Three bedroom two bathroom townhouse with additional toilet downstairs. Townhouse has it's own laundry with a washing machine - line dry (no dryer). You have the option on moving into the "study" or garage which is actually set up as a room - see photos. Whichever room you choose the other will be turned into a study/entertainment room. The whole house is fully furnished except your room. The "study" that is available has a inbuilt wardrobe which you are welcome to use even if you choose the garage (This is what I did). Courtyard is small but I have kinda landscaped it and laid fake turf to make it look nicer. I will be taking the outdoor setting however the corner lounge will remain.
