I am a 40 year-old male working full-time at a university looking for a place for myself. I work weekdays and on the weekend, I may catch up with my daughter or go to play soccer etc... My length of stay is flexible. I would prefer a smoke-free, pet-free, and clean place.
I am a part time worker who wants to study Beauty Therapy, I am currently looking for a room or even teaming up with anyone, I only have two weeks left at the house I am staying at now and need to find a room ASAP. Any gender is completly fine with me. I am clean and can cook so no worries about me being lazy. I like to say I am a fun person to be around with, I do like parties and also some 'me ' time. I write or do makeup in my spare time, I do like staying at home then going out. I don't like snobby people so if you are one, we will not get along. I am very honest, respectable and I know my boundaries :) If your a bubbly person and out going then we will get along just great, maybe even become good friends. (:
I'm a socially conscious person, I like to have fun but I like quiet time and my own space as well. Love a good TV series. I clean up after myself and keep communal areas tidy (bedroom is a different story, I often have a bit of a floordrobe happening, but it's an organised one) I'm a bit social so won't be around all the time. Currently working as a temp in the healthcare industry which gives me a bit of flexibility. My sister and I have joint custody of my 10 year old kelpie x. Although my dog mainly lives with my sis, I'm looking for a place where she will be welcome from time to time.
Most people don't know where Viewbank is (I didn't anyway) but its in the middle/near Rosanna, Yallambie, Eltham, Watsonia, Greensborough and Heidelberg SO if you are interested in living near any of those places this may be of interest to you!! My favourite thing about the house is the back yard. It is big with a beautiful garden, and we have set it up for summer drinks and BBQs. 100 metres down the road we have a pizza shop, fish & chips, mcdonalds, 711, and mini mart. There are three main shopping centres within 5-15 minutes from the house. If you don't have a car or require public transport for whatever reason there is a bus stop right out side the house, Rosanna station (5 min drive). ubers are roughly $25-$35 into the city (at night anyway not sure about the day)

I am 25 year old secondary teacher and proud to be a Christian (however I am very accepting of everyone - the world needs more love!). I'm originally from Tassie and moved to Melbourne to go to uni. I've now been teaching for three years. I am looking for another female who is working full time, to share with. I am a friendly housemate who loves cooking. I also enjoy watching musicals, photography and creative writing. Hoping to find another female in her 20's with similar interests. Would be ideal to have someone to share cooking with. I am happy to move in with someone or search for a place together. However, I also currently have a furnished house, so I am happy to renew my lease and stay here if someone needs a place and doesn't have furniture. In saying that, I'm willing to sell what I have if you would like to keep your items. Very happy to chat about what would be best :) I have a double lock up garage, if you have a car and the house has two bathrooms. Please contact me with any questions, I'd love to hear from you! Laura.
Lower Plenty is beautiful area, just 1 bus to the airport and 5 min drive to Greensborough shopping plaza. 16 km north-east from Melbourne's CBD. which is 30 min Drive or uber for 28-38AUD. 2 Train station is just 5min drive from our place. Also there is a street just 3 min away where you can find pizza, Thai food, Chinese noodle, fish n chips and some great cafes for brunch. FYI, we usually have movie nights on weekends as you can see we have a big wall to put project movie on.
Rent includes all bills. A studio flat on lower floor, outlooking onto a large bushy back garden with its own creek and areas to relax, entertain, etc. 10 minutes walk from Greensborough, train and bus. Self contained with all you need - large room with kitchenette, separate bathroom, glass entrance room, and outhouse laundry/storage room. This is an oasis if you want self-contained independent living, with a dose of nature! Me: easy going, thoughtful and sociable social work student. I like live music, bushwalking, keeping fit, good movies and books. A small cat called Marmoset also lives here, she's shy and won't disturb you. She doesn't like dogs though, other pets considered. You: single occupant, mature outlook, easy going, we'd basically be neighbours and having the occasional chat or sharing a drink would be a bonus. Both of us happy to keep noise reasonably down after 10, unless we give each other heads up! The property is being managed by a real estate agent so if we were to go ahead, they would process an application from you.

So I'm Kate - 23 year old who has just finished off an honours degree in literature (so my book collection is pretty rad), and I'm looking for a new place with friendly housemates to call home! I'm currently working as a lifeguard and manager at YMCA centres in a few locations which basically adds up to a part-time job, my hours can be a bit varied but not ridiculously. Why am I great to live with? My interests are extremely diverse - baking, cooking, netball, literature, history, 90s tv shows, boardgames, trivia, hiking, and swimming to name a few. I am a pretty active person, open to new experiences and different perspectives, have a gorgeously friendly border collie that is included in the package and is an absolute sweetheart, I am very reliable and - not to blow my own trumpet - but I'm a pretty fun person to have around.
Hi Guys, I am currently living in Geelong at present and am looking to move closer to Melbourne towards the end of this year. I am very responsible and a considerate person. Respectful of others and their privacy. I'm not looking for a party place, but I do enjoy socialising with a quiet beverage every now and again. I love my soccer, and am looking to get back in to playing again. Always looking to make new friends to hang out with ! I am looking to share a house with 4 Bedrooms, preferably in a quiet area or near the CBD. Also, somewhere that is near to public transport. Can pay up-to $250 including bills. I'm also interested in teaming up with other people to start a lease with. So, if you'd like to have me as a roomie, let me know. Am happy to share with people of all ages. Please message me if you're interested in having a chat. I look forward to hearing from you. :)
My name is Matty and I work as both a professional drummer and as a scientist. I am looking to move into an existing share house, or to start a new one with a garage for my music gear and practice. Being a professional drummer that is chasing a goal of being largely successful I am in need a garage (ideally unattached from the house) to accommodate my practice. I Only practice until approximately 9pm of an evening (I get home from work at 6) and I don't ever start before midday on the weekends, keeping in mind too that I regularly have rehearsals and gigs and things so it doesn't happen at full volume every day but as regularly as I can fit it in which ends up being about 3 times per week - so not really much at all. Personality wise I am, friendly, approachable, confident, logical, dedicated and love meeting new people and being social (when I have time for it). I have lived in several share houses over the last 8 years and have no problem adapting to new environments and personalities. I love a good chat and I love people. I am an avid musician and get into the footy a little bit (I grew up in the country, I'm sorry :P ). I also try to hit up the gym a few times a week. I'm clean and very much want the people I live with to be clean and tidy.. my room is usually out of control, but everywhere else in the house is always tidy and clean. As I mentioned, I am very much working towards developing a successful musical career, so moving into a place that I can set my drumming up in a garage is on the top of my priority list, followed immediately by having awesome housemates! Ideally it would be great to have housemates that can I get along well enough with to have a beer and go out for a meal but that also have their own independent lives going on. Between working full-time, rehearsing, touring and performing, I go between being home most nights to being out or away for (seemingly) weeks at a time. I have "done my time" so to speak, in uni party houses and have outgrown such living circumstances, thus, I am clean and tidy and respectful of the need to keep the place that way. This doesn't mean I don't love a party, which I do, but, am just looking for reasonable common sense/courteous type people, and also having a kitchen that I am not afraid to cook in! Also - I will be overseas in Central America and California from late September until early November - thus, I'm looking for somewhere to move in the first 2 weeks of November for at least 1 year.
I work full time in as Supervisor in a CBD Hotel; this means I work shift mainly 7am and 3pm starts. I am looking for a social, friendly place to live, but also personal space; a place to call home. Enjoy cooking and try to be healthy with the odd breakout. I don't mind sharing a meal or have a drink once in a while.
