Hey, we have three housemates going overseas next semester so there is going to be 3 bedrooms available at different dates in the next couple of months in this 5 bedroom house. The dates available will be roughly: Bedroom 1: 10th June Bedroom 2: 31st June Bedroom 3: 31st August Location: It's less than a 5 minute walk to Box Hill Central which features the train station, supermarkets, gym etc. It's also roughly a 25 minute train ride to Flinders St. House: All available rooms are reasonably sized (roughly 3m x 3.5m), easily big enough to fit a bed, desk and wardrobe. The house is fairly large and consists of 2 bathrooms, 2 lounge rooms (1 with a fireplace), 2 backyard sheds (1 with a ping pong table and TV) and a decent-sized backyard/frontyard. There is plenty of space for parking cars also.
We have recently moved into a new property in Box Hill. This house is in a great location, only a 10 min walk to the station and 35 mins to the city! It has four large bedrooms and we are looking to fill the last one with someone that is similarly like-minded. Decent yard as well as plenty of parking is a bonus to this house! The room in question is large and comes with a wardrobe, couch, double bed and desk if you require it. Bills will be split evenly between the housemates. As we already have 2 couples we do not want to add any more (sorry!). Please note that the agent also requires a background check on each person living in the house so we have to wait a business day or two before you can actually move in. You must also be good with dogs as I have a 2yo Rescue German Shepherd called Jessie!
A well located 2 bedroom townhouse in Box Hill. It features a well sized lounge looking out onto a private courtyard, near a leafy and relatively quite street. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, there is storage under the stairs, and a nice sized bathroom/laundry upstairs. The location is very close to Box Hill Central (about 700-800m walk) which has a the train station for travel into the city. At Box Hill Central is also Woolworths, Coles, and Box Hill Markets for groceries, and also a number of other eateries. In the opposite direction, but just as close, is Aqualink with a well equipped gym, indoor and outdoor lap pools, spas, basketball courts, footy fields, etc. There isn't a garage spot available however should you have a car there is parking available within the complex. When my current flatmate moves out unfortunately the fridge, and dining room table will be going with him. I will look to replace the fridge initially, however should you have any of these items to add to the house that would be well received. The bedroom is well sized and would fit a queen sized bed with a desk and chest of drawers quite comfortably. Facing out towards the courtyard and the reserve beyond it has a great naturally lit outlook, however on those mornings when you want to sleep-in the room comes with good curtains which will block out a great deal of light. There are large built-in wardrobes with good storage at the top. (included photo of the room is an old photo of the room however the view is the same) While there is a powder room down stairs, the single bathroom/laundry upstairs will be shared with myself. I don’t personally have any pets. However, subject to the landlords approval, they would be considered. Please note the bond will be $1140 payable to the real estate.

Hi, my name's Ing :). I'm friendly, easy-going and respectful. I work full-time and am looking to live in a female share-house from July 2018 and onwards. I value a clean and tidy environment. I enjoy spending my down time having brunch or drinks with friends, going to the gym, or chilling out reading, watching movies and TV shows.
Hi My name is Lisa. I'm 28 years old. I work full time in hospitality. I have been living in share accommodation for just over 5 years. I've lived with both males and females. I’m clean and tidy. I'm respectful of others and get along with everyone. I enjoy going out here and there and having a friend over sometimes, usually weekends after work with some weekdays so I need to feel free to come and go at all times of the day/night. I like to have a friendly relationship with the people I live with. However, I like my space and having alone time. I’m looking for something on the long term side if possible where I can settle in and feel at home in an easy going relaxed environment. To save time please do not contact me if your listing is not in one of my preferred or surrounding locations. I’m strictly looking for something in eastern suburbs. Please make sure you provide photos and a little about yourself/other housemates.

Hey, I'm Andrew, I'm 19 years old and am making the move to the big smoke to start uni for Trimester 2. Access to public transport is a plus, although I do have a car. I like to think I'm fairly chilled out and spend most of my time binge watching Netflix or playing XBox, though I can be a party animal when it's called for. I can cook, I can clean, I'm a 6 foot 2 domestic machine.
Hi, I'm a friendly, understanding and approachable guy, and I've had experience with living with both men and women in the past and it's been an enjoyable stint since I started renting several years ago in my early twenties. I've lived in the south-east suburbs since being in the rental market and was raised on the lovely Mornington Peninsula and have a few siblings (older brother and sister and a younger sister). I like to watch TV series and movies, follow sports and keep socially active with friends.
I am a Deakin's student. -Peaceful -include all bill+internet -Living with Deakin uni student it would be great -Can come back to home late night
Carlos and I have spent our entire teenage lives together; from completing our schooling to competing in opposing football teams, we are the definition of best mates. We are looking to move from our sunny local Mildura to the big expanse of Melbourne and learn what the world has to offer. I like to think of Carlos as the class clown, that guy who will do anything to make peoples days a little brighter, and I admire him for that. An avid outdoorsman and go getter, every single day with this man is an adventure. Oliver is probably the most level headed guy you could ever meet, with plenty of wisdom ahead of his years and a deep and understanding mindset, the thing he enjoys most in life is making people happy. A certified gig-rat, he loves to find himself in the middle of a packed out show singing his heart out with people around him, as it's when he is at his happiest. We are both looking to work upon first moving to Melbourne, and considering going back to University (we have both been before and not fully completed our degrees), however in the short term we just want to enjoy ourselves and make some new and amazing friends. Chuck us a message if you're interested, we will be looking :)
I’m a 26 year old girl growing impatient with living at home. I work full time in the CBD, am generally pretty quiet but always up for a chat, neat, tidy and respectful. I like games, Netflix, reading, cooking and napping, among other things!
I’m looking for somewhere to make do whilst at uni, my boi Lewie looking for a place to live with his best mate, I guess. We’re respectful, and tidy, though our mums probably wouldn’t agree, and we’re just nice dudes trying to live somewhere for the first time. In all seriousness, we are tidy and respectful, and best of all, rarely home, so we’re an absolute breeze to live with.
I'm a quiet, nerdy homebody who is always making tea and loves plants. I come with almost everything a house could need and an adorable (toilet trained) house bunny who loves to watch TV next to you. I work as an integration aide (working with students who have disabilities and/or behavioural issues) at a primary school 5 days a week. I am also studying online to teach English overseas!
