The house is a 1950's cottage. It has a great atmosphere and is an excellent place to come back to after a long day at work. There is a shared bathroom, lounge room, sun room, study, kitchen. There is also a backyard / courtyard and laundry. There is wi-fi and a gas fireplace for the winter. Being an older house it obviously has its few quirks, but nothing major - happy to discuss. The house is an established place with all common areas furnished. We keep things pretty minimal and aren't looking for anyone to go on the lease or people with a lot of extra furniture. The location is 5 min walk from Bondi CBD / Hall St and a 1 km walk to the beach. The bus stop is a 2 min walk around the corner. There's a gym next door. The room is the master bedroom. It's 4.8m x 3.45m. Unfurnished. It has one built-in wardrobe with double sliding mirrored doors. We're looking for someone 25-35 yrs and ideally female. Considerate and financially reliable. Clean, tidy and domestically proactive is a must. Aussies, residents or long-term visa holders looking for a home / long-term stay preferred. ** Extra info: ** April 16/17 move in. Bills are additional to rent and include electricity, water, gas (fireplace in winter) and internet. This adds up to $30 extra per week on average. Rent is paid fortnightly (transfer) on every second Thurs and covers the two weeks starting from the following Monday. Two week notice is needed when you leave. Bond is $1040.
Very easygoing but social female coming to Australia from the US for a post-grad working holiday. I plan to get a bartending/serving job and maybe an internship while living in Sydney. I love going out to the beach and out at night, but also enjoy chill nights at home. I like to exercise a few times a week, nothing too crazy. I listen to pretty much all kinds of music and love going to see live bands/shows. I keep my living spaces clean but would enjoy a shared social space within the home:) Looking for a place to live and/or like-minded people to live with!

I am 20 years old. Originally from Cambodia, however, I grew up in Singapore. I am very easy going, down to earth person. Currently in my second year of Bachelor of Business in Hotel management at the Hotel School Sydney in the CBD. I also work at the Intercontinental Sydney part-time (4 days a week). I usually work night shifts while going to class in the morning so I won't be home much. If I do I would be in my room studying, sleeping or catch up with movies. I enjoy cooking and a very good cook as well would love to share a meal with you or have house dinner. I alway clean after myself and would consider myself to be a clean and tidy person. During my free time, I enjoy watching movies, going to the beach, hang out with friends or just relax at home.
We are two guys that are looking for a place to stay with nice and clean people. We are labourers and students so you won't see us too much on the week but we really like making friend and drinking some beer with our flatmates.
I'm a 28-year old girl from Buenos Aires, Argentina, working full time. I'm sociable, relaxed and easy-going. I'm a normal kind of girl, I like working out and keeping fit, but I'm not a kale smoothie person. I love food, fashion, arts, music and being outdoors. I'm looking for a relaxed place to call home, preferably with more than two flatmates who like hanging out together and keeping a friendly vibe in the house. I'm tidy, respectful and like maintaining my space and things in awesome conditions, but I'm also tolerant of normal situations arising from people actually living in a house. I like living in a peaceful environment with roomies open to communication and productive conversations :)
