Planning Ahead! I am from Melbourne, but currently working in Canberra. My next goal is to live in NSW (a long term dream). I love the weather, the people, the beaches and the history. It's my happy place anytime I visit. I'm seeking a room, studio or 1 bedroom apartment to rent with low maintenance, and a place to keep my car as well, ideally garaged or carport so it's secure, and happy to help out if you need a lift anywhere! I plan to keep my current role and work out of our Sydney CBD office, as well as remotely. I value my Zac time alot, am very quiet, polite and mindful of others - integrity is part of my job. I don't drink, smoke or use drugs, and I'd prefer not to be around any illicit behaviour myself. I love to go on road trips, travel Australia, visit local icons and enjoy the AFL, cricket and hopefully one day get into NRL as well once I move I enjoy cooking, but sometimes I just like going out and being lazy with food. I am a bit of a gym junkie, and my other hobbies include painting, the guitar, piano, basketball, reading and table tennis. Aside from the above, I'm also an academic, pursuing my Honours, so as a housemate, I'm always either quietly working away at something, or just staying out of trouble. I'm pretty easy-going and more of an introvert, however I'm also happy to socialise and I enjoy living in a home that has good vibes and feels like a home. I'm clean, tidy, respectful, a non-smoker and I value open and honest communication. I'm looking for an unfurnished room and would prefer my own bathroom but it's not a deal breaker. I have a fair bit of camping/hiking gear and ideally would like somewhere I can securely store all of my outdoor gear. I work full time Monday to Friday and enjoy a balance of socialising and chilling on the weekends. I don't have any kids or pets however I love animals (especially dogs!). I like to have the occasional guest visit or stay over and don't mind if you do the same. I love music, nature, catching up with friends/family, trying different foods and exploring new places.
