My partner is currently in NZ taking care of her mum and unfortunately, the home we were renting for 15 years in Cranbourne North, owner has been forced to sell. So, I am looking for preferably a studio with ensuite, kitchenette and/or granny flat. I have my fur baby who I would never leave behind. My cat, she is 11 years old and is an indoor cat as she is quite timid. She uses her litter tray, and I am very particular when it comes to keeping her area clean. She knows something is going on right now as I am in the process of moving the last of my home contents into storage so I would need to keep 'Tutie Tutie' confined to my room and place her litter tray in ensuite. I am clean and tidy and have much respect for anyone's home and would treat it as I would, my own. I work full time as an all-rounder mobile plant operator. Have been at my current job since 2018. Have worked within the mining, construction, forestry and power industries for years. I am easy going, work hard (5-6 days a week) but I don't stop there. Anything needing to be done around the place (lawns, gardening etc) I am always happy to keep myself busy and help, when it's needed. I enjoy and get along with all walks of life. Enjoy a couple of cold beers after a hard week (I work around 60-65 hours per week) I just need a place I can call home, relax, feel comfortable and rest. I would be looking at long term accommodation. (12 months min)
