What isn’t great about living at this property? The location is fabulous! There’s a small park across the road and just around the corner from that (literally!) is a news agency, restaurants, beauty salon and IGA. So handy! Just next to the shops is the bus station which takes you directly to Perth CBD. A nice 10 minute bus ride. A bus stop further up the street will take you directly to Galleria Shopping Centre. The flat has reverse cycle air-conditioning and your very own kitchen, living room, bathroom/laundry and linen cupboard. No sharing with other people! Also... there’s a giant theatre couch which is amazingggg to nap on! The best part... furniture is included and so are the bills! No more worrying about water, gas, electricity and internet bills. They are sorted... just move in! *Please note as the bills are included, rent will be $260 per week for 1 person or $300 per week for 2 people. The pictures used in my profile are from when I bought the property so it doesn’t look as perfect as it does when it was for sale. This property is great because it’s close to public transportation if you need it for work and it’s on the same road as Coles for groceries. The property also has ducted air con throughout the bedrooms and there is a seperate split system for the main living area. There are lots of cafes and bars close by. If you like Chinese Takeout there is a place directly opposite the street. And there are also a few more places in very close proximity. I enjoy living here because I feel very safe in the property and don’t get disturbed by people. The property is fully fenced with electric gates which tends to keep any people passing by out. You also have your own spot in the car port. The property is quite compact but you will get your own room and bathroom and also have use of the study if you want it. It’s a really lovely house with beautiful features. I currently have one cat. I am looking for someone who likes animals as my cat is really annoying at times. My mum also has a dog who comes over and I look after him sometimes. He’s a 35kg dog so I know large dogs can scare people. I’m looking to rent out my second bedroom which is smaller and fully furnished at the moment. It currently has a queen size bed in it. I can remove some of the furniture although the wardrobe and drawers will need to remain. The house has wifi and is on the NBN. The house is also cleaned by professional cleaners once a fortnight. I would still expect that you are tidy however they will do the floors and bathrooms. The cost of cleaning is also included in the price.
