Hi! I'm Caroline and I have recently moved to Ballarat but looking to find a more convenient location, closer to Uni/Melbs. I'm on the wrong side at the moment! I'm studying Health/PE at Fed and also working as a coach at F45 in town and as a swimming instructor. So i'm very busy with early starts and late nights, i'm not home very often! I think I'm pretty fun, I enjoy wine and cheese and the occasional binge session as you do. I also enjoy sitting in silence. Whatever is going. I love cooking, so sorry if you're on a diet there will probably be many baked goods in the house. I'm also keen on seeing live music as often as possible, so it would be nice to not have to go alone! I'm have no specific dates, but hopefully I can meet some like-minded people and all our stars align.
Hi, I’m 22 years old studying Community Services online. I work casual right now in the city but looking for full time work once I’ve found a place. I enjoy going out weekends, hanging out with friends, watching Netflix or having a drink. I’m looking for a room furnished with a bed and long term house with people around my age. :) I look forward to hearing from you!
I'm easy going, i respect other people's privacy, I like to cook and yes I clean up after myself. I have a well mannered 14 year old German Shepherd named Rocko. I have enough furniture and white goods to easily fill a house if a team up match was to take place
hey there, My name is Olivier; i'm a student from Adelaide and moving to Ballarat due to study. i'm easy going, enthusiastic, humble, cheerful, clean and respectful. i'm also a sport guy.

One bedroom available and it would fit a double and desk or queen bed only. The bathroom is shared and there are 2 toilets. There is a large back yard and deck to enjoy in summer time! No cleaning or gardening is required and this is included in the rent. The IGA supermarket is only a short walk away. The house is full furnished and you would only be required to bring your furniture for your room.
The house is quite modern and spacious consisting of 4 bedrooms, bathroom and ensuite, 2 toilets, 4 living areas and a lovely peaceful outdoor deck. The house has gas ducted heating, ducted cooling and a wood fireplace. It also has a double remote control roller door and you enter the home from inside the garage or the front door. I have a lovely garden and a nice visual aspect out onto a reserve with trees. ( No house on north side)
Hi there, I am looking for a place to stay from Monday - Thursday night, for about 6 months. I'll be doing my intern 6 months at the Ballarat base hospital in this period. I am friendly and easy going, happy to engage in conversations but I do like to have my downtime :)
We are two young professionals moving to Ballarat after spending the last two years working and travelling in London. I will be looking for work once I arrive and Allan has a full time job lined up. We are looking to meet new people and make friends in Ballarat and would be happy to stay long term in the right house We are pretty chilled out people, like exploring places and getting outdoors. We are not big fans of partying, instead more than happy to chill at home with a beer or two. I am a crafty and musical person and will be bringing a keyboard, and Allan enjoys photography and playing squash. Bonus points for houses with pets.
Hi I am looking for something short to medium term. I am an animal lover and music lover. I like to keep fit. I'm an easy going guy. I am neat and tidy and am always ahead with bills. I would be away most weekends in Torquay with family and friends. Be great to have a look if this sounds ok. Cheers, Ben
Hi, my name is Nyaliep. part-time worker and a full time student. I am a tidy person and respectful towards others. I am looking for a room for $100-150 a week anywhere in Ballarat. 3 months, 6 months or 12 months suitable for me.
Hello! My name is Vanessa. I'm a 26 year old professional who is looking for a room in a central location. I work as a Strategic Planner and I'm moving to Ballarat for work. I'd like to move into a household with housemates who are clean, responsible and respectful of each other.
Situated in a prime position bordering Black Hill and Soldiers Hill. Located 2.4km from Ballarat Train Station, and <5min drive from Ballarat CBD. Has fully renovated kitchen with dishwasher and breakfast bar opening to lounge with gas log fire and air-conditioning as well. The home is finished with a luxuriously finished modern bathroom with stylish vanity providing great comfort and is completed with renovated laundry. X3 Bedroom X1 Bathroom. Off street parking available.
I am a nanny who loves baking, keeps a tidy house, and prefers a good book and early bedtime to anything else. I ride horses, I'm an excellent baker (there will constantly be tasty, healthy baked goods in the house), and I will be studying Nursing/Paramedicine in Ballarat this year, so I'm looking for somewhere to stay while I study.
I am a busy 28 year old health professional looking to rent out a fully furnished bedroom in Invermay Park. The house is within walking distance of the closest supermarket and 5 minutes drive from Ballarat train station, the CBD, Ballarat Base and St John of God Hospital, Australian Catholic University and Federation University Camp street campus. Public transport options are good, with the route 4 bus line passing the house and travelling to Ballarat train station and the Ballarat CBD area. The room itself is fully contained and the bathroom is shared with one roommate. A garage parking spot may be available by negotiation. The house is fully furnished with all facilities including standard kitchen appliances, fridge, front loading washing machine, NBN internet and a smart television. There are two separate living areas, an open plan kitchen and paved courtyard area perfect for entertaining. The rent payment of $120 excludes utility bills. The house is currently connected to Telstra NBN broadband and use is available and negotiable. My roommate and I are both friendly, easy going people to live with! Our living arrangement would most likely suit a busy and independent young professional but university students are also welcome to apply. Keen gardeners get bonus points as we have just started a vegetable garden and would appreciate all the help we can get! Given our busy schedules and desire to keep the living space clean and functional, we would expect our new housemate to become involved in our cleaning and gardening roster. If my house sounds appealing to you, please send through a brief paragraph about yourself and I'll get back to you as soon as possible!
Hi I’m Annabel. Im a first time mover, so as you can guess I’ve lived at home up until now. I’ve completed my Diploma of Nursing and have just recently been accepted into ACU to start my bachelor of Nursing/Paramedicine at the start of 2020. So that is when I am planning on moving out. I own 2 budgies who will be most likely making the move with me. I own a dog at home so am a dog person, but I love all animals. I live in the South-Eastern suburbs of Melbourne and am looking for a place to call my home. Hope you like me :)
Hi, I am easy going, friendly, cheerful and mostly like to keep to myself but like to socialise from time to time. I will be studying full time at ACU, so prefer a house close to the campus.
Hey! I’m looking for somewhere to live! I’ve been back in Ballarat for almost two years after some extensive travels. I’ve just been in a share house with two lovely girls for over a year but one bought her own place so we all moved out. So I’m staying at my parents until I find somewhere suitable. I’m open to share houses or somewhere by myself depending on the circumstances. Living with new people would be great as I’m happy to chit chat but also do my own thing and live a pretty busy life with full time work and socialising with friends and family. I work in Ballarat Central and go to Fernwood gym so I am flexible with the location. Length of stay is negotiable, but I’d prefer something for at least 6 months. Flexibility is preferred. At this stage I’m not really interested in living in the Sebastopol or Lucas areas. I would also prefer 2 or less housemates.
Hey I'm Elise I working at bunnings 30 hrs a week, I've lived in share houses so I know how it all works. I'm social, but also enjoy my own space, love to have housemates that would like to have a chat and enjoy the odd glass of wine together.

The house is completely furnished so you dont have to worry about bringing anything apart from your bedroom furniture! Theres a patio outside and enough garden space if you have a green thumb.
Hi The listing is a huge, funky apartment right in the centre of Ballarat's cbd, in fact, it would be hard to be more central! Imagine living above the row of shops opposite the Town Hall with the bus stop at the door and Ballarat's prime eating places alongside! The apartment is fully furnished and includes a double drawer dishwasher, large washing machine, linen and a fully fitted out kitchen. Currently, there are four professionals living there and we're looking for one more. We'd prefer long term people who are clean, responsible and easy to get along with. It works because everyone is respectful and clean and because the apartment is so large. In fact, it is so large that there is space for most of us to have their own separate office at no extra charge! That's two rooms for the price of one! NBN is connected so the internet is super fast. You'll be 25 plus. Supermarkets, ACU university and both hospitals are within walking distance so there is no need for a car. The bus stops at the door to Fed Uni and everywhere else.
Hi all, Not looking at moving til the 25th of March. Quiet person looking for a room to rent. Have lived in a few share houses before and have references as well if you need. I have lived on my own for two years now looking to move into a share house so I can save up some money for a deposit for my own home. I’ll most likely be working most of the time and when I’m home I like to relax or I go out to see mates and family. I am reliable, trustworthy and honest. I’m also open to going on a lease as well. Thanks 😊
Hey! I’m a student at ACU as well as a casual worker in hospitality. I’m a very clean person who is very easy going and get along with pretty much anyone. I love to be productive and get stuff done and when I ever get a weekend off to go out and have some fun.
