Hello, I'm Kate, and I'm a purple haired, deaf, goth chick who is looking for friendly, open-minded people to share a house with. I work at the Bracken Ridge Tavern several days a week and when I'm home, I tend to keep to myself on my computer mostly. I clean up after myself, try to be considerate as possible and enjoy the occasional housemate hang outs. I figured I'd add just a few things I'm looking for, to give an idea of what I'm after: 🗺️ Location: Somewhere close to public transport as I do not drive. Ideally near routes that go to the city/valley. Currently based in Bracken Ridge and looking to stay within walking distance of my job 💲 Budget: Looking for something affordable on a casual wage. 🐾 Don't mind pets but not willing to live with irresponsible pet owners who don't clean up after their pets. Would prefer to live with cats. 👥 People: I'd prefer open-minded, considerate, laid back, friendly people I can get along with. I'd like to be able to have friends over occasionally and host the occasional gathering, potentially. Open to sharing with smokers, as long as my area/clothes don't get stinky from it! ;) (Balcony/outdoor smokers preferred but it ain't a deal breaker for me). 🏡 House would be preferred but won't say no to reasonably sized townhouses/units,etc. Storage also preferred. 🛌 Room to be big enough for my queen sized bed, bedside tables, my computer desk and furniture to put clothes in/or have built ins. I'd also like some storage space to put a few boxes in. 🛋️ I have my own furniture for my bedroom; and also a couch, armchairs, coffee table, microwave and washing machine that I would be willing to share and furnish a share-house with. 🌏 Unlimited internet connection preferred, as I occasionally game and spend a lot of time on Netflix! 🏁 Ideally looking for somewhere to start a long term lease and stay put for the next two years at least, unless circumstances change it otherwise. Feel free to message me if you have any other questions!
I’m renting out the second spare bedroom in my three bedroom duplex. We live in a cul de sac, with a grass area across from us so there’s plenty of places to park. I work 2 days, 2 nights each week. My dogs are completely okay when I’m on night shift and have their own secure and sectioned off area with everything they need, with access to the backyard, so I don’t need someone to look after them but it would just be nice if someone was there occasionally :). My house is fully furnished. Kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher. The lounge room has aircon and there’s a new washing machine and dryer in the laundry. The bedroom has a ceiling fan and built in wardrobe. I’ll make room for you in the kitchen, linen cupboard, storage in the garage etc. I have no issues with you using my things as long as it’s a mutual sharing situation and mutual respect :)
Thank you for reading. I am 29 working full time in the marine/rv industry in a management position. I enjoy spending all of my spare time fishing, camping or anything remotely similar. Im a quiet person and require my own space with some storage for some fishing and camping gear.
Mostly said it all in the about section.... complex has a pool, nature strip at the back so only 2 neighbours and I hardly have heard the neighbours and lived here for near 2 years. Both rooms have great quiet ceiling fans and the living area downstairs has aircon.
I am offering one bedroom with double bed, built in wardrobe, a duchess, also has a cool split system air-conditioner. The rent also includes your own toilet and bathroom, plus another room for watching tv or using the computer( all supplied), or use it as your own private, furnished office. Undercover parking / entrance, via remote control roller door for your car. I have been told my cooking and cleaning is not great, so someone who likes to cook a few dinners each week (for 2) and keep the place clean, would be preferred. The rent is low, but can be lowered further, depending on 'cooking and cleaning' abilities.
I'm going to be in Brisbane for work for the next 3 months maybe longer. I move a lot for work and always live in shared housing wherever i go so I'm good at fitting in and living with strangers. I cant commit to a long stay due to my work scheduled so you will have to be flexible in that regard might be there 1 month 2 months or 6 months i just cant confirm. I'd prefer the northern suburbs or even the outer northern suburbs. will consider all suburbs if the price is right. you will be getting a quiet roommate who pays rent on time consistently. I'm flexible on rent per week, anywhere between 150 and 200.
I'm a quiet but friendly 19 year old, I'm happy with my own company but also enjoy hanging out with people. I enjoy spending time on my computer, I often talk to friends online as well as occasionally gaming with them. I clean up after myself and keep my stuff to my own space. I'm more of a night person but I am respectful of people's need to sleep. I don't smoke. I currently recieve a Centrelink benefit whitch is enough to cover all expenses. I am also working with an employment agency to gain stable employment.
Hey guys! I just moved up from NSW about a month ago and it seems as though my current rental is not working out too well. Im looking for some cool people/person to start a houseshare with. Or even possibly joining an already formed house share. I work full time in Clontarf and study online on the side. Im really chill and always keen for a drink or two together or even a sneaky trip to san churro on weekends. Ideally would like to live with people of a similar age

have done 2 years boarding and have learned how to have fun and enjoy myself around others. looking to dopart time work while studying until I get an apprenticeship for electrical. I like taking trail walks, reading and playing video games for fun. I don't mind too much of who I live with as long as they are respectful and communicate any problems that may arise.
I’m friendly, clean, easy going and bubbly. I consider myself very easy to live with as I’m respectful, clean and tidy and respect any rules that may be in place. I prefer moving into an all female flat or house where possible.
