Overall, I am a very knowledgeable and versatile guy intellectually (always have been the meticulous/thorough type, but I try not let that get too much in the way and sometimes it's just best to go with the flow, but other times in ain't). 🤓 But I never feel TOO nerdy, I feel more hip with a social factor to myself :) Please drop me a message if you think I am a good fit, here are my property requirements: - Looking for 1 bedroom with an OWN bathroom /ENSUITE which the bathroom has a WINDOW to breathe fresh air and rid potential mould fast. - 2-3 flatmates max. - I have my own room furniture: Spacious King Single bed, 180cm X 80cm long desk (I am looking to downsize the desk though), 43" 4K LG Smart TV (which can go in my room) and small filing cabinet (fits under desk) and small bookshelf (64cm L x 34cm Depth) although I am in the process of selling some of that. - Please send me your room dimensions so I can calculate how everything will fit if it all does and also send me when you would be available for inspection / which date you're looking for someone to move in. 📅🏡🏠🏢 - Has to be close (10-15 min max walk) to a train station since I rely on public transport, and buses don't seem all that too reliable or on-time from my past residency and experience on this Earth. :) - No loud or overbearing pets (I'm mild asthmatic, and like my sleep :) ), no smokers please. - Quiet location and neighbours - Bright sunny filled place. - Aircon preferred but not essential. - Constantly well ventilated place (through window drafts) is a MUST!
