I am now 58 and stopped work at 50 due to damage done during cancer treatment. I am financially stable, and I receive a Disability Pension. The damage done is internal, not visible apart from my hearing aids. I like to live in a clean, respectful environment. An environment free of illegal drug users, alocholics, hard drinkers and smokers, hopefully one that is well insulated and enjoys being looked after. I enjoy gardening, the odd meal out, SBS, ABC, PBSFM, RRR. I am a non-smoker and casual drinker (take it or leave it). I have no pets currently, but I love animals, no children or partner either. I am an early bird and in the mornings I like to read the online news over a fresh coffee. Hopefully I will find a place that has a shared space that I can enjoy with others, but also be able to have private time when required. Maybe a three-bedroom, two living area place? I rent by choice and have an excellent rental history, along with excellent references. I have everything that I need (furniture and the like) in the one-bedroom unit that I currently live in, along with some lovely plants and outdoor furniture. I have pictures and some documents that give you a good idea about me that I keep in my Google Drive that I am happy to share. I am looking to move as soon as possible due to the current living arrangements not being safe and happy. I would love to meet you and perhaps have a coffee to discuss a suitable place. Please message me if you feel like it. Alan

    $250/week26 year old woman

Hiya, I am desperately needing to find a rental ASAP due to some unforeseen circumstances and am hoping to find somewhere I can move quickly and safely. I am a Registered Nurse, division 1 who has been employed at Bendigo Health for the past 8years on Medical/Renal/Neuro ward. Unfortunately I recently required 12months off work after becoming quite unwell. I am officially on the mend and am recently back working. I get on very well with everybody that I meet and am very bubbly. I dont require any attention and am very hyper-independent and high functioning. I definitely need to feel comfortable and safe (survival instincts lol). This can sometimes make it difficult to trust others, especially in my space and around my belongings BUT im working on it i promise. lol. I maintain a very clean space and am very responsible, reliable, trustworthy, caring and also consider myself pretty funny. I enjoy spending time around others, but having my own time and space is essential to calm my overactive nervous system. I previously rented a property in Thunder St for approx 3 years before having to move home whilst having treament and not working so have a reference if need be. I dont want to sound desperate, but I am DESPERATE to find somewhere to live and currently cant afford a full rental (I dont think anybody can atm lol) whilst getting back on my feet, both figuratively and literally. I am very easy going, non-judgemental and am always down for a good laugh. I do have 2x small pups, Norman & Alphie (maltese shih-tzu & cavoodle) whom are very friendly, well behaved, trained little men. They are non-shedding, clean and are walked daily at the dog park so they are both very well socialised and also good fun. I know this isnt ideal for the majority of people but I made them a promise many years ago to love and protect them for the rest of their lives which I will always stand by. I hope somebody is willing to take us in and give us a chance as this is a challenging period of my life right now, so stable & safe accommodation is currently vital. If you made it this far, thank you. Sara
