respectful, tidy, sociable, never cooked, I don't have a car and non smoking/drinking. Working night audit in hotel in city, 2300-0700 but not a light sleeper. I prefer 10 min walking to the train station. I'm not in hurry to move, so i'm looking for the right place with a clean habit mates and for long term.
Hi all, I'm looking for a room in a house in Sydney where I can stay for at least 6 months. I'm from Melbourne, and have been living in Sydney for a few months now, but my work contracts up until now have been very short and its been difficult to plan for the future. Now my contract goes until the end of February 2020, so I'm keen to find somewhere I can move in some more stuff so it can feel a bit more home-y. If your room already has a bed and a small amount of furniture though, that would definitely be a plus. I work full-time at the National Archives of Australia's Sydney branch working with their audio-visual data. I really enjoy it most of the time; I think I find working with data more interesting than most others would haha. But I'm also a big creative; I studied musical theatre for 3 years, and have a cabaret to my name that I'm planning to bring to a festival in Sydney next year. As for where I'm looking to move to, I either want to stay close to the city on the T3 line so I can commute via train (around Marrickville, Earlwood, Campsie, Canterbury) OR very close to work to so I can either walk or catch the M91 bus there (Chester Hill, South Granville, Sefton, Yagoona). My budget is a little bit malleable, but the cheaper the better. I usually keep to myself at home but I enjoy a good chat with the people I live with. I'm friendly, polite and have several years experience living in sharehouses in Melbourne. Hope to hear from you. Cheers!
Hi, I am a new arrival to Australia. I used to work as a civil engineer in Singapore and I am now looking for a place to stay while applying for jobs in Sydney. I am pretty easygoing and will be very happy to make new friends. Hopefully we will get to know each other better. Cheers!
My name is Mikala and I live in Tullamore, NSW,I currently work in a hotel in Fifield NSW but would need to find new work. I will be a film student at time of stay (with AFTT) I like to go for walks and being with animals (don’t know if my dog will stay in Tullamore yet, she’s a dachshund). I’m looking for a sharehouse to live in for 12 months while I complete my course. I am happy to live with up to 3-4 people and happy to have pets. I would like to be within walking distance of public transport if possible too :)
