My name is Yvan, and I work FIFO in the mining industry, typically on swings lasting 2 weeks to 3 weeks, with about a week off. (And sometimes I’m travelling away during this off) Due to my work schedule, I’m not often home, and when I am, I value a calm, respectful, and tidy environment. I’m looking for a room to rent for at least 6 months, with the option to renew if everything goes well. I hope to find a place where I can settle comfortably and stay long-term if it’s a good fit. I’m 25 years old, clean, and respectful. I enjoy socializing but don’t throw or attend parties often. When I’m home, I like working a bit on my computer, hiking, traveling, going to the gym, listening to music, and sharing opinions. Heya I currently living in success and am looking to join someone in a 3 bedroom home in either succes, Hamilton hill, freo. For me my home and the community I hope to build is extremely important. I have always lived in house shares where it feels more like a family than a home. And as I’ve taken the jump from the UK to Oz- this is exactly what I’d love. I love deep chats, bbqs, swimming, daily trips exploring, hiking and cycling. Etc. I just love the outdoors. although I don’t mind going out- it’s not exactly what I love to do. But i do love a cheeky drink- but more as a social thing than ‘let’s get wrecked’. I have a job working in the community as an occupational therapist so in the week i will go to bed early, to be up early as i work long hours and have the Friday off. I also work in Rockingham so ideally dont want a drive longer than 30 minutes. My parents are also visiting for 3 weeks in September and I really want them to stay with me
