Hello! We have the master suite in our share house available as of the 1st of August (until at least the 2nd of March), as our current housemate is moving to the inner suburbs for work. It is MASSIVE, the only bedroom downstairs and has its own bathroom, walk in robe, deck and yard access so it is very private The photos show the master suite & communal areas, however the photos are from when the previous tenants were still vacating so ignore the furniture and the dog! Pros & Cons of the House + very modern (incl. dishwasher, ducted heating etc.) + 10-15 mins walk to Bayswater station, bus stop right outside + huge bedrooms + split system heating/cooling in every room + stays cool in summer + fully furnished (except your room) - the driveway wouldn't suit someone with a big car unless you are willing to park on the nature strip or the street! we fit 3 hatchbacks comfortably (i.e. nobody is blocked in) but large cars will not work well - not a big back yard, so no big dogs The technical details: We have just re-signed a 6 month lease that takes us through to the start of March next year. We are looking for someone that will be here for the full term, with the option to stay on! Rent is $825 a month Internet is $20 a month each (unlimited, decent speed) Netflix is set up in the lounge at no extra cost Bills are pretty cheap, we got good deals and have student discounts I think that covers all the important stuff, if you have any questions shoot me a message and I will get back to you ASAP!

I am reliable, mature and respectful, looking for a housemate I will get along with. I am tidy but not OCD. I love to hang out with my housemates from time to time for a drink or movie night, and looking for someone the same. I just got offered a full time job in Keilor Park so looking for something around there.
I am a friendly, relaxed person to live with. I like to keep things tidy. I am an artist and I spend a lot of time painting art which is my life long passion. I like to go out and socialize from time to time. I have 2 cats who are very loving and affectionate
G'day - my name is John. I am a relatively hygienic male (my mum will verify this) and am more than happy to take on my share of the chores. I pay rent on time and have a regular sleep schedule. I work part time in administration and study the rest for my SEO Marketing certification. My hobbies include - badminton (play every Sunday), gaming, watching crap on the internet, cooking (I make pretty damn good pasta and chicken rice), getting 8 hrs + of sleep, recently NBA because Raptors bandwagon why not? I have my own internet so I won't take up any of your bandwidth or cap, I don't make much noise and am respectful of my housemates. Please have a cute dog I can love behind your back.
Hi everyone, my name is David and I am in need of a place to move into. Currently in a temporary living situation and would really appreciate it if anyone who knew anyone who had anything available or has anything available could please contact me! I am a neat and tidy person who is easy to get along with.. I am a full time student, and I also work at Woolworths. I'm always keen to go out in my free time and love to socialise and have a couple of drinks. I'm a non-smoker and I don't have any pets. I do have a car, so somewhere with parking (even if it is off-street) is necessary. Preferentially I would like something unfurnished, so that I can make my space my own. I work in Glen Waverley but will be happy to commute up to 30 minutes in any direction from there. I’d really like to move into a place I can feel comfortable to call home and be able to have a couple of my friends over from time to time. I am happy to help out with any housework or help that is required My budget is $200 with absolute max of $220 (pushing it, as i'll have to pick up extra hours at work) a week/inc. bills.
Im a great cook :p also very tidy, quiet and respectful! Love to have a chat but also chilling out on my own.. im currently studying at uni.. looking for a room to rent in an existing house.
I'm a really easy going, social, person, currently studying Business at Swinburne and working part time. I love a laugh and keep everything tidy and clean. I'm very open and honest and respect everyone's privacy. Hope we can live together :)
Hi guys How's everyone? I'm doing great. I'm James, a student from Box Hill Institute. I'm friendly, kind heart, good conversationist, well mannered, genuine, very clean guy with a nice personality. I always a person that makes other people comfortable being around me. I'm a good listener, well considerate and have a great empathy towards other people. I love to laugh, smile and take life easily. I love to cook ( Asian food especially Thai food ...mmm yummy), reading and doing charity work. I'm looking forward to meet my future housemate. Please feel free to ask me anything. Thanks.😀
Works Full-Time in the CBD so you won't see me until the evening or on weekends. I would consider myself extraverted and social, but can keep to myself. Respectful, always clean up after myself, and always open to communication. Extremely tidy and organised.
