I’m an easygoing friendly and positive person to be around. I work full time in construction(carpentry) and have recently moved to Sydney from Melbourne. I have family in Carlton which I would like to live near preferably but I am also open to look at other areas as long as commute to work is not too far as I will be working around the CBD. I am clean, tidy, very easy to get on with and also respect others space and privacy. I would prefer a place that is fully furnished with internet access. I would also require there to be off street or private parking available as I will have my work vehicle and tools needed for work. Please feel free to contact me for any inspections.
Hello! My names Bailey and I'm 20 from new Zealand. I work 2 full time jobs in Sydney so I'm out of the house most of the time. I want to move into a place where it feels more like a home rather than a place that I'm just staying at. If you have any questions, let me know by flicking me a message :) cheers xo
I’m honest, tidy full time employed professional in stable work in Sydney with interstate family. Travel home many weekends. I can cook and clean for myself independently or share meal prepping and tidying as required. I’m easy-going and a quiet, non argumentative, non drinker but don’t mind others who do.
We are two people looking for an accommodation that accepts two people in one room or (couple). (Ruth) I am from Philippines and been staying in Sydney for 5 years. Been working in the same company for 5 years. Currently working in a bar too. I'm a temporary resident. I'm always at work and I'm studying full, you'll barely see me at home but when I'm home I prefer to stay in the room to rest or hang out with my friends. I like cooking better than having take away. Might let you taste my cooking if ever. (Shubu) I am from Nepal and been staying in Sydney for almost 8 months. I'm working in a fast food restaurant and doing some housekeeping work. I am studying full time and working most of the time. On my days off I always sit outside or wherever there's an open air or grass to unwind, watch movies on my laptop or talk to people I'm living with. I'm very quiet person though, only talk when needed. We are both private people and want to keep it to ourselves but we're responsible and you can trust us when it's come to cleanliness, privacy and never come to someone else's business. We are fun and outgoing, we usually go out on weekends but never had a friend over (we don't like it and we respect other people in the house). We don't mind staying with people that has kids and pets. We more appreciated kids and pets. It's stress reliever sometimes. Hope we can get along in the future and would like to meet you soon.
Hello, My name is KC I’m a 25 year old male. I’m currently traveling south America and will be returning home 22 march. I have recently finished my contract within the air force and embarking on a new career pathway in body building. My goal for 2018 is to compete in the international titles. I currently live in Brisbane and will be moving to Sydney not only for work but to train with my competition prep coach. Due to this rigorous training routine I do not party and respect house rules. I enjoy peaceful environments and socialize outside of the home environment. I will be working full time and spending my spare time at the gym or beach. It is important to me that the house environment is peaceful, relaxed and everyone respects each other especially sleep. I have a highly charismatic personality and have positive vibes everywhere I go. I am looking to stay for at least 8 months.

Hi, my name is Alec Christophorou. I have just come back to Australia after a year of international travel. I am an energetic, easy going and respectful guy who has just started a professional career as a Site Engineer in Sydney. I have previously rented in Brisbane and maintained a happy, clean and enjoyable atmosphere in the unit. I would like to be friends with my roommate/s but I respect their privacy and if they want to be more withdrawn that is fine by me. If you want to share cooking/cleaning duties I do not mind but I am a much better cleaner than chef (more than happy to clean if you cook). Ideal location for me is as close to the beach as possible while still being within a reasonable distance to my workplace in Mascot. As I have just been travelling for so long and staying with large amounts of people my preference would be a property with minimum amount of roommates (max 3 unless completely separate living quarters). I love to keep active and so I will be out of home for the majority of each day. With work taking up approx 10-12 hours and exercise another 2 or so I will mainly be home to eat and sleep only. I'm quite a big movie and series buff in my spare time as well as the occasional gaming sesh. Football is probably my biggest hobby, I would never say no to a kick around! I absolutely love pets, so having one is definitely a bonus rather than a negative. I won't be owning a car in Sydney so there is no need for a car spot. My maximum budget is 400 including bills and internet. The lower the better (obviously) but depending on location, roommates and the property I am willing to spend up to the max. Thank you for taking the time to read this and possibly consider me. :)
I'm an architecture student at unsw. I like a clean environment to live in. I'd rather have only 1 or 2 flatmates. I like my privacy and will give you your own. However if we end up becoming good friends, it would be lovely! I'm only looking to live with females. I spend a lot of time at uni during the semester. I don't mind pets at all. I don't like a very noisy environment.
Very close to public transport and about 10min to the airport but unit is located in a quiet street and building. Very close(300m) to the beach. Floorboards throughout, shared bathroom(shower &bath, toilet), shared kitchen and living area. Airconditioned to keep us cool during those hot summer days and warm in winter. Large bedroom, has ample storage, massive built in robes. Big enough to fit lots of furniture and queen size bed. Lots of resturants and cafe's, close to Coles and other shops.
