My name is Wei and I have recently moved over from Perth. I work for a large construction company as a site engineer. I am clean and quiet but enjoy socialising. Will be starting to get into the soccer season soon. Looking to find place west where I work. Also need a parking space close to the house. Thanks.
I'm relocating to Sydney from Newcastle for work (airline hosting)and I'm looking for a place to call home! I'm an outgoing person and get along with most people! In my spare time you can see me catching up with friends, down at the beach or binging a tv series! I'd love something homey with kind hearted people! :)
Hi, My name is Noi. I'm 23 years old and work full time as a flight attendant. I work shift hours and I'm usually away overnight for work aprox 2-3 nights per week. When I'm home, i'll be catching up on my laundry, cleaning, or heading out to the gym, the beach and spending time with my boyfriend. You may rarely see me at home. I'm a very friendly and easy going person, very clean and tidy to live with and considerate of others. Always up for a chat and socialising, but also very respectful of other's personal space. Would prefer a flatmate who is like-minded. Thank you.
Looking for an entire home, suitable for 1 small and one medium/large dogs Dave and I are hardworking trady and Personal Assistant. We love our dogs, we have the occasional drink on a Friday after work but mainly like to keep low key or go out. We are very tidy and take pride in our belongings and respect others property like we would our own. Chase is a small 12 year old shi Tzu and Boss is a 5 year old Amstaff. Our dogs are toilet trained, well behaved and have own bedding.
I am working Monday to Friday nearby Kogarah. So I need find a place for me nearby and easy for me travel. . I am easy going person to live with , respect privacy, not really into party home, friendly and go to gym when I am not working. Or relax at home. I prefer have off street parking at least have a bed in the room.
Massive, brand new house to share. Idyllic and convenient location just 200 metres from the beach, approx 5 mins walk. Easy access to all areas including the city, airport, local suburbs and nearby St George Hospital. Only 20 mins train from nearby Rockdale Station to Sydney CBD, airport and freeways 10mins away. Beachside and lifestyle suburb with amenities all conveniently located nearby within a short walking distance; including a Coles supermarket, multiple gyms and a wide choice of excellent cafes, bars and restaurants. The house is ultra-modern, comfortable, cosy and spacious. Large Queen bed. You will love coming home and enjoying the cool sea breeze! Rent includes all bills (unlimited internet)
I like things organised, neat + tidy. I think it's important to compromise and negotiate differences and not let frustrations turn into resentment or a hostile living environment. I don't "party" and I would prefer my room mates didn't either. I relish my space & down time but I want to live with someone because I get lonely living alone. I have a dog, Manni. He is a Pomeranian. He is a good dog when he learns people are not a threat to him, and vice versa. I keep him in line and I love him very much. I would love a place with a backyard for Manni. I'm friendly, trustworthy and reliable. I share and I also have boundaries. I'd prefer male room mates.
25 yo stuck with a 40 yo passport! I dance way too much, love live music, movies and food. Green thumb, relatively good cook, and cat lady (with no cats currently sadly) 😻 On the more serious side...PhD educated woman. Italian background, Aussie for a long time now. Relaxed, very friendly, trustworthy, I have a lot of interests - tango, heritage, conservation, live music, theatre, musicals, food, languages - and happy to share them with flatmates or keep them private if it is a better arrangement. I seek a nice friendly place to call home. Any questions just ask :)
Hi! I'll be moving to Sydney in February for 6 months for my job. I'm originally from Brisbane, but have lived in Melbourne and Canberra over the last year for work (I'm an engineer). My max budget doesn't include bills. I enjoy anime, gaming (both PC and console), and cosplay, among other indoor hobbies like baking. I do a fair amount of crafting and sewing for my cosplay, so I'm looking for somewhere that has space. A backyard or spare room would be ideal. I am reasonably quiet, and more an indoor than outdoor person. My version of clean is that things are neat and you know where they are, not that a surface is spotless. In terms of housemates, I'm looking for people that I can chat with or watch a movie etc, but aren't big party people. I have a decent amount of furniture for shared spaces including an entertainment set up (table/unit, 55" TV, currently 5 consoles), but I can put a heap of it into storage if it isn't needed. I do want an unfurnished bedroom though.
The house is located walking distance to the Rockdale station and Brighton-Le-Sands beach (15 min walk to rockdale station and 10mins walk to Brighton-le-Sands Beach). The house has a modern kitchen and luxury bathroom. I have 1 small bedroom available with a single bed and woadrobe. The room has 2 windows so it is very bright and airy. I also have a huge back yard, which is always great :) I'm looking for a tidy person, non-smoker. I do prefer long term stay, preferably 12months but shorter is ok too as long as you find a replacement. The rent is $250/per week. Bills are shared among us on a quartly basis. If you are interested, please message me on flatmates with your number and I will contact you to arrange a viewing
Respectful, clean and tidy person, very friendly and organized!
Hello, My names Steph, I am a mature 21 year old girl. I am quiet, responsible, respectful, clean and good at communicating which is why I tend to get along with everyone. I’m only looking to move in towards the end of Jan. if this suits you please contact me. Caringbah and surrounding suburbs is highly preferable.
Located across the street from Brighton le Sands beach, this contained 6 unit block is perfectly located for someone looking for a peaceful and lively lifestyle. The unit in North facil so we don't get traffic noise while still being across the street from Brighton beach. The commercial center of the neighborhood is just 2 blocks (or 5 min walk) from the unit where you can find everything you may need. Public transport is abundant and at the unit's footsteps, drivers and cyclist also have great access to where the unit is located. Rooms can be furnished or you can bring your own things. The unit is spacious with a big living room and two balconies, there's plenty room to entertain, hang out or to have your own space :) I currently have 2x single bedrooms to rent as my flatmates are about to go on their amazing year-long trip across Australia! 1 has a king single bed with memory foam pillowtop mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers which is $245/week The other has a massive build in wardrobes with mirror doors and private access to the main balcony and is $255/week Rooms can be furnished or you can bring your own things. Rent include gas & water, electricity is divided evenly every 3 months (10-12 dollars a week usually) and internet is $20/month.
I'm a 20-year-old dancer having just completed my Advanced Diploma of Art (Musical Theatre & Commercial Dance) I'm moving to Sydney from Brisbane to start a job as a ballet teacher for tiny-tots and to really kickstart my career, make connections and increase opportunities. I will more than likely be going to auditions every other weekend, classes all the time and (if I make the connections I need) hopefully gigs here and there. I am originally from Rockhampton and moved to Brisbane two years ago for my course, but Brisbane can be described as "the bigger version of Rocky" so moving to Sydney is a huge step for me and it would be lovely to meet some like-minded people as I don't really know many people down there. My absolute maximum in rent to pay per week will be $200 so naturally I'm looking in the less expensive suburbs closer to where I'm going to work which is in the eastern suburbs. So (according to my research) Monterey, Maroubra etc. However, Bondi, Double Bay and Randwick etc would be ideal. I will be starting my job at the start of February and have organised to stay with family until I can find a place to move to, so I would love to move in February sometime. As a housemate, I am easy-going, very clean and I keep to myself quite often but I would call myself an extrovert and am always keen for a chat and to meet new people, so having people over is obviously no drama. Even though I am easy-going if I do have an issue, I will be straight forward about it because thats the only way to solve issues in my opinion. I love to keep myself busy and live a very active/healthy lifestyle but I don't mind the occasional night out. On top of dancing and choreography, I love acting and theatre, music, going to the gym, the beach, netflix and wine nights, art, learning about different things, travelling, hiking/bushwalking, healthy cooking & baking (I make treats for my friends and current housemates all the time), going to markets, music festivals. I also love adventures and trying new things. Please don't hesitate to message me if you think we would suit being housemates. xx
