Hey there, we are Brandon (22) and Maddie (24) and both working full time and are a couple looking to get our own place. Brandon works in childcare on weekdays, morning and afternoon so will be home during the day, and Maddie works in interior design 5 days a week so will be home in the evenings and days off. We both enjoy keeping fit, are friendly, reliable and enjoy socialising. We currently don't have a set move in date, basically waiting until the right place comes along, so open to discussion. We would love to be considered and are open to any questions you may have.
Clean, respectful housemates. When we are home we are usually sleeping, getting chores done or keep to ourselves. We’re looking for a new house share as our current house share turned out to be unfair as the others weren’t cleaning up after them selves or doing half of the house work. We are an easy going couple, but our current house share just turned out unfair in the end. Blake works full time and Kirsty is a full time student doing her pilot license and works casually. We are both away on weekends visiting friends and family north of river and house sit and travel through out the year. We’re flexible and great housemates looking for the right fit. If you think you would like to share with us then please message or call! We’re looking around the willetton, Bibra Lake, Jandakot Leeming areas.
I am a pretty laid back, easy going and easy to get along with person. I am also a neat and tidy individual and would love to share with similar housemates who take responsibility for themselves. I rarely drink but do enjoy a laugh with friends and new friendly people. despite being social I never host parties. I am generally quite busy but very low key when at home. my Girlfriend is off to albany for 12 months so I would likely be away regularly on weekends to visit her.

Hi, I'm a busy self employed 32yo guy, and I’m looking for a housemate (or two!). I spend a lot of time working and volunteering so I'm seldom around. I like to think I’m talkative, friendly and easy going. Ideally you'd be pet friendly as I have a Red Heeler (Ruby). She's into her senior years now and is a great companion around the house or is just as happy napping on the couch while the TV's on or dinner's being prepared. The house is on a quiet street in Yangebup, which is adjacent to Cockburn Central about 15 mins from Freo and 3mins to Cockburn Gateways shops. Murdoch Uni is about 10 mins away also. There's a bus stop at the end of the street which takes you straight to the Cockburn train station or into Fremantle. If you're looking for a relaxed household, not just a room to rent, get in touch! Other things: -Includes bills and WiFi -Heated spa -Parking off street -Shops nearby -Fortnightly cleaner (included) -Indoor and outdoor entertaining areas -Aircon and heating -I have a spare single bed and furniture if required -LGBT friendly -Housemate references available :)
This is a great location on a bus route, close to the Cockburn Central train station, the Gateways Shopping Centre, the Cockburn ARC and great restaurants. I am looking for easy-going people to share my home; you will obviously have your own room (bed not supplied, wardrobe/dresser included in room). The house is air conditioned in common areas, along with being fully furnished (including kitchen utensils and crockery); also share a bathroom. AVAILABLE NOW, your rent will include all utilities with lawn and garden maintenance (electricity / gas / water / lawns & gardening). Shared internet (NBN) is also available for a minimal extra cost. There is ample parking available for your car – Please, no smokers - definitely no drugs. Text/email inquires only please. *Pets considered - no cats due to allergies*
Im a friendly, quiet, chill chicky. Love food, my plant babies and the beach. Aussie/kiwi mix. I'm looking for a spacious room in a homely house, hopefully with a nice garden/outside area. With the option to be social/hang out etc, but I also love my own space. Not a party person. Pretty clean and tidy. Respectful.
I'm arriving to Australia to start working, I'm an IT professional. I like photography and woodworking. I'll be temporarily sharing a place until my wife and pets come too, we'll then move to a long term place for us.
Hi future flatmates, I'm from the United States of America and am currently here studying full-time at Murdoch University. I enjoy running, art, and dancing. I can be a social person, but am also someone that does enjoy personal space as well. I am respectful of house rules, and prefer housemates that are relatively consistent with cleaning (I am not OCD... just prefer living in a fairly clean environment.)
Hey everyone! I'm a student at Murdoch University studying Veterinary medicine. Needless to say, I love animals! I have 3 dogs and 2 cats back home who I miss a lot so I would be more than happy to share a house with pets! Apart from animals, I love to travel/trek, read, bake, cook, listen to music and occasionally paint. More of a chilling-at-home-watching-movies person than a party person. Not a smoker (passive or active). Not much of a drinker either :D. I have travelled quite a bit since I was young and I respect all cultures. I am a very tidy person so maintaining cleanliness is no problem at all! I am looking for a medium-large room in a house close to Murdoch Uni (Max 10 min. drive away) and with mindful/not-loud housemates. I will be in my last year of Uni next year so need a peaceful and quiet environment if possible (lots to study!). So definitely not a party house! Can pay upto $160 per week inclusive of gas, water, electricity and wifi for a fully furnished room (bed, closet, study desk, chair, lamp, bookshelves etc) AND a parking space please (I have a Hyundai Getz :) ) Move in date can be slightly flexible! I am ideally looking at a 6 month lease that I am very likely to extend upto December 2020) if we all gel well. Please feel free to message if you have any offers or questions. Thank you!
Entire Family-Friendly and modern home with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms + study room with lock up garage, fully furnished, so everything is there for daily living. This property is available 1 main bedroom and 1 guestroom ( the 2 bedrooms are closed for storage but 2 bathroom is available) Hello! I'm looking for new people! I'm actually about to go travelling for four-five months to Christmas though, so for the four months, you'd be living in the whole property while I'm away. Your house is furnished at the moment with a comfortable king-size bed and has a large walk-in wardrobe but we can easily take out the furniture if you prefer your own. The house has two bathrooms (one with a full-size bath) so you can essentially have a bathroom each! There are master bedrooms and one guestroom and plus a study room. There's a large open plan kitchen living/dining, internal laundry, modern kitchen with dishwasher, loads of plants and an open view over suburb with amazing sunsets. The place has a really nice feel and gets lots of natural light during the day. The house is a family-friendly and comfy and has an outdoor swimming fenced pool ( not in use at the moment), in-ground trampoline and tropical garden. Very friendly neighbors and community in this cul de sac street. We're in a super convenient location literally 10 Min bus drive from Cockburn station and just a couple of minutes drive to restaurants, bars. Has air-con and gas heater. Minutes walk to bush and access to 5 km loop around Yangebup Lake who love to jog. Send me a message with a little info about yourself, what you do, where you're from etc. if you're keen. Thanks! Available from 6th of October to 28th of December 2019 or can be shorter term.
