I am very easy going and friendly. Not much of a party person. More of a camping person though. I love to travel and explore places.
Bubbly, talkative and super friendly girl. Very polite, respectful and always pays rent on time. I'm super tidy, I cook, I clean and I love gardening. I worked as a live in nanny for 6 months so I think I'll be awesome to live with bc I am very house trained. I'm pretty chill and will give you space but I also don't mind a chat and a drink with my future housemates! I moved to Melbourne in September from cairns and I currently work at nandos in Footscray but have just gotten a job as a full time educator at Goodstart Early Learning Ringwood. For fun, I love going to concerts and gigs and hanging out in the city shopping with my friends. Ideally I would like to find a place where I can take my bird with me and have housemates who would be okay with me having my boyfriend occasionally visit! 😇
The great thing about this property is that it is very close to all amenities including Box Hill Central, easy access to buses and trains. This town house is even close to school, restaurants and shops. All within short walking distance.
Australian male, originally from South Australia, living in Melbourne permanently for the past three years, with a professional engineering education, and very easy to get along with. Good rental history, always pays bills and rent on time. I play video games (console and PC are both cool), boardgames, and tabletop roleplaying, so housemates interested in that is a definite plus, but it hasn't stopped me before. I love to cook, drink (in moderation), and eat a variety of foods. Happy to keep to myself or socialise, try new things, and make friends with awesome housemates. Hoping for a place I can live in the long-term, but also happy to take accommodation for shorter periods.

I'm a very considerate and neat person which respects shared and open spaces. Mastered in the art of black clothing. Designer and student by day and sloth by night. I'm Asian but can't speak Chinese (sorry) but I can help you draw beyond stick figure level. I enjoy cooking and will share if I have any left. Often goes out with mates or works at home late. Will offer a (small- sorry mine aren't big enough) shoulder to cry on. Certified gif queen (2017).

I am a pretty easygoing, relaxed, friendly kind of person who is neat and tidy, likes to live a healthy and active lifestyle and is a respectful and social kind of housemate. I am looking for a place to call home or even a team up to start a new place with fun and easy going housemates. I work full time as a sales manager mond-fri and like to keep busy. I am honest and caring in nature and respect others and their privacy but also dont mind sharing a meal or helping out around the place. I like pets, going to gym in between the week, making new friends and exploring cafes and food places around melbourne and don't mind watching a bit of Netflix from time to time. Look forward to hearing from you, send me a message and we can meet up. Cheers!
Hi there! I have relocated from Perth to Melbourne, and am looking for a place to live ASAP. I'm a mature, tidy, respectful housemate that gets along with people of all age groups, and walks of life. I'm a creative type that loves making art, photography, reading, live music, and watching kitschy b-grade films. My ideal home would be a safe place with a private room (preferably with enough space on the floor to do yoga), relatively close to public transport, with friendly people that like to have a laugh. I would like to stay for at least six months if possible. Sadly I don't have any pets of my own, but I adore animals (especially cats!). I'm thrilled to finally call your beautiful city my home, and I'm looking forward to meeting you! Thanks for looking!
Hola! I am currently working 2 part-time jobs in retail. I am studying music at Boxhill Institute. Prior to this i was studying Psychology at Swinburne University. I am seeking a fun, courteous flatmate interested in moving into the surrounding suburbs of Boxhill (Mitcham, nunawading). I am a fun-loving, bubbly musician who loves to meet new people! I'm a neat and tidy person and respects everyone's privacy, but i'm always down for a netflix sesh. I'm happy to provide any furniture required! I'm always keen on a kmart trip. (You must love kmart). I have no age or sexuality preference- just as long as we get along and are on the same page! I am heavily involved in music so hopefully you don't mind hearing the guitar playing every now and then! I also have a strong love for food and funny people. Message me if you like the sounds of this! :-)
Hi there, My name is Nana. I'm from China, have been studying and working in Melbourne for 2 years. I'm currently at the last trimester of my master degree, will graduate in late October this year. I work as a part time accountant in the city as well. I will stay in Melbourne after graduation. I'm looking for a place that close to the train station so I have easy access to city and Deakin Burwood campus (only required before late October ). A room in a all female two bedrooms flat will be ideal, but open for other options. Prefer a furnished room, but if the room is unfurnished is OK too. My moving date is flexible. I'm easy going, friendly, generally pretty quiet but also enjoy being social. I like Yoga, swimming, running and enjoy cooking. I’m used to share houses, lived in current place for 2ys and my flatmate and I became very good friends, so I have good understanding of different culture, I'm respectful and responsible. I'm a non-smoker, like to keep the place tidy and clean. Looking after the property, treat it not just as a room but also nice and cosy like home. That's pretty much all I can think of for now. If you have a room or whole property available, please feel free to contact me. Looking forward to hearing from you. Warm regards, Nana
I'm a friendly, clean, self sufficient full time worker who enjoys social interaction but respects personal space and independence. I would love to find someone(s) who want to share a household with good vibes and a warm atmosphere.
Hey guys, my name is Carson (sorry about the derp photo XP) I've recently graduated from La Trobe Uni with a Master in Physio and I'm currently working part-time (pretty much full time) in North Ringwood at a Sport/Private Clinic. So if you've got any ache/pains, you've got a physio living across the kitchen from ya XD A bit about myself, I've got quite a mixed bag of interest. I love food and I'm quite a "masterchef" so my friends tell me. While my uni day's are behind me, I do enjoy some quality red wine here and there. I'm quite tech savvy so if you've got any IT issues you can shoot them my way. Aside from that I do enjoy keeping active with gym, longboarding, brunch dates =P, and good coffee. As a room mate, I keep myself and my surroundings clean. If I make a mess, I'll clean it. I'm very considerate about others and won't take action unless it's agreed upon by everyone else. I'm not the party-goer like I was 4 years ago, but I socialising with others and making new friends (my job pretty much depends on this quality XD). I've also got my own furniture (i.e queen size bed, desk, cupboard, bedside tables etc) so a unfurnished room would be preferable. So if you want a respective room mate, who is considerate, doesn't make you house look like a rubbish tip, and won't make so much noise that the police needs to be called over, I'm that guy :)
I'm friendly, funny and relaxed. I get along with open minded, honest people. I'm used to taking care of myself, and I'm mostly pretty quiet and introverted, but enjoy a friendly, chill vibe at home. I'm on disability payments, so I spend a lot of time at home with my cats. I have 2 indoor-only cats that are very friendly and playful. They are litter trained, and have previously lived with a dog. I don't entertain much, I watch heaps of Netflix instead. Feel free to message me if you have further questions.
Hey! We've found ourselves on an outstanding property, just 10 minutes walk from Box Hill Centro. This amazing 4 bedroom house is a little old, but well loved and comes with fantastic open plan living area, Indoor fireplace, huge kitchen, dining room, home office and spacious laundry. It has plenty of interesting quirks and amenities, from wood panelled high ceilings, a sit up bath, a bidet, floor to ceiling windows, air conditioning (which we try to only use during heat waves) and a large paved outdoor area. It's situated on a double block, so plenty of space for gardening and meaning it's quiet and distant from the roads. The room is the master room of the house, with an ensuite and walk in wardrobe. It's a 5-minute walk to the local Aldi, bottle shop, and the Box Hill Aqualink (pool and gym). And it's just a 15-minute walk to the bustling Box Hill Centro shopping centre, which includes the market, dozens of fantastic restaurants and cafes, Coles and Woolworths. This is also a public transport hub, with the 109 tram, Lilydale and Belgrave train lines, and like 10 buses. It is just a 15 minute trip via train to the CBD. The 733 bus goes straight to Monash Clayton campus in 30 mins, the 732 which is just 20 minutes to the Deakin Burwood campus and the train is just a 30 minute trip to Swinburne's Hawthorne Campus. It's a close 20-minute walk to the Box Hill Hospital or Box Hill Institute.
I am clean and organised. I am friendly, helpful, I get along with many people and we can have good chats. But I also fit in with people who want privacy because I write and do academic research work on my computer when I am working from home. I love cycling and going for walks. I have shared with a range of people, including doing a small amount of house sitting, for many years. So, I can look after and be useful around a house and property. I am also concerned about the environment so I try to recycle and save resources, but I do not expect that other people must do what I do. I have some useful furniture for new team ups: for the kitchen and laundry. For an existing share house I am okay if this furniture is stored. I don't have any pets but I get along with pets very well. No smokers _at all_, since I get very sick from it.
I'm very easy to get along with and appreciate a sense of humour and someone whose down to earth and can converse here n there.....Im an engineer graduate whose completely done a 180 turn in life and for past two years have persued my passion, now im a full time visual artist. I keep busy with my work most of the time which i do from home (previously set up a studio in garage, so would be needing to work out similar sort of space outdoor for when I paint or airbrush). So I would have a fair bit of time to myself and return u get your personal space... however I dont enjoy a silent/distant/awkward housemate...If you're too much to yourself I wouldn't be the right housemate..if we're living together there must be mutual respect and trust at all times...as crappy as todaya world is, ild still like to believe I can live with someone Im just getting to know and not have to lock my room everytime I leave...you know what I mean... Im a fairly neat person, sometimes a little ocd kicks in haha.. Im old enough to be mature minded but I don't always like to take everything so seriously....So if you're all about work and early bedtimes and I need ti tippy toe around the house then also wont work for me...I need to feel at home as much as you do... Love dogs...and don't mind cats lol...so pets dont bother me... If you think you may be of similar personality or interests then hit me up with a msg :) Oh and also... preferably just one house mate and seperate bathrooms lol

Hello, I am currently working and studying my masters. I go to my family in the country often on weekends. I have a beautiful old dog who pretty much sleeps 23 out of 24 hours. He is an inside dog. Very clean and quiet and gentle. Not in a rush to move. Just hoping to find somewhere closer to work. But if I find the right place can move any time.
Hi! I'm Stephanie :). I'm 28, I currently live in a cute little house in Vermont South with my dog Harvey and cat Tom. We are looking for somewhere to live that is closer to civilisation :). I'm from Melbourne and have lived here all of my life. I work as a nanny and PA, my hours are mental and all over the place at the best of times. In my spare time I am training Harvey, taking him out for adventures, seeing friends, getting out and exploring Melbourne, among other things! I will probably bug you every few days to join Harvey and I for a walk. I love being able to interact with people - so if you're social then we will get along fine! I'm super clean and tidy, but I definitely won't freak out over untidiness! About Harvey! He is 4, a rescue Staffy x Kelpie. He is the sweetest thing around. If he's not climbing on you for cuddles, staring at you sadly for food, or getting the biggest sad eyes when you move one step away from him - something's wrong. He loves a good play, we do a lot of agility training and are starting sheep herding. He is an inside dog who has the freedom to come in and out as he pleases. He has never once caused any damage, destroyed anything, had an accident inside, etc. Honestly. Meet him - you'll love him! Tom, on the other hand. Is a mental 8mth old rescue Tabby. He is a purring machine. Or a meowing machine. I'm not sure which one he does more of, but he definitely likes for his presence to be known! He's dog friendly and loves to annoy them and have them follow him. Follows myself around like a hungry shadow. Will possibly knock your glass of water over just for shits and giggles... Because he can. I do have all of my own furniture and kitchen wares. Couch, tv unit, tv, fridge, washing machine, bedroom stuff, etc. I would love to be able to bring these along with me and with them in somewhere, but that's something we can discuss at any time! I'd prefer to live somewhere where there is only 1-2 other roommates. Happy to options of moving into an already established household OR looking with another interested person for somewhere available to lease.
I'm a Master's student, majoring in Communication. I'm generally a quiet but sociable person. I'm privacy conscious and respect others' space. I'd like a place that's kept clean by other housemates (especially the bathrooms and kitchen) and locked responsibly. Naturally, this applies to me too. I am a herbivore, if that matters (zero qualms about housemates enjoying meat), and occasionally I manage to cook something really good. I also believe in friendship and communication between housemates, and I always pay my bills on time. Ideally I would like to move closer to the city (currently in Box Hill). However, I am not opposed to a nice place in Box Hill/Burwood area again. Currently moving out of a place where I've had 3 great housemates. Hope to find the same in the next place :)
