I have just started a full time job in Geelong, origanaly from Ballarat. I am in need of somewhere to live as travelling each day is a bit hard. I'm a clean and tidy person, and manage my money very well so you never have to worry about me missing rent or bills. I enjoy playing sport and having fun, and I get along with everyone.
I'm currently in my last year at Deakin Uni studying primary school teaching, I also work casually in retail. I'm clean and tidy, I like to socialise on weekends with friends, I also enjoy exercising most nights of the week and am currently playing netball on Saturdays. I am easy going and easy to get along with. I am looking for somewhere to live for the rest of the year and looking to move in as soon as possible. I am able to pay bond and rent in advance if needed, and can pay rent weekly.
I will be 17 in January 2018, and will be looking for a share home to live in. My partner Rama will only stay occasionally, not full time, he is a full time student, very polite and respectful, and makes delicious meals! I am quite and tidy but love a good night out every once in a while. I like to be social and create good friendships but I also like time to myself. I have worked in multiple cafe and I have a big love for good coffee. Living with me, you will get the bonus of a great coffee in the morning! I love animals, I do not have any pets, but I would love to get one if i'm allowed and if everyone is comfortable. I am a vegan and will sort out my own meals but I will contribute to making meals for everyone! I am currently already living out of home so I do know how to look after myself even though I may be younger than everyone else. If I seem like a good fit please give me an email! Ill be looking to move around January next year and start working full time at the cafe I am at, so If anyone is moving out around that time, Im sure I can replace their room and rent!
I'm from Northeast Victoria and have to move to Geelong for a 12 month university stint. I grew up on a farm and am pretty laid back, and as much as I love to socialise I also like my personal space. Looking for housemate/s that are easy going and drama free, but up for some fun times together! I'm a mature age student so I'm beyond the wild parties and having 5 housemates. I'm hoping to find a place with 1 or 2 likeminded people.
Im studying primary teaching going into my final year, very cruisy like to surf, play footy and like to travel. Easy to live with, clean and enjoys socialising. Work at a craft brewery which i travel home for and am always seeking that next adventure.
I'm claire just moved to aussie from new Zealand I am great to live with because I am always happy and I'm easy going! I'm social, pay rent on time, reliable, honest and clean plus I can cook amazing food! I work monday-Friday as front of house staff on geelong waterfront. I enjoy a few drinks and going out for a dance, I like to be out and about. I love nature and am passionate about travel
***BRINGING MOVE DATE FORWARD. HMU*** Hi. I'm studying sound engineering / music production in Geelong West until the end of 2019 and I'm considering settling here after that. I'm fun to chill with but also reasonably mature so I'll not leave you with a bunch of housework and unpaid bills and lingering bitterness. Let's do this. Would be great to live with other creative professionals if possible but that isn't a dealbreaker. I like Geelong West but will consider other neighbourhoods close to town. Forgive the goofy pic lol.
Hey there! I am looking to move out to a nice comfortable living space which I can call home. I love to hangout on weekends with my friends, I love to stick with my own place, I am neat and tidy. If you have any good private room in a share house you can directly call me or message me on my number, else you can contact via flatmates messages.
We are both clean and friendly housemates, currently living in a sharehouse. We tend to keep to ourselves, but love hanging out with anyone and everyone. We love to use the kitchen, and enjoy spending our weekends productively! We love sport, and a good games night, but definitely understand the meaning of personal space. James works full time at a property evaluation firm in Geelong, and Caitlin works full time as a graphic designer in Geelong too!
Hi guys! We're loosing a roomie to the big smoke so have a huge room available for lease if your interested. The house is sweet - a renovated classic 70's Belmont orange brick with 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 2 living spaces, 5 bedrooms. Great landlords. The room is huge, with built in seat cupboards along side wall and is currently furnished with a double bed, bedside table, desk & chair, wardrobe (these can be removed if not required). It is set at the back of the house with seperate access and lots of privacy. Current housemates are all mid-late 20's, workers and students. Another guy, ideally with sharehouse experience and references, would make for an evenly balanced m-f ratio. Sorry no smokers or pets. If this sounds like a good fit for you give us a buzz to arrange an inspection and meet the housemates!
Hi, I'm Amelia and I'm looking at moving out of my family home. I am currently studying Nursing at in Melbourne (1hr a week) and will return to full-time study in 2018. I am a very independent person, I have my own car and work often as an aged care worker, therefore, I work shift work mostly afternoons and overnights. Therefore my sleeping patterns can be a little messy and may require some quietness during the day. I am a clean and respectful person and also very conscious of my budget so there should not be any rent problems from me. I am very involved in my Chruch so I can be out for most of the day socialising/working. I like to keep busy but also enjoy lazy days binge watching Netflix. I am really easy to get along with and pretty relaxed person. I am looking at spending around $150 a week including bills/internet but this is flexible. I also have a queen sized bed and desk which I would like to use in my future room but this is also flexible. I'd prefer to move with females but would be okay with other males in the house as long as I wasn't the only female in the home.
This property is in the middle of everything. Only 10 minutes to the CBD, 15 minutes to the beaches, and located close to multiple supermarkets and shopping areas. It's located down a quiet street with only local traffic coming through. The house has two lounge rooms and open plan dinning/living area. Recently renovated you should find yourself comfortable here. There is a puppy at this house, so if you're not fond of dogs this may not be the place for you. The room up for rent has a double bed, mattress and bedside table. It is located up the back end of the house, off of the second living room. The room it's self only has a half wardrobe but just outside the room is another cupboard that is empty and able to be used by the occupant. The second living room does not get used, so noise should not be a concern to the resident. The house has central heating but no air-conditioning, though the house seems to stay fairly cool within the warmer months. The house is fully furnished, as is the bedroom on offer. Internet and water is included in the price ($110). Gas and Electricity bills are divided by number of occupants in the house for the billing period. Gas bill is every 3 months (roughly $50 per person) and Electricity is every month ($20-30 per person).
