I am a 49 year old, and have always kept up my rent payments, I am a neat and tidy person, and am happy to assist with housework, I am a quiet person and do not invade anyone space. Are you looking for a long term, comfortable reliable living arrangement? I have a large bedroom and a humongous master bedroom with walk in robe and ensuite for rent for singl. This room should be avaible to sent late August early September. Before moving in 4 weeks Bond and 2 weeks rent need to be paid. The owner (not myself) is a real estate agent so all the bond agreements, leasing agreements and such are all handed as they would be in a listed rental. However, there is a lot more freedom in with this property than there is in a listed rental. Now a little bit about the room, the house and the other tenants. The room large room is a at the back of the house and has a built in wardrobe. The master bedroom runs full length of the house and is easily big enough for a king bed large desk and tv unit. Rooms will be unfurnished The house is massive! There are 2 separate toilets, 1 upstairs and 1 down. There are 3 living rooms/common areas, 1 upstairs and 2 down. In the kitchen there is the usual subject’s fridge, oven, microwave, but also a functioning dishwasher! There are wooden and tiled floors throughout the house. Also, there is a decent amount of yard space in front and back - which is fully fenced, and there is also some storage space in the garage. The house is walking distance away from Bracken Ridge shops - which included Coles, a newsagency and a whole range of take-away food. We are in a very quiet street, with easy access to Gympie Road. You will be sharing with 2 other people Bik and Alan, who work full-time and are barely seen around the house.

My partner and I have a massive 4 bedroom house to ourselves. The house boasts a large outdoor area, 2 dining rooms, 2 lounge rooms, 2 bathrooms and a double lock up garage. It is situated in a quiet street in bracken ridge. The main room we have to offer has aircon, fan, tinted windows and built in wardrobes. You would also have your own bathroom. Ideally we are looking for one more person to share our house with but are willing to take on two if the candidates are right. Although this house isn't a party house our outdoor area is very accomodating for you to have a couple of friends over on the weekend with a pool table :-) the bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished. And the house runs on solar panels so the bills are next to nothing.
