** Moving to Sydney from NZ to take up a job at UTS and am looking for furnished double room available mid May ** I'm a clean, active, easy-going and social person hoping to find some fun people to live with. I will have a full time job so will likely be busy during the week but am always down for exploring the city, binge watching Netflix or having a cheeky wine on the weekends. Looking for a large private room in a share house close to the CBD or close to a bus/train station - less than a 45min commute via public transport. Preferably furnished with a double bed and available between 15th and 19th of May. My partner is currently looking to move over in 2-4 months so ideally I will have a room that either he could move into or that I could move out of once he comes. He's a super chill earth scientist who loves to surf.
Chilled but clean, need a dishwasher! Work full time and have 2 mini bunnies and hopefully soon to be a small dog. Up for just about anything, drinks, dinner, movies, exploring and so on. I keep to myself and very very rarely have people to the house-I tend to go out to socialise. I love baking and cooking, so expect some awesome food. I'm not big on sharing food and such unless have placed in a communal space. I guess it's just a common courtesy thing. I love film, so tv series and movies are my go to. Also hoping to start playing hockey or touch footy again soon. Sorry, I don't usually write an essay^ But please make note of the bunnies I wont put them up for adoption
Looking to move closer to the Darlinghurst/Surry Hills/Paddo area .. I’m 23 from the UK, I work full-time and have been in Sydney for a year and a half altogether. I’m really just looking for a super chill share house/flat with some nice people :) Cat x
Hello there! I'm Lin (25 in a July!) and I work long hours in the city as a Showroom Coordinator in tailored menswear. I've been living in Sydney for the past 5 years and love this city to bits. I'm looking for a place with good vibes and is essentially not a trash can. I've grown to become really good mates with my current flatmates (whom I've also met on Flatmates!) but I'm looking to move somewhere closer to work. Ideally, somewhere with street parking or a garage as I have a car! I like socialising, exercise (gym, hikes etc), cooking and am a big foodie. I'm also into art/music and all things creative and enjoy quality conversation over a glass of vino, or three. If you are after an easygoing, responsible and independent flatmate, I'm your person!

The apartment is big with nice (almost new) kitchen, new carpets, internal laundry, large lounge, good size balcony, in a security building with lift. We are a very quiet couple from Uruguay. Myself and my girlfriend gonna start work in the stable (Randwick) on May 15 (in early hours of the mornings). We need to rent from May 12 to July 3 (maybe July 10). We are look foward to hearing from you!
Clean/tidy and responsible 23 y.o. female with a one year old (indoor) cat, looking for share accomodation in Sydney. I currently work as a typist and assistant for a psychologist - much of my work is done from home, which involves quietly typing in my room. In my spare time I enjoy walking, going out to cafes, and reading or watching movies. I'm easy-going, friendly, and would very happily get along with other nationalities and/or LGBT+ housemates. I love animals so other pets are not an issue. I don't drive so nearby access to public transport would be ideal. Move in date is flexible - I'm hoping to move by the end of May.
Hey folk's! I'm Krissie, I'm 24 and I'm a nurse from England. I'm currently living in a hostel on Kent Street inner Sydney. I am looking for a room or flat share, I like inner sydney but I'm not fussy where I stay to be honest. I love live music, gigs and festivals! I'd like to think I'm a nice housemate to live with, my last housemate didn't want me to leave so I'm taking that as a positive... I love meeting new people, it's probably one of my favourite things to do. I love cooking, I don't make too much mess or noise but if everyone's in the spirit and it's one of those nights, count me in for sure! I love my job and I can't wait to start nursing here so that's going to be my main focus for the next couple of months. Well if anyone has a spare room or bed and doesn't mind a Yorkshire girl moving in then give me a call.

Hi, my name is Valentino. I am a 33 y/o male working full time as a Quant Analyst for a Fund Manager in the CBD. I work monday to Friday 8-6 and then I try to go to the gym at nights so rarely at home before 8pm. I am fairly sociable and very easy going. I like to go out and about on the weekends or just for a ride on my motorcycle around the Sydney Outskirts. I think a flatmate should be more than just someone who pays part of the rent and bills. A flatmate should be someone to share a drink every now and then, without being to clingy... someone who has the potential to become friends over the long term.
Hi, my name is Brynn! I'm originally from the US but have been living in Sydney for the past year! I'm currently on a student visa studying management and work full time at a smoothie shop in Coogee. I'm looking for my own room in the Eastern Suburbs. I'm very friendly, considerate and easygoing. I'm hoping to find a place ASAP but need to give my current accommodation 2 weeks notice.
Spacious and modern 2 bedroom apartment right in the heart of Bondi Junction. Living/dining room leading onto a massive balcony. Modern kitchen, internal laundry room with washing machine and dryer. WiFi internet included. The room would fit 2 friends or one couple. In the other room live me and my husband (we can convert that room for one person as well). The complex includes intercom & lift access, large indoor heated pool, 2 spas, sauna, gym, squash court and an on-site 24 hour concierge. No parking included but if needed you can arrange in-building spot or off-street parking permit. 3 min from Westfield, 5 min from trains. The room is immaculate, with a large built in wardrobe with mirrors. The room is large and has its own modern bathroom right across the hall (not on suite). The doors lead into a massive balcony, with views from the city. The only payable bill is energy (gas + electricity), charged quarterly. Hot water runs on gas. Unlimited Wifi ADSL2+ internet is included.
I'm Sam, 32 years, I have just relocated form the Gold Coast back to Sydney. I work for a National Surf Retailer in Visual Marketing and Merchandising, I will be working from home 2-3 days p/w and travel interstate semi frequently too. I am a pretty chilled out guy, during the week I like to cook, get a little arty, head out for a bite or to a gig with my girlfriend/mates. On the weekend I tend to chase a good coffee, head out for a drink or spend a bit of time coast side getting in a wave. I am a social person and on the odd occasion have friends around for a meal and a few drinks however I do this with respect for my housemates. I also appreciate a little down time lying in the sun, reading a book or just kicking back to some good music and having a chat with my housemates. I am house trained and appreciate a nice clean living space. I live with respect for my housemates, am open-minded, accepting and appreciate the diversity that life brings. I am looking for people who share similar traits. If we end up living together you will also get the company of my hound Raf. He is a 2 year old Kelpi x Doberman (not as big as you would think) and he is pretty chill. Loves to go for runs with me (which we do daily) or a swim at the beach as is very clean. You must love dogs as will hit you up on the reg for pats.
