Quiet, clean, sociable, respectful and private.
Yo, my names Tyler and im 22, I work full time in the Building and Construction industry as a commercial concreter! During the weeks, i enjoy mainly keeping to myself, the long days generally take it out of me, come weekends though, i love cooking up a storm or having a chat over a few beers no matter the diversity of topics. My hobbies and passions are within Audio Engineering, the great outdoors and cars that drift. On the weekends I'm generally found frolicking amongst the concrete jungle or smashing out video games with friends. I'm born and raised in Perth but living and praise the Melbourne lifestyle - Don't worry, im not your typical Westie and theres no way im going back >: ) I'm pretty cruisy when it comes to living, I do prefer to share a house rather than confine to the spaces of my own room however - I've got furnishings and a few things to add around the house unless already provided, then they can go in storage :D I am a smoker, not much of a drinker - If you have an outside sitting area, this would be awesome! Message me for sharehouse references. Cheers.
Hey my names Diego, I’m 21 years old, soon to be 22. Don’t let my age fool you, I’m extremely mature for my age! Im looking for not only a room, but a place to call home for a short term, maybe long term basis if offering, a little bit about myself...I’m a 3rd year mechanical plumbing apprentice, I’ve lived in my own apartment before so I understand the maintenance and how to treat a home, and paying bills and rent on time every week! I’m extremely tidy, and was raised with sisters so basically have an ocd problem x10 so everything will always be clean, I love cooking, and have no problem cleaning, taking out bins and whatever handy man work you have around the house etc, I can take care of myself and take a lot of pride in myself image. In my free time I’m training, or out with mates. I’m not your typical party animal for my age, I don’t mind a drink now and then over a good meal and I like to think I’m great company, i respect people’s privacy and understand we all need alone time. I’m working most of the time and out training so it’ll be like I’m never there, i have heaps more to share, if you’d like to sit down and have a coffee and discuss. Cheers
I'm a lawyer by training and experience, but I'm now a postgraduate computer science student, local to the bayside area. I like movies, music and philosophy and have many hobbies. I'm looking for a peaceful place to live and study. I'm looking for a room in Sandringham, Hampton, Brighton, Highett, Black Rock or Beaumaris only.
Hi, I'm looking to share a lease with one or more people, of a nice home in Melbourne. I want to me on the lease, I would like at least one other person on the lease. I'm looking to share with 1- 4 people who are sociable, and are able to be friendly to each other and pay bills on time. I have an entire house lot of nice furniture, large dinning table, out door setting, gorgeous lounge room suite, large screen TVs, paintings, object d'art, stools, hall tables, vases, everything to furnish a stunning home except the other bedrooms. The house I am wanting to share will hopefully be nice, refined, with the potential to become a really nice home. I have my part of the finances ready to go, I'm looking for people who are able to join a lease, and create a vibrant friendly household. I'm very flexible where the home is located, I would like it to be reasonably handy to the CBD, but the standard of accommodation is the most important thing. I recently stayed in Malvern East, and loved the atmosphere, I would like to live in Malvern, Malvern East, Caulfield, Brighton, Hampton, or anywhere that's nice, preferably near public transport, but this is not essential. I've lived in funky warehouses before, 3/4/5 bedroom homes in exclusive suburbs, so something that is distinctive, and has oodles of character or luxury features would be great. I'm adventurous, so I would consider a warehouse/factory, if it has great character and potential. Although I'm 54, I'm very young at heart, I'm LGBTI friendly, I have a partner who visits every 3 months, so I'm not a potential troublesome 'couple dynamic' ... Please do contact me, and we can meet for a coffee. I am very interested in establishing a house with like minded people, if you don't have house furniture, or not much, don't be worried, that's covered.
Hi guys, I'm moving to Melbourne to work as a sailmaker at the start of April from Perth, I spend a lot of time sailing and plan to do the same in Melbourne. In my down time I enjoy cooking and don't mind a quiet drink or two.
I'm organised, quite, tidy, independent, outgoing, positive with a great sense of humor. 28 year old Australian/Greek full time working professional, I enjoy documentaries, reading, beach going, bike riding, eating delicious healthy food and keeping good company.
Hi there, I'm an Industrial Designer and Photographer, friendly and sociable, play squash and enjoy the coastal lifestyle. Love to share a meal and a drink, also respect others' space and privacy. Please contact me about this room and to meet. Cheers Josh.
THE AREA: -Cute two-storey apartment in Seaview village, Beaumaris. -Green-grocer, foodworks, cellarbrations, post office, pharmacy, doctor, all just outside, and the beach is a 5-10 minute walk away. -We share the block with a poultry business downstairs, but they keep to themselves (and let us use their bins) and having a bakery next door makes the apartment smell like buns in the early morning. - Bus stop is also right outside, and either goes past Cheltenham Station, Mentone Station, or if you’re heading in the opposite direction it will take you through Black Rock and Sandringham. THE APARTMENT: -It’s a substance-free, smoke-free household. -Most furnishings have been taken care of except for a washer and dryer. -There is split-system heating/cooling downstairs, as well as a fireplace for added coziness. - STAIRS- There are two stairs to the front door and another to get inside. To get to the second level of the apartment, there are four steps to the first landing, followed by another fifteen. THE ROOM: -The bedroom is medium-sized (double/queen) and has a built-in two-door wardrobe. -It isn’t furnished, but block-out curtains are provided, as well as a 32” tv 🙂 RENT AND BILLS: - Rent is $119 a week ($476 a month), and is due on the 10th of each month. - Bond of $476 is required. - Electricity bill is split evenly 3 ways. - Gas bill doesn’t exist. - We have opted for mobile wireless broadband because of difficulties getting connected with internet companies. This has turned out to be a pretty good option, since we each pay for what we individually use. If this sounds like a good set-up for you, feel free to message me ☺️
I'm easy going, can get along with anyone. Working full time (business owner). Love animals and the beach!
I am an ex Melburnian living in Brisbane but want to be closer to my daughter in Beaumaris. I have a new grandaughter and want to be closer to my family. Anything from 6 weeks to 2 months would be great. I like to walk and keep myself very active. I am sociable and enjoy a good laugh. I just need a nice bedroom and ensuite in a quieter household. Not a lot of cooking, I will spend most of my time out of the house.
This is a brand new 2bed 2bath townhouse located in the heart of Mentone less than a minute walk to the train station and also walking distance to the beach. You will have your own floor with private courtyard, bedroom and bathroom. All other premises are located upstairs so if you're looking for privacy, this place is for you. Ideally I am looking for a professional who enjoys keeping their home clean and tidy. Non smokers preferred and singles only please.
A cosy BRAND NEW apartment in ideal position for public transport, close to local ammenities, Southland Shopping Centre, restaurant districts, parks, and within walking distance to Mentone beach. Good Kitchen, Air Conditioning, Timber Flooring, appliances and some furniture and a spacious balcony.
I’m a 23 year old dad to two rad little women that I have shared care of (no specific times can accommodate potential housemates schedule). Currently a full time student at Box Hill Institute, doing a Cert III in Animal Studies. I’m working towards becoming a vet so I can do something more for animals in need. Been cruelty free since 2k13 🥑🍉🍔 Plant based for the animals 🐷🐣🐮 I am looking for a place around Melbourne or Frankston areas to share with like minded, preferably vegan housemates that won’t mind the occasional overnight stay of my two daughters (ages 2.5years and 7months). I’m easy going, can be super sociable but like to spend a lot of my time at home either learning something new, playing video games or reading. Plus the occasional 50+ hour Netflix sesh. I’m told that I’m very good at exaggerating, but I don’t see it at all 🧐🤪 Totally supportive of LGBTQ+ beings. I couldn’t care less what anyone does as long as it isn’t harming anyone else. I don’t smoke cigarettes anymore; quit about 3 years ago but don’t care if housemates do. I’ve lived out of home since I was 16 so I’m very capable when it comes to household duties. I’m also not bad in the kitchen and happy to share meals occasionally. Looking forward to meeting some new people and hopefully finding a place to call home 👨👧👧🌴🏠 Please feel free to message me ⬇️ ✌️ 📱📸 IG: hktpq

I'm studying full time at Sandringham Secondary College and consider myself a very arty student. I love to keep tidy, decorate, clean and organise spaces. I'm interested in drawing, photography and sculpture, visiting art galleries often. I keep to myself mainly but more than happy to engage in small talk or conversation when appropriate. I don't make a lot of noise and keep a calm and positive outlook on life :)

I am full time professional Engineer. I am coming back to Melbourne after being away overseas for more than three years and need a place for 6 months or more to stay till I am moving back to my own place when my tenants moving out. I am working long hours during the week and really like a calm, friendly and peaceful place after work. I am into outdoors, kayaking and fishing, and cycling and normally I am out for some adventure in the weekends. I am a good cook and like to share sometimes. I like to keep things tidy and always left some time aside during the week for cleaning.
I'm honest, friendly, easy to get along with though I do tend to keep to myself and always clean up after myself. I'm new to house sharing but due to how my life has played out lately I really need to find some sort of accommodation that has some security behind it and not find myself having to move again in a couple weeks or months time. I have been doing domestic cleaning for myself for quite a few years now on a casual basis plus I receive Newstart benefits as I don't earn enough through just cleaning. I am constantly looking for full-time employment and have been doing some small courses to hopefully help. I don't own a car, therefore I do walk a lot and also rely on public transport.
I am currently letting go of my own apartment to live closer to work. I work at Haileybury College keysborough and live in Brunswick. The commute to work takes around 1hour via east link toll. I am very friendly and easy to get along with. I have lived in shared previously.
Very easy going 52 year old Canadian woman with GSOH. No hang ups or baggage. Flexible and open minded. Trustworthy, reliable and honest. Looking for long term permanent accommodation with an unfurnished room. Also require storage.

Some things I love: Music, singing, food, binge watching tv shows (The Office in particular for the 100th time), poetry, reading, making people laugh and self-development. I work in retail and work during the day. I'm pretty social but also love my downtime. I'm looking to share with two other people, who would be willing to form a friendship. I would prefer non-smokers, a non party house, no drug users and a pet-free household. All good if that's your thang, it just isn't mine. I'm easy-going, respectful, reliable, very clean, neat and tidy and up for a chat or a glass of wine. I've lived in share houses before. Bills and rent will always be paid on time. Please feel free to shoot me a message and ask a question! Hope to hear from ya'll soon!

During the week im pretty quiet just work during the day and chill at home at night and on weekends I'll usually go out on a hike or what not to try see new places and every now and then I'll head out Richmond for drinks. I'm a pretty laid back bloke can respect people's privacy but usually up for a chat.
We are both in our early 40's & have lived in a share house previously. We are easygoing & love to help out where we can. Also. quiet, clean, private & friendly. Love to socialise but also love to have a quiet night in watching a good movie or "netflix & chill" Our last housemate loved us so much, we were like family. When they went away on holidays, we looked after the house & our furry housemates. We helped out around the house & kept up with the yard maintenance without being asked. We cooked our own meals, but also loved sharing a meal & conversation with our housemates. Chris is a Warehouse Manager at a filtration company in Highett & I am a customer service agent working in the city.
I'm fairly tidy, like to cook and am a bit of a homesbody. I am not into clubbing, don't smoke and only occasionally enjoy a drink or two. I love to read and watch a good movie. I'm an Occupational therapist, and have just started a new job - travelling to clients all across eastern and southeast suburbs. I have a 2 year old pup, Russell, who is a mixed breed (maybe a heeler x ?) very friendly dog. He is outside during the day, but does prefer to sleep inside, especially when its cold. I'm hoping to find either a room in a house where my dog is welcome or someone who is happy to join a dog friendly household with me.
