3 bedroom townhouse close to everything but in a quiet street. Master with ensuite and other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom and separate toilet. Nice kitchen with gas cooktop, dish washer and separate laundry. Large living area. Backyard needs no maintenance. 2 car garage with plenty of storage and on street parking. There is one cat living at this property. I doubt the landlords will accept a dog and my cat does not play well with others, so no pets. Please note: you will need to apply through the realtor and be approved by the landlord. Bond will be $650. Rent is paid fortnightly $290. Room could be available earlier for the right person.
I'm a nice person! I guess is the most important. I'm easy going, pretty social, clean, enjoy keeping active, having a beer or wine, grew up in country vic and need to move out to the country as I work full time in Maryborough in a law firm, hopefully find a nice houseshare with a few people of similar age and interests. Cheers, Ash
I'm easy going, clean and tidy. I love having a chat, a shared meal and some netflix, but also perfectly happy doing my own thing. I work full time in Health, and often spend weekends in Melbourne or Bendigo. :)
I study Veternary and Wildlife Science at Federation Uni, work 2 part time jobs, and I live in Warrnambool. I consider myself very tidy, keep to myself generally, I study and play games quite a bit. Can be social on occasion but generally consider myself easy going! I don’t do an awful lot but I’m not too loud and I don’t party too often :)
I'm outgoing, but can keep to myself when appropriate, don't mind weekends in but am always up for parties if you need someone to go with. I'm super welcoming to pets and Willing to do my share of the housework. My friends describe me as someone easy-going and I look forward to sharing a house with someone, and will respect all house rules and house mates. I have an artistic side to me, I love playing the sax, retro and vintage items, love nothing better than an op shop haul, and cooking up a storm! I hope to find myself a place to call home on the very near future :)
I am tidy and love to live in a beautifully kept space. It is a matter of integrity for me to pay my rent and bills and keep my agreements. I communicate well in easy times and enjoy people and can navigate complex situations that come up from time to time with people. I am conducting my own 'return to work' program after a long illness and recovery. My present step involves Volunteer assisting a children's Creative Dance Instructor and volunteering at a local Opp Shop in goods pricing and display. I'm looking forward to discovering what it's like to live in town, and to making town friends, after a rural stint and am motivatrd to increase my volunteer contribution toward full time, as a basis for my next step back to work. I like a warm dry home. I spend a bit of time each week in Melbourne helping a Natropath business with admin and may be away a couple of nights a week. I am looking for a home very close to supermarkets and on a well serviced bus route as I am without a car at present. I like a bit of deep conversation and enjoy sincere connection, though also value my quiet time and self care.
I am Bangladeshi PHD student in federation University. I am coming June 1st to join my class. I am 38 years old male. I'm 24 years old, friendly and get along with most people. I'm quite neat, will definitely clean up after myself and don't mind helping with chores around the house. Moving to Ballarat from Melbourne to work in the Wendouree area until January 2019. Outside of work I Iike to keep myself pre-occupied playing soccer, going to the gym and watching Netflix.
I am clean, punctual, and helpful. I am quiet/somewhat of an introvert and will be spending a lot of my spare time reading / meditating when not working at the base hospital. I do a bit of gymnastics/ climbing and camping occasionally and these sorts of activities :) Prefer non-smoking household.
im quiet and keep to myself, rarely home. dont mind a movie night and a couple drinks, go out drinking occasionally but always respectful when coming back into the house. lots of hobbies and into music and theatre
I am Mechanical Engineer, moving Australia to pursue my Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from Federation University Australia Ballarat campus. I am from Pakistan and by the end of June I will be there. I like to socialize and to stay friendly with the people whom I live. like a family.
This is a fantastic, quiet home in Ballarat Central. The shops are an easy walk or drive away, the Base hospital is a 5 min walk and the train station is a 5-10 min drive away. We have ducted heating, air con, cable NBN, laundry with washing machine, fully furnished kitchen, dining room and lounge. The bedroom available for rent is a large room with walk in wardrobe and ensuite. In addition, we have two elderly cats who stay outside during the day and inside at night. They are afraid of other animals, so we unfortunately cannot have any other pets.
I am very clean and tidy, keep the place i live in neat and liveable (clean keep kitchen & bathroom) and expect my flatmates to do the same. I rather keep a quiet house, peaceful as i study, and work and want to just relax the times i'm home. feel free to message me: IG: amin_moghadam6767 SC: ekvan_div
People who know me well will tell you my best asset is my dependability. I do genuinely try. With my age comes maturity! I am a quiet kind of guy. A country guy from way back, coming from a large family and having lived in shared houses before, I get along pretty easily with others. More than happy to lend a helping hand. Respectful too, of other's needs and privacy. Working out-of-town 2-3 days per week.
I’m a 21 year old female looking for a place to live when job finished within the next month to 6 weeks. I work part time in a vet clinic and I am a student. I also have a quiet outside dog. I’m clean and quiet to live with. Not looking for a party house. Looking for a place for 3-6 months (possibly longer)
I am neat, tidy, considerate. I am studying Business at Federation Mt Helen campus. My family live in Bendigo, I have a part-time job at Crust Gourmet Pizzas, I play tennis and basketball. I enjoy football, soccer, playing computer games and going to the movies. I enjoy my own company and am focused on my studies which are my first priority. However, I am socialable but not a 'party animal', so do not want to live in a situation which is noisy and disruptive. I am looking to live in a house which is respectful to all living there.

I am also a vegetarian. I may also be interested in starting a share house if anyone is interested message me!
