For rent 1x room in a shared house with 2 male housemates. 15 minute walk Magill University, close to Foodland, Gyms, and has a Coles, Kmart and Woolworths within 8 minutes. The house is a short 3 minute walk to a bus stop. The room available is 3x3, has enough room for up to a queen size bed and has a set of built in’s. You’d be sharing the bathroom with housemate 2. You’ll mainly have to yourself due to him spending 2-4 days a week in the house, and him not taking up hardly any space. We have a new TV, washing machine, fridge, and lounge. We have unlimited internet. We're in need of a dining table. The whole house is air-conditioned with a ducted refrigerated system in which works great. We’re seeking a friendly housemate who’s responsible, clean, relatively quiet during the week and who’s good with bills. We're respectful of peoples privacy and downtime but would also enjoy sharing meals and activities sometimes. If you become our 3rd housemate you'll be put onto our lease with the real estate agent, bond required by them is 6 weeks rent so $840. If you have any questions or would like to have look feel free to message :)

If you are studying or working in Magill, in the hills, or in the city (or somewhere in between), then I highly suggest that you keep reading. I have just moved into this excellently located house in Magill, and I am looking for someone (or two) to join me. If you are a student at Unisa, this is a brilliant location. Unisa Magill campus is literally at the end of the street. A five minute walk from the front door gets you to your lecture, making getting to classes on time super easy. The B10 bus into the city stops just around the corner, making transit into the city easy for anyone who works or studies in the city, and if you want to get into the hills, you can get on to Norton Summit Road without seeing a single traffic light. The there is a backyard, with a vegetable garden which will soon be getting planted for winter, so if there is something you like, place your orders. Figs, plums and grapes are also for the taking, though you may have to hang around for a bit, as they are just finishing up. There is also a large undercover entertaining area, and a garage/workshop if you need to store things or if you're feeling creative. The kitchen and living area are both quite large, plenty of room for living in. The front yard has sadly been neglected prior to me recently moving in, but this will be changing. I will be landscaping it in the next few weeks. I intend to make this a very nice place to come home to in fairly short order. Internet and bills will be included in the price. Amazon prime video is included. The house also has ducted heating/aircon If you happen to be studying Psychology, You are welcome to my bookshelf, which contains about a metric tonne of books on the subject. Exaggeration? you'll have to decide for yourself.
Hi whoever, I work FIFO roster so I will work away for 3 weeks (during this time I will be living at my work and not in Adelaide) and then I will have 3 weeks break to which i will be Living in the house in Adelaide. So I will only be there half the time I like my own company but also don't mind being social or whatevers going on. I don't care either way I'm pritty adaptable I love animals and fitness and being active. I'm pritty chill and easy going and friendly. My circumstance is situated primarily around my dog as her wellbeing is my main focus; I am I particular looking for a housemate/s Who adores dogs and is willing to take care of her and love her as if she was their own while I am away at work - I will obviously take care all expenses involved in the care taking of her. My dogs name is Sabah. She is a o year old medium size mongrel (we think Staffordshire cross) she is a very lovable dog; Loves people and attention and is very loyal. She is intelligent and obedient and is not a barking dog. Most people always comment on how obedient and loyal she is and the ones who have spent some time with her baby sitting her for me have gotten attached to her. A decent backyard is also optimal. I understand my circumstance is unique But my dog is my priority here so please don't contact me unless you feel you fit my requirements. If so I would love to here from you!
I’m a 21 year old Honours student who works part time. My hobbies include camping, running, gym and gaming. I’m neat, tidy and respectful of people’s space.
International Student moving from wagga wagga studying bachelor of soial work in UniSA starting Feb. am a outdoor person , main hobbies are surfing and playing the occasional guitar Looking for housemate.s to kick back with. Friendly and outgoing
I'm a mature age student, in my final year of undergrad Psychology. I have lots of great skills that may be useful including: I like to cook and do housework (including ironing! I know right?!). BUT - I need somewhere safe, secure and quiet with people that could also make my cat feel welcome too. (He's adorable and very well behaved). I'm currently at Magill campus of Uni SA but am happy to transfer to Flinders for the right people and place.
We are a married couple
We are both young and happy people who have a healthy relationship with each other, family and friends. We are respectful, reliable and considerate people who are looking to become more independent. We Love being outdoors in nature but also really enjoy having a relaxing night inside. We hope to hear back from you soon. Your regards, Eliza and Tristan.
We are a married couple, We are both into fitness and like doing fitness related stuff in our spare time whilst we aren't working. So that means we won't be at home all the time, mainly there just to sleep and eat. I am a Beauty Therapist and Michael is a Chef, moving from Melbourne to live permanently in Adelaide.
I'm a 26 year old health care profession who works full time shift work. I keep mostly to myself, but would enjoy socialising with flatmates occasionally. I drink occasionally, smoke never, and pitch in keeping the place tidy. I enjoy baking, discovering new places to drink coffee/wine and reading a decent book. I have a 1.5 year old dog called Ned. He's a whippet which essentially means he's a cuddly couch potato. He never barks, doesn't shed and is all round a low maintenance dog. If you're down with him moving in with me, no chores required just a couch snuggle every now and then :)
I'm super laid back and (hopefully) fun to be around! I'm studying psychology (cognitive neuroscience) at uni SA and I'm looking to move closer to uni! I love to binge on movies and TV shows, I love listening to music (will listen to just about anything) and I love to snack at all times!!
I am clean, friendly and pretty relaxed. Always up for a conversation, movie binge night or drinks out. I come with a little blue heeler puppy, so a yard would be great. Don't worry, I'll always make sure to clean up after! I work full time, play hockey and love being outside and active. Any area close to the city (eg no further than 30 mins), and a fresh place that is modern and not too expensive including bills. I love all sport and being active, so if you want to watch footy or cricket or ice hockey etc, I'll happily watch too!
I am tidy, fun, kind, helpful and stylish
I'm a student in UniSA at Magill campus. I'm from China.
I study at UniSA. In my spare time I work as a nanny, enjoy walking, swimming, jogging or hiking to keep fit. I also enjoy hanging out with my family and friends. I enjoy watching the footy and having some beers on the weekend. I am a very clean, tidy and organised person.
LOOKING TO STAY ANYWHERE IN ADELAIDE. A littl bit about myself, and hopefully I will be the perfect roommate or tenant you all being looking for. I'm a full time student so I won't be around the house much. Usually keep to myself as the semester progresses. I'm independent and keep to myself but also a great person to have a conversation with. I'm respectful, easy going, open minded, responsible, and a bit shy at first as I'm in a new surrounding but always up for a chat. I don't have any pets (sorry I'm not pet friendly) and an non smoker (don't mind as long as it's outside). I am looking for long time accomonmdation, preferably would like to stay in an all female house, with people who are around the same age as me. Mainly just would like to live somewhere until I finish my studies. I would like to find a place to live that is either close to my campus or has easy direct transportation to the city (preferably links to train station towards city or a nearby bus stop).
I'm friendly, clean / pull my weight around the house and I'm an easy housemate to get along with. In my spare time I like to see live music, watch NBA and get outdoors (beach, hiking, etc). I will be spending this year working and maybe doing a bit of travelling while I decide whether I'm going to do more study next year. I respect people's space and know everyone needs some down time but my ideal share house is definitely where people are social, go out together and have a couple of drinks every now and then.
I am dte, always punctual with rent, i am clean, i study at Tafe couple times a week, i keep myself bus, i am at the moment living in the city i pay $390 every two weeksfor rent that includes bills and Internet i am really sweet person, never smoke or drink. Love life the best i can
Hey! I'm Alexis but usually go by Lexi. I love listening to music (mostly indie and rock), hanging out with my friends and siblings, reading books (I love horror, romance, adventure, fantasy...pretty much anything really), and I also love to write- mainly stories, and sometimes poetry. I also write songs, but that's quite rare. I love animals, and kids- I'm in high school, and also part time at TAFE studying to work in childcare. I'm quite shy at first, but usually when you get to know me, or I feel comfortable, ill be quite extroverted and ill love talking to people. I love to be there for people when they need advice, just to talk, or be a shoulder to cry on. I like to spend time with other people, but eventually need my alone time. So if I end up getting up and leaving suddenly, its not me being rude, its me needing a break for a little bit. I love coloring my hair whenever I get the chance. I'm very LGBT+ friendly, and I don't judge anyone for who they are (unless they're assholes who judge anyone that's different). I also would love to live in a home that has animals or will accept animals being brought into the house. Mainly cats and dogs. If you have a lizard that's fucking great as well. I don't really like smoking, but if you smoke outside then I don't really care. Drinking is also fine, but I probably wont jump in to have any as I'm not that big of a drinker. Drugs are a big no for me.
I have recently finished a bachelor of science in evolutionary biology and am taking this year. Love a good conversation about pretty much anything. Generally a pretty clean guy and will respect whatever standards are in place. Have steady income. All round pretty open minded. Pretty tall, so can reach things easily.
Hi, I'm looking for share accommodation close to the city, I'm 51, very responsible, easy going, non smoker, professionally employed in real estate. I have a maltese dog (10) and my own home in the country, so I would only be there Wednesday to Friday each week. Thanks!
