Hey future roomie! My name is Hollis and my dog, Mercy (don't judge her for her name ❤) and I need a new home in December. I'm studying Environmental Engineering and working casually, so once the summer is over, I will be in and out of the house a bit. I love meeting new people and am open-minded so I'd say I'm easy to get along with! Love a catchup but also respect privacy of course. My dog, Mercy, is a 3yr bull mastiff who I adopted from the RSPCA (I kept her original name, hence the unusual-ness of it). She is just beautiful! I know everyone says that about their dogs, but she is a gem. She loves cuddles and pats and surprisingly naps a lot and doesn't beg that much for food. She's very easy to get along with too and I clean up after her well of course. Looking for housemates that I can get to know and become friends with, because it always makes coming home more inviting. Talk soon!
Hey all, We’re looking for a 4th house member to turn this trio into a quartet...?? We’re all recent graduates and are looking at moving to a property in Paddington or any other inner city suburb as our current lease is ending end of December. We all love to hang out together e.g. get food, go to gigs and festivals and would love to find a housemate that loves doing what we do. We also enjoy down time and personal space (essential). If you’re a young and chill full-time worker/student this will be the perfect place for you. The max each person would be paying pw would be $180. If you think we’d get along flick us a message on here (or insta at either ayayronsmithy or natalielagoda) and we’ll meet for coffee 🤗
Hi, I'm originally from Melbourne but I'm looking for a place in Brisbane to call home. Unfortunately I don't know a lot of people in Brisbane so it's really important for me to get along with my housemates. I'm really clean and organised, honestly i'm a really easy person to live with. I would only be able to move in early January.
Open-minded girl who likes to explore the world, make new friends, do yoga, eat healthy, dance, laugh and make lots of art. I always like to keep my space clean and tidy. Looking for a cozy place to call home for some time while exploring Brisbane. I’m friendly and collaborative when it comes to sharing an apartment or house but I also do respect individual space and privacy.
Hi there, I'm steph and I'm a 19 year old girl who works full time in Auchenflower and also studies part time. I'm quite introverted and my cat milo and I are always down for a chill night at home! I'm respectful, quiet, and, tidy and I'd love to have a roommate/roommates
Hey! My name is Jacqui, I’m a 20 year old UQ business student who also works part time. I’m originally from the Sunshine Coast. My hobbies include exercising, binge watching That 70’s Show, and eating all things wonderful (particularly Thai food!). I’m clean, responsible, and love a chat, but am respectful of people’s space.
Hey there! I’ll be relocating to Brisbane on the 14th of December and am looking for a home where we all respect each other’s privacy but the option to be great friends are there. Looking for a place with a great vibe and air conditioned 😂 My boyfriend will be visiting me regularly and would love a home where that’s respected and I give that in return. I work in early childhood, have yet to lock down a new job (it’s fairly easy in this industry) so I’m not picky about location as long as it’s close to public transport!
I'm originally from the UK and have been travelling round Australia for a few months but it's finally time to start working. I'm a qualified dentist and will be working in a few spots around Brisbane as of January. I am outdoorsy and love keeping fit and healthy. I'm pretty social but also appreciate having my own space.
Hey i'm Cian 22 QUT Student studying law/science full time. Rather social and enjoy going out the weekends to catch a gig or just have a good time, but also appreciate some downtime :) Lived in Brissy for a couple years but originally from North Queensland
hey! my name is amelia, i'm a 19 year old girl who just finished my first year studying environmental management at UQ. I'm originally from melbourne but lived in cairns for two years before moving to brisbane to study :)) i'm currently living in a sharehouse which is reaching its expiry date but am flexible with when i move out (between now and feb)! I would like to be staying for at least 6 months, but preferably 12 months or more. i've been described as a really happy & outgoing person and can get along with pretty much anyone! some loves of mine: animals, music (of many different genres), singing (will try to keep it to a minimum!!), having a laff or a chat, funky socks, reading, writing, sniffing flowers, sipping on tea (or chugging when it goes cold), going for a run sometimes or the odd night out. if i sound like your kinda gal and you'd like to meet up to see how we get along, hit me up!!
Hi my name's Helen and I'm an Aussie girl in my late 20's looking for a new place to call home. I'm friendly, chill, quiet, considerate and tidy. I love good music, nature, painting, mucking around on the keys, long walks, movies, markets and learning about new ideas for things to cook. Currently looking for work in admin or retail whilst doing an online business course but affording rent is a non-issue as I do have reliable income from Centrelink in the meantime :-) I don't have any kids, pets, don't smoke and I have all of my own bedroom furniture and have my own car. I'm a chill person, not a clubbing type but enjoy a glass of wine every now and then with good conversation. If I sound suitable for your household, please don't hesitate to send me a msg! ($120-$150 P/W)
We are looking for a new housemate to move into our refurbished Queenslander in Auchenflower. It has a recently renovated bathroom and kitchen, leading to doors that open to a big, leafy deck, perfect for entertaining or catching some afternoon sun. Shady trees surround the home, making it private and secluded. It’s on train and bus lines and a hop, skip and jump from parks and eateries. The bathroom and laundry are both shared, and we also have Netflix, a blow up pool, and a friendly possum called Ronaldo that likes to pop in from time to time. The room will be available in December, but this is flexible depending on your situation. It doesn’t come furnished, but the remainder of the house is fully furnished. It’s within 10 minutes of the CBD but with the benefits of being in a quiet, leafy suburb. Also within 10 mins of the Paddington Shops, Rosalie Village, Toowong Village and Indooroopilly Mall. For more photos, or to make a time to have a look at the place, please get in touch :)
I'm a very respectful guy with a young spirit and an open-mind who is always interested in learning from others. I consider my self a fun and chill guy who likes to go out with friends to surf, go to the movies, have a BBQ, go for a picnic or to party. I'm a very clean person to that end I prefer to live in clean places. I love to travel, meet new people, cook, sports, exercise a lot, dance, read, and more. Looking for a friendly and warm home!
Hi all! I'm Eden, a 20y/o student at UQ, currently taking a break from study to work full-time. I've lived in sharehouses for two years now and have never been late with rent or bills. I'm always keen to help out around the place and like to keep things tidy. I'm pretty social and love a good chat, however also appreciate some time to chill out. I get along with pretty much everyone and would describe myself as easy-going and relaxed, but also well-organised and respectful. I love a good night out but like to keep pretty balanced throughout the week. Hit me up if you reckon I'd be a good addition to your house! I'd love to swing by and get to know you 😊
Hi all, I'm looking for someone to move into a room in our unit in Auchenflower and take over my housemates lease around mid January. The unit is 7 minutes drive/train/bus from the CBD, and is within walking distance to the train station and Brisbane river boardwalks. The room is spacious and comes with built in cupboards, and en suite with it's own bathroom. The house is fully furnished, with a fridge, couches, dining table, washing machine, dryer, and bbq, and also has a small backyard garden. There is also on-street parking. I'm looking to get everything finalized soon so if you're interested don't hesitate to reach out for an inspection before it's too late.
