Hello! I'm a super clean 23 year old thats rarely ever home, i work solid 12 hour days most days and have sunday and a day off during the week. I clean up after myself as i use things so theres never any trail of mess. I've got one thing thats making it hard for me to find places to live, Its my beautiful 1 year old Staffy (medium sized female). She gets along very well with any other animal be it dog, cat fish or spider. Also gets along well with people, literally loves anyone. I can find places to live with her but most want her only outside, if you're a dog person you know this isn't possible 24/7. The place i'm at right now shes outside majority of the time and shes not coping the best. Would need to be possible for her to sleep inside more often than not (in my room) and be inside chilling in my room when im at home, she sheds minimal fur and is completely house/ toilet trained. She does chew things she can get her mouth on when noones home. But doesnt destroy things. Let me know if you're keen! Happy to negotiate vacuuming house once a week regularly for her to be inside more often or something like that for a trade of her being inside more often than not!
29 yo, non smoker, non drinker, Australian male, no drama, always pays rent on time, clean and tidy LOCATION: I'm interested in living anywhere from northern NSW to Caboolture ish area - flatmates only allows me to select suburbs within 25 km of each other. I'm looking for a nice place without any smokers. Preferably the room will have a ceiling fan. Thanks
Hi I am Ron, I have just moved to the Gold Coast from Canberra. I am currently working and studying full time.I am outgoing, polite, respectful and clean/tidy. I enjoy my own space but don't mind a drink or 2 on the weekends. Looking for someone or a group who are easy going, clean and also respectful. If you have any questions feel free to drop me a message.
Hi, I consider myself very easy going, friendly, flexible and a very reliable housemate. I always pay my rent on time and contribute equally with the household chores and expenses. I am currently working at Brisbane but am hoping to find a part time job somewhere on the Gold Coast as I will be starting full time uni from February 26th. I also love animals so I am happy to rent a place with them and I love to cook! In April, I am getting a border collie puppy so I need the house to be pet friendly! I am also VERY open to living more south of the Gold Coast, the listing only permits 20 suburbs and I have chosen the ones closest to Griffith university. Looking to stay for a maximum of 3months. $160 is my absolute maximum if including some bills. Feel free to get in touch!
*ANYWHERE FURNISHED BELOW 160p/w THAT IS WITHIN 3km FROM TAFE ASHMORE CAMPUS* Hi there, I don’t mean to put capital letters for the above statement, but I have received too many offers that is way far from my listed preference. Please refer description for further preference. Thx I am from Malaysia, Chinese. I’m studying here in Australia for the next couple of years at TAFE Ashmore. I keep stuff as tidy as possible, a tidy place is more comfortable than a wreck, right? Other than between institute and part-time work, I go for cycling every now and then. I am also a motorcycle enthusiast, will be buying one of those in the near future (I prefer quieter bikes if you are worried) Am not a night life, party person. But a drink or two once in awhile is cool.
Griffith Uni student that is studying Computer Science and working part time. I was born in Romania but have been living in Australia since 2007. I clean up after myself and make sure my room is respectable, I enjoy my space and am a quiet person although I enjoy having dinner and drinks with friends. My hobbies are playing video games, reading, hiking and indoor soccer but work and Uni doesn't leave me a lot of free time.
Hey all. 51 year old Aussie bloke. Happily single - no kids - don't smoke - social drink. Secure long term professional job (18 years) Mon to Fri - usually gone by 630am. Lived on GC for 3 years now. Would love to be in Main Beach as my preferred location - ideally would be great to find someone who also wants to live there to start something off but am realistic that this is most unlikely as others have told me these "team ups" rarely occur. Have limited furniture - imagine 1 bedroom flat contents - have been in furnished unit in Broady until moving to where I am now in Palmy for family reasons. Would prefer something with a view of it being longer term and somewhere that's in a safe/secure environment. Have found - to my surprise - that I rather like living in a hi-rise unit and feeling like on holidays each day - that would probably amaze those that know me!! Male/Female sharer - no preference - however not looking to share with any more than 1 other mature adult (if you have children full or part time that's not a big deal). Very flexible with move dates - can stay where I am for any length of time. Only moving to be nearer to work. Need off street secure parking - that's a must - and its a larger car. Me - well I walk - a lot - I love to explore so that's me out and about most weekends. Very cliché I know but I do love the beach. About to buy a bike so looking fwd to many rides. Would love to live in a place with gym access as keen to get back into that - not practical atm sadly. Have always been the household cook - more than happy to prep some meals for more than just me - sometimes. Don't mind Netflix now and again but not really a movie watching type. I don't really know too many ppl on the GC so no worries about stay overs or ppl dropping in all the time with me! 100% not into dramas or people who seem to love everything always being one.
My name is Jess and I work fulltime. In my spare time I'll be either at the gym or with my dog at the beach or park. I like to be active but don't necessarily have to be around people that are as I am happy to keep to myself but also happy to chat and hang out with my housemates. I have a staffy cross dog approx 25kgs. Her name is Jupiter. She's an outside dog during the day but does sleep in my room in her bed at night. Ideally looking for someone who also has a dog for company for her. She's super friendly. I am in the process of buying a house myself but have not found anything at this stage and do not want to be rushed so length of stay can vary but ideally three - six months. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks 😊
Hi! I study at Griffith, Gold Coast and live in Brisbane so I'm looking to lessen my commute. I am kind, friendly, tidy, always up for a chat and a glass of wine, but know the value of privacy. Feel free to chuck me a message -- I look forward to hearing from you :)
Hi! I am Georgia. I’m 20. I am easy-going, fun and friendly. I tidy up after myself and have respect for all my house mates. I have a little tiny toy poodle called Brenner, she is an inside pup and fully toilet trained.
Hello Guys! You can call me Jess or Lychee, currently finding a place to rent, my budget is tight so can only except $80~100 a week for now, If you wanna team up with me we can find a $160~200 shareroom together! I'll be working at Commwealth games village starts from Feb 26th so that's why i'm trying to find a place around that area. I'm a vegetarian and learning to be a vegan now, easy going girl and no bad habits, likes to keep environment clean. Please contact me ASAP thanks heaps!
***At the present moment I need somewhere temporary near the CGames venue at Parkwood, or close to tramline, as I commence work there on the 23rd. Is someone able to oblige me for a month or 2 please? Still only 1 other preferably please*** If I message you, I'd very much appreciate a reply, even if my situation doesn't suit you. I don't mind. I won't get grumpy at you or be rude. Please read fully, because the couple or so contacts I've had have very inappropriate needs to mine, and haven't read my profile. So as not to complicate things, I just want to share a lease with one other similarly interested person. I'm young at heart, so no one should be too put off with sharing with an 'oldie' such as myself, but mature-aged would suit better. And someone looking for something permanent, as opposed to a short time-frame.....(this same profile is duplicated. It's because the original one has been impossible to log back into, even with the help of flatmates.com.au, so I have had to repeat it all and go back to the bottom of the heap) Trawling through everyone else's profiles is proving to be too much Russian roulette. I am sociable but at the same time I value my privacy very much, and my quiet time. I love animals and have a fat old fluffy cat. I'm ONLY interested in sharing with ONE other and I need a place with a lock up garage, according to my comprehensive insurance conditions. I love markets and garage sales, I really enjoy attending auctions too. I enjoy a laugh and do enjoy making others laugh. I pick up occasional work as a bond cleaner for now, as I am in a temporary share situation that isn't my ideal, so I want to get settled before I can start full time work, and not upset the rhythm of life any more than I already have for myself...and new workplace. I've secured work as a cleaner for the Commonwealth Games, cleaning the athletes' accommodation and anywhere else I will be required.
NEEDING SOMEONE FROM NOW UNTIL END OF MAY 2018 Breaking Lease - approx 3 months Quiet and safe house in the Ashmore area, close to the new Coles and Service station at Benowa. Utensils, pots and pans in the kitchen will be at your disposal as well as the washing machine (maybe just supply your own washing detergent etc) Easier if you supply your own food and cook your own meals ect Please contact us if you have any questions or want to come view the house!
I'm clean, friendly and quiet on the weekdays; and am always excited to do something fun on the weekend. I'm single, so there's no pesky boyfriend to eat all your food and I'm a non-smoker but am ok with outside smoking. Im looking for anywhere between Varsity and Helensvale, but nothing further North. I would prefer to live with people my own age with no couples and no more than 3 in the home. I need an decent sized room and some sort of parking.
I'm a 19 year old university student at Griffith studying a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry and molecular biology and marine biology. In my spare time I like to go hiking, do yoga and be outdoors. I'm originally from Ballina and I am hoping to move to the gold coast to be closer to uni.
My partner and I are moving to the Gold Coast to study. We are both clean, easygoing and relatively quiet people who enjoy having a good time but also respect a need for peace and quiet. I will be working full time until June, then studying and working part time when I begin study. My partner is going to be studying full time and working part time also.
We are a couple focused in working and studying. both of us have good manners and respect everyone space. For sure we have time to have a good chat and share some drinks or watch tv but most of the time we are quite busy. In our free time we like to scape to any side of Queenslande or wherever. As any person some weeks we like to stay at home having a nice and chill rest.
