Available for inspection from the 25th onwards and available to move in early July. Only a 5-minute walk from the University Hospital, birtinya lake is at the end of our street and perfect for early morning walks. There are 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. the main bathroom would be shared by the two roommates and aircon in the living area. These rooms have become available due to my sister and her partner getting another place, and therefore are only available until the end of the lease which is early October, making this suitable for someone looking for a quick and easy stay. One room has a spare queen size bed if required and the other is empty.

This is a third floor 3 bedroom apartment leased until end of March 2020 and is in a security gated complex. There are 2 bedrooms to choose from that are unfurnished and one set up as a bedroom and the other a study if needed. Iam only looking to share with 1 other person. This apartment has ducted Air Conditioning, your own bathroom, unlimited NBN internet and a balcony that overlooks the lake and Sunshine Coast stadium. A swimming pool and spa that is heated all year round. The bus stop is located at the front of the complex. 5 cafes within 2 minutes walk and a 10 to 15 minute walk to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital and shopping centres. The internet is included in the rent. Electricity and water billed monthly and halved between flatemates. I work away for 6 nights and home for 5 so you will have the unit to yourself at least half the time. When home I generally get out and about most days.

He’s 1yr, desexed and I do lots of training with him as well as exercise and enrichment. Not home too much, I work casually as a zookeeper and often spend my days off at the beach or on hikes with my dog. FIRST TWO WEEKS FREE RENT I have a room available for rent in Birtinya, 100m across the road from the hospital, so would suit someone working at SCUH or in the general vicinity. The apartment is situated on the 4th floor of the Salt Apartments in Birtinya with amazing views of Kawana Lake. The apartment is fully furnished, you will just need to bring your own bedding and room furnishings. It is a two bedroom/two bathroom apartment. The room available for rent is the second bedroom, which has exclusive use of the main bathroom in the apartment (My guests use my own ensuite). It is a medium sized room, with enough space for a queen sized bed, tall boy and has built in cupboard space, you will also have use of the cupboard opposite the bedroom door. I am looking at filling the room as soon as possible as my current housemate is wanting to move out, therefore requiring someone to take over her lease which goes until 31 Nov 2019. The rent amount will include all bills (electricity, internet and water), if a bill is unusually high, we will split the difference, but I don't suspect that happening. Couples will be considered upon meeting and inspection. I have a bearded dragon named Archie, who lives in my room, however no other pets can be considered, sorry. The apartment also has an outside entertainment area on the G floor with a BBQ and seating area. Unlimited wifi included in the rent. The living room also has a nice 65" 4K smart TV, with Netflix and Foxtel also included (Feel free to cancel your own subscription :P). The apartment also has ducted air condition and an intercom to let guests in without needing to go down and let them in. Elevator and fob access to the building also, or the use of the stairs if you are feeling adventurous. A beautiful outdoor setting on the balcony for use as well, if you want to have friends/family over for entertainment. Since I do not drive, you will also have exclusive use of the carpark space in the basement of the building also. We met in New Zealand and have been dating for almost 3 years now. We moved here together from New Zealand about a year ago as my visa expired, so now I’m on an Australian working holiday visa as we are going through the process of applying for a partnership visa! We are extremely active, we love going to the beach, and of course we are obsessed with dogs! We both play soccer for Caloundra FC and have trainings/games most nights so won’t be around too much. We are very social and like to have a couple of drinks when the work week is over! But would never throw a party at our own place as I am way too much of a neat freak. We are not too fussed about what we’re after, although we would absolutely love a master bedroom as we are a package deal. Would love to meet some like-minded people to share a space with!
