We both work and are always on time with bills etc. Myself and Blake are both extremely clean and tidy people who leaves things the way it was found. We have a 7 y/o Male Cockerspaniel who is so gentle and loving, he doesn’t dig, chew things or bark. Our area is a mostly new builds near all facilities, safe quiet & friendly close to CBD parks netball tennis court & great walking paths etc. Our residence is modern & kept clean & smart , as there are 2 living areas both large with smart big screen TVs Foxtel Netflix also I have recently installed aerial cables for your TV in all bedrooms; power,gas & water included, extras can be arranged if your work takes most of your time eg: laundry, meals beds etc. I have a BBQ area large garden which I am planting out slowly The area which includes great running, biking & close to most Gyms. I am friendly but non intrusive. The lounge area has Inverter Air conditioning , also gas central heating throughout the house. Kitchen all mod cons, all I ask is keep communal areas clean, no smoking by anyone in the house please Your friends are very welcome but they must respect our house.
