In total there are two rooms in the granny flat. Occupying one room is a friendly and polite 28 year old male. The granny flat contains its own bathroom and toilet, kitchen, lounge room and bar. There is also a stove, microwave and kettle in the granny flat to accommodate basic cooking and meal preparation. The granny flat is also fully furnished with fridge, freezer, table, chairs and a sofa, There is an oven in the main house if you want to do baking. Laundry facilities are also located in the main house. Utility bills (gas, water and electricity) will be split equally between housemates. The room is currently available and I can show people through the house most weekdays after 5.30pm. I may also be able to accommodate different times upon request. We have a beautiful old style, newly renovated home, conveniently located walking distance from Port road. We are a 10 min drive away from Adelaide CBD. The house is very cozy and warm, and you will have the privacy of an upstairs bedroom. All rooms have individual cooling and heating systems. It's all around an awesome place to live! Please note: Smokers are welcome as long as they are outside of the house, and they cigarette butts are disposed of properly.
I am a clean, considerate, chilled out guy. I am doctor, so work some long hours, I tend to keep to myself but am always happy to chill out and have a beer when I have some down time. I have a 4 year old staffy called Ruby, who is my best mate and she is extremely well trained, loyal and loving dog. She is incredibly low maintenance, we are a package deal. I am keen to join a share house of chilled out people who know how to contribute and respect each others space. He is easy to get along with and his interests include going to the gym, movies, socialising and games.
