This is a third floor unit close to Box Hill Central, there is really good heating and I have unlimited internet for $30 each per month, bills are also pretty cheap :) The room itself is a decent size and has a massive built in wardrobe. It’s aacross from the shared bathroom which has a washing machine + dryer and a combined shower/bath with water pressure unrivalled by any shower i’ve ever been in! There is a communal lounge room/dining room with a TV, couch and table + chairs and there’s a bit of room for moving around. The kitchen is somewhat small but has recently been renovated and there are hot plates, an oven, fridge and microwave. ☺️ There is a small balcony attached to the front of the lounge room looking onto the street, however personally I hardly use it. I don’t really have any special rules other than a request that there aren’t any illicit drugs on the property - I don’t mind if that’s what you like to do in your own time, but I don’t want to be caught up in any issues that might be created through you having them in our house :)

Hi, I am a vet nurse and her pooch looking for a place to call home. Like my dog I'm a bit of a forever puppy, that being said I work hard and that includes longish hours 4 days a week. I'm 28 and live a pretty clean lifestyle. I'm not apposed to hanging out/a movie marathon with a glass of wine/beer or whatever, but also more than happy to entertain myself if you are more on the private side. My dog 5yo dog absolutely adores people, he is a big boy so that may not be everybody's cup of tea but he will do his utmost to make you fall in love with him (It's not hard), don't worry though he knows he's not a lap dog! I am very open minded and accepting and looking to share a home with like minded people. I'm looking at a longer term stay depending on how suitable the situation is. I am looking for a place to call home.
I'm mature, clean and respectful of others and their privacy. I'm also easy going with a good sense of humour. I work full time and keep myself busy with training at the gym, getting outside, reading etc Looking to move into an unfurnished bedroom long term and I do have some furniture. Not looking to live with couples.
Hi there my names Joshua. I'm moving to Melbourne from Hobart in late February hoping to be settled by the 26th. I am making to big move to study Drama at Deakin University. I'm fabulous fun and really easy going. I have no issues with pets or noise or anything really, I also come from a big family so communal living is quite common to me and having traveled a fair bit and staying in hostels, I certainly have respect for other people and their space. I'm %100 LGBT friendly being a member of the community myself. As I currently live inter-state i am more than happy to Skype, apparently thats still I thing. Anyway shoot me a message if you want to find out more about me or if you have a room you could offer. Thanks Heaps Josh
Hi I'm Elliot, I'm studying 'screen and media' at Swinburne's Hawthorn campus. I'm pretty laid-back and like to keep wherever I'm living neat and tidy. I'm always happy to hang out or help with house chores and stuff like that. I like to go out and have a good time every so often but also enjoy just chilling out watching a movie, reading or doing a crossword. I'm from Ballarat originally. Let me know if I sound like a good fit for your place!
I am a consulting arborist and moving from North Queensland for a new job. I am young at heart. Love Triple J and modern music. I have a little dog; 5kg. She is my main focus on finding somewhere for us to live as she needs somewhere she can sniff about. Getting out and about, theatre, music, events, dining and a few drinks after work and walking are what I like to do. Probably won't be there much on weekends but I am work focused during the week. I am used to being self-contained but would love to share a few drinks and the occasional meal.
Hi I am Ken, a veterinarian recently moved to Melbourne from Brisbane. I am very easy-going, super clean and tidy, not much of a partier but I love adventures and travel a lot whenever I get the chance. Settling in the city and looking for a place to share or housemate to live with. In terms of what it is like living with me, I work between 8-6 Mon-Fri with occasional weekend shifts. I would like to share with preferably someone who is working or studying full-time. It would be nice to have someone to be friends with and share our time as well as privacy if preferred. In my down time I like to play badminton, gym, hike, visit museums esp natural history/science, beach or, a make a nice cup of tea at home!
Hey there, I'm studying Masters of Property at RMIT University, City Campus. I'm a fun loving and easygoing person.I'm very friendly, interactive and have a good sense of humor. I'll be studying as well as working part time and I'm for accommodation I'm looking at a time frame of 4-6 months. It'll be great if there's a scope to extend later on, otherwise also it's fine. Looking for great flatmates to share accommodation with. I'm quite flexible, so you won't have much issues with me. Other than that I enjoy yoga, running and hitting the gym on and off.
I am a responsible deakin uni student. I'm a gamer/musician (I won't practice my instruments in the house). I'm friendly and am always up for a chat. Currently I work at a bowling alley in my home town warragul. Looking forward to meeting you!
Hello future housemates! I am a 22 year old medical student/future doctor currently on placements completing the final year of my degree. When I'm not studying or at the hospital (this is rare) I'm probably watching netflix, out with friends, or playing guitar in a bar somewhere. Almost all of my practice can be done through headphones so I won't be making much noise in the house, if that is a concern. I've been living in sharehouses for the past 5 years, so I know the drill with regards to cleanliness, general etiquette, and paying bills on time. All that said, I'd love to find a share-house of easy-going, friendly individuals who have a good balance between socialising within the house and having their own time/activities. I don't smoke, have any pets or other dependents.
