Hey guys!! I’m Dylan Im 28 and work in traffic management. My Interests include surfing, coffee, music, fitness, and 4WD/camping. As far as a housemate and person in general goes, I'm pretty chilled. I see myself as trustworthy and respectful of privacy and property, also might have a touch of cleaning OCD. Happy to share meals and socialise with everyone, but also love to do my own thing and unwind. I’m looking to find like minded housemates to get along with and share a nice drama free household. I feel strongly that communication is the key to a happy household. Looking forward to hearing from you, Dylan
Room for rent in old ocean grove, 4 bedroom house, own bathroom, close to shops, river and beach. Must love dogs and tolerate a feisty cat. We are a couple in our early 30s who love to brunch on weekends, walk the dogs on the beach as well as enjoy a social drink on weekends. Brad loves his music and I love to keep fit and lead a healthy life. Would love a housemate who enjoys a chat a but is also happy with their own company too. We love to cook and keep a tidy house. All utilities are included in the rent along with Internet. Off street parking and the option of a second room as a study. Bedding in photo not included in room Non smoker preferred
Hey guys, I'm Gracie. I'm a 21 year old nursing student who works part time as a personal carer, and in engagement programs for disadvantaged youths. I'm a bit quiet at the start but once I'm comfortable somewhere I really open up and blossom. I'm quite busy and would be in and out of the house, but when I'm there I'm pretty social. In saying that, like any person I love my own quiet space where I can chill out with Netflix or study in peace. I'm clean, but I'm not overly frantic about it -- a home should look and feel lived in :) It's in my nature to be as helpful as possible, so you can count on me pulling my weight around the house. After living in the same place for two years, I've decided to see what (and who!) is out there, in the hope that I can grow more, make more friends and even more fun memories. If I sound like your cup of tea, flick me a message and we can organise to meet up and see if we're a good match as housemates :)
My house is located in a seaside town. It is only about a 900 meter walk to the beach. And the Ocean Grove Market Place Shopping centre which contains a Woolworths Supermarket is only a 15 minute walk or 2minute drive away. Also the city of Geelong is only a 20minute drive too.
This is a well laid out, modern house with two living areas, dining area, modern kitchen and a covered patio/outdoor entertaining area. One of the available rooms has a walk-in robe, the other a built-in robe. Woolworths, a good chemist and other amenities are close by. It is only a short drive to the cafes/restaurants in old Ocean Grove and the ocean beach and Barwon Heads.
15 minute walk to ocean grove beach and collendina hotel. 10 mins walk to safeway. The house is elevated and looks out to the sand dunes/southern ocean. House is full furnished include beds. The kitchen and lounge are open living with a spacious balcony. Appliances include; electric wall oven and grill, coffee machine, gas cooktop and Bosch dishwasher, dryer, washing machine. A mezzanine partition connects the living area and cosy sunken lounge. Large laundry to share. Two further double-sized bedrooms with built-in robes flank the main bathroom/separate toilet. The backyard is a pleasant surprise. Very generously proportioned and largely lawn.
Close to all amenities and beaches, large backyard, Netflix in main area of house, 10min drive to Geelong CBD, quiet location, central heating/cooling dishwasher, OPL, bedroom available is not furnished, all other areas of the house are furnished, must like dogs and be neat and tidy.
I study Law and Criminology at Deakin, I’m from Ballarat and moved to Geelong last year. I’m very clean and tidy, and like to look after the house. I’m also down for a drink or two and love to have a good time and good adventures, but also love my alone time like anyone does! I am very clean and respectful and would to find some likeminded people to team-up/join a room.
I have a full time job, 6 days a week, in warehousing/retail which I am transferring to Geelong. I am also completing my Building & Construction qualifications. I love all sports but mainly AFL, Cricket and NFL. I'm an avid fisherman which is one of the reasons I want to move to Geelong. I have a boat which I would love to bring down if there is room (Yes I will take you out on it if you would like to). I am pretty quiet during the week and like a drink and socialise on the weekends. I also have a people loving staffy which I would love to bring with me, but I can make other arrangements if this is not possible. I need to find a place to move into in the next 5-6 weeks. I have my own bedroom furniture and can bring a 4 piece couch with me if needed. I can cook some good meals (and some not so good meals) and like living in a clean and tidy space. I currently live with two other people so I understand boundaries and privacy. Feel free to contact me if you have any further questions.
One fully furnished room is available for rent. The room has a BIR with a chest of drawers, a queen bed, a full length mirror, a small desk and chair. The room also has a ceiling fan. Unlimited NBN internet (Wi-Fi) is available. There are 2 separate living areas inside the house, with TV's that are conected to the internet for housemates to use. Plenty of outdoor space, with an outdoor undercover entertaining area and a BBQ is also available. Air-con (heating and cooling) is available in the main living areas. Plenty of on street parking is available to housemates in a very safe and quiet court in Leopold. Housemates will share the house, kitchen and dining/living areas with the owners and other housemate, but will have their own living room. The bathroom and toilet is shared between the 2 guest bedrooms, but is separate from the owners ensuite. The house is located less than 100m to closest bus stop (buses frequently go into Geelong, and to towns on the Bellarine Peninsula) and is central to Geelong CBD, restaurants, waterfront, beaches, wineries, towns on the Bellarine and Great Ocean Road. It is walking distance to the Bellarine Rail trail and the Gateway Plaza shopping centre. Rent is $200 p/w with a $400 bond (2 weeks rent). Will be a bit more for couples. Utilities and unlimited nbn internet (including Netflix) are included in the rent.
