings, beautiful trees, lots of grassy spaces and river walk. Just 2 mins to M1, 5 mins drive or easy walk to cinema, shops, Goodlife gym, restaurants and train. Griffith uni is 10 mins drive, Nerang railway station 5 mins and 20 min drive to Southport, Surfers or Broadbeach. Helenvale shopping centre 10 mins. Easily access North or South on M1. Very central to all Gold Coast areas.

Hi, I'm Pete and I'm with my girlfriend, Kerrie. We're a British couple on a working holiday in Australia. Kerrie is a travel consultant and I'm a web developer. We have spent the last couple of years working in London and before that, we taught in South Korea. We are easy going, friendly and respectful. We spend most of our free time exploring, checking out local restaurants and watching movies. We are looking for a nice place to live with housemates who are easy going, clean and considerate. We also LOVE dogs so if you have one that is no problem whatsoever (sadly we don’t have one).
