David and I are a laid back couple, he's in his 30s and I am in my 20s. The apartment we are looking to share is located on beach road Bondi and is a 2 bedroom unit. It has one bathroom, a very spacious kitchen and living room (with an attached sun room, which attracts great sunlight all day long), and an outdoor sitting area. The bedroom is also spacious and fully furnished with a queen bed and full size wardrobe. We both think of our unit as a home and keep it tidy, we ourselves are quite social, heading out a few nights a week but are not house party people but, enjoy a glass or two of wine at home with a chat. We are looking for $400p/w with bills included (Unlimited Wifi, Foxtel, Gas and water bill) excluding electricity; and two weeks rent upfront as a bond. The apartment is close to public transport and a short walk to the beach. If you are interested let me know and i can send you on some photos and from there arrange a look at the house if happy. The room is available 2nd February Look forward to hearing from you! David and Jessica Foxtel Xbox 1 Linen Unlimited internet Feel free to contact me if you are interested!
Hi I'm Ashley! I work as a paramedic in the CBD. On my days off I enjoy going to the gym and muay thai. I also enjoy the beach, bars, movies, and chocolate! I'm originally from Perth. I'm looking ideally for one other housemate, preferably of similar age. I am however open to living with a maximum of 2 other people. I'm hoping my new housemate will share similar interests as me so we can hang out, but is also respectful of down time. I'm clean and will be more than willing to chip into communal chores and utility costs. I'm not looking for a party house and I am only interested in living in the eastern suburbs. Due to the nature of my work being shift work I will need access to a car space or easy st parking. I'm hoping to find a housemate who is understanding and respectful of the need to sleep before my 2 night shifts. I work 12 hr shifts, 4 on 5 off. If you have any questions or would like to send me a link to your property, do not hesitate to contact me :) Looking forward to hearing from you!

I am kiwi girl who has just jumped the ditch and moved too Sydney. I have lived and travelled all around the world and love meeting new people. I am pretty easy going, get along with most people and would like too think I am fairly easy to live with. I love being active, reading, hanging at the beach with friends, and going on new adventures. Ideally I would like to live with people who are happy to hang out and socialise but all have their own things going on. Myself and my friend Briar (20 and from NZ as well) are looking to find two rooms in a flat, or organise a team up with people. Cheers Hannah
Hi, Just arrived back in Sydney, after traveling a bit. I fell in love with this city when I was on my working holiday a year ago. Fortunate I found a sponsor and now I am back for good. My work will be in the CBD so I am looking for a flat with good public transport connection. I am social, but also appreciate my alone time and would dare to say I am an uncomplicated housmate. I like all kind of sports or things to do, like Tennis, Yoga, or whatever comes up. It would be great if you had any sort of pet, I love dogs, cats, or whatever. Sadly I don't have any on my own and no worries, will not have any. Maybe a plant. Just let me know if you would like to know more. Cheers Dorina
I'm political science major; originally from Turkey, studying in the US, in Sydney as an exchange student. I study hard, but don't stress much over academic accomplishments as it's more about learning and the rest falls into place eventually. I spare most of my free time to reading and traveling. At the moment, I'm in Turkey, working on a few literary translation projects. So far I've lived in four countries and have travelled to fourteen others. I was in Sydney last semester as well, and went hiking, spelunking, surfing etc. most of the weekends --that's how I anticipate this semester to be too. I love exploring around with people, or just going for a stroll or for a cup of coffee. I'm easy going, sociable and lively. I like going out, and through some wild craze every once in a while. Though, when home, especially on weekdays, I cherish some personal time and silence. I've lived with people for about five years and have had enough time to understand house dynamics. I'm respectful, understanding, clean, sharing, and I demand the same from my flatmates. I'm pretty good at cooking; I enjoy movie nights, trivia games etc. I'd like to spend my time in Sydney with warm hearted, peaceful, chilled people who can open up and can just go with the float. P.S: I'm looking for a single room, $300. Flatmates' gender, age etc. don't matter.
Hey I'm Sandra. I work full time in finance and as such would like to move closer to the city, ideally somewhere near Coogee or rosebay while also close to public transport. I'm an easy going, quiet and tidy person who enjoys the outdoors and sports. Looking to share a place with a person or people similar in age and interests and hopefully become friends too so please feel free to get in touch!
1 min from the beach, bus stop and other commodities. We already have surf boards and the place has dishwasher, washing machine and all e standard cooking stuffs. Looking for people who don't mind sharing the housekeeping tasks. We both work as bicycle couriers so we start late and finish late.

Hi, I've recently moved to Sydney on a working holiday visa, with the aim of landing a professional job and gaining sponsorship. I'm 25, enjoy most sports, gym training and I'm generally a tidy individual. I own an apartment back in Scotland so I appreciate the importance of finding a suitable tenant/roommate. Would potentially stay longer than 4 weeks, accommodation is dependent on my work circumstances.
