I've just secured this beautiful apartment in an Art Deco building in Bellevue Hill. The apartment is suprisingly quiet, in prime location on Victoria Road, at the top of Bellevue Hill. Bondi Junction is about 2km away and about a 20 minute walk. Bondi Beach and Double Bay are only 10 minutes away. The room available is a double bedroom with a wardrobe included in the room. The room comes unfurnished however, the rest of the apartment will be furnished. Bills will be split evenly each quarter. *Please note, I am picking up the keys to the Apartment this Saturday 01.04.17, so viewings will not be available until after this date.
Hello!!! My name is Toni, I'm in my mid twenties and I work full time as an Executive Assistant in the city. I'm also starting my own business on the side. I love keeping fit, socializing especially if that involves wine! I'm very clean and friendly and easy going. Looking to live with some go getting, like-minded people that I feel like are family. Also looking for decent wardrobe space in a modern apartment/house - because not being able to see all my clothes (currently in my room now) are killing me. Yes I know - first world problems?!
Hi, I was born in Seoul, but I've lived in NZ and England for a few years - truly excited to be back in Oceania. I am an active person who likes running, acrobatics, and poledancing, but I can also be as lazy as a pug in food coma. I occasionally enjoy wine but, as I am quite lightweight, it'd be great if my potential flatmates also love sharing a bottle. Due to a short-attention span, I can't sit in front of telly much, but can hold a good conversation. I like meeting people, going for a swim at the weekends, and visiting some art gallery from time to time. I also love animals (I could walk your dog if you have one!) and achieve therapeutic effects from washing dishes. Hope I sound like an alright roomie. Mona
I spend most of my time studying, working, or at uni, but would enjoy going out for a few drinks and some good company! I'm looking to make my next place more of a home, rather than a place I don't like having to come home to. I'm quite, clean, and respectful and looking for a long term lease of at least 3 years in the right place. I work in Bondi Junction and go to university in the city. I would prefer a place in between, on the closer side to Bondi Junction. I would be after a large bedroom (to fit a king bed), and my own bathroom, and a place for my desk that is quiet to study. I would also prefer building amenities such as a gym/pool, etc. I come with stuff for my room and study, and some kitchen utensils (looking things, cutlery, plates).. If you're looking for a team up, please contact me too :)
10 min walk to the world famous Bondi Beach 15mins walk to Bondi Junction. Looking for relaxed, considerate people to share with 3 other full-time professionals. No smokers please. No couples please. Private bedroom in 4 bed apartment. The room currently has a full bed in it. The room has a built in closet. The bedroom is not huge but the size of the rest of the apartment/living room/kitchen/balcony makes up for it. The layout of the apartment is rather modern with tiled floors (except bedrooms), neutral decorations and large open plan living space. Complete with all amenities - clothes washer, dryer etc. The apartment has air conditioning but the bedroom does not have it's own unique system. Access to shared modern bathroom with shower, bath, and large open space kitchen / living room with big comfy sofas. Fully furnished kitchen with all necessities. Ping Pong table and barbecue on the balcony.
I'm Aurelie, 32 y.o, living in Sydney for 4 years. I'm working full time as interior decorator/property stylist. I'm looking for a place to call home. I'm quiet, respectful, very tidy, not party animal... I may also be happy to have a glass of wine and a good diner time to time with my friendly flatemate(s). During my time off I like to catch up with my friends, enjoy the beach, the park, enjoy the sun as much as possible... I like cinema, photography, diy, baking, travel...
I am 32 and work as an Account Manager for a digital design agency, based in Pyrmont. I love to keep busy and active - enjoying catching up with friends, eating & drinking out, beach, gym, Pilates, Barre and fun day trips & weekends away. I'm clean and tidy but not over the top about it either :) I'm looking to share with someone like minded who enjoys a laugh and doesn't mind sharing a glass of wine, or 3!
About me.. I’m a 28 year old female who moved back to Australia in 2016 after living in London for 5 years and travelling for 8 months. I’m from the Sunshine Coast originally and moved to Sydney for work. By profession, I'm a Recruitment Business Partner - I work full time and enjoy what I do. I’m quite a friendly and sociable person however, I also enjoy spending time alone. I like to keep fit, discover new places and eat well. I’ve been living in Mosman and I’m looking for a change of scenery.
Hi I'm Louise, I'm originally from Denmark but been living in Australia for nearly 12 years now. I'm very easy going, clean/tidy, non-smoker, quiet and respectful. I like to enjoy a glass of wine after a busy day at work. I'm definitely not a party animal however I do like the occasional night out. I love travelling, meeting new people, going to the movies, hanging out on the beach, going for long walks, yoga etc. Ideally I would like my own room and to live with just one other female.
Looking to head back to the Eastern Suburbs since coming back from the UK! Well, I've been back for a while but been camped out in woop woop for the time being....SO, I'm ready to settle back in my comfort zone :). I'm pretty easy going person, even better to live with - you're just gonna have to trust me on this! Potential Roomie: Someone just as easy going & respectful of the space. If you're up for movie nights in then you could be a winner!
I'm Ash, 31 originally from Ireland and living in Australia for 9 years now. I work full time in the CBD in the insurance and banking industry and I'm in my final year of an interior design course. I live the typical busy Sydney lifestyle of keeping fit, dining out and having a wine or two at home when relaxing with friends or housemates. Looking for a place to call home. Feel free to ask any questions. Thanks 😀 As a housemate, I'm clean, tidy, friendly and respectful. I also own a set of screwdrivers and enjoy baking when I've free time :-)
Hello! I am a young professional looking to either team up with other like-minded people, or find a friendly, clean, social flat/house, to call home. Ideally, I am looking for housemates who are in their mid-late twenties, working full time and like to hang out together, rather than just use the house as a place to sleep. Monday to Friday I keep pretty busy with work and pilates/the gym, on the weekend I like to be pretty social and catch up with friends, go out for a few drinks, head to the beach, brunch or just enjoy a few wines at home over pizza! I am moving out of my current apartment as I am hoping to live closer to the beach. I am clean, respectful of personal space and understand the key to house sharing is compromise and consideration. Let me know if I sound like a good fit and I'd love to come and inspect the house or grab a coffee sometime soon. Thanks!
All Furniture Included! Big Bathroom & Kitchen! Fully equipped Laundry facilities in the apartment! Public Transport and Shops Right Outside Your Door! Internet included! Perfect place to stay while you’re studying or working!
I'm an Australian girl working as an international flight attendant for Qantas and as a recent journalism graduate I also intern at Channel 9 here and there on my days off. I'm not home a lot therefore definitely looking for respectful and trustworthy housemates. When I am home and not just sleeping off jet lag, I live a healthy lifestyle, I like cooking, going to the gym/yoga, the beach or visiting my parents on the central coast. I'm not into the party scene but enjoy a red wine with a good chat or going out for dinner or afternoon drinks in the sun. I'm looking for a home not just a room so would love a house mate that is social but also likes their own space : )
Your private room in heart of Bellevue Hill. Beautiful leafy flat, in a quiet tree-lined street. A prestigious location only a short walk to Plummer road village shops & cafe's, Bondi Beach, Rose Bay marina / ferry & public transport. Plenty of off-street car park.. And an awesome cat named Truffle 😻 The house is tastefully furnished but you're more than welcome to add more characters to it. The room comes furnished and has a huge wardrobe.. Hi I'm Sally, I've just relocated to Sydney from Brisbane and looking for a nice homely flat share close to transport preferable in east Sydney. I would say I'm very easy going, I've lived with a couple previously and understand the need for keeping things social as well as private for it to work in a shared living environment. I have a good work/life balance and want to find a place with people I can eventually call my friends.

Hi there, Alex and I are looking for a place for about 4 weeks max. before getting our own place soon. Both working full time in Double Bay. If you have any question feel free to ask. xxxx
I love good banter and the odd vino, but am also working quite a lot, so will be chilling a fair bit too! Love a good vibe and an organised pad, I'm happy to put in work on both fronts. Not 100% how to sell myself here haha, but yeah I'm easy to live with I do believe, just into relaxed people who aren't to serious yet obviously take pride in a good home! I'm looking for a minimum of one month but also would love somewhere more permanent depending!
