-Pictures coming soon- We have a room available in a 3 bedroom share house just 13 minutes (drive) (20min bus) away from Perth CBD. Right beside Beaufort St with Coles just down the road and Morley Galleria 3 minutes away. There's only one car here so it's not too crowded out the front. Potential flatmates must be LGBT-friendly as a transgender girl and her girlfriend are two of the tenants. Internet is (sadly) not NBN but is unlimited and cost is shared between housemates. The room itself is unfurnished and there's some space around the house for our new housemate. Appliances are provided but if you have your own we can try to figure something out. Everyone buys their own food, we have a second fridge you will share with one other person. We have a gorgeous backyard we've been bringing back from the brink of death since we moved in last year, and a little indoor cat. Air con is in the lounge room, there's a large window in the room advertised and wooden floorboards throughout the house.
House is located on a large property with a huge backyard. Three minute walk to bus stop to catch 950 which goes all the way down Beaufort Street. Jarrah timber flooring, high ceilings and other original period features. New Kitchen, Toilet and Bathroom - excellent shower pressure! Big bedroom with good sized north facing window. Shared study and sleep out/lounge room area. We are also really close to Morley Galleria where there is a cinema and shops. Down the road is a Coles, Chicken Treat and bottle shop. Also very close to Goodlife gym and 2nd Ave IGA which are both 24 hour.
My house is close to Beaufort cafe strip. A stroll to Coles and buses. It's a 7 minute walk to Meltham train station. Close to Galleria and not far from Swan Valley. The house is a traditional home, with lead light windows, wooden floors and high ceilings. There is a terrific pergola out the back to hang out in summer and have friends over for a BBQ. A lovely cosy lounge to relax and put your feet up. WiFi will soon be availability. I have another lady here, she is FIFO, so she flies in every two weeks. Other than that its pretty quiet here, Just me and the cat (Bella) If you think this will suit you call me for a chat. Look forward to hearing from you.
I possess some things that are lacking in many.....common sense and respect. Outstanding but not a freak. I'm looking for a safe environment and secure property, where courtesy and thoughtfulness are standard instinct and not just an option. Somewhere where the person I reside with won't become a righteous Lord of the Land, with their trusted n respected, title of Landlord. I come in peace x not pieces x
Beautiful room in villa for rent includes water gas power and unlimited wi fi. Sharing the house with two other females one in 50's and one in 20's. Not a party house however make yourself at home. The room is fully furnished with a bed waredrobe and draws. We are looking for a female flatemate. We want someone who is friendly and honest we both like a chat however both like our alone time. The house is walking distance to amcal pharmacy and Coles Inglewood also walking distance to buses on Beaufort street. If you feel this is for you we would love to hear from you :)
Fabulous area, close to parks, cafes, restaurants, bottle shops, shopping precinct. All you need for day to day living and within a short walking distance. 2min walk to Beaufort St with easy and quick public transport 10/15mins to the city. House is a lovely old one offering a large bedroom approx 4m x 5m with basically private use of lounge room. Large garden to relax in with herbs and veggies, always a work in progress, nice porch area to chill within also. This house feels like a home, with just enough space to accommodate privacy and personal space. Am open to input regarding what would make the place more comfortable, whether it be furnishings or routines. I love this place, its energy and location. I respect the place which I live in and would only expect the same from a housemate.
My place is clean, tidy, light, and organised. All you need to do is bring your suitcase! Close by is a bus that will take you into the city, and anywhere you need to go. Cycling is easy to the city if you prefer to ride. Shops are close by, so is a swimming pool and lots of big green spaces. House rules: Shoes off inside No drugs, smoking or excessive drinking, not a party house! No overnight visitors Be respectful and tidy in the shared areas Contribute to cleaning and tidying up. This price includes access to internet (no excessive use please), and some meals. Breakfast, tea and coffee, and some evening meals included too. The room contains a King Single Bed, with plenty of linen, a standing clothing rack to hang your clothes, a bed side table with a lamp, and a desk and chair to work or study on. The room is light and airy with a security screen on the window so it is safe. My place is only 5km to the city and close to Leederville, Belmont for movies and the Mount Lawley coffee strip, and Inglewood Library for free books! This room would mostly suit a backpacker, or short term traveller up to 6 months. I would prefer you only have a suitcase/backpack in terms of luggage or stuff as there is no space to put anything else! I am also negotiable on the price! Just ask so we can make a compromise :)
Cool private room in a renovated villa. Includes unlimited wi-fi and can come furnished as you see in the pics or without if you prefer. Not a huge party house but still social and great for entertaining. I am ideally looking for a female flatmate but to be honest I’m happy with whoever, just as long as you’re neat and tidy and don’t have a “Single White Female” thing happening….If you get that reference we will get along just fine! haha. The house is walking distance to Cecchis bar(literally at the end of the street!), Whatley crescent Café Strip and Coles Inglewood also walking distance to buses on Beaufort street. If you feel this is for you I'd love to hear from you!
I work full time in Human Resources/ Employee Relations, based in the city. I have lived in Inglewood/Mt Lawely all of my life as well as Melbourne recently due to work. I am looking for a room to lease/rent for at least 6-12 months. I like my own space and respect others. I enjoy entertaining on weekends, the beach and photography. Love all music, electronic mainly. A clean and tidy housemate is a must. Cheers, James
I'm a Hairdresser in Mount Lawley, work full time and love my job! I'm looking for housemates who are relaxed but still up for some fun! Love going out for drinks around Perth and getting to know new people😁
Hello! My name is Kirill Sukhoverkov. I am a PhD student at the UWA and my work is connected with Life Science. Being a quiet, calm person who likes cleanness I am looking for same people. The main goal of my work is scientific research, therefore I will spend the great deal of my time at the university. I respect personal space of people and their need to relax, so I have not ever had conflicts with my roommates. If you think that I might be your flatmate please write me when I can visit your house to meet you and look at the room. Regards, Kirill Sukhoverkov
I'm a 26 year old film student with a casual position at a laboratory. I'm pretty relaxed and I clean up after myself. I enjoy training Muay Thai, hanging with friends, going to the beach and watching TV shows/movies. I like to hang with others but also equally happy to spend time by myself. I've been renting in Maylands for the past two years and would like to continue living close to the city.
If you're after a roomie that can cook, clean, iron and look after themselves...look no further. Can either keep to myself or get amongst what is going on. Not a party animal. Do spend weekends studying. Enjoy getting out for fitness. Looking for a room that is unfurnished. Preference is to live with one other person.
I'm a very relaxed Australian guy originally from Geraldton, who likes spending my time with friends. I work in a university and usually get home around 5pm most days. I don't smoke and like my place to be a welcoming place for guests and also for me and those I live with. In other words, a clean and tidy place with character and a homely feel. I lived in Japan for 7 years so I've lived with a lot of different people in share houses over the years I was there.
I'm and easy going, clean, and independent individual. I tend to keep to myself, and am neither a noisy or eccentric person. I work part-time in hospitality. I'm currently studying full-time at Murdoch University, and need a place that is no more than 1 hour from Murdoch via public transport. THE ABOVE SUBURBS ARE ONLY A GUIDELINE, I'M OPEN TO OTHER SUBURBS. I would also prefer a place that is reasonably furnished and includes amenities (water, gas, electricity, wifi) in the weekly rent. I have a short-haired cat who is 13 years old; she is very well-mannered and very friendly. She's desexed, microchipped and fully vaccinated. Currently, she is an outside cat but can be indoor if preferred by property owners. I am willing to discuss a pet bond if required. I am not needing to move from my current residence ASAP, but am researching possible places to stay in the near future. Please don't hesitate to contact me with anything you think may suit me, or any questions you may have.
I'm from Zimbabwe, this is my first time studying abroad. Will be doing Masters (Project Management) at ECU. I'm really a fun loving and sociable person. I enjoy travelling, playing chess, watching soccer and going out.
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.
I'm fun, friendly and easy going ! I work full time as a hairdresser in the city . I'm looking for a room or a group of people who would like a fun house mate ! I just want friendly and nice people to live with :)
I study Classical Voice full time and am looking to stay close to uni (Mt Lawley). I also work at least 1 day of the weekend. I've rented for two years (incl. 1 year on campus), and always pay my bills on time. I'm easy going and very sociable, but also pretty studious, respectful and clean. I'd like to share a house with like minded people. I have my own bedroom furniture, including a queen bed, so looking for a larger room :) I also love to cook! Looking to move asap, and to hopefully stay 4 months (or longer with the right house) :) If you think I'd be a good fit for you, I'd love to have a chat/coffee!
If you're looking for a cozy home instead of backpacker style accommodation then this is the place for you. A fully furnished private room with a queen size bed, built-in wardrobe and your own bathroom is available for rent in my house. This is a 4 bedroom house but I'm only renting 1 room so there is plenty of own space. You can choose from 1 of 2 rooms. The rooms are same size but has different furnitires. Easy access to city, Mt. Lawley and Inglewood via high frequency bus 950 . The bus stop is literally across the street from the driveway. Walking distance to Morley bus station. You would have access to garage parking. Internet and Netflix are available too. If you like clean and tidy living then please contact me for immediate viewing.
Hi there, I have a lovely home in Inglewood and looking for a self aware, positive person to share with. The house is comfy classic bungalow style with a big back yard and a brand new bathroom. The bedroom is a good size with a queens size bed and wire framed clothes hanger. Inglewood is a lovely quiet leafy area. Close to ECU and the city. Hello, I am looking to co-share my friendly, two-bedroom free standing 1926 Character house with a professional, easy going, person in their late 20s - early 30s, smoker or non-smoker alike. Applicants can be both a couple and an individual. The character house is typical of the early 1920’s and has a sheltered patio and functional out door eating area at the back, with 1 toilet bathroom/shower and a small third bedroom for friends or family that want to stay for that sporadic occasion. Beaufort streets shops, public transport, library, bars and restaurants are a stones throw. It's a very relaxed house, and if your easy-going and wanting your own space with the occasional opportunity to have friends around or family the house is perfect for it! The room is available from the 20th of May, on a short or long-term lease. It is fully furnished. Rent is $250/week, including I.T as stated above and lawn maintenance.
