The apartment is in Glenferrie road, Hawthorn close to Swinburne University just cross small street. From apartment 5 minutes walking distance to Glenferrie trains station and have train to city every 5-10 mins in peak time then take time for traveling only 12-15 mins This area is great and very convenience for everything such as transpot, suppermarket, cinema, gym, cafe, shop for shopping and a lot of restaurants Don't hesitate to send me a message to arrange time for inspection.
Small but cosy and really livens up when a personal touch is added. Entire complex is concrete so is really quiet and cool during hotter days. Across the street from central Glenferrie so has a short walk to trains, trams, lively bars and shops.
