I work most days as a construction engineer, but when I'm home, I like to cook. I love animals, so if you have a pet, that's a bonus. I am clean, respectful, a bit shy at first but after I warm up I do quite well. I don't drink much, I have the occasional beer/wine on the weekends. I respect your privacy and I like my space, so you won't see me in the common area very often. I don't have house guests, I go to my friends' places. I like to clean up after myself, so you won't find messes on the stove and a full sink with dirty dishes swimming for days together. We have all had that roommate. I am an early riser, but I will endeavour to keep the noise levels to a minimum. I don't party at home, so no wild nights. I like to play PC games on my computer on weekends. It’s a well maintained house with a large kitchen and plenty of storage and well equipped with a gas stove and an oven to cook your meals. There are two living areas to relax and spend your free time. The bathroom and the toilet need to be shared with our 10 year old daughter who also loves being neat and tidy. The room is next to the toilet and the bathroom and there is a built in robes in the room and the room has enough space to keep a tall boy if needed for storing of clothes. We provide you with a queen size bed with new, comfortable mattress and a small study table and a chair. There is a ceiling fan and the house has ducted heating and evaporative cooling. We have two small lovable miniature Dashunds to give you lots of cuddles. So the house is only for someone who loves dogs as much as we do.

Hi, I work unloading shipping containers of wine in the Dandenong area an average of 25-30 hours a week. I'm a huge music fan so most of my spare time is spent listening to music and practicing guitar. I use headphones and computer software to so you won't have to hear me practice. I'm also into comedy whether it be cartoons like South Park, Rick and Morty, or stand ups like George Carlin, Russel Peters or Bill Burr. I'm respectful, clean/hygienic, and mature person. I don't party, smoke, or do drugs, besides the occasional drink. My limit is $200pw including bills and internet connection. I've been saving for a house for about 2 years now, so paying rent will not be an issue. I'm a Libertarian, so I hold personal responsibility over forcing others to pay for ones lack of responsibility, poor life choices or just outright laziness, therefore I will not be teaming up with people who rely on centrelink / tax payers money or child support. Very responsible and respectful. Consider others. Generous and very understanding in most situations. Most of all, very easy to talk to. I believe in any relationship, communication is the key to understanding one another. So even if it means I may not fit to your living requirements, it’s as easy as one mention of ( it’s just not working). Then so be it! But I highly doubt it would ever come to an issue that isn’t easily resolved. I’m a furniture removalist and re-locator and am generally very easy going. Although I do smoke, I don’t mind having to step outside for a smoke, but living in a smoking house would be most ideal.
I am a uni student and moving out of student housing and so I generally keep to myself as I am usually working or studying; otherwise i can have a chilled time and chat. I am a responsible person that has common etiquette so I will not be up making noise at all hours of the night. I also know to clean up after myself so that will never be an issue. 😁
