Hi, we currently have a huge room (twice the size of a normal room) available in our four bedroom home. It offers a huge shared kitchen with gas and electric appliances (inc. dishwasher), ducted air conditioning in the living room and fans in the bedrooms. There is a shared a bathroom and laundry (with washer and dryer). It has a nice entertaining deck overlooking a huge double block sized backyard. Internet is included, we have Foxtel in the living room and we include the water bill in rent. Bills NOT included that we share are Electricity, Gas and we also share mowing duties or take turns in getting someone in to do it for us. There is a garage which can be used for some storage and ample off street car parking. The house is also within easy walking distance to the Picton Train Station (Approx. 5 mins) and there are also buses I believe out the front door. It is also only a 15min walk to the main street of Picton. Smoking welcome outside only. Must like dogs as we have a little and very friendly Maltese X.
