Hey there homies, I'm mark but I've got a few nicknames to choose from also (already bringing extra's) I've lived with such a diverse range of people over the years that I'm pretty confident I'll be able to see what you've got happening and find a good way to fit in without dropping proverbial spanners in the works (breaking your housemate flow). Single, Male, 41 y.o. Carpenter/Ride share driver, occasional guitarist & adaptable housemate/friend. I'm polite/respectful, usually very neat but flexible, easy going & trustworthy. Looking for long-term student accommodation. Returning to Uni next year as a mature age student. I'm very open minded, love to get the most out of life and have some laughs along the way. I make a point of being critical of myself and totally accepting of others within reason. Not needing any particular conditions, I'd accept a huge self-contained, fully equipped suite less than cheap but if 'm unable to find something perfect , I could make do with a rust shed. I'm a carpenter by trade, so I'm sure I could work with a project that needed some TLC. If there's other carpentry work that needs doing, I'm sure we could settle on a mutually beneficial arrangement. In the best case scenario, I'd like to find a place on the Frankston train line so that I'd be near the beach/ friends & also be able to catch trains to Uni. at Caulfield.
4 bedroom house, sharing with just myself. You will have a choice between two rooms. Seconds away from the beach, massive back garden, house is huge, rent is cheap, own bathroom, super close to train station, ample parking and super market very close. BBQ out the back and a hammock to laze in the sun. If you like space, you should be right here...

My name is Liam, I’m a 22 year old man studying whilst working part time as a cashier. I’m a responsible young man beginning my independence. I’m a down to earth kind of person who’s likes to relax. I’m the kind of person who’s neat and tidy. For fun I like to go out for a drink or hangout with my mates. I’m originally from the S.E Suburbs I’m looking for a safe and chilled resident.
Hello! Looking for a lovely new home to join that fits my lifestyle. I work part time with linen, enjoy the gym and love being near the beach. I'm quiet, clean and love a good coffee! Hoping to find somewhere that will be my perfect fit.
I'm from Liverpool, UK and have lived in Melbourne for 4 months. I am clean and tidy and respectful of others space. I don't want a homestay and prefer to have my own bathroom. I work 9-5 during the week and spend my weekends relaxing or going out with friends. Im easy going and get on with most people. I need to move on or around 11th September.
Hi I’m Jen, age 26. I’m a youth worker in the child protection sector. Just relocated back to Melbourne after a couple of years in QLD. I’m attending interviews in the next couple of weeks and hoping to secure a role in the Dandenong area. I'm not really looking for a share house, but to team up with one other person for a new rental. Ideally a nice person, similar age, who would become a friend for the occasional adventure together, but mostly do our own thing. I keep myself busy with work, grad cert and activities. I’m a vegetarian but not fussed about anyone else’s preferences. I dabble in yoga, fitness, and sewing. I’m plant obsessed and into my bedroom/living room greenery. I love cats but don’t come with my own sadly. If you do, I would be extremely happy. I am very tidy and house proud. Apart from a potential housewarming banger, I’m pretty quiet and a weekend vino is about as wild as it gets for me. In an ideal world, we’d team up to sign a 6 month lease for a 2 bed, 2 bath place and go from there. I do need some type of parking for my old faithful vehicle. Walking distance to the train station or a coffee shop would be a bonus. I come with a decent amount of nice homewares I’m trucking down from QLD- either for my own large bedroom or shared spaces - tv and unit, 3seater chaise couch, dining table, plants, kitchenware. Combined with some bits and bobs of your own, we’d be pretty set up. Hope to hear from you.
