G’day Mate! I’m Jordan, and I recently applied for this share house. I’m fully aware of how competitive the share house market is, so I wanted to introduce myself in a bit more of a personal way so that you get to know me as the person you’re considering for this space. I’m urgently in need of a place to live, so I want to make sure I introduce myself properly. I’m a 27-year-old woman from South Korea on a working holiday in Australia. I majored Early Childhood Education and Statistics at university in Korea. After graduation, I worked for about a year as an assistant data analyst at a home shopping company. I'm in Perth now and looking for a place to live. I’ve lived in a dormitory in Korea before, so I’m already familiar with share house living and know how to respect shared spaces. I’m eager to find some great housemates. I love nature and enjoy hiking and running—basically, anything outdoors. I don't smoke, rarely drink, but I enjoy having a drink on occasion. I’m social and friendly, but I also respect people’s privacy. I have a very easygoing personality. Additionally, I'm very tidy, well-mannered, and I like to keep things clean. I’m a 22 year old Aussie who’s originally from Adelaide but has spent the last 2.5 years travelling around Australia in my CamperVan. I travelled both solo and with others meaning I’ve learnt very important values of sharing a small living space. Hence, I believe I could be a great fit in any household dynamic! Whislt I am young, I have lived out of home for a couple years now and consider myself very mature for my age. I love socialising and having a good time out, however, I also highly value my quiet time. I’m looking for a clean place to chill out after work and recharge. I consider myself easy going, seem to get along with most. I work partime, mainly afternoon and nights. Meaning you’ll often have the place to yourself after work if you work during the day! I hope to have my hours increase over summer and intend to work a minimum of 30 hours. In my spare time I enjoy day adventures, keeping active, cooking and watching the occasional movie.
