Hi, I'm basically just looking for a bed to sleep. A few things about me... I'm a 39y old German business consultant for the hospitality. Been in Australia for 3.5y now. I don't smoke and barely drink. I clean up after myself and have good manners. I also started studying computer science again... Looking forward to meet you!
Recently graduated and started a new job as a structural engineer this year so will be focussing on my training and professional development. I do a little bit of FIFO when required. Generally once a month for a week at a time. very active: footy, gym, boxing, cycling, beach etc. so always doing things. very easy going, bit of a handyman, non-smoker, single, clean and respectful. Enjoy a good feed and can cook a mean carbonara. I have a car and motorbike so hopefully find somewhere that can fit them both. Looking to share with one or two others max. In the past I’ve shared with females predominantly. Dont mind who I share with tho, but common interests and being able to have a quiet drink and a laugh together is a must. I’m working in Bibra Lake so looking to find a place anywhere between there and freo. Cheers
I'm a music tutor/babysitter and performing musician from Byron Bay looking for a place around Freo early October. I'm a respectful, friendly, lgbt+, vegan, non-smoker and love going out to live music, hanging with friends and sharing a meal with my housemates every now and then, but am also happy keeping to myself when I'm working from home.
Hey there, I'm Tess and I'm currently in my final semester of my degree. Along with me is my favourite dog, Alka. She is a 4 year old Finnish Lapphund who is super lovely, just not a cat-liking individual. We love sharehouses as they provide new friendships, laughter, enjoyable company and a way to break up the day. Alka will need your attention for 2 minutes to say hi and then does her own thing. Personally, I'm a mixture of loving my own space but also enjoy sharing time with the people I am living with. I'm in and out of the house a lot, as I hold 2 jobs and full-time uni, so you'll get your own space too. Hobbies currently involve gym, dogs, dreaming of travel, film cameras and enjoying various types of wine and gin. Always up for a laugh, beer, movie binge or spontaneous house adventures. While I do tend to like to stick to cooking my own meals, I am also a fan of weeklu (or monthly) housemate dinners. If we sound like a cool pair to join your house, please contact me :)
Hello! I'm 23 and looking for a nice abode to call home. I'm friendly, easing going and relatively clean and tidy. Looking to make friends with my housemates and foster a good home/community vibe. I'm happy to share more or less everything. I'm working more or less full time at fremantle sailing club while I'm deferred from an architecture degree.
I am friendly, neat, and like people. I emigrated from South Africa in 1983 and have been in Australia ever since. I am Kathi, 26yo, from Munich (Germany). Coming back to WA for my Master thesis, cause I fell in love with it (with the country, not the thesis :D). I have been to WA (living in Fremantle in a flatshare with 3 others) until March this year, continued studying back in Munich (living with my sister and 4 others) and coming back to Perth in a few weeks. Can`t wait to extend summer, skip cold winter in Germany and finally go kiting again!! or camping, diving, skateboarding, partying (don`t get me wrong, I am not a party animal, but there`s nothing better than spending the free time with friends and some good beers) :) What else: I don`t mind cleaning, I like cooking (mostly healthy), and I am very active (kiting, any form of high intensity training, running, yoga...). I have studied physiotherapy and ergonomics.. I would describe myself as uncomplicated, mostly in a good mood (you wouldn`t say that about oneself ;) ) spontaneous and open to pretty much everything. Oh most important: I am coffee addicted ;) Get in touch, love to hear from you
Hi! My name is Caitlyn, I'm 26, an Aussie and an artist. I work part time as a painting instructor and am about to start part time TESOL study. I am a qualified teacher so will be working days of relief teaching and applying for full-time jobs for next year. I am clean and friendly and love the community aspect of house-sharing. Looking forward to meeting future house-mates
Hey :) My name is Renae and I am 23 years old and currently working as a barista around the Fremantle area. I have completed a degree in Zoology a couple years ago so trying to get a job in that area at the moment and also absolutely love all animals. I am hoping to move out around August whenever possible really and would like to live as close to the beach as possible. I currently have no pets but I am hoping to be getting a dog and wouldn't mind also living with someone who has a dog or any other pet for that matter :D I like to try and keep active by riding my bike, doing yoga, going to the beach and going on hikes or adventures. I like to socialise on the weekends or whenever with friends and hang out with family. I would be happy to move in with as many roommates as possible and also happy to just have one other roommate. Looking forward to meeting you :)
Hey, Im a 24 year old small business owner. Im a HVAC mechanic by trade so winter is a little slower than summer but I work pretty hectic hours, if im not out on site then im usually quoting/catching up on paperwork at home. I work 6 days a week but hours can be all over the place. I play basketball 2 nights per week and love to get involved in outdoorsy stuff. I am very work oriented at the moment as when im back in Perth I like to save up as much as I can to fund my addiction to travelling. I've lived in London for 2 years and New York for 6 months and been to quite a few countries. Im really into cooking when I have the time but usually I try to meal prep on Sundays for the week. Im a really laid back dude and think if we have similar personalities will get along really well. ***Please note that having a $250 budget means I’m happy to spend up to that amount ( meaning I’m not interested in sharing a small/medium house with 3-4 people to save a little money ) I’m open to a larger more up market home ($750-1000) rent shared between 3-4 people . Otherwise I’m happy to split the costs of a descent sized house with 1 other person.*** Cheers
I am a chef- fairly sociable but enjoy my own time equally. I love to travel, fish, snowboard and music and art. Not too much of a drinker and love to be out doing activities in my spare time. Kiwi, but have called Australia home for 7 years.
Hi! :) My lease ends at the end of October and my housemate is moving to Sydney, so I'm looking for a new place and new roomies. I work in environmental law part-time, and spend the rest of my time in a creative studio writing. I'm looking for somewhere in Freo area or otherwise along the Freo train line. I think that cleanliness and hygiene are paramount, and I often need a lot of space and time out to think at home. That aside, I'm down to earth, love having a laugh, spending time in nature (so a garden would be great!), I like reading, yoga, the beach, painting, drawing, cooking, and drinking good wine! Definitely not the right candidate for a party house. Love dogs, not cats (sorry). Let me know if you think we'd get along!
I'm an easy going person who is very reliable. I'm a lab tech and I work in Bibra Lake. I have to drive to work, as the public transport in the area is next to non existent, so some kind of parking spot is needed. I'm an avid film fan and very interested in music , going to gigs when I can. I'm also a drummer and percussionist, but don't worry I won't be blazing away on the drums at home. If you play an instrument though I'm happy to have a tap on the bongos with you. Regards Dave
I’m a fun, friendly, and fit health professional, who knows there’s more to life than working a full time job plus 4 part time jobs to pay for my mortgages. 😳 I would love to rent a large room with floor boards, high ceilings, in a character/art deco/federation home. I would like to share a house with 1-2 others to share daily chats, meet new people, and help reduce how much I have to work. After hours I balance my work commitments with playing roller derby and getting to the gym. I am a non-smoker, social drinker, and can eat pretty much anything! I am respectful of others, love animals, and am familiar with sharing a home. I have my own furniture, both for my bedroom and possibly a house, if needed. 😁 I am not in a rush to move so am spending some time to find somewhere that's fits my needs. I look forward to hearing from you.
**SEEKING ACCOMMODATION FROM JANUARY 2019- NOT PRIOR** Looking for somewhere to call home while I return for postgraduate studies at Notre Dame next year (midwifery). While I’ll be studying full time I’ll also be working full time as a registered nurse. Due to long hours and shift work I’m looking for a quiet room- preferably with an ensuite. Looking to live with other respectful professionals. Preferably I’m seeking a furnished room/ with built ins- But can be flexible. I am a crazy dog lady and love a wine or two and can be found at the beach during any free time! I’ve spent the last few years living in Qld and Tasi and travelling overseas but I am originally from Perth
Hey! I’m pretty easy going, tidy and super respectful of others space.. although keen to have a good chat at the end of the working day :) I am looking for a room walking distance to freo to move in around mid November for a 6 month stay! Xx

When Size Does Matter What’s better than a room available in a house in Freo? A bloody huge room available in a house in Freo – that’s what! Let’s face it, when it comes to bedrooms, size does matter. When I say big, I’m talking a room already equipt with a queen sized bed, an entire wall of storage (including space for a tv) and there’s still enough room to plonk a couch in there as well! Not only that, it also comes with the adjacent sun room too – you read that right – that’s two rooms for the price of one! A perfect little additional bit of space if you’re into busting out artistic stuff, would like your own yoga room or if you just have a lot of stuff in general. Soooo, I guess the grotty deets wouldn’t go astray around about now. What’s the damage? $180 per week for a single punter plus bills – but I’ll chuck free internet because you’ve got me at a generous moment. If you’re a couple, it will be a higher weekly rate that I’m happy to negotiate. The room is available from Friday 14th Sept. Bit about the gaff: I’m not going to lie, this gaff is an older lady – so she’s lacking a bit in modcons such as air con and central heating. I like to think of her as ahead of her time and more sustainable to live in. But she steps up to the plate well when it comes to the rest of your basic house needs – she nails the reliable walls, roof, hot water etc. massive kitchen and there’s a decent back yard to relax in and enjoy a few cold bevvies with summer fast approaching (about bloody time!). Her main major plus is her central location – people flap their gums about the location factor and I think they’re onto something there, in all fairness. She’s a mere 15min stagger from Freo centre (believe me – I'm talking from experience here) and about a 20min walk to the beach – obviously you can knock even more mins off if you drive to these destinations. Speaking of driving, this place comes with off street parking, as in the entire driveway is all yours. Possible Limitations: Ok, should probably mention that I have a dog, a decent sized resident wolf who laps up the good life both inside and outside of the house, so if you’re not a dog lover punter – this place ain’t for you, to be brutally honest. I’m afraid we’re only allowed to have one woofer on the property in accordance to the lease, so it’s a single dog family in this case.
Heya! I'm Karin, I'm 19 and from Finland. I'm taking a year off from studying and I'm spending it here in Australia! I have been an Au Pair in Perth for a month now, but have realized it's not for me, so me and the family agreed I would move on to other things. I now work five days per week. On the weekends I meet up with friends, go out and explore. I’m hoping to move closer to my workplace since I don’t plan on getting a car. I'm pretty easy going, I like to have a laugh and go out on the weekends but also really like a chill night in. I have lived alone for two years before coming here, so I'm not a newbie when it comes to having your own place. I am very tidy, I prefer not to wear shoes inside (scandinavian habits haha) so I appreciate clean floors/carpets.
We live just outside Fremantle. With our own Park and two well behaved dogs. The atmosphere in our home is always welcoming and loving. We have a BBQ or dinner with all the housemates often. This helps create the friendships we treasure for our lifetime. It's easy to say hi and hard to say goodbye. So please, come enjoy some time with us.
Perfect location for the Aussie Summer. South Beach and Fremantle are just 10 mins away; It is good living :-) Also shops, cafes, bus stops, and gym are all a 5 min walk. The beach house has a relaxed holiday vibe. The garden is green with a court yard area to enjoy. The room is comfortable and fully furnished. I am only renting one room out and i prefer a female or a couple to occupy the room. If you are independent and enjoy a healthy lifestyle you are welcome! Single: $200.00 Couple: $250.00
