Hi stranger :) I'm a 29 year-old, Sydney-born, and very happy high school teacher with a low-key lifestyle, looking for a friendly home for the mid to long term (at least a year). On 'school nights' and when I'm not at work, I'll typically be hanging out with friends/family or just plain old chilling out (Netflix may be involved here). I'm friendly and love a laugh, also very comfortable in my own company. My max. budget is $350/week inc. bills. I need to live within walking distance (15 mins) to a train station for work.
I'm an Italian/Brazilian engineer, studying and working part-time, good cook, clean, easy going, tidy and appreciate a good wine/beer. I speak Italian, Portuguese, Spanish and a little of German. I love sports, F1, outdoor activities and like to speak of all imaginable subjects. I also love to help people, talk about everything imaginable and to plan cool trips. I'm looking for a place to call home with a private room with people that enjoys hanging out together, easy going, tidy, mature, respect silence and privacy in working days.

We have been living in our refurbished art-deco apartment for two years and we love it. We have beautiful views of Cooper Park and access to a quaint shopping village with great food and necessities (chemist, bottle shop, grocer, restaurants), as well as Double Bay shopping centre, which is just down the hill. We are a fifteen-miturte walk to Bondi and Double Bay, with public transport to the city and Bondi Junction out the front of our house. The apartment building is quiet and friendly, with only 18 apartments in total.
Hello!! I'm looking to move out to the Eastern suburbs! I'm really easy-going and outgoing, I'm fairly active and like to stay healthy-ish, but I do love a wine (or 6) and a night out! LOVE going to the beach and adventuring. I work as a medical engineer but don't stress, I'm definitely not your typical engineer. Looking for someone who shares the same sort of lifestyle and who I can easily talk to. Can live with girls or guys, as long as the banter is there :) Preferably a maximum of $300 a week rent and an unfurnished bedroom. I'd also be interested to team up and look for a place together. Can't wait to hear from you! x
Hi guys my name is Laura I'm a Kiwi and I've been living in Sydney for four years. I'm a social person who likes the cheeky wine or two, I'm getting (slowly) back into a gym exercise. I love the beach and taking trips around Sydney and beyond. I'm keen to move into an established flat that's more of a home than just a place to live or find awesome people to start a new flat with. Keen to live with a chilled easy group of people who are clean and friendly.

Moving to Sydney to start a full-time position with the Government. Clean and considerate of other people and their space. ***LOOKING IN AND AROUND PADDINGTON WITH 1 OR 2 OTHER PROFESSIONALS ***Love to take a new lease on a fabulous terrace in Paddington Locale. There are plenty of beautiful 3-4 bedroom houses for lease online. ***NOVEMBER 17 ONWARDS PLEASE (No need to send other ads, please). Hi Future Flatmates, What I'd like: I would like to take out a new 12-month lease with one or two other professionals like myself, ideally around Paddington, Darling Point, Woollahra, or even Milsons Point - inner city locale close enough to my office so I can walk. Maybe you already have this lease and need someone like me. Looking for a long-term professional tenant(s) who will be my friend as much as a trust worthy house mate. In saying so, I won't come home and talk your head off or bring Randoms around but would never say no to someone who passed a wine, any night of the week to wind down. About me: I am 30-year-old corporate working within finance and banking, so naturally, I am out early in the morning and most weeknights I am not home till late. Weekends are no time off for me, as I am nearly completed an MBA but still have law subjects left which I need study time for - this happens on weekends. So, you may or may not see me. Necessaries: - I am a firm believer that every situation in life can be spoken about and as such, drama free humans, please. - Someone who is together and tactful is a must. Time frame: - I am looking to move by the end of this year and more interested in getting the right place i.e. longevity. - I only have my bedrooms belongings, so if you have furniture, it is seemingly a match-made-in-heaven. - I don't have a car, therefore, no need for a car space. Have WIFI which I am happy to share, if you like. - You may even read my txt books on derivatives and law if you fancy that. If this sounds like you and you're responsible, please get in touch with me.
Myself & Andy are tidy & clean people. We both work full time Monday to Friday so at weekend we like to chill but also have a couple of drinks. We don't want a party house just somewhere we can make home for a couple of months as I will be moving back to England 22nd November.
A stylish, modern, very clean, fully renovated and furnished bedroom within a two bedroom apartment. Opposite Redleaf Pool with views over the harbour. 5 minute walk to Double Bay and 5 minute drive to Bondi. Close to the bus stop for the City, Edgecliff, Watson's Bay and Bondi Junction. Netfllix and Stan available.
Hi there! I've recently moved from Melbourne to take on a new job in Sydney, and am looking for a place to call home. I work in the Fashion Industry, love my sport (real sports like AFL) Golf, and spending time on Sydney's unreal beaches. I'm a tidy person, keep to myself but enjoy a chat after work and a beer or two on a friday night. I'm handy with a paint brush or a hammer, and have been known to change many a lightbulb. I look forward to chatting with you about your space!
It's a spacious two bedroom apartment, with a sunroom, one neat shared bathroom and a fairly new kitchen with brand new appliances. It also hosts beautiful views of North Bondi and a relaxing vibe. The property is in an amazing location. It's walking distance to Bellevue Hill shops, Bondi Junction and North Bondi beach. It's also a quick drive to Double Bay, short walk to Cooper park (for those who enjoy stair runs), and takes two minutes to get to the bus stops (which go in any direction). The apartment is fully furnished. The room comes with a built in wardrobe, but is not furnished. Nitty gritty: Bills are just electricity and internet, which are not included in the rent.
Large unfurnished room available in a two bedroom appartment. Suitable for couple or single - you could literally fit 4 double beds in there if you wanted! $350 for single $400 for couple. I'm Maddy, 24 and from the UK but have been living in Sydney for the last 6 months (I also have an Australian passport so here pretty long term!). I work as a marketing manager for a real estate agency which keeps me busy during the week. I'm easy going, prefer to live in a tidy and clean place and enjoy going to a few casual bars on the weekend, going to the beach and enjoying the Sydney lifestyle or just having a quiet night in with a glass of wine.
