This is a really nice old style home with heaps of character and wood flooring through the house. A/C and heating in lounge area and big rooms. Awesome location with shops and local pub only 2min walk away, bus stop is also very close and takes about 15min to get into the city. Morley shopping complex is 5-10min drive and about the same time to get to the freeway. We have furnished the house and have an awesome back yard to hang out in with bbq n a webber for some good cook ups.

I'm friendly, easy going, tidy. I'm respectful of others space, but happy to socialize with housemates as well. My super cute best mate comes as package deal (small breed: boarder terrier), I like him to be inside when I am home, and he sleeps in the room with me. He's friendly with people, good with kids and other dogs. Although he can get really excited and worked up, so some people find that to be annoying. If you accept us into your house I don't want any feelings of animosity towards his behavior, I don't have the energy or time for it; he's a dog after all, he's probably just wanting some of your attention. I work in hospitality, 6 days a week, I'm generally out of the house in the afternoons/evenings most days out the of week. I'm a smoker, and I'll take my filth habit outside.
