Hello my name is Maliny, 19 years old. I work part-time at nandos and do a mix of day and night shifts. I am more of a home person and like to relax with friends and family.
Hi my name is Sophia, I am looking for a room, not too small to move in as soon possible as by the end of the week. I’d like to be stable and not moving around constantly, So with that being said I hope to find some really chill housemates who don’t mind pets as I have a cat, Lourdez. You might not see much of me as I currently work early mornings with full time hours in wantirna. So I usually get home unwind and head to bed pretty early. I may seem antisocial but I’m actually a very fun, easing going person. I’d be down for a chat anytime being I’m not a walking zombie lol. My weekends I like to spend out and about with friends. Feel free to send me a message to get to know me better or ask any questions.
Hey! I'm Kieren, Im looking for a house to rent in the Berwick area. Im really tidy, funny occasionally, organised, love the idea of privacy and personal space but am keen to sink a couple beers and chill occasionally. My cats name is Frank, he's a C H O N K Y boy and loves cuddles and sleeping. He doesn't do much. I also have a girlfriend, hoping she can stay over occasionally - but not move in of course. Hope to hear from someone like minded about potentially living together!
I'm really friendly, bubbly and approachable and I get on well with everyone. I may be a little hermit crab sometimes because I'm n year 12 and I work casual hours too but I'll try to be social. I work in a toy shop. I love children, I'm a pretty cool person and can get on like a house on fire with everyone. I do have a boyfriend and he is very respectable, I would love to have him over and stay the night but I will respect you and the house and keep things quiet. I'm very cleanly and will clean up after myself and help with the chores/ house cleaning. I love sports, I play AFL and Netball... I can't play anymore because I had knee reconstruction surgery. I’m looking for female flatmates
I’m an 18 year old female, very clean and independent. Been living in a sharehouse for 6 months and looking to relocate. I have a car and license and work average 5 days a week at a casual job I own an elderly cat and am wanting to keep him with me Love to go out and have a good time, wouldn’t mind making friends with other tenants
*** Room found and short to medium term accomodation covered *** Jim’s Mowing franchisee, need access to enough street parking for a Van & trailer and if possible some storage space. Ideally looking for a team up to rent or room available with an owner or shared house. My work requires a Police check and working with children’s card so evidence of clear background can be supplied. I am self sufficient, non smoker, very occasional social drinker that can be very sociable or very private. A property on a large block is not an issue as this would be easy for me to maintain.
Hi, my name is Grace. I will be a 19 year old student studying at Deakin University at the time of renting. - I am from the country and I love a good chat. I am always down to got to markets or the movies, aswell as chill with music or play games. - I am a clean person who will deliver rent on time and is not fussy with the gender of my housemate. My one request is that there are to be no drugs in the house. :)
Hi. My name is Veronica and my 18 month old girl is Jasmine. Priorities and what I would usually write has definitely changed from when I have previously filled out these forms. I have been single for a few months now and we have been living with my dad and his partner for the last two months. Jasmine and I are looking to move in with another single mum and her child, a toddler or below 5 year old would be great but are open to a different age group. Jasmine stays with her dad every second weekend and every Wednesday and Friday afternoons when I work at this stage, he may pick up an extra night. We love being out doors, going to the park or into the dandenong ranges to go for a walk or to visit birds and ducks. Jasmine as every toddler is pretty lively, loves to have fun and laugh. She is a beautiful little girl and is going through more tantrums at this stage with wanting what she wants or refusing to go into her high chair. I enjoy being in nature, meditation, walking, going to the library, writing and lots of dancing though lots hasn't come as much into the equation for the last couple of years. I am a salsa dancer and have been out social dancing a couple of times since the split. I have enjoyed watching netflix movies of late though in general am not a big tv watcher and I prefer to move in with someone that is the same unless it is in another part of the house as I would like Jasmine to be more creative with her play. I have gotten used to having the tv on a lot at the moment as the kitchen and dining and lounge are open area at my dads but it is too distracting at meal times etc. So this also includes preferring your child to have minimal time on devices. I won't deny that I allow Jasmine to use my phone a few times a day but I keep it pretty short most of the time. I am more into romantic comedies, have recently watched the kindness diaries, Holiday in the wild, Wonder and Homestead. I don't like violent or scary movies/programs and would like to not have these types of shows in the house. I am a massage therapist and am working one day a week at the moment, I am going to be looking for another job for the new year and once we are settled into our new place and will be looking at working twice a week. We are looking for someone that likes to and is comfortable with communicating your needs and wants and being ok with hearing mine to keep a happy and comfortable living space. I like to have a clean space but accepting that there will be some mess with having a child and if we need to leave the dishes to attend to our child then this is ok. I have worked better in the past with a cleaning roster.
