Large double bedroom with lots of light. (Air conditioner and fan provided in Summer months). we have a lovely big garden for sitting outside. There's a bus to Newtown and city 2 streets away and it's a 7 min walk to Bardwell Park Station to get the Green Square train to the city. It's a 1930's bungalow so the house has character. Earlwood has everything you need-doctors, gym, coffee shops and a good shopping centre so it's easy to buy food locally. There are parks within walking distance and it's a 3 min drive down the hill to the Cooks River. I have a large dog- she's very friendly and doesn't bark but the flatmate must love dogs as she comes into the house in the evenings. Our house is quiet- no street noise and we're quiet people too. Ideally we'd like someone who's pretty independent eg a student or someone who works fulltime and just wants to relax when they come home
Hi My name is Ryan, 24. My first preference is teaming up with 1-2 people to start a share house as I have fair bit of furniture, fridge, washing machine...... So if you are teaming up with me, you don't have to worry about spending money on all that stuff. I am very easy going, clean and tidy, respectful of other's privacy/personal space and expect same. but i would love to find someone who likes to share a meal, watch movies/tv series together. I do understand that everyone is busy and everyone is different, so I'm cool if you like to spend most of your free time in your room. I work at Woolies as well as Myer City store, so working like 6 days a week at the moment. Would like to move ASAP. Message me if i sound like someone you would like to share a house with. No room share, I want my own good sized bedroom. Thanks
I am a 32 year old female. I work full time from Monday - Friday. I am easy to get along with. I enjoy a good laugh with friends and also enjoy my privacy. I am very reliable with rent. I am very organised and will keep the house very neat and clean. Prefer to live with females. I actually have a routine of when I cook so I don't hog the kitchen at any time. Also would prefer a place with my own bathroom and don't wanna live with someone who nags me all the time. I would like to live with someone who respects my space and gives me ample notice when having visitors over. I am kind of reserved and would like to live with someone who understands that and does not take advantage of my calm nature. I hate conflict. I would prefer a granny flat but will be open to moving in a flat with just another flatmate. I love cats so if you have a cat that may be a huge plus :) I could say I'm an ideal housemate..if only someone would appreciate that ..haha.. I will have to give notice to my current housemate so can only move out in 3 weeks - 1 month time...
I'm a young professional working full time. I have experiencing living with others and I'm very respectful. I'm on the tidier end of the "keeping communal areas clean" spectrum but wouldn't classify myself as a neat freak. I like being social with those I live with but I understand the need for and value personal space. In my free time I enjoy being active by running, hiking, going to the gym, or playing sports with mates. I also enjoy a night in with a movie or board games. I'm looking for a home that is close to a train station (5-10 minute walk). I work in Miranda and Panania, so I'm ideally looking for somewhere along either of those train lines or somewhere I can get to Central or Wolli Creek super fast.
I'm a very easy going Sydney gal with a little 14 year old cross chihuahua (that spends most of his time sleeping as he is getting old!) I work with children and also do some freelance creative work. I am fairly clean and tidy and a non-smoker. I'm very respectful of other people, and pretty quiet, choosing to spend my free time out being active or watching films on my laptop. I am also good for a chat and laugh and enjoy being around other people. :D
I am very organised, clean and tidy. I work full-time as an uber driver. I am 64 and like having a beer or a wine. I was hoping for a bit of a yard so that I could have a cat. I am a cat person. I like people and like having a chat which is why I like ubering. I also like to cook.
Hi, I'm a student and a part time sales assistant. I'm out going and a neat freak. I respect people's privacy. I'm looking for a PRIVATE ROOM below $230 with all bills included.
We are a nice and friendly couple from Hungary. Pal is a sofwer-developer and Krisztina is a kindergarten teacher. We are fond of travelling and meeting new cultures, that's why we have already had some experience abroad. We are tidy and clean. Krisztina likes cooking, so a well-equiped kitchen is perfect for us! Hope we meet!:)
Really keen for a flat mate within the next week!! So if you think you are interested please contact - I have paid Early Bird access .. so call or message.. thx . Furnished Room available for a self-sufficient person who is working or studying. Very Very close to Bardwell Park Train Station - which is on airport line and two stops from Wolli Creek. Our home is a very comfortable, 4 bedroom house, with the room for rent being located at the rear. This large, bright room opens straight out onto the 2nd lounge room/TV den which you can largely consider as your own. There is a balcony overlooking a green valley at the front (a lovely place for reading books on the lounge or a cup of tea) and only 3 minutes walk from the Bardwell Park train station (Airport Line). I'm happy to talk about sharing meals or food exchange or something else that added up to harmonious co-habitation. I have two children, 8 and 6 who are both in school .. and have an international student who also lives with us.

Hi, this is a great house 5 minutes walking to the train station (Bexley North or Bardwell park), and 20 minutes to central with a very chilled house mate. 1 room is close to the bathroom and away from the rest of the house and offers great privacy. It is a single room The other room faces the sunny backyard and it's also really nice. It is close to Earlwood, Bexley north and also to a small reserve. Unlike other places in the inner west, it does not have airplanes noise on top of you, so it is very quiet. Because I like cooking I have a lot appliances in the kitchen that can be helpful if you like cooking too. The room is in Bardwell Park which is only 10 minutes from Marrickville. The place is also really close to the airport line train station, which translates in 20 minutes train to the city, or 10 to the airport I am clean and friendly and respectful of others space. The days of partying are gone for me although I love a nice gathering of people for dinner once in a while. There are fairy lights and a disco ball in the back yard. About me: In a past life I was a musician full time but now I am a professional working in digital in the city I lived in share houses forever and I really like it. In my free time I play or listen to music, cook or go to some live gig, netflix or some Fifa on my xbox the odd red wine or scotch. On weekends I have my two children who are 6 and 8. mainly we watch a movie together in the evening and then on saturdays we have lots of sport and activities planned. They too lived in sharehouses forever and are very respectuful and polite, but if they like you they will let you know that :) We are looking forward to have the right person moving in with us. If I get in touch and you are not interested, please let me know so :) Looking forward to meet you, Erik
Looking for someone with a dog (preferably large) to keep ours company. The house is across the road from a off leash dog park, we also have 2 cats that are used to dogs. There's inbuilt wardrobe and air con as well.
I’m moving closer to school so am unfortunately moving out of my beautiful home. The house is gorgeous with heaps of character, there’s lots of plants, books and art. We have a big backyard with lemon and banana trees, sunflowers and a veggie garden. The house is only 5 mins from a 412 bus stop that goes to the cbd, 10 mins from Earlwood shops and 15 min walks to both Bardwell Park and Canterbury station. The room is incredibly light and feels bigger than it is due to its high ceilings. It’s fairly small but can comfortably fit a double bed, a desk and a wardrobe. If needed I’m happy to leave my mattress and bedside table.
Super quiet, and very convenient area. 10 mins walk from Coles, buses around the corner and small cafes around the corner. It is also close to parks, local bowling and sporting clubs and the Cooks River. Would suit a student who doesn't mind walking and wants exercise. I prefer a working professional but part time worker/student also warmly accepted. The house has TWO additional shared spaces-one is adjacent to the kitchen with enclosed glass doors, which could become a 2nd chill out space/lounge. And a small granny flat outside the house with second bathroom attached. I have only been living here for 6 weeks so starting up decorating the space. INTERNET IS INCLUDED IN THE RENT. Polished floorboards throughout and the house has ornate ceilings (high) and stained-glass windows throughout with plenty of storage in both rooms. There is also 4 air-conditioning units throughout the home including one in your room. For your convenience there is a double bed, bedside table and small items to make it comfy. There is a double mirrored built in wardrobe with plenty of space. NO SMOKING HOUSEHOLD!! I also have a 9 years young cat who is beautiful and friendly. She doesn't like other cats, so I wouldn't be able to accept a flatmate with pets. Sorry!!! NO COUPLES ACCEPTED.
The house backs on to wolli creek, which gives us a pretty view off our balcony. It is a 3 bedroom standalone house, with two bathrooms and 3 living spaces. Lots of storage in the kitchen, and a decent sized bathroom. Its 5 minutes walk to Bexley North train station and 30 minutes to Town Hall. Close to cafe's and a Woollies Metro. The third room does not have built ins, so you would need your own cupboard. We already have most other furniture for the house (bookcases, TVs, BBQ, one fridge and so on) however are missing a couch, and a second fridge wouldn't go astray so if you have these things yay! P.S. The photos dont do the house justice
Hi, I'm Stevanus, an Australian Awards awardee from Indonesia. I'll start my master on UTS in February 2018. currently, I'm looking for accommodation. I'm a tidy person, a non-smoker but still tolerable with a smoker (but I might walk away if I feel uneasy with the smoke), I would enjoy a good chat over a drink or dinner or whatever every now and then about movies, music, foods, sports, and world issues.
