I am respectful of other people's space and most weekends I'd be either on a hike or exploring the country side. Looking for a quiet, relaxing and friendly place to live and happy to team up.

Hi everyone! My husband and I will be relocating to TAS shortly, hes already down there and needing accomodation, and I will be coming in January. He is a zoo keeper and I am a nurse. We currently live in Griffith Nsw, we are excellent tenants and pay $370 per week, are paid 2 months in advance and always ace inspections. In our current house we sublet the granny flat and spare room, so are well versed in share housing, and know the importance of keeping tidy and quiet. We dont smoke, drink recreationally ( a couple of drinks once a month), and are not party goers. My husband is down there already and able to come and inspect and meet up. kind regards, Kaitlyn and Sean Cooke
Close to eastlands, bus, 50m public swimming pool, parkland... waterview south to Bruny Is. Newly renovated bathroom, toilet & kitchen, freshly painted bedroom(s). The rent is negotiable (between $150-200) depending on which bedroom you take and whether (or not) the rent is all inclusive (of bills). The place is around 800 m from the Esatern shore side of the Tasman bridge (5 mins to Hobart CBD). It has a lovely garden, albeit if in need of care.
We are two homeless 16 year olds, we are very tidy and quiet and are in desperate need of accomodation. We are very responsible and receive incomes between us so rent and such aren’t a problem. Hope to hear from you soon
Hi there. I'm Ange! I have just moved to Hobart to start a new job working in the government sector as a shift worker comprising of 12 hours shifts day and night. Like most people, I like my own space and can respect that others need the same. I am a quiet and tidy person and take pride in having a warm, inviting home. I like to spend my time reading, watching television, playing board games or similar, geocaching and cooking. I enjoy the very occasional drink from time to time, do not smoke and don't do illicit drugs. I am planning on studying at UTAS starting next year as well. I would describe myself as very independent, determined, analytical, organized and funny - although my sense of humor can often be dry and dark at times. I am flexible regarding length of stay. Anywhere from 6 months to 12 months.

I'm a really easy going person. I'm neat and tidy, a great cook, quiet, kind, friendly and very considerate. I don't have any pets myself but I like animals and am happy to look after a house mates' animals if needed. I get along with everyone and would be happy to share with people of any age (who have left their party years behind them). I'd be equally happy to house share with a couple or family or with an elderly person who requires some assistance to live independently. I have many family and friends, so am often out, but when I am home I like to have a chat and be social.
I am very friendly, but will happily stay out of anyone’s way. I’m great to play games or do outdoor activities with and don’t leave a mess around the place, usually. Right now I’m currently on a bit of a gap-year, so contact until early December won’t work. At the very least I’ll have some good stories to tell!
Hi there, My name is Charlotte and I am a 25 year old high school teacher. I have lived in a lot of share houses so know the importance of respecting people’s space. I’m learning to garden, and trying desperately to keep my plants and worm farm alive.. with mixed success. I am happiest in the outdoors. I love to hike on the weekends, or read a good book. I teach History, Sociology and English, so often come home with funny stories to tell. I’ve got a German shorthaired Pointer dog. She’s indoor/outdoor and very well behaved and house trained. She loves to sun bake, or go for a beach run. She’s happiest when cuddling her humans.
A beautiful house with a flower and fruit tree-filled garden in an amazing location: next to Preachers, 2 min walk to Salamanca and 10 minutes walk to the CBD. Available from now. Seeking one chilled and friendly but responsible housemate to take over one large ground floor rooms. You'll be living with Lydia, a junior doctor, and Freya and Harrison, uni students . We're clean (but not obsessive), respectful, value good communication and will be keen for a chat over a cuppa or wine, or bushwalking adventures. If you're interested we'd love to meet up and see if we're all a good fit. Other pros of the house include: - NBN, internet $70 per month - Gardener $25/week between us - Whitegoods here already: washer, dishwasher, large fridge and separate freezer - Kitchen is already pretty well equipped between the three of us - Lots of storage, including a shed - Ducted heating - Solar hot water - Beautiful, private garden space with nectarines, greengages, quinces, lemons, limes etc in the summer - Total of 2 bathrooms (one is an ensuite) and 3 toilets. - Communal areas furnished - Freya has a coffee machine! Cons: - Being next to Preachers means there's sometimes a bit of ambient chatter and generally decent music until as late as 12am on summer weekends (it gets much quieter as the weather gets colder). We've had no problems, but please consider this if you're super noise sensitive! - Our lease runs until mid-Jan 2019. The landlord may or may not turn it into an Airbnb after this so we can’t promise anything longer-term at this stage !

Hi, My name is Emily and I am 24 from Melbourne. I am easy going, clean and full time employed. I have lived in two share houses before with up to four housemates, so am an experienced member of a share house. In both cases we enjoyed going out for dinner or having a chat, but also respected others privacy. I'm looking for a similar house to share exploring Tassie with, but also happy to relax in our own space.
