I have a great townhouse situated in a complex with onsite management. My back courtyard backs on to a property of trees so privacy is great. The room is furnished with a queen size bed, bed side tables and wardrobe and it looks out over the back courtyard. There is plenty of parking in the complex as well as street parking, unfortunately the garage space is already taken. I have furnished the townhouse myself and I take pride in keeping it clean and tidy. Air-conditioning is available downstairs and all bedrooms come with a ceiling fan. You will have the main bathroom (shower and bath) and the toilet (separate to bathroom) to yourself. Its a great place situated in a quiet coldersack. It is a semi small home but its great, you can do your own thing. The bedroom can fit a queen bed and bedside tables, it does have some shelving. We have storage in the garage and a linen closet. You will be living with two awesome cats, one indoor and one outdoor and one puppy. You have to be good with animals and be understanding as one cat is indoor and uses a litter and the puppy uses puppy pads however he has an accident sometimes. The train station is a 5 minute drive away and a 1 k walk, theres coles and a subway and liquor land just up the road about a 15min walk, and down the other end theres a maccas, coles, noodlebox, gym and brackenridge tafe.
