I'm a clean and tidy person. Really down to earth and respectful, normally up for a chat over glass of wine but also enjoy my alone time. I work full time as a travel agent on a rotating roster so i dont have set days off. I occasionally go out, not a huge amount. Spend a lot of my spare time with friends or out for adventures. I dont have a dog but am hoping to get one eventually. Looking for someone to join in a 2-3 bedroom apartment in the eastern suburbs :)

Hi, I'm looking for a great new place to go with the new year. I work in childcare full-time with many families throughout the eastern suburbs. I'm a easy going, neat and tidy person and always pay my rent onetime. I'm looking to move into a new place in April. Not looking for a share a place. Rent to include bills or on own meter. I have a beautiful 7 year old indoor cat who is very lovable and well behaved. Look forward to hearing from you.
Travel Agent, easy going, keep to myself but up for a chat and tv night now and again. Non drinker, non smoker (but don't mind others who do!) Clean, quiet and respectful, I'm easy to live with and have around :)
We are outgoing people, love going out with family and friends, we both work full time, I work in Croydon and my husband works in the city. We are a happy couple, love watching movies. We are planning on buying a house this year.
Hi there! I'm a full-time university student in the last year of a teaching degree. Initially, I might seem a bit quiet, though will warm up in no time. I enjoy cooking immensely, mostly baking, though I do enjoy trying out new savoury recipes or making the tried and tested pizza recipe that my mum's been making for years. Even more so I like sharing what I cook and seeing peoples reactions. I'm also a fruit monster while berries and cherries are in season but buy far too much for one person to eat alone. I work at a winery so do bring the odd bottle home and enjoy a drink after work once or twice a week. Not a party animal though and am happy to share. I come with Netflix/Stan/Amazon Prime/Hayu (which I don't get time to watch but like to have) a mixer/blender/food processor, and a pasta machine. Ideally I'm looking for a friendly and tidy place where we each have our own spaces, but are able to come together from time to time for a meal/movie/boardgame. Non-smoker. Not fussed if you smoke (though prefer if it's outside).
I consider myself very polite and clean and would love to move out on my own for the first time! I run a business and looking to expand that. This has been something I've looked forward to for a long time so I'm excited to take the next step in life! - Non-smoker - Allergic to cats - Fitness enthusiast - Self-employed
Hey there. I'm looking for a place to stay that is close to my workplace in Kilsyth. I have recently transferred here with work from Sydney. I'm up for a chat and a laugh but also like to have my "me time". I am pretty straight edge and like to do things like going out to watch bands , play sport, watch scary movies , get creative and also get out into nature. If you think that someone like me would work well in your home dynamic, I look forward to hearing from you.
i’m a very clean a tidy person, respectful of others as long as their respectful to me aswell. would rather chill at home than go out to a party. always down for a movie and snacks. I do have a boyfriend who i’d like to come around some nights but won’t be there every night :)
Hello potential roomies. i am 28-29 yrs old I am Clean & tidy individual. I currently work Casually in Hospitality, events & as a crowd controller On the weekends so I hope any potential room mates aren't bothered by this as i'd probably be coming home late like after 1am. And do some voluntary work atm during the week rest assured i am no bludger and although i am struggling i will make every effort to find full time work or be a good roomy chore wise to earn my keep (one thing at a time) I don't drive atm but don't worry I am not asking anyone to be my uber taxi. With that said Though i am not one to refuse a lift if i find myself stuck outside transport hours getting home. (negotiable) What I am Looking for in a place: I do have some furniture but i don't have everything so if the room has a tall boy & built in robe, for storing my clothes & boxes of stuff (bonus.) i am an adult so large room needed I have some furniture at my parents place belonging to me such as bed, bookshelf, study desk, beside tables that will accompany me. Also Kitchen with basics to cook and eat with. i am happy to buy some crockery to have meals etc and if people want to do shared dinners i am willing to pitch my pot and buy ingredients and contribute to a meal. As i know living out of home is hard :X And bonus if Internet is available so I may B-Pay rent & all bills etc when due. (all this to be discussed of course as to a system of how bills are paid etc) Prefer to fit within my budget and for ALL bills to be covered in rent or some as we all know the struggles of renting and budgeting on low income. (again negotiable.) So if I sound like the flatmate 4 u message us. i am fairly new to the whole renting thingy so apologies if i have left things out i am sure you have questions about me so don't hesitate to contact me. What I am asking for in a roommate: Social- wants to get to know a bit about me the person living with them. i am shy but i like to try to be social and make friends where i can despite my age & difficulties but at the same time i respect peoples privacy but... if i am going to be living with you long term it be great if say example Tuesday is friends night and you guys are having a movie night if you don't mind me joining you or want to go out to a movie then extend an invite or if your someone who gyms or trivia & wants a partner count me in. Nice People smoking is fine although i don't smoke personally so not inside if you do. Casual drinker is fine. i enjoy a casual drink but i am not a heavy drinker. No drugs i don't want to be around this personally NO snoring (sorry but i value my sleep and if you snore we are not going to get along) My last flatmate sounded like a rusty chainsaw lol. and it kept me up at night to the point i could no long stand it that & the constant drinking and loud music too any more info please feel free to contact me. Will also consider team ups for a new rental if their are people male or female of same age bracket 20-30 3-4 people max including me . (i am nice i don't bite LOL) if you like superheroes & marvel we will get along fine i am sure.
I'm a business student at Deakin University and am working part-time in retail. I've been living in Melbourne for almost a year now and have had a good run with renting so far. I'm a clean and tidy non-smoker with no pets and I am open to having a chat here and there but I also like to do my own thing. Just looking for a place to call home in the Knox Region! Note: Looking to live in an all-female place and $215 is max. budget and must be incl. of bills :)
Hey, my name is Jesse. I'm 23 years old, I'm a really easy going bloke with great morals and always up for a laugh. very clean and respectful, I'm looking at commencing study this year, but need to find some stable accommodation first.
Gday my name's Shaeden, I'm currently living near Shepperton but keen to move back down near the city, just looking for a room for myself and hopefully my dog too. I'm working in a pub at the moment so I'm usually working late. Real easy going and can easily keep to myself so I won't be an annoyance, but also don't mind a good time too. I'm not messy or anything but more than happy to do my share of housework and help out with anything etc. If anyone's reading this I hope you take me into consideration, I'd really appreciate it. Cheers
Hi my name is Murray. I am friendly and easy to get along with and at the same time respect others privacy and the need for quiet time. I'm currently semi-retired and considering my next business venture, while I have enough residual income to support my lifestyle for the time being and am looking to find somewhere suitable and more comfortable to reside for the next 6 months or more while I consider moving into my own home or continuing my travels. I like to do my own cooking but to also share meals occasionally. I grew up in Mitcham and would like to stay in the outer eastern suburbs close to family and friends.
Hi, I am a 25 year old guy originally from Norway. I moved to Australia 4 years ago for study, and I am moving to Melbourne to start my full time job as a Physiotherapist. I am easy going, social and clean. I keep the space around me tidy and love long chats over a coffee/beer/wine. My background as a Mechanic also means I am good with tools and handy for any minor repairs around the house or on the car. I am also a certified personal trainer, and love being at the gym or out exploring nature. Another hobby is nature photography, and I usually take my dog out to adventure to find more places to capture. I am currently looking for a temporary place for me and my dog to stay while I get settled in at work and find a more permanent living arrangement. A lease between 2-4 months would be perfect.
It’s a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with one bathroom and a european laundry. The living area has air con/heating and there is a great little balcony that overlooks the park across the road, which i just love! The building complex is extremely safe with intercom access and it’s in a great location! There is a walking track at the end of the street and there is a 5 minute walk will get you to Bayswater Station, Coffee or Dumplings- what more could a girl need? The apartment is fully furnished but the bedroom is an empty canvas! The room itself has a built in wardrobe with mirrored doors and would comfortably fit a queen size bed and bedsides or even a king. There is also a lockable storage cage underneath to store excess stuff/bike etc and plenty of safe street car parking available. I’m hoping to find a female flatmate who is kind, honest and respectful. Ideally looking for someone who has a good sense of humour and friendly who enjoys a bit of banter and a few wines every now and then but also has their own life going on. My party days are behind me for the most part, so looking for someone who is happy for home to be nice and chilled. I love where I live and hope you can make it your home too and enjoy it as much as I do. All bills to be split in half. As per landlords request he would prefer no smokers or pets, and the new tenant would need to complete a Tenacy Application Form for the real estate agent and seek final approval. Looking for someone to stay minimum 6 months. Shoot me a message with some info about yourself and we can go from there ☺
