Currently living in bendigo, looking for somewhere to rent in the next couple of months but ideally at the end of november after my year 12 exams. Respectful, easy going and happy to do my part in helping around the house :)
I'm Tim, 28 and originally from Sydney. I'll be moving to Bendigo at the start of Jan to start work at the radio station. I love going to events, exploring and being active on the weekends, and am pretty quiet on week nights (breakfast radio means I'm up early). Looking for a clean and respectful place to live, with fun, nice people.
Being walking distance to central Bendigo, having a cleaner included in the rent, surrounded by an established garden and a view of the cathedral make MacKenzie St an attractive place to live. The room large light, has a view of the cathedral from its own private entrance it comfortably has separate sleeping and living areas is freshly painted and the floors freshly polished. The house has central heating and cooling, wifi, a well equipped kitchen and off street parking.
I am 40 yrs old. At the moment I am unemployed (I have background in Hospitality), and I have a 2 year old, microchipped, toilet trained, vaccinated, registered cat. I am looking for more permanent accommodation than I am presently in and prefer to live with one other in a 3 bedroom house (to have space for each other and a spare room for guests). I am a decent person, am respectful of others belongings and space. I have my own furniture, so don't need a furnished room. I have shared paying $200 per fortnight rent and $60 towards the bills per fortnight and at another place $225 rent and $60 towards the bills per fortnight (which more than covers my half). I am working on quitting smoking.
We are 2 mature girls looking for two rooms in the same house in the Bendigo area as we plan to be undertaking courses at Bendigo TAFE next year and also working part-time. We are quite social and like to hang out, but we also respect people's privacy. We are both clean and tidy and make sure to pull our weight when helping around the house.
Hi! I'm a student commencing a physiotherapy degree at Latrobe for 2018 and needing to move closer to the campus, either a room or shared apartment would suit. Something around $200 a week with bills inclusive would suit and with the bedroom furnished. Very easy going and respectful of everyone's personal space and know when it's time to be quiet and get work done but at the same time love having a coupla beers and a meal throughout the week if the occasion is called for. If you're interested then please don't hesitate to message me!! :)
. Very central location on the edge of the CBD. A few mins walk from the train station, market place. Bus line to Latrobe across the road. fully equipped kitchen, washing machine. The living areas are furnished. The bedrooms are not. Very close to bars and eateries. THE BROADBAND IS INCLUDED IN RENT. I CANT WORK OUT HOW TO EDIT THAT SECTION.
Very central, clean, only a few mins walk to the train station, Market Place, 10 mins walk to down town. Bus across the road for the Uni. The room is a double sized with lots of built in shelves. It had new carpet and ceiling fan a year ago. 3 x double power points. It is in the rear of the house and doesnt get much of the traffic noise from the road. The kitchen is fully equipped with an open plan lounge/ kitchen, The bathroom has a very large bath. A shared veranda gets the morning sun. BROAD BAND IS at the house. ( I cant work out how to edit it)
Hi My name is Kelly. I have 2 dogs (Bruno and Bella) who love being part of the family. I am a very bubbly, friendly and outgoing, social person, who also enjoys my own space. I would be more than willing to potentially do a team up. I am a very neat and tidy person. I am currently unemployed looking for work, and I am planing to go back to study next year or as soon as I can.
I work 2 jobs, 1 in Bendigo working as a Youth Thrrapeutic Care Worker and 1 in Shepparton as a behavioural specialist. I do afternoons, night shift and weekend work. I have a puppy, Thor. He's pretty great :) very socialable, is house and outside trained. I enjoy a drink or two (when I have time). I'm happy to enjoy meals together and socialise but also enjoy my own space and respect yours. I'm a clean and tidy person. I have a full house worth of furniture, you'd just need your own stuff for your bedroom! :)
This property is centrally located, whithin walking distance to the Hospital, Rosalind Park, CBD. As well as access to many bus lines. The house is very spacious, sunny, very comfortable. Presently the garden is getting a spring prunning.
Working with WIN News, I´m an affable character whose work keeps him pretty busy but I enjoy a chat and a cook up. Always respect people´s space. Always like my own space. Always ready to help promote a housemate on the nightly bulletin...not really that last one. Thanks! Ty
Hi I'm Jeremy! I'm a 27 year old Osteopath moving to Bendigo for work. I like keeping fit, heading out for a meal or a cheeky bev as well as kicking back with some netflix or footy. I like to socialise, but am also happy in my own company. Lived in share houses before; I cook, clean, am respectful etc. I'm looking for a place where house mates can become mates!
Hi, I'm Sharon! I currently live in Macedon, but I'm looking to move to Bendigo and/or the Western Suburbs of Melbourne (I have connections/networks in both of those areas)! I'm a former Youth Work student and am hoping to retake a course related to the sector sometime early next year. I also work part-time as a barista/waitress. At the moment, I'm house-sharing with well... housemates... and I've been told that I'm pretty agreeable to live with (feel free to ask for references)! I'm generally quiet and tidy, but I'm more than happy to socialise over a coffee or a glass of Shiraz! If you think I'd be a good fit for your household, send me a message!
I'm pretty quiet & keep to myself, but I'm always up for a chat. I enjoy video games, watching movies/shows and exploring new places and I'm returning to Uni to study Speech Pathology in the New Year at La Trobe in Bendigo.
Both students studying at Latrobe University and working part-time. Enjoy leading an active lifestyle while getting to know different people. Love to socialise and spend time with housemates but also enjoy some alone time. Housemates must be tidy. Will be away and travelling most weekends for sporting commitments. Looking for either a house or share house with an unfurnished bedroom.
Looking for a place in the leafy parts preferably with a garden and a quiet, relaxed atmosphere. Im easy going, happy to socialize and get to know you tho I also need a decent amount of self time. Currently I work mostly p/t & i study naturopathy externally, so from home/library/cafe/wherever on my laptop. I like to feel im able to pot around the house gardening or cooking or be in my room being creative or studying be a happy hermit. Im self aware and wont invade your space. Tho i will be out n about working, volunteering, spending time away every week, i am at home a fair bit sometimes, but not always. it all depends. Im very flexible. I would need ya'll i live with to be down with whatever (as some peeps seem to want a ghost housemate, hardly ever home) that's not always gonna be me and sometimes not often either, just so you know:) and having open communication about things is super nice. I like to pull my weight in the house chores and know how to clean up after myself. I like to go off on adventures, travels and festivals also. In summary Im tidy, respectful, mostly Vegan, occasionally freegan. i don't give anyone a hard time if their not vegan or something. Im not one of those vegans! I love animals, love to garden herbs and veggies, cook, study, read, create. I work and study, do volunteer stuff as well. I Dont drink. I always respect people's privacy, space and boundaries and I'm super easy going type of cat :)
Hi, Rhylee and I are looking for either a house for the two of us (minimum of two bedrooms) or looking to team up with another person and find something a little bigger. We are both university students that work part time. Both vegetarian, but happy to have anyone as a room mate. We have two miniature sausage dogs who are mostly outside, but inside in bed with Amber at night or when it is storming. We look forward to hearing from any potential new room mates :)
