Modern apartment with bright living spaces and huge balcony! Oh my god this place is actually clean and doesn't look like a dungeon. The apartment block is on the corner of Gray Sreet and Princes Hwy but is relatively quite because our apartment faces away from the highway so traffic noise is not a problem. I moved into the flat just over a year ago when it was brand new. It has air conditioning and an internal laundry, and a nice large kitchen and living space. The bedroom has a built in wardrobe and access to the balcony. Location wise, its pretty close to the station (just over a 10min walk) and as we are on the same street as St George Hospital it makes a great location for hospital staff who are too lazy to live further than 2 mins away from work (such as myself). Even better is we're on the ground floor so we don't have the potential issue of having to use the stairs if the elevator breaks down. The balcony has street access as well (but don't worry theres a garden outside that blocks people from staring into the apartment). Sadly we are not pet friendly because the real estate says we can't have pets. If we could honestly there would be about 10 dogs living here but I guess thats a dream for another time...
