Fully furnished (except you will need a bed) - fridge, washing machine, dining table, TV all ready to go. Spacious living areas, two bathrooms and three toilets. Central heating. Two car garage. Small outdoor area. Two floors, so easy to keep to yourself if that's your thing. Built in wardrobes in each bedroom. Very close to Mountain High Shopping Centre and Bayswater Station. You can use my PS4/PS3/WiiU if you like as well.
We are both clean, quiet and respectful. We are at school studying most days and mainly just need somewhere to cook and rest our heads in the evening. A clean-space is very important to us and we can be relied on to clean up after ourselves. We are also quiet. Whilst we like to make friends and meet new people we are also happy to keep to ourselves. Josh is studying IT at Melbourne Polytechnic and Emily is a criminology student at Deakin.
I am studying mental health and working permanent part-time in health admin 4 days a week. I love going out to gigs on weekends but am otherwise pretty quiet. I don't drink, smoke or take any drugs. I am a vego but don’t care if you are not one. I am very clean and organised (bordering obsessively organised). I am a homebody and keep to myself studying or watching movies, but would love the occasional Netflix or games night. I'm looking for a flatmate who is clean, organised and respectful. I am just looking for some peace and quiet to get my studies done and de-stress. I need to move as soon as possible.

I'm 28, full time employed in Mitcham, animal enthusiast and generally quiet person. My job is 9 - 5 every Monday to Friday so I'm only really home overnight and mostly keep to myself, so I'm never in the way of anyone, and most weekends I stay at my girlfriend's place. I'm very easy going and chill, enjoy cooking and prepping food, and enjoy cooking for others so if you're keen on eating anything I make I can always make bigger portions to share. I do have a 12 year old female Staffy that loves attention and loves people, and I do have 2 baby reptiles that live in tanks in my bedroom also and both are very friendly and able to be handled by anyone. Looking to move ASAP as my current landlord sold the house I'm in also.
I’m a Psych student who loves to travel and make friends on the way. I play music in my free time. Love dogs and cats like crazy. Responsible and tidy person. Hate to bother people and respect their privacy.
Hi all, I'm a young male working full time, and looking for a place in a shared house. I've lived in shared houses for years, and always strive to maintain a positive and welcoming environment. I'm a quiet guy who respects the privacy of others, but I'm also always up for a friendly chat. I think cleanliness is important in a shared house. I always keep a neat and orderly space, and have no problem sharing cleaning duties for the rest of the house. I work full-time in construction: I usually leave the house early in the morning and only get back by evening. If you think I might be a good fit for your household, send me a message :-) Cheers, Sunny
