I have many household items of my own, including bedroom items, fridge and couch etc. I'm into hiking and other outdoors pursuits and will be away most weekends. Room to rent in a beautiful brand new 2 bedroom flat in North Ballarat, sharing with one other only. The flat is less than 12 months old, has a small outdoor area and has all mod cons such as central heating and a dishwasher and so on. The bedroom is currently unfurnished and has built in robes. It is a large room and would easily fit a queen-size bed. Shared bathroom with a separate toilet. Bills are additional and there is plenty parking on the street. The area is very quiet. All applications will need to be approved by the Real Estate agent. Strict no pet policy.
I am an easygoing guy from Sweden who enjoys fitness, photography and travel. Searching for a place in Ballarat, where I will work for three months (work holiday). I am a respectul individual who will do my part in the shared accomodation (clean, wash dishes, maintainance, etc). I consider myself a quite positive person and I love meeting new people. I will be working at the Sovereign Hill Museum and would prefer to stay somewhere not too far away. Any questions? Ask! =)
I’ve been living in share houses for the past 6 years, unfortunately my current housemates are moving away from Ballarat so I’m looking for a room or a team up. I’m responsible and clean, I always tidy up after myself. I’ve always been in charge of bills and making sure they’re paid on time. In my current share house I provided all appliances and utensils so if there’s anything needed in the house I probably have it. I work in retail 4-5 days a week and I’m also studying at uni. I don’t mind a drink and a night out every now and then. I’m quite social but also don’t mind my own space after a long day.
Experienced flat mate looking to fill the spare room. Big open living room/kitchen, big tv with surround, all of the streaming and surround sound, big backyard (including garage with couches, dartboard etc). 5 mins walk to shops (IGA, bakery, fish and chips, chemist), 20 mins walk to town, very close to public transport. Pet friendly, I have a cat who is tolerant.
I’m from Melbourne but I grew up in Ballarat I constantly draw and paint, music is a big passion of mine I’m a vegan but I don’t jam that don’t anyone’s throat I’m very easy going I love to make people happy and laugh, big friendly goof ball. I’m studying and I sell my art work I will be out and about a lot of the time as i don’t like to sit in side a lot. But not the partying type I’m a bit old for all that now. I’m very clean and clean up after myself also always happy to help out house mates if they have no time!

I've worked in Disability and Aged care as a support worker. I love the beach. I love going on adventures and i'm not afraid to go off on my own alot. I like to read books on spirituality, psychology, philosophy and sometimes just general fiction. I like to go for walks in nature. I listen to alot of music. I'm learning yoga and loving it. I don't go out drinking much but I enjoy live music. I'm really open to new ideas and I love learning from people. I've never had any trouble paying rent on time. I'm pretty chilled and respectful of other people, I love to cooking, reading, writing and working to save money. I am not a huge party person but dont mind the occasional drink or two. I am also quite tidy when it comes to common areas and will always keep common areas of the house clean and neat and am more than happy to do my share of work in the house.
Hi I am just looking for some short term accommodation for about 2-4 weeks commencing in April whilst I start my new work position until my wife and daughter move down into our own place. I am 22 years old and looking for a place to stay. I play basketball for the Ballarat Miners and have been involved with team sports my whole life, making me easy to chat to and get along with. I was employed at a primary school in Melbourne for the last 3 years working with special needs students and loved every second of it. I am an easy going, yet neat and tidy guy and also very handy in the kitchen.
