HI I'm an university student, looking for a place to live for at least 6 months. I need a safe parking space for my car and preferably a quiet home in a safe area. I'm not at home most of time a day so lockable room is preferred to keep my stuff safe. I'm not a gas, water and electricity waster as im busy working and studying during day time (I cook every day tho), so its best for the owner who really want to reduce the bill cost.

Hi! I'm 27, single, employed on a rostered 32 hour per week contract for a bank so I have a regular income and am reliable with my finances. I am on here to look for potential houseshare situation that will start end of this year/early next year. I am currently living with 3 others and on a lease currently so I'm basically just here to put myself out there before the lease ends so I have my future houseshare arrangement in place. So I do have previous rental houseshare experience and can provide a variety of references if need be. I would prefer living with a maximum of 2 others. I am clean and tidy responsible and respectful, I like to drink socially and enjoy hiking, walks, relaxing and baking on days off. I'm looking near Burswood, Vic Park, Rivervale, Bayswater or Maylands areas but open to others around too, the closer to the CBD the better or near train line / bus stop. I am looking for unfurnished room as i have my own bedroom furniture. I also own a car so a bay/spot is necessary for me (I will consider street parking as long as it's free) am also okay to see if anyone wants to enter a brand new lease together also. I am absolutely happy to live with animals I would love to hang out with any cats/dogs and help look after also :)

Well - I'm a 31 year old gay dude, not really the effeminate type, more of a gay guy in a straight man's body. I recently broke up with my ex of 5 years (just think of the baggage - fun times) I work in IT - part time at IBM, - but not that much of a computer nerd - I kinda took on the role because of the travel opportunities to begin with (they lured me in!!!) but more importantly as a result of my relationship I i have a 2 year old female Siberian Husky -about 18kg (me and her just clicked and I couldn't let my ex take her - so she was smuggled into the car along with my other possessions - oh PS4!) who is incredibly friendly, doesn't/can't bark but can howl - never heard her do it, but Wikipedia says she can!. She is very well trained, funny (yes, she is funny to watch and will talk back to you if she doesn't like something). I enjoy running, yoga and the odd drink - not to mention long walks on the beach (chasing my dog because she got off the lead again).. I am looking for a place to stay for a few months - I lie - a year is actually the most likely time frame. Ideally a bedroom in a shared house with great people who respect each other, are social, but also can understand the need for personal time/alone time - where you do whatever the fuck you want! Also cleanliness would be a nice trait (if not don't worry - I'm pretty OCD and will end up cleaning anyway!! I do part time contract work for IBM so I'm in and out a fair bit - sometimes night shifts. Would also need a garden of some sort for my dog - who was taught to respect the vegetation/garden beds and reticulation (cayenne pepper sorts any issues out!). But mostly she like to follow people. or just lie near people. I'm studying cyber security and penetration testing online - most of my work is on my laptop, with the occasional "lab" and exams at end of semester. But it allows me to work at my own pace (as I have discovered with a late assignment submission). So hit me up with your houses, honestly, I'm not too bothered about the location, but public transport is a must - unfortunately I no longer have my car. So I may come home and tell you about the latest podcast I am listening to, or the Russian I am learning!! *Busy quiting smoking - using the air mist thing instead - usually just have about 3 a day now. Prob end up addicted to that damn spray!!

Thanks everyone but I've now found a lovely place to live! =) Hallo! I'm from Adelaide and currently living in Cannington where I've been for the past 2 years. Most my friends (basically family) over here live in the Belmont area so I'm looking in that general area especially as I don't have a car. About me: 33 non-smoker. I've lived in share houses for many years and am very considerate and respectful of other people, their homes and belongings as well as space and noise. I'm also very environmentally conscious, friendly and open minded. I enjoy my own space and time but also enjoy good company and the occasional in depth convo on life, the universe and everything. Enjoy communal kitchens and sharing meals. After living in share houses for pretty much my whole adult life, having my own bathroom would be amazing but I'm on a budget so pretty flexible. Plant Parent and I have a new pet rat called Franklin so somewhere accepting of pets (particularly unusual ones) would be ideal. Looking forward to meeting you =)

I am fairly easygoing. I am mostly quiet but I am trustworthy and have a strong sense of empathy. I enjoy being out and about (going to cafes/restaurants/bars) and I follow sport (AFL, NRL and Football). I like to be around mature adults. I am currently doing some early morning shift work. I have returned to Perth after a stint overseas. After completing quarantine and finding a job I am ready to reclaim my independence.
