Available is a private room in a house share. The house is shared with 3 other people, 1 female (English ), 2 male’s (Australian). All of which are very friendly and easy going people. The room available contains large storage space with built in wardrobes, chest of drawers, study table, lamp and a queen sized bed. It can come as furnished or unfurnished. The bathroom available contains a shower area, toilet, sink, storage and a washing machine. This area will be shared with yourself and 2 others (one of which is rarely home) and the other has his own en-suite. The kitchen is shared with all the housemates and contains a 4 hob oven, dishwasher, sink, your own store cupboards, large fridge/freezer and available are all your cooking essentials, pots, pans, plates, cutlery etc. The living room area contains a couch, 2 chairs, TV, wood burning fire, air conditioning unit and a dinning table. Out the back is a balcony with an amazing view of natural forestation and the beach. This area is a great place to sit and enjoy the sunset. The back garden also contains a swimming pool and Jacuzzi/hot tub that you can freely use whenever you please. There is also a bbq available, a sheltered rest area and an area for a bonfire. Everyone in the house are very friendly and easy going, they enjoy their own space but also like to get together and socialise on occasions with hill walks, trips to Manly beach and regular bonfires out the back garden. This area is an ideal location as situated near by is Westfield Warringah Mall which is only 10 minutes walking distance from the house. The mall contains everything you could possibly need, including a Coles, Woolowrths, Aldi, Anytime Fitness gym, Big W, Bunnings, a vast amount of clothing shops, a food court and a HOYTES cinema. Local bus access to Manly, Palm Beach, The City etc is only a 5 minute walk away and the sports stadium for the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles is also situated 10 minutes walk from the house. The ideal house mate must be animal friendly as the house has a cat that is regularly in the property. The landlord, who stays in the separate flat below the house, has 2 very friendly dogs that are always kept downstairs, but the back garden area is shared with the landlord and they are regularly in this area. I would like to note that this is not a party house. Everyone respects each other and is understanding that each other needs to work and rise early in the morning. Drinking alcohol is permitted however not in a wild party style fashion. Smokers are welcome but smoking is not permitted within the house. Street parking is always available and there is no limits on how long you can park your vehicle. I am looking for someone who will be willing to move in as soon as possible as the room is now vacant. This little (well not so little) 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom apartment is situated in a great location on the Northern Beaches. It is very close to Warringah Mall, is only a $10 uber ride away from the hustle and bustle or beach life in Manly/ Dee Why and is at the back of its block allowing for quiet from the road it is on. The block has beautiful gardens (Front, entrance path and from balcony) that are looked after amazingly by one of the neighbours. Everyone is very friendly in the halls and a lot of them have animals. Mostly dogs. The apartment (14) is on the second level of the 2 storey building and is very spacious with lots of natural light. It has a great sized balcony, big enough for seating and a small bbq area. The bedroom that is available is the bigger of the 2, plus it has its own Ensuite. So no bathroom sharing is necessary, unless of course you would like to relax in the bath, in the main bathroom (my bathroom). The main bathroom also has a small laundry with sink and washing machine. No dryer is available but I do have a cloths rack that I use when needed. The common areas are pretty well furnished with a little study area, couch and lounge things, though the bedroom is not. PETS: I am open to having a pet in the house. My preference is cat/s but small dogs may be ok to. This will have to be considered.

I am looking for a respectful, tidy, clean and warm person to share our beautiful home. I would love someone that is looking for a place to call home for at least 6 months if possible but will consider shorter terms if the right person comes along. About the room . . . The room fits a double bed and desk. It has 3 doored wardrobe (mirrored), has quality carpet and white wooden blinds. It overlooks the neighbours green backyard. It has been my bedroom to date and I have very much enjoyed it. I'll tell you why I'm moving to another room when I see you ;-) If you like it can come furnished with a quality wooden framed double bed. You will need to provide your own sheets and bedspread. If you have your own bed that is fine too, we can remove the bed currently in there. About the rest of the house . . . There is plenty of space inside and out - with a back garden, a front garden and a large bathroom (including an awesome shower head and bath). The kitchen space has a large bench to cook up a storm with a large kitchen top breaking up the lounge room and kitchen - the open plan makes for a great layout to socialise whilst cooking. The home is semi-detached to the neighbours home who own the carport and driveway. There is plenty of free street parking for us to park. The neighbourhood is quiet and filled with bird life. There are a lot of families in the area and at the end of our street is the Manly Dam which has some great bush walks. There is a local supermarket 10 minutes walk from the home as well as a number of quality local cafes, chemist, post office, take-away fish and chips, Thai, Indian etc, a bakery, florist, beautician, hairdresser, physio, massage and more. Freshwater and Manly have a number of great health food cafes, beautiful clothing and houseware shops and Harris Farm Manly which has one of the best seafood markets and butcher attached to it. We are also 7 minutes drive or a short bus ride to Warringah Mall which has recently been renovated. We are 7 minutes drive to Freshwater beach and about the same to the centre of Manly. There is a bus stop 1 minute walk from our house which has buses straight to Manly and straight to the CBD of Sydney - making it great for anyone who works in the city.
