In a quiet street at the end of a cul-de-sac, no throughtraffic. Friendly neighbours, normal people in the area. The renovated home creates a positive, relaxed feeling where you can hear the birds. We even have two rosellas who visit each morning and eat breadcrumbs from the palm of your hand.
I'm Clancy , I'm 26 years and I run a Dance Studio in The Hills District Monday-Saturday. I'm currently living at home so in no rush to leave. I'm Keen to a house/unit with a bunch of like-minded females who are willing to move out for 6months - 1 year.

Hello! I recently moved from Brisbane and am currently living in Baulkham Hills however am wanting to move closer to the city. I work full time in cardiology at the children's hospital at Westmead so would like to stay this side of the CBD. I am a respectful, honest and clean housemate who always pays bills on time. I am down to earth and like to have a laugh but also enjoy my own space. I come in a package deal with a little 3 yo miniature Dachshund :) She has always been approved on previous leases. She is desexed, clean and once she warms up to you will become your little sidekick.
Half-share in a house; very peaceful environment, at the end of a lovely tree-lined quiet street in Beecroft, surrounded by friendly neighbours. Driveway parking plus ample street parking right outside. Space in a locked single garage for some storage. Lovely back deck with hammock, overlooking lawn and garden with large oak trees. Separate laundry with washer and dryer, plus hills hoist clothesline in back yard. Carpeted bedroom with built in wardrobe. Rest of the home is fully furnished. 3rd bedroom is set up as a study/office, with an additional built in robe for more storage. I work from home once a week but the rest of the time it isn't used so perfect for working from home or studying. Bus stop about 2 minutes walk away at end of the street. Property is between Beecroft and Cheltenham train stations. Handy to the M2, Macquarie University, Macquarie Shopping Centre and Macquarie Business Park, as well as Pennant Hills/Thornleigh in the other direction. Also handy to the smaller shopping/cafe precincts of Beecroft Village, Epping and Carlingford. Some lovely parks and walking tracks within walking distance too.
Hi, i'm Maddie. I currently live at home but looking to move into a houseshare or to start up a new one. (I'm not interested in an apartment) My ideal place would be a very pet-friendly house with a fenced backyard as I have a 7 month old puppy! Other housemates would NEED to love dogs! I'm very easy going and friendly! I'm tidy and considerate, always cleaning up after myself and my dog. If i'm not at work or uni i'm usually taking my dog to the park/beach/friends house. I'd like to live anywhere on the upper north shore or Macquarie Uni area Thanks for reading :)
Currently I have a great flatmate but unfortunately she is returning home to Italy. I am in my upper 30s and from the US. I work full time in Business Intelligence. I'm social / private and everything in between. Currently I am experimenting with vegetarianism but don't mind if your not. I love watching and playing sports, although out of the shape at the moment :). I have my own social life but would love to have a flatmate that I get along well enough to hangout with. I believe home should be a comfortable situation for both, which includes respecting each others down times and using common sense. I'm clean and tidy but not over the top so hope to find the same.
I am an ex New Yorker whom works as project manager in a large bank in Sydney. I am very respectful and am looking to share a unit in order to save for my own investment property. I have a great sense of humor, am clean, trustworthy and respectful to other privacy. If you require any further information, please feel free to drop me a line

I am a very reliable person and I get along with everyone..especially if you love cooking as this is not my best area, however I am learning. :-P **I am looking at signing a lease in the Castle Hill area so if you are interested in teaming up I would love to hear from you. As I am running out of time I need to move in to the new place on 25th March (max three bedrooms** I am keeping all of my options open so I am also happy to share rent..at this stage I have teamed up with another girl who has a dog and we are desperate to find one more person to help us out!..Either way if the application is approved we will be moving in but will eventually need someone else to fill a room** I just recently completed a six year service in the Defence Force so I am slowly adjusting back into civilian life and I must admit I am enjoying the change. :) I am respectful, easy going with a bubbly personality (young at heart), very caring and I am a good friend. I have two very affectionate cats who are my babies (both brothers) so it would be great if you are pet friendly as well. I like to live in a clean house and I work well when organising plans. I enjoy watching movies, going out with friends and seeing new places. Due to a relationship breakdown I would prefer to live with other females, however I may consider different options if I am comfortable with the type of people and I get a long great with males also. I am desperate to find a suitable place to move in on 25th March 2017 due to my work commitments and other priorities. I am also a semi vegetarian (only really eat seafood), enjoy a sweet wine, love entertaining/ music, keeping healthy and fit..may need a gym buddy soon to get back into the routine. :)
