Regarding budget, it'd be ace to keep it at or below the $300/week mark. Also, I'm looking for covered parking for my little Mazda MX5. Shoot me any questions you may have!

Hey! I'm 24 and work Full-time in HR looking for a new flat around the Eastern suburbs. I would prefer to start a new team up with 1-2 girls as I already have some furniture. I love cooking during the week and spend my weekends socialising, horse riding, at the beach or in a pilates class. I am looking for a nice apartment with a car space and large bedroom. I would love to live with other social girls that don't mind cooking together or having a glass of wine after work etc and also don't mind having each others friends/boyfriends coming over occasionally. I also have a gorgeous little cat who is super quiet and house trained so will need to live with someone that likes having a pet around. Please message me if you are interested in a team up.
We can be very flexible with how long we rent for. We are happy with short term rental for a week or two or we can also look at renting for up to 3+ months. We may be open to extending even longer but initially we need to see how it goes with our visas as currently we can only stay in Australia until the end of October. We: Are a married couple from the UK Friendly Can be as sociable or as in sociable as our flat mates want Can easily adapt to new living situations Are reliable Are clean, tidy, organised Will both working in the week (HR Manager and Engineer) Love to go out in the week to events e.g. comedy nights, live music etc Enjoy exploring at weekends in our 4WD- hiking, beaches, camping etc. We will need somewhere to park our car and ideally internet and bills included in the overall rent. Thanks for looking at our profile 😊
25 y/o easy going Englishman. Recently moved back to Sydney, after travelling to Canada and returning back to the UK for a short while. I am a freelance Civil Engineer. Currently not working, just enjoying the Australian summer! Can pay rent upfront, say 2-3 months if you are concerned about me being unemployed. Planning to start working in late Feb/early March. Hobbies and interests are food, travel, socialising with mates, football, motorcycling, and attempting to surf. Pretty chilled during the week, especially when I am working, but enjoy eating out and going to bars at the weekend. Looking for a large double bedroom in Bondi area. Ideally within 5-10 mins of the beach and shops . I am currently staying at my mates in their living room, so I am keen to move into a place ASAP.
Hi, thanks for taking the time to read something about me... I've landed my dream job after many years of work and building my reputation in the industry and moved to Sydney. However, I moved to Double Bay (about 6 months ago) and it's a little posh for my taste and not really my cultural scene. I get along well with my housemates and they don't want me to leave however I want to live near the coast. I'm flexible with move time and looking for 1 year minimum and longer term if term if it's the ideal house and flatmate. I will be away from home on a regular basis as my job involves travel. I'm healthy, grounded, relaxed, respectful and easy going. I enjoy a healthy lifestyle keeping a clean room/home. I'm friendly, easy to talk to and love a good conversation and a laugh, and known to be able to get along with people from all walks of life. I love animals and kids, however, I have none of my own. I practice (love) yoga and meditation for the past 10 years, I also a regular at the gym. I love hiking and skiing and I'm away each year on ski/hike trips as well. I work with people in leadership development full time. I also facilitate a personal development retreat that is run in 26 countries for the past 21 years. I enjoy a very full and rich life of my own. I don't smoke and rarely drink, happy to have a glass of wine and a chat though. If you're looking for an easy going, stress-free, no hassle guy who pays his way and is friendly and open. Then I'm your flatmate! Look forward to hearing from you! Warmly, Peter P.S. I need a home that offers either off-street parking or at least easily accessible parking nearby.
