I work full-time in finance and planning in Melbourne CBD. I'm quiet at first but once you get to know me I am quite friendly. I will respect your personal space and need for quiet time. I'm clean and tidy with a passion for healthy food, well-being, yoga and relaxation. I have a great circle of friends, however I am open to expanding that circle!
A full-time Master student at Deakin Uni and a part-time bathroom singer. Love to agree to and explore different opinions. A lifelong lover of backpacking. Love cooking especially south east asian barbecue if given the equipment (Spicy smoked lamb shoulder is my fav!!) :p Genuinely busy routine due to studies and part-time jobs. Also looking for a part-time job on the weekends. Business Grad from Pakistan. Yup Pakistan. So we will have so so much to talk about on friday nights! Clean independent and minding his own business kind of a guy. If i like the accommodation, might end up living more and more! Peace, Moiz
Hello! I am a 23yo university student looking for a new home, as I'm just finishing up 5 months overseas. I'm at uni 3 days a week (Monash Clayton), and work 20-30 hours (a pub in Ringwood) on top of that, so I'm pretty in-and-out of the house. I'm looking for a place in between these two locations, so please don't message me if you're in Dandenong, Templestowe etc! When I am home, I generally spend my time sleeping, watching Netflix, and cooking. Whilst I do like a bit of space and quiet to do assignments, I also want a place where housemates socialise and get along. I prefer a clean up after yourself approach to living, but am open to roster systems if they're established and working. I've lived in sharehouses for 4 years now so am pretty used to how things flow. I have a pet reptile (which means he is in a tank 24/7 so no risk of house damage) named Koda, he is 4yo, super friendly, and loves an occasional cuddle. I arrive back in Melbourne on the 11th July, and am looking to move ASAP after that. Max budget is $600/mth excluding bills, or around $700 inclusive. If it sounds like I could be a good fit, send me a message and we can go from there!
I am easy going and work hard, I keep to myself a lot and spend most my time working. I work as a travel agent in Preston I have a partner who lives in the eastern suburbs looking for a house that’s a bit closer to both work and him.
Hi ladies and gents, My name is Kiera and I’m currently looking for a place in which myself and my beautiful kelpie can move into! I work full time at an accounting firm which keeps me quite busy, but when I do have spare time I’ll often be watching the football or catching a drink with mates. I’d consider myself an easy going house mate that is clean, tidy and respectful and hope to be in a house with people who share the same qualities. Whilst all of the above is “important”, at the end of the day I just want a place to call home, and be surrounded by people that I can live comfortably with whether that be having a drink together after a long day, going to the local to watch the footy or just saying g’day! If you think me and my beautiful dog would be a good fit for your home, flick me a message! NOTE: I need a place that WILL accept pets.
My partner and I are looking for a place preferably no futher than a 20 - 30 minute travel from the city as that is where we both work. We are both also PT dependant so close to a train station would be ideal for us. We don't really want to live with more than 2 or 3 other people. We would kinda just prefer a place where we would be able to find a moment of quiet and privacy. But we also want to be able to have a friendly relationship with our house mates. We want to live somewhere that feels like home. We are both pretty clean people but not anally clean to the point of us cracking it at you for your dishes. We take care of our own and would kinda just expect that would do the same. But honestly, we are both pretty relaxed type of people. We want to be just as much a good match for you as you are for us. So if we sound like your people, hit us up and we will go from there. Cheers ✌
The townhouse is a great location - 5 min walk from Box Hill Station, 109 Tram, and heaps of eateries, as well as supermarkets and a Box Hill Fresh Food Market. The Townhouse itself is a gem - its a large three bedroom place with with 3 bedrooms on the top floor. The Master bedroom is the one available - includes a huge space with en suite and walk in robe! Downstairs there is a great kitchen, and separate dining area, and then a large living room. The house has heating, heaps of storage, and a separate laundry. Anyone with furniture is also welcome to bring it along as the housemates moving will be taking the fridge and washing machine.
Hello, I'm Kamara, I work for a health organisation. I'm looking for a place to stay (at least 6 months) around the Eastern suburbs with people around my age, 24-28. I am after an unfurnished room, friendly housemates who also respect space. Bit about me: I am friendly, generally tidy and clean up after myself and would expect the same of others. Socially, I'm up for a chat or hang out. I prefer a non party house as it's nice to unwind from a long shift at a peaceful home but I enjoy occasional evening dinner/movie nights at home. I also lead a semi-active lifestyle and go bike riding or walking. If I sound like a good fit for you, please reach out, cheers :)
Hi there, My name is Sonya, and i am moving to Melbourne from India for my Masters at Deakin University. I'm a person who likes to keep her place 'presentable' and comfortable enough to live in. I am looking for a furnished place with a private room along with an attached bathroom. I'm respectful of people's personal space and their belongings, pay bills on time and always willing to lend a helping hand around the house when I can. My culinary skills aren't the best (even though I love my food), but definitely look to dutch in with the groceries and other expenses pertaining to the house. I love playing board games, and I'm a sport enthusiast. I have absolutely no problem with friends coming over as long as i get my personal space. I also am very fond of cats and dogs, so having a pet at home would be a plus !
A young couple madly in love, but not so in love you will hear us all the time. Scott is an aspiring soccer player/electrician, whilst Heidi loves food. We are both amazing cooks, absolutely adore dogs but don't have the time for one of our own.
Hello, I'm currently from the country looking to move to Melbourne in a team up. I have two dogs who are my main priority I do not mind paying more of the rent in regards to the dogs and being eligible I really would appreciate someone who likes my dogs so I can trust you. One is a 5 year old husky named oak Who's a gentle giant his personality is just pure happiness and I have a four month old rough collie scout who is a cuddly little fire cracker as she's a pup she's still figuring out the world. Both dogs are of beautiful nature :) I work everyday Monday -Saturday I work night shift on weekends and would please prefer someone who could be respectful with sound on Saturday and Sunday mornings till 1pm. I have pretty much all furniture needed for a home but a couch as of yet im clean , good at fixing things ,cutting wood mowing and trimmings. I'm very respectful and polite I find this will create a good environment for living with someone as we all have our own space and wind downs after a long day or night haha Happy to share dinner with you or some whisky , rather us be friends and open in a home
Bond is $1,020 This Townhouse is a 5 min walk from Box Hill Central which is a shopping centre, major train station and a bus loop. The area also provides a variety of restaurants of all cultures. We are down the road from an aquatic centre and large footy oval. We have a small 3 m fenced area with a washing line and herb garden. The house is fitted with heating and an open living plan, which is mostly carpeted. The garage can fit two cars and has extra storage space for boxes, the drive way can also occupy two cars with an additional city council visitor permit for on street parking. We have a pet bird that lives indoors, his name is pup and he is an 11 yo lutino Cockatiel. He is friendly but is also sassy and anyone who wants to move in should hold no qualms about his free range (that being said he doesn't have access to a persons room unless first invited - vampire rules). The down stairs area has access to the garages, fenced outdoors area and front door, it also contains the kitchen (with dishwasher), the lounge room, guest bathroom, washer, dinning tables and cleaning cupboard. Upstairs contains all 3 bedrooms (the one on offer has a built in wardrobe and two windows, toilet separate to shared shower and bath. We have a monthly cleaning scheduled that can be adjusted based on what jobs you are comfortable with completing.
Relaxed, responsible and mindful housemate! I enjoy keeping busy and trying new things. I respect others space and can adapt to new environments well.
