Hi! Good day. I'm Dex, a 24 y/o software engineer, looking for a place to rent for a year. I usually spend my time on my laptop learning about new technologies. On my free time, I workout, go on food trips, take long walks, and have occasional beers with friends. I always keep my living space clean and am respectful of others' spaces. I am planning on staying in Sydney for a year or two. Looking for a place I can call home and pretty chill flatmates who interact and I can befriend, and not just lock themselves on their rooms. Thank you! :)

Hi there! My name is Jason and I am currently working full time as a Pastry Chef and my friend Claire is also working full time and will soon be starting to work internationally, so really will hardly ever be home, more of a place for her to keep her things you could say, so the room will mainly be for me and only Claire on her days off. We are both extremely friendly people, who are always clean and very respectful and understanding of other peoples space. We both grew up on the South Coast, so we love to go down the coast on our days off and see our families. Meaning we aren't always around on our days off. We are both quiet and responsible people to live with, not party animals as we are focused on our careers, but we are always up for a good drink and a chat!

Very sensible, clean and quiet male looking for a place in Sydney to start a career. Originally from a friendly quiet town near Port Macquarie. Generally keep to myself, but would be happy to have a chat every now and then. Not a party person (don't smoke, drink or do drugs). Happy to help with cleaning and maintenance. Can also help with cooking and meal preparation. Currently unemployed but looking for full time work. Have money saved up to help me set up in Sydney and pay expenses until I find employment. I rented in Melbourne during 2016 while completing a diploma in IT.

Hi there! Georgie here. What makes me great to live with... well I am full time employed, non-smoker, red wine drinker, sociable but am aware of personal space (I do love mine), love animals (unfortunately don't have any), tidy/considerate and would rather wake up fresh on a Sunday morning then party till 5am Sunday morning. That's me in a nutshell. Hope I'm the right fit!
I'm a canadian geologist and have been working and studying australia. I'm very easy going and laid back and Happy to help out with chores. I am not a partier but love a little social atmosphere within my house where house mates might have a family meal or go out for a drink once in awhile. I love cats so I'm looking for a cat friendly place. I would ideally like to live with no more than 3-4 people in the house. I have quite a few things so looking for a place that has space for extra storage. I also require flexibility in terms of length of stay....min 1 month. I am looking for a furnished room with a built in robe and be large enought to fit a double bed. I do have a car so parking is a must .
Hi I have a very unique room available right now. It has a queen size bed with your own tv with Foxtel, surround sound speaker system, reverse cycle air conditioning and a built in wardrobe. The bed is suspended above the room loft style so it leaves plenty of space for the desk and just gives a spacious feel. The house is set in a quiet street with plenty of parking. Rockdale train station is a 10 minute walk or there are buses running on the street. All bills included. $250 per week
I usually keep to myself, my hobbies include reading, exercising and video gaming but I'm also social when the event arises. I keep a tidy place and I prefer to live with someone similar, I'm not much of a house party kinda guy and respect other people's privacy. As I work every day of the week I'm usually not at home, but I do have house appliances and furniture so I'd like to move into a place that lacks these things.
Professional gay guy. Very easy going. Have a small french Bulldog. I also have a whole house worth of furniture so unfurnished required. Looking for drug free respectful housemate or housemates. Non smoking please.
We are a married couple in our mid 20's, both permanent residents and we have been in Australia for 2 years. My partner is studying at the University of Sydney plus working, while I am working part-time. We are looking to rent a private room that is close to any station. We have lived in Malaysia and USA although we are originally for Bangladesh. We don't drink/smoke and are usually superbusy. Thanks for taking the time to read this. :)
Im currently helping raise a guide dog puppy who is very well behaved and adored by many. This will be my first share house. Currently studying law and working a few jobs; I'm extremely easy going and have a bubbly personality :)
I have a spare bedroom in my 2 bedroom villa located 5 minutes walk from Rockdale station (which is just 20 minutes from the CBD). The bedroom is fully furnished including a double bed, TV/DVD combo unit, ceiling fan, wardrobe and cabled internet connection (adsl2+). Solar panels allow me to run my ducted air conditioning virtually any time which keeps the whole home comfortable at all times. Potential flatmates should be at least gay friendly, preferably non-smokers and willing to do meal preparation in return for cheaper rent (as I am useless in the kitchen). Having suffered depression for the last few years, I must admit that my home is a little bit disorderly, but having a flatmate should give me the added motivation I need to fix that.
