Hi, I'm Paul. I have a GSOH and communicate well with a laid back attitude. Respectful, clean and trying to quit smoking. Have been in the same share accommodation for 2 years yet time to move on I think as its starting to get a little crowded. No time frame on needing to move but would prefer sooner than later :)
I work full time as an office manager in Subiaco. When I'm not at my day job I'm a life coach so I have a busy lifestyle. I coach women online, run a podcast and am currently saving and downsizing from my current rental for my career aspirations. I'm into health and wellness, yoga etc (not a party animal). I love socialising but also enjoy my space. Looking for a place that's friendly and where others are happy to have a chat and be social on occasion. If you have any questions or think I'd be suitable for your place please get in touch : ) I'm open to most suburbs NOR only. *UNFURNISHED rooms only please **NO cats as I'm allergic
I've just moved back to Perth this year so I'm looking for a place to stay, preferably that can fit a queen sized bed. I'm extremely clean and tidy, don't make too much noise and very respectful of other people. I do have a social life (I think) so I won't be hanging around the house too much during weekends :) Currently I am working as a chemical technician. My budget is ~150/wk with bills preferably included. Disclaimer: I sometimes smoke outside when I have a drink.

Modern, spacious house with tonnes of natural sunlight on a quiet street. The house has air-conditioning, gas heater, built-in robes and pantries, large washer/ dryer combo, separate bath and shower, smart lights, Google Home, Apple TV, Chromecast, Netflix, Satellite TV, XBOX One, 5.1 surround sound, plenty of storage, a monthly cleaner, and a cat. You have your choice of two bedrooms, and the other room will be the study. The Mt Lawley cafe strip is a short walk away, so is the Galleria. Plenty of shops, gyms, and restaurants too.
I am currently studying Full time (3 days), and working part time at Coles. I am easy going, shy at first but social once you get to know me. I love art, crafts, nature and am a big fan of dining out! (and cooking). I love travel, relaxing with Netflix and wine, and would love to live in a house with pets! I'm studying Fine Art, so a big place with somewhere (garden maybe) I could work on uni projects would be great!
A newly-renovated 4 bedroom house with two bathrooms (one ensuite) located within 3 km of the Galleria Shopping Centre and Coventry Village. Close to public transport (999, 998 buses, etc), water, gas and internet costs included in rent. NBN internet (yay)! We have a washing machine on premises and are looking to acquire a dryer. Parking available. We have a cat named Beans, she is indoor-only, she is good with other cats and dogs, however, we prefer medium to smaller animals (to be kept majorly indoors, as we lack undercover areas in the backyard) and indoor-only cats.
Beautiful character house on a quiet street. Close to Beaufort street with easy access to frequent public transport which takes no more than 20 minutes to get you into Perth city and will take you straight through to UWA. Only a 20 minute walk to ECU Mt Lawley. Room is generously sized with a high ceiling, floorboards and a nice big window that has blackout blinds. Wardrobes and a cupboard are in-situ, as well as some shelving. Happy to furnish with a bed and desk, if this is required. Shared bathroom with a seperate shower in the Laundry and two toilets. Air-conditiong throughout with reverse-cycle units in common areas. Great Telstra wi-fi (NBN ready from December 2018!) Happy to include all bills (water, power, gas and internet)in rent at $250 p/week. Otherwise we can split bills down the middle 50/50 as they roll in.
Located along Beaufort Street in Inglewood, this property is super convenient with direct bus straight to the city, easy access to ECU and all the shops and cafes so nearby. There is unlimited internet included in the rent. House is fully furnished with washing machine, bed, bed frame and dining table. This is convenience at its best and the location is amazing
I'm a clean, courteous 34 year old man who loves a good laugh. I'm reliable, I always pay my bills on time, I'm a non smoker and I have no pets. I have a keen interest in the arts, I produce my own visual art (mostly cartoons) and I love going down to luna and checking out a movie. As I am single I still head out on the odd occasion but I'm not a massive drinker, just a beer or a glass of wine over dinner or if an occasion calls for it, a few more. I enjoy relaxing in the evenings, sitting on a verandah or somewhere with a cool breeze. I welcome all types of people, and always look for the good in a person. I work as a retail manager of an arts and crafts store which I enjoy.
If you're after a roomie that can cook, clean, iron and look after themselves...look no further. Can either keep to myself or get amongst what is going on. Not a party animal. Do spend weekends studying. Enjoy getting out for fitness. Looking for a room that is unfurnished. Only looking to live with one other person. No cats.
Hi there I'm kasia and my boyfriend's name is Seamus. I'm 20 from new Zealand been in oz for nearly two years, same as my partner but he's from Ireland. We are looking for a place to move into asap. Just want something comfortable and flatmates who are respectful of privacy but social when appropriate. We are very friendly and respectful , keep mainly to ourselves but not I'm not shy of socialising at all . Once you get me talking on the other hand I might not stop warning haha I work as a waitress and Seamus works as an carpenter. Sometimes fifo and sometimes in the city . We are looking for something short term, or long term depending on the place and situation . I work casual and him full time. So when I'm home I enjoy cleaning , cooking , working on art and so on. Not a party animals but we both drink . Don't have friends over often it's not my thing. I hope to hear from you ! Thanks for taking the time to read a bit about us Cheers!!
I'm super easy going and friendly, a hard worker, reliable and responsible. I love to meet new people and make friends but am very independent so I know how to respect people's space. A very creative creature, music, performing and writing music is my life! Moving up to Perth to be closer to the music scene to perform with my band. I work in Retail Part-Time and thinking of getting back into study. I'll keep my space clean and I always clean up after myself.
Hey everyone, I've just returned from London after working for two years, and am looking for a place to stay as I move back to my hometown Perth to begin my Master of Architecture at UWA. I've had 5+ years of sharehousing/flatsharing experience (both in Melbourne and London) and see myself as a pretty outgoing bloke who enjoys socialising just as much as their own private space. I'll often be out of the house for work and uni (I'll often be working until 9/10pm) however I'm always up for a chat when I'm around the house. I'm keen on my hockey and climbing for those who are interested, as well as enjoying a drink if their are some good music events on the weekend. Thanks! Ed
Hey I enjoy being around people so I'm easy to live with and super chill. My ideal housemate is quiet friendly, positive clean tidy respectful of privacy and boundaries like myself. I'm not shy nor too outgoing I'm just doing my thing and would like to live with someone who is always up for a cheeky joke or two here or there. - I don't drink smoke or party that much - I haven't got a car but do have a motorbike that would need to be in a secure parking complex. (It got almost stolen at my last house in joondalup). I'm a nutrition coach, guitar teacher, massage therapist...and looking more ways to keep busy! cheers! Andre
I am very quiet, and like a clean and cozy house. I’m reliable, and have a very high respect for privacy and personal space. I also like to share a meal or discuss a show we may both be watching. I’m a UWA student (mathematics major) on a short leave, currently working archiving architectural documents.
I am very clean and tidy i am very useful around the house i have a beautiful 4yr old daughter and we just are after a small area of our own i am looking for work and my little girl starts school next year and i am positivly wanting to move farwards in our life so we can enjoy every day to the fullest
I'm a quiet housemate who is up for solid conversation. I work in the mental heath and youth sectors, and volunteer with what spare time I have. I am driven to help others treat people like people, recognising my constant need to grow in this area. I'm a non-smoker, non-drinker, who loves dogs and is happy to potter sporadically in the garden.
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.
I'm a pretty quiet guy who likes playing the electric guitar in my spare time and hanging out with my buddies. I'm pretty handy with a camera, like cats and dogs and fun interesting people. Totally crap cook unfortunately but hopefully will get some tips from others.
Everything you possibly need is just across the road you don't even need a car..........and its quiet where we are just a great place to live........I've lived in Perth since 1980.and I think this is the best place to live...........
