I'm a 22-year-old female working as a Patient Transport Officer with hopes of getting into Ambulance Service NSW soon. I work either day shift (starting at 10am) or night shift (starting 2pm) a minimum of 10 days a fortnight on a constantly changing roster, so definitely appreciate being able to come home and sleep in after a long night shift! I play Saturday sport, really enjoy a good workout and a bit of a clean freak!

Hey potential flatmates!! I'm a super down to Earth easy going guy from Cape Town South Africa. This will be my first trip to Sydney so I'm incredibly excited to share accommodation & meet new people. I'm a young professional, used to living a clean & tidy lifestyle in my own apartment since 2013. Prior to that I lived with friends and flatmates with no complaints! I believe in working hard and playing hard so having a good balance is key! My hobbies include: The beach, running, gym, hiking, site seeing, new people & places, night life, barbeque (Braai) & beers, friends, always a good laugh!! I'll be working as a Contracts Administrator (QS) on the NorthConnex project. I've travelled around South Africa but never abroad before. So this is a brand new opportunity/experience for me and I'll be looking for an interesting and awsome flatmate to help me kick off this new chapter!
I had really great spiels written here but I closed the tab accidentally... twice. Anyway, about me: I'm a young professional software engineer, an innovator entrepreneur thinker rockstar, with the world in his shoulders and chips in his eyes, or something. My current contract happily looks like it'll be renewed for another 2 years, though I might not be in Sydney for that entire time. I'm pretty quiet and reserved, but love a good argument and/or discussion about really anything at all, learning, all sorts of beverages, and bike riding (I don't actually do much of it in Sydney, though).

Easy going guy! In Australia in a working holiday. I'm a fun person and like to have a laugh and I am easy to get along with. I like to keep a clean house but I won't go mad if you leave a cup in the sink haha I will be working full time whilst trying to enjoy Australia! Oh and I will always make sure there is milk in the fridge :)
Easy going, hard-working academic who works at Macquarie University looking for a temporary place to stay in the second half of 2017, possibly through the summer. I am quiet, tidy, and respectful of other people's places. I also pay my bills on time and am easy to get along with. I'm an older man who just needs a place to stay for a while that's convenient for work.
Hi my name is Tiffany! I'm a student from UNSW and I'm also an academic tutor. I am currently looking for a STUDIO or 1 BEDROOM GRANNY FLAT to move into in early November as my current lease is about to end. I have been a tenant for the past 3 years and have never received any complaints from my landlords.
Im friendly, organised, clean and considerate of others. Capable to look after myself and help with household chores (inside and out). Usually pretty quiet and keep to myself, though I'm easy to get along with and enjoy going out occasionally. Currently in the middle of completing an apprenticeship, though this year I'm taking a break with it and working for an engineering company. I work long hours and usually 5-7 days a week. Preferably looking to move into a house with driveway space for car parking (off the street).
The 3 bedroom bungalow is located in leafy Beecroft with a free flowing creek ( waterfalls when it rains) in the backyard. There is a 15 minute walk to the train station and the M2 is only 5 minutes away. Foxtel, BBQ and A/C are provided. It is a quiet neighbourhood with families and dogs being very popular indeed. Housemate visitors are OK but not overnights- the room is rented for one person only.
