LGBT friendly cis/trans household. We have a room available in a 3 bedroom share house just 13 minutes (drive) (20min bus) away from Perth CBD. Right beside Beaufort St with Coles just down the road and Morley Galleria 3 minutes away. There's only one car here so we have space for another out the front. Potential flatmates must be LGBT-friendly as a transgender girl and her girlfriend are two of the tenants. Internet is (sadly) not NBN but is unlimited and cost is shared between housemates. The room itself is unfurnished and there's some space around the house for our new housemate. Appliances are provided but if you have your own we can try to figure something out. Everyone buys their own food, we have a second fridge you will share with one other person. We have a gorgeous backyard we've been bringing back from the brink of death since we moved in last year, and a little indoor cat. Air con is in the lounge room, there's a large window in the room advertised and wooden floorboards throughout the house.
Hi my name is Sara, I work full time and keep myself very busy, very easy going, clean and tidy. I love a good laugh and movie, I work in Leederville so want something close to work, I'm also happy with renting from a FIFO worker, happy to have a house to myself,( as i'm studying as well) I'm very trust worthy and would look after your house as if it were my own. I enjoy meeting new people, happy to socialise and drink vino, although I don't want a party house. If I sound like your kind of person, I look forward to hearing from you
NO BOND. Rent is paid every two weeks. We have 3 rooms available. Master bedroom will be available this weekend. (180 per week) One room has a huge office area, (negotiable) We are close to pretty much everything! 3 min drive to Morley Galleria shopping centre and bus depot. We are a couple of minutes drive to Beaufort street restaurant , bars and night market. We have a bus stop in the corner that goes to the city. We are about 5 min drive to My Lawley University ECU.
I possess some things that are lacking in many.....common sense and respect. Outstanding but not a freak. I'm looking for a safe environment and secure property, where courtesy and thoughtfulness are standard instinct and not just an option. Somewhere where the person I reside with won't become a righteous Lord of the Land, with their trusted n respected, title of Landlord. I come in peace x not pieces x
I am currenting seeking; A one bedroom rental apartment/studio for myself, willing to spend up to $220 p/w (not includ. bills) OR Alternatively a two bedroom house/townhouse with a female friend in her late 20's, we'd be willing to spend up to $450 p/w for the entire place (not includ. bills) I work part time in hospitality and childcare, however normally primarily work fulltime in health promotion/public health/Admin/PA roles. I currently reside in mt Lawley and would live to stay close to the area however I'm open to rental offers within 15km of perth city. I am a young single working professional, do not have pets, keep my home extremely clean and keep any household well maintained at all times. I'm not a party animal whatsoever and often work weekend nights. I love cooking, yoga, and pole dancings. I smoke minimally and only ever outside. I would love the opportunity to set up a balcony herb garden or even better, a backyard vege patch :) Please get in contact with me if you have a property I may be a suitable candidate for. Thanks, Madeline
I'm a 21 year old music student who is social but I still understand the need for personal space. Currently in my final year at WAAPA with upcoming exams so wont be out late or partying too hard. Very chilled and easy to live with.
Beautiful room in villa for rent includes water gas power and unlimited wi fi. Sharing the house with two other females both in 20's. Not a party house however make yourself at home. The room is fully furnished with a bed waredrobe and draws and available short term 4-6 weeks only. We are looking for a female flatemate who works full time or works and studies would be considered. We want someone who is friendly and honest we both like a chat however both like our alone time. The house is walking distance to amcal pharmacy and Coles Inglewood also walking distance to buses on Beaufort street. If you feel this is for you we would love to hear from you :)
My place is clean, tidy, light, and organised. All you need to do is bring your suitcase! Close by is a bus that will take you into the city, and anywhere you need to go. Cycling is easy to the city if you prefer to ride. Shops are close by, so is a swimming pool and lots of big green spaces. House rules: Shoes off inside No drugs, smoking or excessive drinking, not a party house! No overnight visitors Be respectful and tidy in the shared areas Contribute to cleaning and tidying up. This price includes access to internet (no excessive use please), and some meals. Breakfast, tea and coffee, and some evening meals included too. The room contains a King Single Bed, with plenty of linen, a standing clothing rack to hang your clothes, a bed side table with a lamp, and a desk and chair to work or study on. The room is light and airy with a security screen on the window so it is safe. My place is only 5km to the city and close to Leederville, Belmont for movies and the Mount Lawley coffee strip, and Inglewood Library for free books! This room would mostly suit a backpacker, or short term traveller up to 6 months. I would prefer you only have a suitcase/backpack in terms of luggage or stuff as there is no space to put anything else! I am also negotiable on the price! Just ask so we can make a compromise :)
Cool private room in a renovated villa. Includes unlimited wi-fi and can come furnished as you see in the pics or without if you prefer. Not a huge party house but still social and great for entertaining. I am ideally looking for a female flatmate but to be honest I’m happy with whoever, just as long as you’re neat and tidy and don’t have a “Single White Female” thing happening….If you get that reference we will get along just fine! haha. The house is walking distance to Cecchis bar(literally at the end of the street!), Whatley crescent Café Strip and Coles Inglewood also walking distance to buses on Beaufort street. If you feel this is for you I'd love to hear from you!
I'm a Melbourne man, born and raised and am relocating to Perth for work in the Finance industry. I am a lover of sports (Tennis, Baseball and Golf) and enjoy Beer and Wine in general. I have an interest in Politics and enjoy talking about it and watching Q&A on a Monday night. I'll be your best housemate for sure.
Hey! I'm originally from the East Coast and have lived here for about two years. Sadly my original house are all going their separate ways and so I need a new home. I'm a high school teacher, so work full time. I enjoy netflix, group watching/heckling the Bachelor and similar reality shows, baking, dogspotting a cheeky pint and various social sports. Looking for somewhere sociable but relaxed with tidy communal areas. No party palace style places. Happy to meet like-minded people to form new share house family.
I'm 33, British and just moved here from Melbourne to take a 3 month work contract. I need to find a place to live and some fun people. I like cooking, cycling, paddle boarding, travel, finding new bars and restaurants, and rewarding conversation.
Hello! My name is Kirill Sukhoverkov. I am a PhD student at the UWA and my work is connected with Life Science. Being a quiet, calm person who likes cleanness I am looking for same people. The main goal of my work is scientific research, therefore I will spend the great deal of my time at the university. I respect personal space of people and their need to relax, so I have not ever had conflicts with my roommates. If you think that I might be your flatmate please write me when I can visit your house to meet you and look at the room. Regards, Kirill Sukhoverkov
Hey! Both Sam and I are from the UK and we have working holiday visas. We're currently in Perth where we have a place to stay for the next week or two. We aim to find work within that time but we will want to move into a house share as soon as we have secured jobs. We are hoping to stay in Perth for around 6 months before moving on to travel the East coast, but we are very flexible. We're both very happy, fun, tidy, considerate and caring people. We are very active and enjoy nights out and socialising, but at the same time we also enjoy staying in and relaxing with a book or a film. We are looking to meet and hopefully share a place with other people also experiencing a similar journey to us! Feel free to contact/message me via Facebook, just type Caris O'Toole and you will find me. :)
If you're after a roomie that can cook, clean, iron and look after themselves...look no further. Can either keep to myself or get amongst what is going on. Not a party animal. Do spend weekends studying. Enjoy getting out for fitness. Looking for a room that is unfurnished. Preference is to live with one other person.
I'm a 9-5 worker. I like to keep relatively fit and healthy. I work during the weeks so good on school nights. Government worker. Enjoy going out on weekends to socialise etc. Looking to move city central after living in the Trigg area. I'm chilled out Libran star sign. Easy going, clean and tidy. Don't want a party house and prefer living with only one other person. Flexible on move date but prefer 2 weeks time.
I'm a very relaxed Australian guy originally from Geraldton, who likes spending my time with friends. I work in a university and usually get home around 5pm most days. I don't smoke and like my place to be a welcoming place for guests and also for me and those I live with. In other words, a clean and tidy place with character and a homely feel. I lived in Japan for 7 years so I've lived with a lot of different people in share houses over the years I was there.
Hi, We're a lesbian couple that like long walks on the beach and all that gay stuff, no but really, we're looking for a room to rent or people to team up with to rent a place. We're both pretty chilled, down to earth people that like to have fun, but are also very respectful and responsible. We're both neat and tidy people, who are more than willing to do household chores. (Lauren likes doing the washing and the dishes.) We also come with a cuddly, 9 year old cat, because honestly what lesbian couple doesn't have one. As you can see we'd like to think we're pretty funny, and our cats name is a pun. It's mushroom, because he's obese. And there's never mushroom for him. This is probably the longest description you've ever read in your life but thank you for sitting through it :) Hit us up if you think we sound like the right housemates for you. Bek & Lauren

I'm 29 years old and I come from Zimbabwe. I'm doing my postgrad Masters (Project Management) at ECU. I'm looking for some excellent new housemates to live with. I'm really a fun loving and sociable person. I enjoy travelling, playing chess, watching soccer and going out.
Hello, my name is Michael. I am an easy going, laid back, tidy, professional guy. I am keen to be part of a household - but I enjoy my privacy too on occasion. I am usually pretty quiet on weeknights and I am out and about a lot on weekends. Love the beach, outdoors, music, xbox and having a good laugh. If there is anything you would like to know about me just ask :)
I am looking for a room in a share house from mid-july in Mount Lawley, Inglewood, Leederville, Highgate, Subiaco (or surrounding) areas.. I work full time and study part time. I am reliable and respectful of common areas and personal space. I'm very sociable and would enjoy a drink or a meal with housemates every now and then, but also spend a lot of time out with my friends. Just looking for friendly, relaxed, respectful housemates.
Hey! I'm Tor. I'm a 30 year old full time comedian. I'm fully house trained and am rarely ever home, which makes me the perfect housemate. So I'm like a friendly ghost who does your dishes. But I do love to spend some time with my roomies and catch up over a beer/wine/whiskey/doughnut, whatever your poison. So vote Tor, I mean, I hope to sleep in your house soon.
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.
I'm fun, friendly and easy going ! I work full time as a hairdresser in the city . I'm looking for a room or a group of people who would like a fun house mate ! I just want friendly and nice people to live with :)
I study Classical Voice full time and am looking to stay close to uni (Mt Lawley). I also work at least 1 day of the weekend. I've rented for two years (incl. 1 year on campus), and always pay my bills on time. I'm easy going and very sociable, but also pretty studious, respectful and clean. I'd like to share a house with like minded people. I have my own bedroom furniture, including a queen bed, so looking for a larger room :) I also love to cook! Looking to move asap, and to hopefully stay 4 months (or longer with the right house) :) If you think I'd be a good fit for you, I'd love to have a chat/coffee!
I've just relocated back to Perth. I love old houses with character! I love pets, crime documentaries and South East Asian + Indian food! Currently working full time. House needs to be dog friendly as I have a seven year old female kelpie cross.
