I'm a young professional, moving over from New Zealand for the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games. I am an active person, who loves the outdoors and sports. I enjoy meeting new people and socialising. I am looking to move in with like minded people :)
Hey I'm Jesse. I work full time as a barista and Coffee Roaster at a factory outlet in Southport. I also have my own coffee roasting business based down in Ballina. I'm currently living with friends in Hope Island and the time has come to move closer to work 😄 I've been living with them for 5 months and they've decided to sell their house and move to Melbourne😓 A glowing reference is available. Prior to that I was with friends in Currumbin Waters for 9 months and more glowing references are available from them. I enjoy cooking, beach walks and swims, drinks and chats, naps 😅, going out for dinner, roadtrips, Gold Class movies and live music. I'm a dog person and am experienced in dogsitting if you require my services 🐶 Hoping to find somewhere close to work, furnished if possible, with some chilled out peeps who enjoy the quiet life at home. I'm definitely a morning person but sleep like a log so don't mind night owls.
I'm from Brazil, recently graduated in biology, going to Australia to study english. I'm a calm and quiet person, i'm organised and clean. I don't drink or smoke, my addiction is sports, soccer, basketball, voleyball, anything. I love animals, i'm talkative, i like to tell and listen to stories, i love diversity, i don't care if you're black or white, asian, gay, rich or poor, or whatever, your character is what matters to me. I like to stay at home, but also to go out with friends once in a while. I'm looking for a place where respect is mutual and coexistence is good :)

Something about myself... Well i'm a Happy, bubbly, hard working kiwi chick. Have lived in gold coast for about a year now. I work so that's a great start haha Im tidy and respectful. I pride myself in the morals I have :) When I'm home in all honesty I enjoy having me time, catching up on sleep, reading, movies etc.. But in saying that I love to be social, have a real conversation and I have a massive sense if humor. So if you want someone to laugh at and want to some to share the bills with feel free to contact me :)
Hello everyone, me and my partner are wanting to move in an apartment that is not shared accommodation by June. Currently living in helensvale but want to move closer to the city area or near the Griffith university because I am also a nursing student. Willing to pay 2month in advance to reassure the home owner that we are trustworthy people and would never be late with our payments.
I'll be moving to the Gold Coast at the end of June to take up a position with the Commonwealth Games, and as such am looking around Southport/Ashmore/Labrador areas. I'm a relaxed and chilled out person, I'd like to live with people who are happy to be friendly and social but also understand the need for space and time by yourself, every now and then. I'm super clean so would appreciate housemates who are similar in nature, especially in regards to communal areas. I enjoy all the normal things; great food (in particular brunch), a quiet wine and cannot live without a coffee. I'm an active person and enjoy being outdoors, but also equally enjoy some bad reality tv or a night in watching films. I'll be moving up from Melbourne, so ideally would love a furnished place however am happy to set up a bedroom if required.
Hello! I'm Ellie :) I'm from New Zealand and I am moving from Brisbane to the Gold Coast to work for the Commonwealth Games. I love socialising, exercising, being in the sun, having a relaxing drink and exploring :) I'm also very easy going and tidy. I'm looking to move somewhere early June.
Lovely Modern Spacious 2 story home light and airy in a 'very quite location', Yet.. convenient to All amenities, transport and the M1, Griffith University and major shopping centers. There is a great relaxing walk or run path very near by that leads to the river..and huge park.. The home is tastefully furnished and has a fully well equipped kitchen and would most likely suit someone and in the 30 plus age group..... Or possibly a student attending the local University. As you would be 'Living in this home'.. with "Only one person.. Me", ..So I would prefer a female? I am looking for a mature, quite, honest, trust worthy and responsible working person, who understands respect in treating others and the home... who is neat and tidy...Social personality... but not a party animal.. The room is modern large unfurnished or if you are a 'student' I can offer you the use of Queen size bed.. very light with large windows, carpeted with double sliding wardrobe - .You would be the only one.. using main bathroom, and separate washroom/toilet the parking is off street some storage space in auto garage. P.S I have a 5 year old red and white border collie gentle and friendly who loves people. If you have a puppy or cat ..sorry...as my girl was a rescue and has taken me some time and much love and support to get her to feel confident happy and relaxed.. Looking forward to hearing from you.. Catherine Backs onto reserve along the river and to the park. Large rear yard plus with BBQ entertaining area.
Hi. I'm sociable, happy, responsible, and clean. I have lived along well with both guys and girls while I've moved throughout Queensland a few times over the last 5 years as required by my current work. I've just returned to a Gold Coast position for a minimum 3 yrs (likely forever), working full time for a Qld Government organisation. I'm looking for two other like minded people to team up with and move into a house. I'm able to afford up to $260 for rent. Ideally I'd like to move into a modern 3 or 4 bedroom house, with 2 or 3 bathrooms, and a moderate yard in a decent area. I'm not after a party house, but a social afternoon BBQ or drinks once a month would be great. I have a perfect rental history, no late payments, no breaches. I've always received full return of bond. I keep common areas tidy and am respectful of others, but I'm not OCD with it or how you live. I have furniture for my bedroom plus one living space, a medium fridge, and kitchenware. I also have a lovely, affectionate, 10 year old female blue heeler, she has lived happily outdoors with other dogs previously, is well behaved and never destructive, and she loves people. I don't smoke, don't have kids, don't do drugs, and only drink out for occasions. I'm keen on sharing Internet/wifi, and Foxtel, if others are too. I am flexible with moving dates, +/- 2 weeks. I look forward to hearing from you :)
Hi, My names Tom, I am moving to Southport for work. I work in Healthcare and am looking for something close to the University Hospital. I'll be driving up from Adelaide around the 12-14th of June and can inspect a house anytime after that. I'll be looking to move in right away. I'm laid back, clean and respectful. I'll be working full time so I won't be around the house much during the week. I'm a social person and get on well with most. I enjoy the occasional drink but I am by no means a party animal. I enjoy playing and watching sport and will be joining a local footy team when I arrive. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. Tom
Our three bedroom house has large rooms with plenty of cupboard space. Floor boards have been recently placed throughout the living area and kitchen. There is a decent sized backyard with a Pool, and a verandah with night views of Surfers Paradise. The property is pet friendly, and we already have a dog living here (he has 3 legs and the sweetest temperament). There is a back room that receives lots of light, and you are more than welcome to set up an office using this space if you wish.
Hey, I'm a full-time student (Tayla) at Griffith University. I currently work part-time at a bar, so I'll either be studying or working. I am a smoker, however I would never smoke inside and only where you would allow for it to happen. Super clean and will help with any cleaning of the house. I'm not a loud person at all and not a party person. I enjoy social drinks when I can put it into my schedule, however I have no friends at the Gold Coast yet so I won't be inviting random people over. I do have a boyfriend, however he works 6 hours away, and would only be up to visit once or twice a month, and would need to stay in the room for those times (2-3 nights each time, often on weekends). Totally okay with sharing a bathroom but will need my own room with at least a queen bed, or unfurnished completely. Much prefer for bills and internet to be included in the price. I need a place by the 15th of June, however I will be ready to move from the 1st of June. Please help me out, thank you!
