This is an old character home and if you think you can sneak around at night without stepping on creeky floor boards then good luck haha! Its an old but very tidy house with a new kitchen installed. It takes about 25 minutes to get into the city, with morning traffic and is 10-15 minute drive otherwise. The bus goes directly to UWA in 30 mins flat outside of peak hour. Walking distance to the train line as well, apparently. $10-12 uber fare from the city. Perth's Best Night Market (definitely), the Inglewood Night Market, at the end of the street every Monday evening in the warmer months.
