Easy going, easy to get along with but also love my space so, either way you like it, it'll work. Work 5 days a week, out on the weekends, clean hygienic and my feet don't stink. Plus I clean up after myself. Courteous smoker who doesn't smoke near open doors or windows. Not that great of a cook so I usually buy out. Depending on the place I may pay extra for Foxtel. Get in touch.
Quiet suburban street, two easy going laid back house mates, nice size rear and front lawn, close to great bush walking, sporting fields, river (great swimming), 20 minutes to Cronulla beach, great big gym only 1km up the road, close to pubs, shopping centres etc. House includes Foxtel, unlimited internet, Netflix, air conditioning all included in rent.

My kids, now young men, have long left the fold so I'm footloose & fancy free. I try to keep life simple and happy. Love comedy, music, dance, theatre, tennis, travel, reading, camping, colour, candle light, nature and watching the world go by, especially beachside. A great coffee every day is my vice and I'm very fussy about where I drink it, ambiance is not an option, it's a must! I work full time and travel for work so am gone a few weeks each quarter. I like 'organized' and part of keeping life simple is cleaning up after yourself always, so that housework doesn't get in the way of life because it's always under control. Love company but also like my space and privacy and respect others. I'm a Kiwi who made Sydney my home for 27 years, returned to NZ for 10, spent the best part of the last 2 years in USA and am now returning to Sydney. Have been in current job for 2 years. I don't handle the heat well so the nearer I am to water the better. Young at heart, one son tells me "you think you're still 20". Ideal flatmates would be active, easy going 35 through 60 year olds, singles or couples. If you're empty nesters and wouldn't mind an unintrusive extra on your property and a little extra money on the side wouldn't go astray, I'll likely fit the bill. Like my Cafes, I like my place of abode to have ambiance.
Hi, I am a 30 year old, female, independent, professional, who is seeking accommodation for the next 6-9months. Lease is ending in January so happy to move from late Dec. I have a large black mastiff dog, desexed, obedient, who is super friendly and loves to be around people. Strictly outside. So I need a place that will cater for him which has a secure backyard. About me - I'm a shift work who respects ones need for privacy and peace. Equally, friendly and enjoys the company of others, as well as a drink. Clean and tidy is a must! I have plenty of furniture, so I'm seeking an unfurnished bedroom. Look forward to hearing from like minded people🙂 Thanks.
I work full time as a speech pathologist down the coast but want to stay living in Sydney. I enjoy relaxing on weeknights but like my weekends action packed with socialising with friends and family.
Young tidy professional looking for a unfurnished bedroom with a built in wardrobe. Love animals. Will need a parking space. Happy to socialise or keep to myself. Bonus (and willing to pay more) if it comes with an ensuite.
We both will work for ANSTO full time on placement from our company in the UK. We have rented in shared accommodation before and are easy to live with. We are very friendly and hard working and will most likely want to spend our free time exploring. We are sporty and outgoing and looking to make our short time in Australia as fulfilling as possible. We are not a couple, just colleagues sent to work together.
A very friendly and respectful character with a quite, pleasant, happy personality. Always aware of my fellow teammates and our environment and seek to create harmony. I was in the military since a 15 year old boy so well trained to take care of my space, my possessions and respect others property and space. I am an aviation professional so reasonably intelligent rational cool calm and collected at all times. Health is a primary theme so always active and healthy as best as possible without extremes in anything. Certainly no smoking or self harm (drugs etc) but a red wine here or there is nice. I am active in sport mainly golf, water and snow skiing, gym and anything else that keeps you alive and well. My only down fall is that I am learning to play an acoustic guitar and I have not mastered that skill yet....but I am trying. I have a car, a 14 year old Range Rover, but no furniture, not even a cup or saucer. I am moving to Sydney for employment. I am looking for something with space peace and quiet. I am allergic to traffic noise or babies crying if that paints a picture with some humour. Yes I am 55 now but luckily I retain a wonderful quality and quantity of health, youthfulness and energy. I take care of myself and enjoy the journey. Cheers
Great house easy going flat mates. Currently myself and one other guy. looking for one other to share this great home. We are very relaxed everyone has their own space dont mind a couple of a weekend. Free wifi (within reason!!) Close to public transport no issues parking.
River living....hi everyone, we have a beautiful 2 story house on the river with some unused rooms to share. Access is by walking track along the riverside. We have private self-contained rooms available, they consist of large bedroom, large lounge/dining room, large bathroom, combined kitchenette/laundry (laundry to be shared), all rooms are downstairs at the back of our house with your private rear access and your own balcony overlooking the back bushland. You could have a BBQ, sunlounge, table & chairs on the back balcony. This lifestyle is very unique, swimming, kayaking, standup paddle boarding, bushwalking, rock climbing. I have numerous photos on my listing, the river views are from the front of the house, this is the river you walk alongside to access the house. Let me know if you would like to see the rooms!
I'm a shire girl born and raised, like to get out but usually not that much of a partier. I like to play video games, watch tv/movies, and read. I'm a massive Potterhead 😄. I also work at Coles so I'm always good to grabbing any quick groceries if need be 😛.

Easy going, reliable, full time worker with 3 crazy, cool cats. :) I am looking for a large, unfurnished room as I have more than just bedroom furniture or alternatively some garage space to store some furniture.
Have my own things and can respect other people and there property. I really mean it when i say that too. I Just really cant afford a house just yet on my own. I have a dog which is the main reason for me looking for a house to share or to be with someone in the same boat, so to speak. I'm very very clean and tidy and will not be a nuisance to anyone. As i said i have everything of my own and am willing to share. Just need a place to call home. Could be 2 months could be a year or more. Recently seperated. Have 2 young girls who live with their mother all week. I get the usual every 2 weeks for the weekend and some school holidays where i will be happy to stay at my parents house. I am ready to move asap and can get any references needed. I do have a pet dog and there would have to be sufficient yard for her. She plays well with others and other pets also.
Hi! I'm a 22 year old chick looking for a good time (..not that kind) After a place to call home for a while, with a bit of good company being a plus. Not huge on the party scene but I'll share a drink or two with you on occasion. I love animals and will always choose them over humans, but in this case they can't split rent, so you'll do ;) I'm In my last year at uni as a nursing student and work as a Disability support in the Sutherland Shire. Literally a bit of a nerd, foodie, sports(wo)man, and an all rounder so I believe I'd fit in pretty well anywhere. I spend most of my time sleeping... other than that I'll be surfing skating designing creating, training or binging How to get away with Murder so I'll be out of sight out of mind, unless you want to hang.. then I'm down for that too. Heaps keen on starting a team up or sliding in to join a suitable pre-existing home ❤
I'm going to be up front: I'm an adult film producer & erotic photographer from Nimbin, and I need to relocate to Sydney for work. I am quiet, respectful and clean; I never bring my work home with me. I don't have a boyfriend and usually prefer to spend time alone. I have two friendly (and very lazy) springer spaniel x german shepherd girls, both desexed, vaccinated, worm & flea treated. I am willing to contribute extra rent or bond to compensate for the dogs, as they are very important to me, and I do not want to leave them behind. If you have any questions feel free to message me!

About the place: This 2 bedroom unit is near Sutherland train station (3 minute walk) and very near to the shops for all your needs and caffeine hit...The trains cannot be heard in the flat. The room is good sized, however has no built-in wardrobe. The room will be unfurnished. The kitchen, toilets and floorboards are newly installed in May 2015. No pets are allowed. My lease also does not allow smoking in the unit. There is a good sized balcony which is used to hang laundry but also has a set of outdoor furniture. It is covered hence there is no fear of the wet weather. There is an internal laundry room, a lock-up garage (half of it is filled with my stuff) and also an additional covered parking spot which you can use as I don't own a car. I've also got a 50 inch tv with a blu-ray player and surround system for your entertainment needs. Reason for advertisement: My flatmate decided to move closer to the city due to frequent late nights at work. He lived in this flat for 15 months. We were meant to move closer to the city together but I decided I still like to stay in the Shire. About me: My name is Ermin and I'm 30 years old Asian male from Singapore. I've moved into this unit since Aug 2015. I work full-time (corporate hours). I work for a government agency, which means I've got my police checks cleared. I've largely lived with females in my history of house/flat-sharing so either gender works for me. I can also provide references if you require. I like to watch the NRL, exercise, listen to music...I know to allow others their privacy but am also up for a chat/meal. Bills: The internet, landline and water is included in your rent. The landline comes with unlimited calls to mobiles. The only bill you have to pay is electricity which will be shared equally. About you: Ideally you'd be someone who has the ability to pay rent on time, is looking to stay long-term (at least 3months),reasonably clean and respect other's privacy as required. I've posted pictures of the place. Any questions feel free to ask.
New job in Prestons and looking to move into a place no further than 30 minutes driving distance. I am a friendly, clean, polite and sociable 23yo.
Im quiet, non- judgemtental and prefer to keep to myself. I get along with pretty much everyone. I am an optomist with a good sense of humour. I base interactions with housemates on respect and courtesy an and Im not at all interested in getting involved in house politics. I owned my own home for 10years and am house proud and hands- on and love project's. I like to potter in the garden will help with renovations, if there's an opportunity. I keep common areas clean and tidy and am a freak for cleaning my bathroom and the odd friend's bathroom lol. I don't cook a lot and stay elsewhere a couple of nights each week
5 minutes from Sutherland station, 2 minutes from Sutherland centre. This is a high corner unit in a nice block and its private - can’t see into any other neighbours windows from the balconies... The room in partly furnished with queen size bed and dresser/draws but doesn’t have a wardrobe so would suit a traveller/ backpacker who doesn't plan on accumulating too much. Couples welcome, however rent will increase to $290 per week.
Hi I am a single, clean, quiet, working Australian male. I need a quiet home as I do some work from home. I love peace and quiet so I'm after a quiet location - no planes flying overhead, no major roads or rail close by, and no neighbours dogs driving me crazy with constant barking. If you have a dog it must be very quiet. The room needs to be large (3x3m at least) to fit queen bed, desk, TV unit and wardrobe if no BIR. I also have a lot of belongings so need some storage - shed/cupboard/spare room For housemates, 20s and 30s is good. I only want to live with Australians/English people not other languages/cultures My budget of $250/w is including bills and internet No young kids or smokers or dogs. Internet is essential. I will consider more areas than I have listed (there is a limit) Cat-friendly would be a huge bonus. I would like to have my own cat but will consider sharing yours. My own bathroom would be perfect but maybe I'm asking for too much now. I have to give 3 weeks notice.
We are two friends who've been traveling more or less together for two years. iia 23 yo, on a working holiday visa from Finland, been in Australia for a year Val 21yo student Italian/Colombian been here for 3 years. We speak fluent English are friendly, tidy, respectful and outgoing. We both work in hospitality in the city. We have lived in sharehouses and hostels so plenty of experience sharing bathrooms and kitchens etc. We are looking for a room to share in a fun social house with like minded people to stay for a minimum of 3 months. Near a train station would be a plus! On our free time we enjoy going to the beach, having a few drinks every now and then, or just chilling at home watching movies If you wanna know more about us drop a line! :D
I am an easy going, clean and warm and welcoming person. I study at uni full time and work part-time and keep very busy meaning I am barely in the house. I am very easy to get along with and enjoy the company of others.
Hey future flatmate :) Im a fun, friendly and happy person. I have a deep passion for animals and hope to find a place i can have my 4 year old border collie x lab Zyla with me! she's a gem :). I keep to myself most of the time, quiet and very clean and tidy. I currently work at a pub so will be working most nights !! I love keeping active, going on adventures and doing things with my dog. Im very laid back and relaxed and would love to find a place asap ! Regards, Steff
Hi I'm annalice, I'm a friendly, easygoing arts-worker, an excellent cook, a woman of faith, a coffee devotee and Aunty to 6 adorable neices and nephews. Have always been based in Sydney but love a good overseas trip. Reasonably tidy and organised, generous, kind and responsible. Grew up with 4 sisters so good at getting along with all different personalities and sharing. Mix of introvert/extrovert personality. I organise fun and creative family programs and events for a museum in the CBD and enjoy my job heaps so I spend a reasonable amount of time there, sometimes weekend days or evenings for events and have odd days off during the week. I'm also a committed christian so I spend some of my time in related volunteering activities. I love organising events, starting creative projects, shopping, hanging with friends, taking dance classes, drinking coffee, baking, writing, crafting and spending time with my family for fun. My weekends are usually an equal balance between time spent socialising and housekeeping, am out a lot during the week so enjoy spending a day at home when there's a chance.
Hi! I'm Meg and I will be 20 at the end of January. I am looking for somewhere to live next year as I will not be renewing my current lease when it runs out at the beginning of February. This is because I would prefer to live in South Sydney, as it will be closer to where I will be studying at Ettingshausens in Kirrawee. I would prefer an unfurnished room, living with one other person (any gender), however I will definitely still consider other arrangements. I will be at school at least three weekdays, and most other days I will be at work, which is doing promotional work, meaning I will have a steady income to pay bills. My parents currently pay my rent and will continue to do so whilst I am studying until the end of 2017, so the correct amount of rent will always be paid on time. I have lived in Sydney for a year now, after I moved from my hometown of Tamworth to study dance full-time at Village on Broadway for a year. I am clean and respectful, and also a very happy and easy to get along with kind of person. Love to socialise with my housemates but of course give you your space and privacy. I am also not a party animal so won't have heaps of people over/come home super late all the time/make a big mess. I'm very active, and also vegan and really passionate about healthy eating and cooking! I'm also very creative so I'll usually be making something arty in my spare time. Love catching up with friends, going to art galleries and markets and spending lots of time at the beach!
