Hey there, I'm a single 63 yo guy whose rental after 17 years has been terminated due to redevelopement plans of the property. I am a manager with Crown forklifts in Mulgrave. I am a non smoker, no drugs, but a social drinker. I own and ride a motorbike which needs garaging and I own a tool trailer and car. I live a very quiet lifestyle and spend a lot of my spare time in Gippsland, or relaxing at home in front of the telly I am by no means a party animal, nor do I crank music to 1000 Db...lol I can retire in 18 months when moving to Gippsland is a possibility. I think I am a very easy going sort of bloke and will make a good house mate.

Easy going, honest and respectful. My darling dog, Honey and I have relocated from NSW to work at Naree Warren. Honey is very well behaved, plays well with other dogs and is kept very clean. She is happy outside but I prefer her in my room at night.. I often work long days including weekends so keep to myself alot, always respecting others privacy so appreciate the same in return. I always pay rent on time and am very fair with other bills although would prefer bills included.. Happy with sepatate bungalow or Granny Flat type situation but will need access to laundry/Kitchen/Internet if not attached.. Can fix up any area and happy to beautify surrounds etc..
