I’m a non-smoking, no-pets, no kids, middle-aged and young-at-heart, Canadian/Australian female, tidy, responsible, friendly/sociable yet also respectful of others’ living space. I've lived in a lot of sharehouses in multiple countries and value easy-going, open communication. I'm a long-term Brisbane resident who's relocated back from Melbourne. Have worked professionally in the public and corporate sectors in QLD and overseas - currently on break from my part-time Master of Environment studies. My interests include yoga, swimming, cooking healthy meals, easy cycling/hiking, arthouse films, sustainability and community volunteering. Seeking a non-smoking, pet-free, kid-free household to share with 1 or 2 adults (couples OK). Unfortunately although I love dogs and cats, I'm allergic to both. I am interested in renting for at least 6 months. I have a car so would need either on-street parking or parking spot, if available. Prefer a relatively quiet household but I'm up for friendly chats, sharing an occasional meal/cuppa with housemates or watching TV (e.g. news, docco or The Simpsons). I don’t drink alcohol but am fine with my flatmates having the occasional drink. Move-in date flexible. References available.
Hey everyone! I'm a student from the Italian part of Switzerland. I'm going to get to Brisbane on July the 10th for a semester exchange (4 months) at the UQ. I'm doing a master's degree in geography (development and environment). I'm easygoing, open-minded and clean. I like doing outdoor activities and while in Australia I want to visit the country as much as possible! I like having my own space but at the same time I enjoy having dinner together or chatting over a drink. I'm not a party animal but I love going out with friends on the weekends. Cheers :)
A writing student nearing the end of his poor life choice of getting a writing degree. Extraordinarily quiet for the most part, you could probably go the entire day without seeing me if you check your corners correctly. But that's most likely the result of me trying to be considerate and not cause any fuss. If you need to talk to me about anything, I'm almost definitely going to be happy to do so. I consider myself a kitchen ghost. Meaning, if I do things right, you won't even know I've been there. I like to clean as I go, and anything I leave out will be gone as soon as I'm finished with it. I love my computer like most people love their limbs. I take him everywhere, and he is unfortunately forced to come with me everywhere even though he could almost definitely do better. Looking to move as soon as possible, but the real final day I have is 18th of July before my current lease ends, which is convenient for this site's whole '30 day plan', so if you're in no hurry, I'm not really in a huge one either, although I do like jumping on things sooner rather than later. I'm not sure what else to say here, honestly. Last housemates I've had have had pretty much no bad experiences with me. You can talk to them if you really want. I mean, I won't leave their numbers here in this box, but if you want them you can totally have them. I know I have at least one of them still. I like video games sometimes. Movies are pretty cool, I guess. These are very general mediums that everyone likes, so I don't know why I'm mentioning them. Just gonna stop talking now. You have yourself a super good day. Additional comments regarding the profile picture: I'm a writer, not a photographer.
Hi I'm Kay. I'm clean and tidy Japanese. I've been in Australia almost 2 years and currently started going to school. I have a plan to study child care for 2 years so I'm looking for the place that cozy and quiet to concentrate studying. And I like gardening so if there are space to grow some plants and people who will live with like gardening as well, it would be great.
Hi,Brent and I are friends and looking to find a place to rent at a reasonable price. I'm studying in UQ and completing my final year. Brent would be studying in UQ next year. The both of us are easy going, friendly and clean. If you do have two bedrooms or a unit to rent, please let me know :)

Hi Guys :) My name's Monique, I'm 24 and work in Brisbane city as a grad engineer. I'm currently looking for a place for 6 months around the Paddington, Auchenflower area (somewhere close to work). I'm happy, clean and always down for a drink. I'm keen to live with people who're in their mid-20's and work full-time. Message me if you think i'd be a good fit :) Mon xx
Hello! The apartment is located in Auchenflower just off Coronation Drive. There is a bus stop and train station within walking distance. The apartment is very spacious and fully furnished with large balcony. The bedroom currently has a dresser and double bed if needed however it can also be removed. There is only one other tenet living there, we would be interested in a quiet and clean person (preferably a student) for either a short or long term lease. This apartment is LGBTQ friendly. If you have any more questions don't hesitate to message or call.
I am looking at renting out a groovy house with some new peeps. I have been living in Brisbane for a year now but my lease ends at the end of July. I am studying full time and work part time so I am quite independent, but I do love a good glass of wine, cheese platter and chats. I am very clean and love a tidy/beautiful house so it feels like home.
I'm 23 and work full time as an apprentice horticulturalist at Roma street Parklands in the city. I like to be as environmentally friendly as possible. I love to chill out, watch movies, walk my dog, have a cider or two, listen to some music, play board games, do some yoga, go fishing and camping or just read a book. I'm friendly, clean and tidy, respectful of peoples belongings and personal space and expect the same in return 😊. I'd like to be friends with future housemates rather than just be people who live in the same house, and would be up for a chat and a bevy/dinner every now and then. I'm good with my money and always pay bills on time! Also I have a dog named Chip who is 6 months old, house trained and loves everyone! He stays outside when I'm not home but comes inside when I am. Unless he's dirty of course haha 😜
I study full time at QUT and work part time in Paddington. I am tidy, reliable, friendly, always pay rent on time, clean up after myself and always up for a chat. I am looking to move in around 17th July and intend to stay for at least 6 months. When I'm not working, I like to catch up on some tv shows, discover new music, cooking, hang out with friends, etc. I love animals too, so it would be a big plus if you have dogs or cats in your house.
I have just moved to Brisbane from Dubbo, NSW and am looking for a roomie to share with. With my work I am on a 19-9 roster for the first 6 months so if you wouldn't mind having a roomie that is only home 9 days of the month hit me up! I love to play video games (I have my one playstation 4 pro and xbox 1) or a few games of cards with drinks. And on the weekends I enjoy heading out for a pub feed or day drinks. I am also into taking morning walks or doing workouts at the gym. I love animals, so am open to pets however prefer if they are outside. Pip
The property is very secure and has amazing city and river views. There is a swimming pool and gym access. It includes secure off the street car parking. This location is very convenient with nearby Auchenflower and Toowong train stations, Regatta Ferry stop and a bus stop at 300 metres distance with very regular buses to the city. The building is situated in a quiet street and the Toowong shopping centre is only a 15 min walk away.
I'm an italian girl working part time in a restaurant in Milton.. I've been in Australia for 3 years.. I'm a friendly person and I like to have a good environment at home.. hope to find something really soon..
I moved to Brisbane a couple of years ago from Toowoomba, I'm a full time nurse, clean and tidy, non-smoker. I am quite social but enjoy my own space. My lease will be coming up at the end of August and am looking for a housemate to start a share house with. I am quite an active person so ideally looking for someone who might want to come for walks or even just coffee.
I'm Gabby and I'm 19 this year. I'm looking for a new place to live and for 2 people (preferably female and similar age) to join me! I study Business at QUT and have a casual job in the city. I do all my own cooking and am happy to make more for others too. While I'm not the biggest neat freak, I do my best to keep the place clean and tidy out of respect for my roommates and the house. I do love to socialize with my housemates and become close but I do also like my own space at times. I also have a lot of my own furniture and appliances (couch, TV unit, TV, fridge, washing machine etc.) hence why I want to find an empty place. So if you love movie and ice-cream nights, drinks and going out for breakfast, find a lovely new place to live with me!
Hi guys! Looking for a place in August. From Melbourne, fun and outgoing, would love a roomie I can be mates with! I'm 22 and work full time in admin. I'm very easy to get along with and love a good red wine and pasta after a long day. Big fan of netflix & stan, currently binge watching Twin Peaks! Looking at living on the North side within about 5-7km of the city. Thanks all!
Auchenflower apartment with beautiful city views! Especially at night. Free garage space available - There is also street parking. Though you will need to obtain a permit from the council. Pretty much close to everything! ~~ 250m from Auchenflower Train Station 1.7km from Toowong Village 4.1 km from Indooroopilly Shopping Centre 5 minute drive to the city Perfect location for a gem price!
Hi! I'm Zoe, 19 yrs old and looking to make some friends :) . First of all, I play the violin, so whoever I live with has to be okay with me practising. Another thing I am looking for is somewhere close to public transport so I can get to South Bank as I will be at TAFE in July. I am open to living anywhere as long as there's public transport. I am naturally a quiet person but would love to meet people around my age who I can call friends and can help bring me out of my shell :) . I am tidy and clean, have respect for other people's things and space, and always up for a chat. I'm probably more interested in teaming up to start a new share house with people who want to be friends (preferably just girls and of a similar age) :)
I work full time and out most weekends. I am quiet and respectful of others personal space but not antisocial by any means. I'm looking for a long term lease, but happy to sign off on 6 months initially to see how things go. I currently live on the Northside of Brisbane for work, but am looking at relocating anywhere south of the city. My current lease expires 26 July, so hoping to move as close to that as possible. I also have a house full of furniture so would prefer to not have to put everything in storage. Ideally I would like to live with one other person only who is like minded. I also have a small pup (Chihuahua x Pomeranian).
