So we all made it to Sydney! I have secured a 2 bedroom apartment close to Rockdale Station available beginning of June. It is: - 6 min walk to Rockdale Station, another 16 mins to Central Station on the train - 7 min walk to Rockdale Plaza with all amenities, include Big W, Woolies, Aldi, local butchers, seafood, fruit stores, etc... - 7 min drive to Brighton Le Sans beach for weekend tanning ;) or if the cozy industrial looking airport there couldn't attract you, there are plenty of water views, nice beach walk further down south but all within around 10 min drive. It's crazy. The apartment is on level 1 but elevated as parking is under so it feels like a normal house lmao. I have just moved up from Melbourne so I will be furnishing the place to make it feel as 'hygge' as possible. There will be a comfy as couch, TV, dining table, laundry related stuff and everything else to help you unwind in the evening, and out the door in the morning as quickly as possible. At the moment, it has nothing in it so we will be free to set it up as we want. My inner hippie self is massive, so you would be expecting an 'ISHKA', friend of the earth kinda living arrangement :) Plenty of street parking as well as visitor parking so there shouldn't be any issues.
