Hi there! Seeking new house-sharing adventures within inner-Brisbane with quiet, laid-back housemates, of a more independent yet shared nature. Preferably with my own bathroom, must have is a door lock. I'm respectful and considerate to property and housemates. Rent, bills and cleaning always comes first. Lived in sharehouses for 15 years. (While I’ll admit I’m not perfect) I know the drill. I’m fairly quiet and like my own space, but enjoy socialising with flatmates and building a bond together. I'm open-minded. Love pets, cats in particular. All I need is enough secure space to store my belongings and a decent internet connection. Apart from that, I'm easy. I have a reasonable amount of furniture at my disposal and can bring all, any or none with me (apart from my own bedroom gear) to the living spaces. With my hours and wake up times, you won’t have to worry about sharing common areas at peak times too much. I’m single currently and would discuss as a courtesy if that changed. Main passions are craft beer and football (soccer) events around Brisbane, along with time with friends. I usually only have a few quiet drinks a week.
