Semi retired gardener/landscaper. Separated father of two beautiful teenage girls who want me to be 'in reach' of Ocean Grove in Vic. Casual, honest, caring and a reliable friend, I rarely act my age..I love the beach, love good red wine, love music (occasional musician..Afro jazz, reggae, old ska, blues, soul, r&b)...never rehearse in my home!. Random sense of humour. Clean, quiet, tidy. Love cooking!, just not every night. In my lifetime, I've lived in a family home, student accommodation, motels, hotels, a caravan, even a tent, I'm adaptable to a variety of circumstance.
Close to the Beach and Barwon River, just short stroll to the Main Street The Toilet and Shower are in main house, but not shared. Current tenant uses electric stove and BBQ for cooking, I don't mind sharing house kitchen up to new tenant. I have children 12 and 10 on a shared basis so not interested in people who want to party! The Photo of the Deck is the rear of the main house
New Zealander. I tidy up after myself and tend to get along with everyone. Always pay my bills and try to live a reasonably active lifestyle. I will be doing work placement and intend to get a job out of it. Initially need 3 months accommodation but after work placement I plan to stay put. I am still on course in New Zealand and will be finishing up and moving to Aus in mid June

Hi I've just moved to Geelong from Tassie to live and work. I have two little dogs. I love the beach and being outdoors. I'm friendly and sociable and enjoy doing my own things. Clean and tidy and looking for somewhere to call home 🙂 I will be looking to find. Work asap when I find accommodation.
Hi there, I’ve just had my housemate leave for greener pastures due to his desire to nest and now I’m left with the unenviable task of finding a suitable housemate. The house is situated on top of the hill in the ‘dina and has water views and is close to the shops. As far as facilities go the house is neat and tidy with spacious indoor and outdoor living quarters. The house is fully furnished and there is even a good double sized bed if you require it. The house has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms so you will have your own space to enjoy. I’m not in any rush to find someone, however I’m more focused on looking for suitable person so I’m more than happy to chat and find out what we are both looking for in order to ensure we are both happy.
It is a modern home in a central position close to the beaches and Town. Public transport easily accessible and close by. Air conditioning and central heating with all the modern appliances. Would suit a quiet, respectable and reliable person who is mindful of people's privacy. Nothing too busy or any party goers, no drug users, smokers or pets please. Must present police check, references from work and previous accomodation. Other specifics addressed when meeting .
I am a very clean quite respectful ho honest trusting fun easy going helpful loves to cook loves animals loves children not a party animal prefer the quiet life fit. I and on a pension that is 930 a fortnight I enjoy riding my bike enjoy BBQs gardening cleaning and just being myself. I am a smoker but can smoke outside if preferred
I'm Jess, I'm a really relaxed, respectful and easily sociable person. I get along well with new people even if you're shy, I promise I'll make you comfortable in no time. I like to keep reasonably fit by doing weight lifting, walking my dog, or just going down to the beach for a swim and surf. I'm quite a quiet a neat person to live with, I'm not a party animal, love a good chat with the girls and maybe a casual few drinks every now and then, but I'd prefer to save my money for travel rather than go out and get smashed every weekend. I love all animals, but I've grown up with dogs and looking somewhere pet friendly to bring my own puppy in (preferably a Labrador Retriever). I've trained a successful Border Security Customs puppy before, so I promise it will be a well behaved dog. If you have any other questions, feel free to message me and I will get back to you ASAP, I hope to hear from you soon!
Hi! I'm Tyler, 18 years old and currently am studying at Deakin waterfront campus doing law and criminology. I'm very clean (learnt that from my mum) I will cook some meals (love to cook so would be great to be able to do that with someone!!) Can have great conversation and am more than willing to make new friends as I'm from Ballarat! Don't mind a drink or two either :)
I'm needing a place to stay for a while till I find my own place again. I have A house that I'm leaving and just taking my bare essentials due to a relashionship breakdown on mutual agreement. I am a clean freak and love cooking for others. Im 40 and I work full time. My work hours are from 1230 - 9pm every day. I am completely self sufficient. I a very easy to get along with kinda person. I like a drink occasionally and like to go watch bands in town so I'm not a homebody.

Looking for temporary accommodation til I can set myself up in my place. Enjoy relaxing with a beer or scotch after a long day. Not much of a outgoing person but dont mind going out on the odd occasion. but will go fishing mostly at night when I can. I am a smoker but will never smoke in a house as I respect other people's property and wishes.
Hi, my name is Luisa and these are my beautiful nieces, not my children. I am a full time arts student and work part time as a teacher. I am a multicultural, healthy, independent, responsible and respectful housemate that pays rent on time. I like the space I live in to be physically and energetically clean and clear as I see home a place of recuperation and rejuvenation. I am a plant and animal lover although not okay with malting from fluffy animals inside the house. I enjoy nature and the outdoors. I eat a mostly vegetarian/ vegan diet.I keep the kitchen clean and like it to be kept clean same as the fridge. We don't have to be the same to live together well. I'd like to live with healthy housemates where we respect each others differences. I enjoy my space and privacy and respect yours also and I'm happy to share a meal or pot of tea with my housemate’s as/if it naturally happens. I am calm and friendly and tend not to talk much at home as it’s how I recoup. Even so I am mindful of working as a team in creating a friendly, supportive home where we can communicate easily and directly. I try to remain aware of reducing my environmental footprint - still learning - and use eco friendly cleaning/household products where possible. It goes unsaid to share weekly house work. I am looking to share with 1, 2 or maybe 3 other people. Looking forward to sharing space and happy to clarify anything :)
Student, 25 y/o, very music oriented, very neat + tidy, have own furniture + some appliances, potentially will bring a pretty rad cat if the house permits. Working full-time at the moment. Enjoys many beers every so often.
Robin 20 y/o Uni student. Looking for accommodation whilst studying at Uni. Clean, Friendly, Happy to join in on house hold activities and some time of solitude. I am into Anime, Video Games and Sleeping. If you think you have a room for me, let me know. :)
Hi! I'm Catherine, about to move down to Torquay for work, so am looking for something in the general Geelong area. I also currently study two days a week, but graduate at the end of June- so until then, I need to be able to commute reasonably easily to the city by train. I am a sociable sort, but also enjoy my own space at times and respect that others do too! I would prefer a furnished room if possible as I have very, very little in the way of furnishings...but that's not a deal breaker. I am a non smoker and environmentally conscious, and would prefer a house that shares that philosophy! I love music, food and exercise (mainly to counteract the 'food' thing) and I love being around animals, especially dogs. I have a car, but would ideally like somewhere close to a train station. If you have a room, and you think I would fit, I would love to hear from you!

All typical new house amenities plus wifi. Close to beautiful Tourquay, 5 mins to train station and 20 minutes Geelong CBD.

Employed but work in the arvo and evening so sharing a bathroom wouldn't be an issue for anyone with an early start. About the house / area: The warralily way of life is definitely one that will suit anyone of any age with access to public transport and only bein 15 minutes from Geelong central and 10-15 minutes from Torquay and ocean grove. With the shopping centre built around the corner this property is on the prime position for someone who wants to be close to Geelong and beaches but enjoys a the security of a safe community environment.
This is a newly build home (2015) in Armstrong Creek, in a nice, quiet and friendly community. It's a 10 minute drive to CBD Geelong, 10 minutes to Deakin Waurn Ponds University and 15 minutes to Torquay. Waurn Ponds shopping centre only is minutes away. There is a large shopping centre within walking distance, to be operational from September / 2017, with ALDI and Woolworths, plus many speciality shops. There is a good bus route to Geelong and surrounding areas and public transport travel time to Southern Cross, Melbourne just over 1.5 hours. I have just back to Australia after living and working abroad for two years. It is a cool 4 bed room, dual living, with large kitchen and open dining area. There is a patio area and garden and large area of grass. It features heating and AC. I am planning to create a cinema room out of the second living area and a gym in the garage. On street parking also. I am advertising one double room. Short stays of one week or less will be concidered on request. Price negotiable for stays under a week. Bills are all inclusive, including unlimited WIFI (NBN to the premises at 100mbps download). I have had lots of experience with house share and inclusive bills make things so much easier for all. I am happy to re consider if you wish to bill share. The house is fully furnished including the bedroom (queen bed). If you have furnishings that you wish to move in with, that can be easily accompanied for. I want to make this house fun, extremely likeable and liveable to all. Move in date is any time. Please see photos :)
